Szefernaker Responds to Kosiniak-Kamysz Regarding the Nearest Relative Status Act:
A Quasi-Marital Institution with Powers Akin to Marriage.
"You are mistaken. These were not merely provisions to organize administrative matters. The projects created a new, quasi-marital institution of family law, equipped with a wide range of powers similar to marriage, and their introduction required changes in over 200!!! laws" - wrote Paweł Szefernaker on X, addressing Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
Myli się pan. To nie były wyłącznie przepisy porządkujące kwestie administracyjne. Projekty tworzyły nową, paramałżeńską instytucję prawa rodzinnego, wyposażoną w szeroki katalog uprawnień zbliżonych do małżeństwa, a ich wprowadzenie wymagało zmian w ponad 200!!! ustawach.
