Both those already known and those still being planned. The only source of doubt will remain the question of whether Tusk should be the face of such a list (perhaps Sikorski instead?). This is, however, a rather obvious way to utilize the D'Hondt electoral system, which rewards surpluses with additional seats. This would make sense, as the fierce competition between PiS and the Confederation is blocking growth hormones for the polls on the right.”
