The Council of Ministers meeting will commence at 12:00 PM. The agenda includes, among other items, a draft bill on individual investment accounts. Ministers will also address a draft amendment to certain laws aimed at deregulation in the energy sector.

- I assess this statement very critically. I believe it is a fatal mistake, that it is harmful. I say this with regret because I would like the Prime Minister of the Polish government to have some strategic vision for securing Poland's safety - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk in "Graffiti" on Polsat News, when asked about Donald Tusk's statement yesterday regarding the possibility of US troops withdrawing from Germany and Poland "not picking them up."

- No one was saying to celebrate [the reduction of American troops in Germany], right? However, since such a decision has been made, we must immediately step into that space. Foreign policy abhors a vacuum, we need to be active - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- Did Germany show European solidarity by building the first and second strands of Nord Stream? They didn't consider anyone, did they? They simply bypassed Poland with a gas pipeline that ultimately brought disastrous results, as we know - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk on Polsat News's "Graffiti" program.

- We really cannot look to anyone else, while taking care of our own interests. After all, here, as I say, no one is talking about us lobbying for the reduction of [US] troops in Germany. We are talking about the fact that in a situation where this reduction were to happen, Poland should lobby for those soldiers to be located in Poland - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- We [as members of the Rozwój Plus association] are not playing for anything other than Law and Justice. I have been a member of PiS for over 20 years, and I am not leaving PiS anywhere - Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk stated on Polsat News's "Graffiti".

- At the same time, I am in favor of PiS being a broad tent party with a wide program offer. The dependency here is very simple: a narrow program offer – narrow support. A broad program offer – we have the possibility of broad support exceeding 35%, because that is the level of support we must consider if we want to govern again - he emphasized.

- In my opinion, there is a small chance that [US soldiers to be withdrawn from Germany] will be in Poland. Yes [we should seek them]. I'm not saying poach. However, if they are not to be in Germany, but some could be in Poland, then for security it is OK - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Radio Zet.

- I believe that it is in our interest to have American soldiers in Germany and Poland. If there are to be fewer of them in Germany and we are able to have more of them in Poland, then it is good for our security, but the question of the price remains - she continued.

- If the price for more American soldiers in Poland is, for example, that we cannot introduce a digital tax, and this is a very concrete matter, and we have to behave like an American colony, then no - the minister emphasized.

- In Law and Justice, there are many circles; we are a broad political camp - said Mariusz Błaszczak in a conversation with Karol Surówka on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

- There are many circles [...] the most important thing is that we are all united when it comes to the program of Law and Justice, and that the leadership of President Jarosław Kaczyński is a leadership that works - he continued.

- There will be many more circles. There have been, there are, and there will continue to be many circles - he went on to say, when asked if it was true that a circle would be formed around Przemysław Czarnek.

- PiS will definitely not be a party advocating for Polexit. Here, I think Konrad Szymański's words, whom I know and like, but with whom I don't agree on everything, I don't share his deep concern that PiS and the entire right-wing will now move towards Polexit - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- We have this prudence within PiS, so there is no talk of Polexit in any dominant current. If such voices appear somewhere, the party leadership quickly distances itself from them, including Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński. But I agree that one needs to be cautious here - he stated.

- I don't like many things in the European Union. However, Poland outside the European Union is a Poland fighting the European Union, for example, economically, and being in a losing position. Also in security matters, a number of elements involve risks - he indicated.

- The problem with this grouping [Poland 2050] is that the leader of this grouping, Szymon Hołownia, is clearly being persecuted by Donald Tusk - Mariusz Błaszczak said on PR1.

- Now we hear that charges will be brought against him - he continued.

- We will be a broad tent party, so we will forge compromise in various areas. The point is that it should be a broad offer - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

- If you go to a restaurant, you have various options on the menu. If you go to a company canteen, you usually have a very limited choice. I would like Law and Justice to be like a restaurant that offers its customers many choices, depending on what each person likes and has a wide offer - he stated.

- Although, of course, it is true that we will not be a party for everyone. We will always be a conservative party, a center-right party adhering to a certain catalogue of values that are important to us. But we can present these values in different ways - he emphasized.

- We won in 2025 and now we are seeking support for Law and Justice, while also warning against voting for small groups. First and foremost, I put forward the thesis that voting today, for example, for Braun's party means voting for Tusk. Why? Because these are wasted votes - Mariusz Błaszczak said on PR1.

- I will give an example from '23. [...] There was such a list, Poland is One. It received 3% support. If these 3% had gone to Law and Justice, Donald Tusk would not be governing Poland today. Therefore, I warn against voting for small conservative groups and ask for support for Law and Justice - he continued.

In the 2023 elections, the Poland is One list received 1.63% of the votes.

"Of course we should. We should strive for that," said Mariusz Błaszczak on PR1, when asked "whether we should try to poach American soldiers from Germany, whether we should benefit from this dispute on the Washington-Berlin line and strive to have these 5,000 soldiers withdrawn from Germany sent to Poland."

"We should, because we should look at what is happening in our country from the perspective of our security. We are the ones threatened, because a war is taking place beyond our eastern border, not beyond the German eastern border," he continued, when pressed about Prime Minister Donald Tusk's words that "we probably shouldn't as a state poach."

- I've also heard such rumors [about Civic Coalition hunting for Poland 2050 MPs], because our MPs kept it a secret. The effect of this hunt is zero. However, it is extremely sad and, I would say, detrimental, that coalition cooperation looks like this, that instead of cooperating on concrete matters, these kinds of attempts are being made within the coalition - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

- The effect of this hunt is zero, so also zero effectiveness in all of this, but if someone tells me that we are not a responsible coalition partner, I remind them of this matter. This is precisely what I would call an irresponsible approach to the coalition - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

- I remind you that we promised people that we are building this coalition together, we wrote in the coalition agreement that we work together for the good of the people, and instead of solving problems, of which there are plenty to be done, or a mile to go, we will be going around trying to poach from a coalition partner - she continued.

- It didn't so much personally offend me [media reports about jokes at the government session regarding her trip to Romania] as I believe that such 'man-jokes' standards, and moreover with a deputy minister, as far as I know, because I wasn't there, gentlemen from the same party made crude jokes about an important meeting. For me, this is 'old man's game.' The Prime Minister denied it in a conversation with me - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

- It is not happening [a coalition meeting] because the Prime Minister is not convening such a meeting. He should, of course he should, and then I will come to such a meeting and we will talk. It's really not the case that the leaders of coalition parties should now run around to individual ministers and ask – let's agree to this, to that - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

- A major reform initiated by the government this term? A big change. Click, click. That's what's missing, that's what we're fighting for. I want to say - a major tax reform - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

- It's the Prime Minister's decision. Because it's also no secret that today this club [Centrum] is already arranged on PO's lists. Everyone knows that too - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

- I will address everyone watching us directly, because this moment is truly, and I will use a word rarely employed by me, it is monumental, absolutely critical. We have a huge opportunity, thanks to the actions of President Nawrocki, to establish a permanent US military base in Poland. Let's forget about whether this president or another is in the USA. But a unique window of opportunity is opening, a unique chance to establish a permanent US military base, a permanent division. 5,000 from Germany, adding to our 10,000, and another 5,000 from the USA, and we already have an incomplete American division, armed to the teeth - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on TV Republika.

- This is a monumental moment. The Prime Minister, my successor, the current Prime Minister is committing something more than a crime, he is making a mistake in the sense that instead of doing everything to attract these American soldiers to Poland, from Germany, Spain, any country, he prefers to gain a tiny point with our western neighbor, who, I think, looking at the Polish Prime Minister's statement, laughs on one hand and despises him on the other - he continued.

- We have a gigantic chance to change the geopolitical arrangement in our region, in our part of the world. Poland on the eastern flank can be truly safe, we can raise our security level by two floors - emphasized the PiS Vice-Chairman.

- When together with President Kaczyński, we were the two main faces, if I may say so, of the 2023 elections, PiS had 35.5%. Today, some dream of returning to such levels. This means that somewhere along the way, we have lost at least a few percentage points of voters, perhaps even more - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on TV Republika.

- All cards are now on the table. No one, including the President and the leaders of PiS, can pretend to be ignorant any longer - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said during a government meeting.

- I apologize for these strong words, but at this moment, these are no longer secret notes, this is not a discreet prosecution investigation; all the facts, thanks to journalistic investigations as well as the work of institutions, are now on the table - he continued.

- We were dealing with a company whose sources are not just ambiguous, but exceptionally dark; it's the so-called 'bratva', the Russian mafia, and its money was involved in the organization of the Zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange. It's about the abduction or murder, as this case remains unresolved to this day, of its founder and first owner - he went on to say.

- This is about the financing by this cryptocurrency exchange of various campaigns associated with PiS, the organization, financing, and patronage of political events during the presidential campaign for President Nawrocki, and it's about direct financing of right-wing politicians, including former minister Ziobro - he added.

- We have decided to bring this project back and do so immediately. We will submit the bill to the Sejm this week still - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- The only change I will propose in this bill is an even clearer tightening of penalties for those who, by exploiting people's dreams, sometimes people's naivety, sometimes lack of knowledge, deceive them and also jeopardize the Polish state, our security - he continued.

- This is my final appeal, because I don't know what other arguments could possibly reach President Nawrocki, Chairman Kaczyński, or Messrs. Mentzen and Bosak - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.

- There is nothing more to know here. We are dealing with the biggest scandal not of recent years, but of decades, a scandal directly involving the former and current president, and right-wing opposition parties, with politicians from this opposition directly financed - he continued.

- You have one last chance to show that something has gotten through to you and that, together with the government, you will want to block such gangster-like activities in the future. I am counting on a moment of reflection - he went on to say.

- For a long time, I have seen that the current prime minister is doing a lot, perhaps even everything, to push, beg, and remove the US from the territory of the Republic of Poland. I have many reservations, including about some of President Trump's statements, but I must say, for example, his statement about Afghanistan, the lack of appreciation for Polish soldiers… They later tried to backtrack, and that's very good, but the foundation of the future is strengthening alliances, which, from our perspective, are tasked with raising the level of security in Poland and technological advancement in various types of weaponry - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on TV Republika.

- I don't have that impression [that the president is implicated in the cryptocurrency issue]. I believe that the PiS camp, in its blind pursuit of power and money, has indeed shown a very far-reaching lack of concern regarding financial ties with various sponsors, and is now paying the political price for it. Is the President actively or consciously involved? I am convinced he is not - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- This matter needs to be regulated. However, I understand that the Prime Minister has either reached an agreement with the President to have this law respected [regarding cryptocurrencies] or we will lose the vote on the presidential veto for the third time - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- And I remember how many more times I spoke with the Prime Minister, stating that it is not good for the coalition to publicly display its weakness by being unable to reject the President's veto - he continued.

- It is also in our interest that there should be no reduction in American presence on the European continent. This means we want to increase American presence in Poland, but it doesn't necessarily have to come at the cost of shifts elsewhere. I would like to remind you that there are important logistical centers in Europe, in Germany and in Italy, which are capable of receiving a potential rapid and large increase of American troops logistically - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).

- I understand that until now, President Kaczyński denied PiS members the possibility of exercising this civic right, but it is clearly visible that his opinion on this matter now matters less to PiS members. We are seeing a surge in the number of associations. They can now apparently experience a bit of freedom - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

- Can you say with full responsibility that there is a discussion about these [American soldiers withdrawing from Germany] soldiers being stationed in Poland? - asked Marek Tejchman on Polsat News’s “Gość Wydarzeń” (Guest of Events).

- Of course there is. The only problem is Donald Tusk, who clearly doesn’t want it - replied Mariusz Błaszczak.

- This is [the EU's SAFE] project, which puts us in a situation where if we don't want to accept migrants, then [...] the European Union will withhold our money. If we don't want to reject the climate religion, then the European Union will withhold our money. If we don't want to implement rainbow ideology, then the European Union will withhold our money - said Mariusz Błaszczak on “Gość Wydarzeń” Polsat News.

"No, I wasn't surprised at all, because I believe it's a good idea to establish various associations," said Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Kamila Baranowska on Kanał Otwarty, when asked if he was surprised to learn that shortly after the establishment of the Rozwój Plus association within PiS, another association was being formed.

"The vast majority of people do not want to join political parties, they do not want to engage in strictly political activities, those that actually belong to the domain of political parties, but they do want a sense of participation," he continued.

- Unfortunately, President Nawrocki, who speaks of changing the Constitution, is violating this Constitution and also disregarding its spirit, because this Constitution was designed to allow the government and the president to cooperate, and the president is actually doing everything to minimize this cooperation and is not drawing conclusions from everything we are observing - stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts after Facts).

- When Aleksander Kwaśniewski won the presidency in 1995, an attempt was made, so to speak, at the last minute to increase the president's powers, as they were previously limited. This is where the hybrid came from, which in my opinion requires change – said Mariusz Błaszczak on Polsat News' “Gość Wydarzeń.”

- Historical experience indicates that a prime ministerial system is better. However, this requires discussion, it requires debate – he indicated.

- Konfederacja, led by Messrs. Bosak and Mentzen, is a party that encroaches on us from both the right and the center. I can say that it is therefore definitely worthwhile to propose solutions that are pro-state, patriotic, related to business, investing, attracting new jobs, and to Polish science and Polish culture - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty.

- I absolutely don't understand it. I mean, I don't understand why Szymon Hołownia wants to take responsibility for something that isn't the government's responsibility [regarding words about rejecting the veto]. Every normal person gives the president a chance. The president is there to guard the interests of Poles. Let's assume, for the first time, that he didn't have information and vetoed. Then he had the information, he blocks it again, vetoes a second time, even though he has information that also speaks of the involvement of foreign services, perhaps a mafia, and people are suffering. "I'm not planning to" – said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty, when asked if he was planning to run in the elections in a different formula than Law and Justice (PiS).

- [Once we gain power] we will replace the German short-term loan with this presidential project, which will become binding law in Poland, meaning we will utilize the Polish SAFE 0% - stated Mariusz Błaszczak on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

- Today, if someone is in a governing coalition, it is difficult to be in a governing coalition and undermine the most important decisions of that coalition. But it is even more difficult to act in a way that might allow some to attack the government at a time when the government currently bears no responsibility for what has happened, because the responsibility for rejecting this legislation [regarding cryptocurrencies] lies solely with the president - stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

- Some of my colleagues, unfortunately also from within Law and Justice, have joined the chorus of mockers, the box seat where it's comfortable to settle in and say, "That's bad," "You did that wrong," "And anyway, we would have acted differently regarding the KPO and matters concerning Ukraine" - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty.

- They were falling into this stream of criticism regarding the Polish Deal, right, the Green Deal, without regard for the truth. Meanwhile, I expect my colleagues from within Law and Justice to tell the truth, not to further fuel the fire that was already ignited to a high degree by the brigandage of the opposition - he continued.

- We will be the first to do it. None of us shirk this responsibility, and the transcription of this [same-sex marriage] union will be the first in Warsaw, immediately upon receiving the documents, because the law so states - stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts after Facts).

- Warsaw will immediately perform the transcription, we will be first and revolutionary, while adhering to the current law - he continued.

- For two years, there was a reckless onslaught against our own activities, against our own achievements; many people, including those from within Law and Justice itself, destroyed our achievements. I can say, very brutally, they soiled the nest we all were in - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty.

- And I believe this extremely confused our voters, and it was the absolute main reason why, over these two years – because we're talking about the period from the elections until roughly the beginning of 2026 – many voters left, and where did they go? To those who criticized us - he continued.

- If our critics speak their language, it opens the gates wide for our voters and says 'then go ahead, you did something wrong after all, very wrong here concerning matters related to COVID, to Ukraine' - he went on to say.

- I don't understand, or I can honestly say, I understand from the perspective of internal logic and internal competition, but it cost us 8, 9, perhaps even 10 percentage points of support - he added.

- All decisions regarding European policy were approved by the leadership, the highest leadership of Law and Justice, so I would advise my colleagues to stop criticizing the party leader and our leadership, because that is a path to nowhere - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty.

- Not only can he count on my support, but he has already received it, is receiving it, and will continue to receive it, because, for example, in a few days I am going to another joint event in Chełm organized by Mayor Jakub Banaszek regarding local governments - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty, when asked if Przemysław Czarnek could count on his support.

- We will both be speaking there together [...] I will remind you of the two or three conferences where we appeared together in the last two or three weeks, so it's hard to find a clearer signal, a sign, that he of course has my full support - he continued.

- What solidarity are you talking about, Prime Minister, what are you even saying? - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty, when asked about Prime Minister Donald Tusk's words that "I don't think we should as a country be snatching" American soldiers withdrawing from Germany and "I will not allow Poland to be used in any way to break solidarity or cooperation at the European level."

- In international politics, completely different rules apply, completely different laws. Was international solidarity and Nord Stream 2 international solidarity? And 5,000 helmets for Ukraine, was that international solidarity? And the mobility package that hit our transporters, was that international solidarity? - he continued.

- International politics is based on a hard calculation of our own, Polish, selfish interests - he went on to say.

- It seems to me that we are dealing with an absolutely historic moment here. Poland has an unprecedented opportunity to strengthen its security. [...] Today we have a unique chance - he added.

- The current Prime Minister, my successor, is making a cardinal mistake, and I hope he will back down from it as soon as possible - he stated.

- The government of Donald Tusk, the Civic Platform government, is using the Sejm and its power, the special services, in an unprecedented way for political purposes, to destroy its political opponents - said Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Otwarty.

- The vote to strip Szymon Hołownia, the Marshal, of his immunity is linked to the blackmail he is facing - he continued.

- It's strange how the current Prime Minister remembers the issue related to Collegium Humanum precisely when the coalition majority, the government majority, is threatened. It's a kind of scare tactic, a gun pointed at Szymon Hołownia's head - he went on.

- I have only one piece of advice, which I have followed in my life for 40 years: never give in to any blackmail - he added.

- I believe it is worth changing this government configuration at all costs, to which Mr. Szymon Hołownia could contribute. Moreover, it doesn't necessarily have to mean the return of Law and Justice, because I understand that he is in a sense endorsing this arrangement, and he is also endorsing the destruction of the rule of law, because laws are not changed by resolutions, and the Constitution is not changed by a Sejm resolution, which is what we are dealing with - Mateusz Morawiecki said on Kanał Otwarty.

- We lacked coalitional capacity. That's why, despite being very harshly attacked by the leaders of Konfederacja, and by the heads of the now-defunct Trzecia Droga, though it's clear who I'm referring to, I try not to respond personally, not to return like with like – Mateusz Morawiecki said on Kanał Otwarty.

- I believe that Law and Justice should build coalitional capacity, so that we don't achieve only a Pyrrhic victory again – he continued.
