At 5:00 PM in Maków Mazowiecki, the Deputy Chairman of PiS, Mateusz Morawiecki, along with MPs from this party, will meet with residents.

At 5:30 PM, President Karol Nawrocki will visit Bielany-Jarosławy and meet with residents of the Bielany municipality and the Sokołów district. A speech by the head of state is planned.

On Wednesday, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, will continue his visit to Sweden, where he is attending an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers.

- In the context of the current information chaos we're experiencing regarding this topic, I think this is finally some concrete action - said Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti," when asked about Donald Trump's post concerning the 5,000 soldiers slated to be sent to Poland.

The Confederation representative was pressed on whether it wasn't a problem that the US President justified his decision not by the importance of NATO's eastern flank or Poland being a model ally, but by his good relationship with Karol Nawrocki.

- In my opinion, this indicates the political nature of this decision. For President Donald Trump, 5,000 soldiers one way or another isn't a huge undertaking, so I think even the matter of communicating it on X indicates that it's a purely political move, intended to boost President Karol Nawrocki, of course, in Poland - she replied.

- It's good that everyone did their job. Respect to the Minister of National Defence, Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz. A good conversation with Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War. A good conversation with Mahoney, the deputy to General Caine, but also General Kukuła, who was at NATO headquarters, and also the deputy ministers of national defence, who had this topic as their top priority on their agenda - said Piotr Zgorzelski in "One on One" on TVN24.

- Naturally, the role of the Presidential Palace. We never downplayed it, unlike the Palace, which often appropriated various successes while diminishing the MoD's achievements - he pointed out.

- This is an illegal move. Where is the bill on registered partnerships? This bill is stuck in committees, and knowing how things work, it will probably stay there, it won't be processed further - said Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik in Polsat News, when asked about the draft regulation that will govern the issue of recognizing same-sex marriages concluded abroad in Poland.

- For some reason, the government doesn't want to introduce this by law, probably because there wouldn't be a majority in the Polish Sejm [...] or there would be a veto - she continued.

- They are looking for some workaround, Morawiecki already showed that all sorts of solutions can be introduced by regulations, there's no need to worry about the Constitution or laws, so Donald Tusk is simply using this range of options - she went on to say.

- This specific regulation, or this legal act, primarily violates the Constitution, violates the law, the Family Code, and also violates the law on civil status records, so if we are dealing with some regulation, in my opinion, it has no legal force - she added.

- We simply will not respect it. Let's start by saying that the Court of Justice of the European Union is not an institution that has any legal power in this matter [...] so it simply will not be binding - she stressed, when asked, "When you take power, will you withdraw all of this?"

- Everyone had to do their job. [Donald Trump] mentioned the president [Karol Nawrocki], because it's hard for President Trump to mention prime ministers, deputy prime ministers, and so on. He spoke of his counterpart whom he knows and likes, and that is an obvious truth. However, I believe there was truly full synergy here. There was no one who harbored ill will. Now, some will probably puff out their chests for awards, those who weren't seen on the front lines, but that's completely irrelevant - said Piotr Zgorzelski in "One on One" on TVN24.

- Now, some people will likely puff out their chests for medals, those who were invisible on the front lines, but that is entirely irrelevant. The most important thing is that the United States is our ironclad ally, and Poland is the most solid in relation to the United States. And we have really strong credentials for this. These credentials are simply the rustling billions of dollars that flow to the United States, because that's where we buy our weaponry. This is 5% of GDP on armaments - said Piotr Zgorzelski in "Jeden na jeden" on TVN24.

- I breathed a [sigh of relief]. I think we were all concerned about this declaration or decision that was made, and most importantly, all the diplomatic efforts undertaken in recent days have been successful, and American soldiers will arrive in Poland - stated Wojciech Balczun in an interview with Marcin Zaborski on Radio Zet.

- This unique relationship [with the United States], I think, we should preserve. We should cherish and nurture it, so that nothing changes. Truly, criticizing President Trump today, or making fun of him or his actions, as we can see, can harm the relationship. And is it worth it? I leave that question open - said Piotr Zgorzelski on TVN24's "One on One."

- Minister Żurek is attempting to destabilize the work of the Chancellery of the President, behaving like a watchdog, instead of reforming the justice system, he is engaged in witch hunts and the eradication of the opposition - Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik stated on Polsat News, when asked about the planned interrogation of Zbigniew Bogucki at the prosecutor's office.

- I think we can make such a declaration: all fuel reserves in Poland are secure, and we also manage pricing policy. The maximum price, CPN, we've created an algorithm, a model that is a benchmark in Europe, so I think we can sleep soundly and get ready for holidays - stated Wojciech Balczun on Radio Zet.

- If politicians talk about the need for a constitutional reset, then we must finally sit down at the table and carry out this constitutional reset. The Constitution should be drafted in such a way that it does not leave room for overinterpretation of issues such as, for example, the election of judges to the Constitutional Tribunal - stated Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik on Polsat News.

- The optimistic version from the conversation with Hegseth was that Poles, in this, as it were, new setup of the United States armed forces in Europe, will be consulted, so sooner or later, either Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, General Kukuła, or someone from the leadership of the Ministry of National Defence will find out what the proposal is - said Piotr Zgorzelski in the program “Jeden na jeden” on TVN24.

- In my opinion, the optimistic scenario is 15,000 [US soldiers in Poland], because now we have 10,000. This is the dream scenario, one could say. I would say 15,000 plus, because Poland can accept and host 20,000 - he stated.

- The interest rate on the SAFE loan is unstable, which we, as Konfederacja, warned about from the very beginning, but we are forgetting about other important aspects - Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik said on Polsat News.

- It's impossible to sign good armament contracts within three weeks. It doesn't work like that. This is too serious a matter to do it hastily; there should be months of negotiations here, not an attempt to spend money as quickly as possible because someone is providing such an opportunity, and it's still unclear at what interest rate - she continued.

- A situation where, for the first 10 years of this loan, we will be paying only and exclusively interest is usury - she stressed.

- We are at the finish line of the entire procedure [for selecting the new Orlen president]. It is known that this is a very serious decision, the Supervisory Board has conducted or organized the competition. It is known that this procedure falls under the remit of the Supervisory Board, of course, and we cannot interfere with it - stated Wojciech Balczun on Radio Zet.

- I assume that by the first week of June, we should have all the decisions made - he continued.

- Minister Żurek is trying to run ahead; he's having significant problems managing the prosecution and the justice system. There are no successes whatsoever. It's being heard from many sides that Prime Minister Tusk is also losing trust and patience with him, so Minister Żurek is attempting to make such dramatic, nervous, and absurd moves. Unfortunately, this is happening at the expense of the authority of the state, the prosecution, and the Ministry of Justice - stated Zbigniew Bogucki at a press briefing.

- In just a few hours, around 6 PM, the first three F-35 aircraft will arrive in Poland, at our base in Łask. This is a very important moment; the F-35s, along with the armament purchased in recent months, are changing the face of the armed forces – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- These are the first F-35s on NATO's eastern flank. This shows how important Polish-American relations are, how important transatlantic relations are, how important investments are [...]. It shows how important a strategic partner Poland is today, the best ally in Europe for the United States – he continued.

- The official welcome ceremony will take place on June 12, which will be a symbolic moment, but today marks the moment of real presence in Poland and good decisions from across the ocean – he added.

- Very good news conveyed by President Trump about 5,000 American soldiers being directed to Poland. Now, the military, those who will be implementing this, the Pentagon, and the commander of US forces in Europe, are in the process of implementing this decision - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- It is a very strong declaration, now good implementation, meaning good integration of this decision into the planning of American forces in Europe, and we will participate in this planning process together with the General Staff, together with General Grynkewich - he continued.

- According to information provided by the command of US forces, combined forces in Europe, this planning process will likely take approximately 2 to 4 weeks - he added.

- What is our goal now? To increase the permanent presence, not just rotational, but permanent presence, and to enhance the capabilities for American troops to operate and cooperate with Polish forces for the security of NATO's eastern flank - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

"We need to start with the American side; they will present specific plans for implementing this decision by President Trump. One thing is certain: Poland is certainly not losing anything, meaning from what it had until now, i.e., approximately an average of 10,000 soldiers, it is certainly not losing anything. And I am deeply convinced that it is gaining, either numerically or in terms of permanent presence. These will be decisions for the coming days, the coming weeks" said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- This decision wouldn't have happened without our offensive, this decision wouldn't have happened without the good relations of President Nawrocki, this decision wouldn't have happened without the outrage of American congressmen and senators - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference, when asked to what extent Trump's decision regarding 5,000 soldiers is a success for the government, and to what extent it is a result of the relations between the presidents of Poland and the USA.

- We have our own law, and it solves many problems for people living in informal relationships - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference, when asked about the regulation regarding the registration of same-sex marriages.

- I believe that only the implementation of this law will provide the opportunity to benefit from many rights, that the regulation does not change access to many entitlements, and our law [...] resolves this. I would like the work on this law to be completed as soon as possible, because it should be sent to the president - he continued.

- There is always an agreement for a specified period; we elect the leaders of our municipalities, our cities, for 5 years [...]. It is very important to give a chance, give time, give an opportunity. I believe that the residents of Krakow should give a second chance - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- I understand their emotions, I often understand their doubts. This referendum is already a very significant, very clear signal for President Miszalski [...]. In my opinion, President Miszalski has read this signal, which is why I would encourage everyone to give him a chance to continue this mission - he continued.

- If it didn't have the desired effect, there will be elections shortly, and then the people of Krakow will decide - he went on to say.

- I clearly stated that he should not be recalled in a referendum, and this can happen rather through a lack of participation in the referendum than through participation - he added, when asked if he would encourage participation in the referendum and if he himself would vote.

- The F-35s purchased by my predecessor would have had nowhere to be stationed if I hadn't modernized the base in Łask and invested billions there, and the decision to purchase equipment, armament for the F-35s for 6 billion PLN was made by me – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

I am very pleased that this contract has not been in any way broken or violated by those who rule Poland today, because one can recall their statements from that time, from 2020, questioning the justification for signing this contract - said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

- We are dealing with a truly dangerous phenomenon here. Namely, the current Prime Minister, Mr. Prime Minister Donald Tusk, is provoking our greatest ally. He makes jokes about him, calls the President of the United States a Russian agent. He has no access to the White House - said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

- We have a dilemma here. Do we want our international policy to be conducted by [...] a man who behaves like a monkey with a razor? - he continued.

This is not called democracy, this is called a blockade and not listening to the voice of the sovereign, Polish women and men. A week ago, I met with President Glapiński again, who is convinced that from the Polish gold, which he so meticulously accumulated over many years, we can turn this gold in such a way – it's all written in the bill – to have financial resources for Polish armaments. These financial resources are stipulated in the bill - stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław.

- This bill is now presented by the PSL. Even though it was my bill, the PSL took this bill, meaning both commas and periods align with my bill, and this bill is in the Sejm. I say: fine, the PSL took this bill, it's about millions of Polish zlotys for the Polish army, so let's adopt this bill, even if it was prepared by that political group - he continued.

- Do you know what's happening with this bill? It's frozen in the Polish Sejm. Mr. Speaker, the Polish Army is awaiting nearly 200 billion, and you are freezing your coalition partner's bill - added the President of the Republic of Poland.

- I am ready to travel all over Poland for the next 4 years and meet with the citizens of the Polish state, as that is my task. The situation where one person, without a social mandate, can block initiatives supported by nearly 10 million people and such projects, is truly unhealthy for Polish democracy - stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław.

- US President Donald Trump has sent a clear signal that more American soldiers will be deployed to Poland, and there will be no reduction in the number of American soldiers. I thank him once again, I thanked President Trump for this, because American soldiers, together with Polish soldiers, generals, and our armed forces, are a guarantee of security for all of us. It is obvious that every political environment should know that our alliance with the USA is strategic, the most important for our economy, for technological development, for our security. For decades, under every Polish government, it has been the strategic partner of the Polish state - stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław.

- President Trump has once again shown that a promise made to the Polish President, or our direct relationship, built with responsibility for Poland, the USA, and our friendship, is a very serious relationship. He said this on September 3rd, when I arrived in the USA for my first visit; at that time, the President said – there will not be fewer American soldiers, I promise you Karol, I promise you Mr. President, perhaps there will be more, there will not be fewer. In the meantime, he invited Poland to the G20 group for a summit that will take place in December - stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław. 

- Those who, from September, from my first visit, until yesterday, focused on destroying Polish-American relations, in whose interest is unclear. We have a serious partner, we have the most important superpower in the world, the US President, who loves Poland, respects the Polish President, and is building responsibility with him for the entire eastern flank of NATO - stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław.

- Now we all know that these are not just words, but concrete cooperation that brings real results. G20, Andrzej Poczobut, American soldiers – this is how allies and friends behave; they listen to each other, sometimes disagree, but they fulfill their commitments. Meanwhile, for several months, we have been seeing attempts in the public media and among irresponsible politicians to destroy Polish-American relations. On whose behalf is this being done, whom is it meant to serve, and to what end? – stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław. 

- Let's put an end to this. Let us treat our allies and partners as a serious, stable country from the heart of Europe, which is Poland, should treat them – he continued.

- I have many remarks, regrets, criticisms towards our Western neighbor, Germany. Regarding hegemony in the EU, regarding reparations they should pay us, but I would never, as the president of Poland, allow myself to insult the Chancellor of Germany, who was elected by Germans. I would say to him - I disagree with this, pay us reparations, we meet and we discuss. And how can one insult the president of the world's greatest superpower without taking any responsibility? - This is a fundamental matter - the president wants to listen to the voice of the nation and is asking the Senate for the nation to express its opinion in a referendum - he continued,

- Nobody wants to listen to us. I'm thinking to myself – there's a referendum in Krakow on Sunday. I don't live in Krakow, I don't know what life is like in Krakow, but I follow the politicians who live in Krakow, and these politicians are telling people: don't go to the referendum, we don't want to hear your voice, we are not interested in your voice. You can't do that, I will always be president, and I will consistently be a president who wants to hear the voice of the nation - he emphasized.

- I will submit a second request for a referendum and we will simply change the question if it is inappropriate, and the nation will speak its mind - stated President Karol Nawrocki in Bielany-Jarosław.

- This is an incredible evening, it is a great day for Poland, for the Armed Forces of the Republic, for aviation, for all Poles. The first three F-35s have landed. They have landed in Poland, they have landed at the airport in Łask at the 32nd Tactical Aviation Base, which from today becomes the new home for our Hussars, because that is the name given to Polish F-35s - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during the welcoming ceremony for the first three F-35 aircraft of the Polish Air Force.

"I would like to thank all those who contributed to this"

- This is a momentous occasion that truly changes the operational capabilities of the entire Polish military. "We have signed contracts for armaments worth PLN 6 billion"

- In addition to the F-35 purchases, armaments were needed for them. The best armaments, often very expensive, and such contracts for PLN 6 billion for missiles, for equipping with the best equipment, also purchased from our American ally, these are the contracts we signed in the last two years, and over the past years, this base has changed in an extraordinary way. This is an investment of PLN 2.5 billion [...] which has met all requirements and obtained all certifications - the head of the Ministry of National Defence continued.

Another 11 F-35 aircraft in Poland by the end of 2026

- Another 11 machines of this type will arrive here at the base in Łask in the coming weeks; by the end of the year, there will be 14 F-35s in Poland. Next year, another 12 machines, and so on, until all 32 contracted aircraft - added the head of the Ministry of Defence.

- Today is an important, historic day – the first Polish F-35s in Polish skies. This is a great strengthening of the Armed Forces, a great investment; the best pilots in the world are receiving the best equipment in the world today. We are strengthening Poland's security architecture. This day would not have come to pass without the work of many people, Polish soldiers. On behalf of the President, I thank everyone involved in this project from the very beginning, primarily Polish soldiers, technical personnel, pilots, all those who have trained, practiced, and learned for many months, years, hundreds of hours, to be able to bring this 5th-generation aircraft to Poland - stated Paweł Szefernaker at the ceremony marking the arrival of the F-35s in Poland.

- Today marks the culmination of certain actions, a process that began in 2016 at the NATO summit in Warsaw. Further actions, and finally in 2020, the decision of the previous government, a bold decision by Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Mariusz Błaszczak, to sign the agreement, also against part of public opinion, but a bold decision that allows the Polish army to have the best equipment in the world today - stated Paweł Szefernaker at the ceremony for the arrival of the F-35s in Poland.

- The President will also support the government in actions that will allow the Polish army to develop. He will be determined to do so, he is determined, and he will undertake further initiatives and actions - stated Paweł Szefernaker at the ceremony for the arrival of F-35s in Poland.

"This fundamentally changes Poland's position. These are the first fifth-generation aircraft on NATO's eastern flank. Poland is number one, it is the defense leader in this part of the world and is taking on even more responsibility for its own security, but also for the security of our neighbors," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach" (Facts after Facts).

- I knew from conversations and from 2.5 years of work in the ministry, cooperation with the Pentagon, with American commanders, that Poland fulfills all its alliance obligations - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on TVN24.

- We are spending 5% of GDP on armaments, we are buying the best equipment, for example: F-35s, Apaches, Abrams tanks, Patriot systems. These are contracts worth 63 billion dollars with the United States. We are fulfilling our alliance obligations towards our neighbors, we are participating in the reconstruction of NATO, where Europe must take greater responsibility - he continued.

- It would be simply unfair, it would be unjust, if decisions about withdrawing troops from Europe primarily or at all concerned the best ally. This gave me certainty, this joint work that we have with our American partners. Of course, this required an offensive [effort] that we undertook this week - he added.

- We activated everything possible, and the embassy, all the staff, Ambassador Klich, precisely our offensive, my deputies, but also various think tanks, former United States ambassadors to Poland - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.

- I activated all my contacts [...] to show the truth, that it cannot be the case that Poland will pay the price for the decision to withdraw American troops from the Federal Republic of Germany, and not from Poland - he continued.

- When the first article appeared, we immediately contacted General Grynkiewicz with General Kukuła and asked if it was some kind of information noise, what it was about, and he responded very quickly: this matter will not directly affect Poland, I ask for your patience, I ask for your trust, and thus it was possible to calm everything down - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.
