April 26th as Children's Cancer Fight Day? Czarzasty: The Chancellery of the Sejm Will Contact Organizers of the Fundraiser, We Can Make It Happen

- I don't want to get politically involved in this matter in any way, but a proposal was made there to make April 26th a day for fighting childhood cancer - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's "Piasecki's Conversation".

- If the organizers of the fundraiser - whom I congratulate - wish to uphold this appeal, then today the Chancellery of the Sejm, because someone has to carry this out, will contact the organizers, without any political interference whatsoever, and we can make this happen if these individuals still have such a desire. I wanted to make this declaration to you - he stated.

08:19

Bielan:

PLN 250 Million Every Month Flows to the High Priests of Propaganda – The Same Amount Collected by the Aid Campaign

- A huge success for [the Easy Gang], great congratulations to all the organizers and donors of this campaign. I am convinced that this initiative will save many human lives. However, if we compare this to the amounts that the current coalition, despite its promises, allocates for party propaganda, for TVP, then every month PLN 250 million, which is the same amount these volunteers raised, flows directly to the high priests of propaganda - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

08:26

Czarzasty on His Relationship with MP Litewka:

There Was Never Such a Dispute. We Had Very Good Contact.

- He was not a tough nut to crack [Łukasz Litewka for me]. He achieved a much better result than me, I congratulate him. Thanks to this, we also secured two mandates in this constituency. We both anticipated this situation, to be clear, we just assumed that if he had a very good result, we would have two mandates - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- This is an artificial dispute. There was never such a dispute. We had some plans regarding further functioning, concerning the lists. We had very good contact, and it's all exaggerated that there was some dispute or not. There wasn't, because this dispute would have shown itself over the two years - he emphasized.

- It's a pity for the man, he was truly a man dedicated to other people. A good man - that's all I can say. We are currently organizing a state funeral on the initiative of the Chancellery of the Sejm. [...] He was a Member of Parliament, a member of the Left parliamentary club, he identified with that Left, but also, I must admit, with the detachment of a man doing good. Politics, in my opinion, was secondary for him - he continued.

08:28

Bielan:

Under our government, the healthcare system did not go bankrupt; under the Civic Platform's rule, it did.

- Under our government, the healthcare system did not go bankrupt; under the Civic Platform's rule, it did. They have been governing for 2 years, let's not repeat this false propaganda. They took over 20 billion [złoty] from the system by a Sejm decision and have been governing for over 2 years. They could have done everything to fix the system if it were flawed. The truth is that under their governance, the healthcare system has practically gone bankrupt - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

08:30

Balczun:

We are in dialogue with the Ministry of Finance for further funds to be transferred to ARP to strengthen JSW

- At the moment, together with the Minister of Energy, we are in dialogue with the Ministry of Finance for another tranche of funds to be transferred to ARP and in such a way as to strengthen JSW - said Wojciech Balczun in the "Morning Conversation" on RMF FM.

- We were in full agreement regarding the amount of 2 billion 900 million [...] a billion of that has already gone and we are waiting for the remaining part - he continued.

08:34

Czarzasty on Internet Conspiracy Theories About the Death of MP Litewka:

Disgusting.

- That’s how they should be called – conspiracy theories. Connecting events, for example, zoophilia, which happened and was punished in Lower Silesia, with this matter is simply disgusting. Connecting some political aspirations in the Dąbrowa Basin region is simply disgusting – said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in “Piasecki’s Interview” on TVN24.

- That’s how the internet is. You need to have thick skin and a very strong sense of distance. Any attempt to make something out of another person’s death is simply disgusting. And that’s how I approach it, with great distance – he stated.

- I say to all these people who are trying to gain something from this death: don’t do it. Simply respect the person, and that is the most important thing – he added.

08:38

Balczun:

JSW Group Must Undergo Restructuring

- Our discussions with the social partners are clear. The JSW Group must undergo restructuring; no one has any doubts about that, so to speak. We know the company should focus on the production and extraction of coal that is most important, namely coking coal. Thermal coal is a problem - said Wojciech Balczun in an RMF FM interview.

08:42

Balczun on When Tusk Will Sign the Local Content Code:

Most Likely Next Week.

- We are scheduled with the team that was established by me, an interdepartmental team [...] to finalize the final version of the code of good practices, we have had a presentation of the definitions, we are scheduled for this week and we will submit the code of good practices to the Prime Minister for signing - said Wojciech Balczun on RMF FM, when asked when the Prime Minister will sign the Local Content code of good practices.

- Immediately, without delay, of course. The document is ready, it is only a matter of formal adoption - he continued, when asked when the document would be presented to the Prime Minister.

- I expect such a signature most likely next week - he went on to say, when asked if the Prime Minister might sign the document this week, or rather next week.

08:44

What's in the Annex to the WSI Report? Czarzasty: I Don't Know, Because I Haven't Looked at It

- I don't know [what's in the annex to the report on the liquidation of WSI], because I haven't looked at it - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- The time will come, and I will become interested in it. Of course, I will approach it very seriously - he continued.

- I will deal with it next week - he added.

08:48

Czarzasty:

Declassifying the WSI Report Annex is a Bad Process

- This is a bad process [the declassification of the annex to the WSI liquidation report] - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in 'Rozmowa Piaseckiego' on TVN24.

- It's not a situation where you can anonymize surnames and therefore there's no problem. [...] Intelligence services of other countries, due to the context in which these surnames were used, will know whose surnames they are, they will find these names - he indicated.

- 20 years ago, when the first part was published, I want to say that, for example, Arab students who cooperated with the WSI, there were cases of these people dying in the countries where they were - he added.

08:49

Balczun on CPN:

It will be applied for as long as necessary.

"CPN will be applied for as long as necessary," Wojciech Balczun said on RMF FM.

"If the international situation does not calm down, if it is conducive to speculation [...] for that long we will maintain our solution," he continued.

08:52

Bielan on Kaczyński and Morawiecki:

They're Playing for the Same Goal.

- I think Mateusz Morawiecki wasn't playing against President Jarosław Kaczyński. They're playing for the same goal - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

08:53

"A Cleansing Meeting Was Needed." Bielan on "Malicious Tongues"

- Malicious tongues claimed that this association is a para-party, that it's the first step towards building a party, and such a cleansing meeting was needed, where intentions could be clarified. I don't want to name names; people who likely aimed for a split, most often came from outside PiS - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

08:53

Balczun on Zondacrypto:

Perhaps One of the Biggest Scandals in the Last 30 Years.

- We are witnessing perhaps one of the biggest scandals in the last 30 years unfold before our eyes - said Wojciech Balczun on RMF FM, referring to Zondacrypto.

- I think that President Piesiewicz's crying is justified for a different reason [than losing his funds], because he truly has many reasons to worry - he continued.

08:54

Czarzasty on the WSI Annex:

Intelligence agencies of other countries will not take seriously a state that discloses these types of reports.

- Intelligence agencies of other countries will never take seriously a state that discloses these types of reports. [...] I don't know if this mechanism won't return: let's not inform them about everything, because it might happen that they write it in some report and make it public - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- People who cooperate with intelligence agencies will say: "We don't want to cooperate with these people because we might appear in such a report" - he assessed.

08:57

Czarzasty on the WSI Annex:

This is a breach of state secrets. I hold President Nawrocki responsible for starting such a game.

"Regardless of what is in it [the annex to the report on the liquidation of the WSI], it is a breach of state secrets. No country in the world does this. It is unserious, it goes against Poland's raison d'état. And I hold President Nawrocki responsible for starting such a game" - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" (Piasecki's Conversation).

"It is primarily irresponsible. Irresponsible also because one must ask oneself this question: are we certain that no one has viewed this report during this time? Have any theses been added to this report?" - he asked.

09:09

Bielan on Disputes and Internal Discussions within PiS:

A Consequence of Kaczyński's Deliberate Policy.

- Clearly, Jarosław Kaczyński, as the leader of our formation, strives for PiS to broaden its influence, not radically limit it. Besides, everything that is happening – internal discussions, sometimes disputes, sometimes personal conflicts – I admit, is a consequence of Jarosław Kaczyński's deliberate policy. When building PiS in 2000, he decided that this formation must be multi-stream. In this way, he drew conclusions from various conflicts on the right in the 1990s. - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

09:15

Bielan:

Is it a coincidence that Tusk is destroying Polish-US relations while the German Chancellor is lobbying to keep US soldiers?

- There is a country that sits quietly, does its own thing, and lobbies very hard for its position in Washington, spending over $100 million on lobbying alone last year. That country is Germany. Donald Tusk, as we know, is very closely emotionally connected to German culture, to the German state - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

- The question is whether it's a coincidence that at a time when Chancellor Merz is lobbying to keep as many American soldiers as possible on his territory, when he travels to Washington, having visited the White House three times during Trump's term, the Polish Prime Minister, long considered a politician favorable to Germany, indeed, some claim he implements recommendations from Berlin, is at the same time destroying Polish-American relations - he continued.

09:15

Czarzasty on Declassifying the WSI Annex:

I'm Not Sure If I'll Even Issue an Opinion.

- I'm still considering one thing – whether I will take any stance at all on this matter [declassification of the annex to the WSI liquidation report] – said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- I don't know if there will be [my opinion] at all. I don't know because I need to talk to lawyers and serious people, because this is a serious matter – he stated.

- I don't know if I should involve the institution of the Marshal of the Sejm in this whole affair, participate in this entire context and put my name to the fact that this process is accepted by me in any way – he explained.

09:23

When Will Czarzasty Address the WSI Report Annex? The Marshal's Declaration

- I will go to Copenhagen on May 3rd, where there will be a meeting of all EU parliament speakers. Upon my return from Copenhagen, I will seriously address [the matter of the annex to the WSI liquidation report]. I won't just glance at it for a moment and be satisfied with having access, because I am 66 years old, I have reason and responsibility - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

09:24

Bielan on Tusk:

Is he a useful idiot or a German-Russian agent of influence?

- Suddenly, we have a gift in the form of a statement from the Polish Prime Minister, and now the question is - is Tusk a useful idiot or a German-Russian agent of influence? Because only Germany and Russia benefit from the limitation of contacts, from the destruction of Polish-American relations - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

09:27

Bielan:

Tusk Deals Poland a Stab in the Back

- I have just returned from a visit to Washington, where I met in the White House, the State Department, and Congress with politicians who make these decisions. So I have knowledge about where we stand - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

- Tusk deals Poland a stab in the back as it strives for the strongest possible position in these negotiations over the relocation of American troops, at a time when his political patron is doing everything and spending vast sums of money, using all of his soft power, including the media. One of the most important media outlets in the USA, such as Politico, is owned by the German concern Axel Springer. Germany is using all its tools, soft and hard, to convince Americans - he continued.

09:32

Czarzasty on the President’s declassification of the WSI annex:

Does he want to cover up Zondacrypto or give a gift to Cenckiewicz?

- What the president is doing [regarding the annex to the report on the liquidation of WSI] is unserious - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" (Piasecki's Interview).

Does he want to cover up Zondacrypto, or does he want to give a gift to Mr. Cenckiewicz, or did he promise it during his campaign, or did he dream it, or did the idea come to him during his bath, or perhaps he believes it will harm someone, which would confirm my thesis that, for example, some theses could have been added to this report? - he listed.

- Every thesis ends with such a conclusion - this is not the seriousness of the Polish state - he concluded.

10:16

Kaczyński on the WSI annex:

There are many journalistic theses, including very questionable ones.

"I don't think this publication [of the annex to the WSI liquidation report] was a particularly important act," said Jarosław Kaczyński during a conversation with journalists in Parczew yesterday.

"I echo what my late brother said at the time, that there are many journalistic theses there, not ones that should be in this kind of document," stated the PiS leader.

"There are also various theses that are simply very questionable in terms of their proof. Very risky, far-reaching ones," he indicated.

10:20

Tusk:

The Whole World Watches Ukraine's Achievements with Admiration

- When we were the first to help our sisters and brothers from Ukraine, few in the world believed that Ukraine would be able to repel Russian aggression - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Road to URC conference on the 'Security and Defense Dimension'.

- Today, the whole world, and we in Poland here with particular attention, but the whole world, watches with admiration what Ukraine has achieved in confronting an opponent who seemed insurmountable – that's what some thought - he continued.

- We know what heroic struggle against overwhelming forces means. In our shared history, defeats were all too frequent precisely because we were either alone or clearly weaker. But we also know what victory is, even against the opponent who is attacking Ukraine today - he emphasized.

10:26

Tusk:

This War Also Shows What International Solidarity and Cooperation Entail

- This war also shows what international solidarity and cooperation mean, which is not just guarantees on paper or treaties without practical significance. This war also shows that the nations of the free world, including European nations, are capable of financial commitment when it comes to people, practical actions, and future planning for the defense and support of Ukraine, and this too is something unprecedented - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Road to URC conference, "Security and Defense Dimension".

- Poland, and I personally, have put a lot of effort into mobilizing further financial resources; we also discussed with the [Ukrainian] Prime Minister how to facilitate the use of these resources - he continued.

10:31

Tusk:

Reconstruction Only Makes Sense When Coupled with Ensuring Security for Ukraine, Poland, and Europe

- Polish-Ukrainian relations, and relations today between Europe and Ukraine, are not a one-sided form of aid for a country at war. Poland succeeded, and I can say it achieved success here, because we were a leading nation in this process. We managed to build a model of cooperation, despite the war, despite what is happening in Ukraine, on the front, in the air over Ukraine, a model in which Ukraine can also give something, and something priceless – modern capabilities that practically exceed the boundaries of imagination and actions on the contemporary battlefield, stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Road to URC "Security and Defense Dimension" conference.

- Today in Rzeszów, we are discussing what has been Poland's endeavor and what is a Polish success: to incorporate the defense security segment, this new dimension of our cooperation, into the framework of the reconstruction conference. After all, there will be no reconstruction if the aggressor does not cease this war. This reconstruction only makes sense when we simultaneously discuss how to ensure security for Ukraine, Poland, and Europe. Only a secure Ukraine, a secure Poland, and a secure Europe will be able to meet the great challenge that is the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war's devastation, he continued.

10:33

Tusk:

Poland's Drone Armada Plan to be Supported by Our Ukrainian Friends

- I can announce today with great satisfaction that Poland's plan to build a drone armada will be a plan that will also be supported by the technical thinking and drone expertise of our Ukrainian friends - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Road to URC "Security and Defense Dimension" conference.

- We will invest joint money, European and Polish funds, and, as I said, Ukraine's expertise and capabilities. Our goal is that the unexpected consequence of this war for the Russians will be to skip an entire technological era, so that in the future, the near future, Ukraine, Poland, and Europe will be safe from air attacks, from any aggressor's encroachments - he continued.

11:32

Czarnek on the healthcare situation:

This is no longer a problem, this is no longer a crisis, this is a collapse.

"Today it is no longer a problem, today it is no longer a crisis, today it is a collapse. Today it is a collapse, and we must finally diagnose this collapse here" - said Przemysław Czarnek during a medical summit.

11:40

Czarnek:

The Goal is to Eliminate DiLO Card Patients Through Proactive Prevention and Immediate Cancer Detection

- When I heard jokes that it's not so bad because patients with the DiLO card get immediate access, well, that's precisely the point: we don't want patients with the DiLO card. Instead, we want to act proactively, detect cancer immediately as soon as it appears, in its initial, even precancerous stage, so that the patient doesn't become an oncology case - said Przemysław Czarnek during a medical summit.

11:41

Czarnek:

The Push for Healthcare Privatization Always Occurs When Tusk Leads the Government

- The privatization of healthcare is not something new in our country, and the aspiration for healthcare privatization is not something new in our country; it always occurs when Donald Tusk is at the head of the government - said Przemysław Czarnek during a medical summit.

- We've already seen this; we are simply experiencing a repeat performance, only in a situation much worse for patients than it was even a few years ago - he continued.

11:45

Czarnek:

For the First Time in Polish History, the Health Minister, Instead of Securing Healthcare Funding, Suggests Where to Cut Further

- This is the first time in the history of Poland that the Minister of Health, instead of ensuring that funds flow into the healthcare budget, is talking about where else cuts can be made, solely to reduce the budget deficit on paper from 23 billion to 18 billion zlotys - said Przemysław Czarnek during a medical summit.

11:49

Czarnek:

We are establishing a team to prepare legal frameworks for healthcare reform

- We are establishing a team. A team that will prepare the legal frameworks for healthcare reform, with particular emphasis on clearly separating private from public healthcare. This is our postulate, which must be implemented, because we need to put a stop to the privatization of public healthcare, here and now – said Przemysław Czarnek during the medical summit.

11:58

Litewka Posthumously Honored by Nawrocki

- By decree of April 27, 2026, the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, has posthumously awarded the tragically deceased Member of Parliament, Łukasz Karol Litewka, the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta - informed the presidential spokesperson, Rafał Leśkiewicz.

14:06

"A Catastrophe for Public Finances." Morawiecki on "Tusk's Regression"

- What does #TuskRegres mean? A catastrophe for public finances! Poland has a deficit much larger than budgeted – the highest in the EU to date - wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on social media.

"What did the Civic Coalition (KO) government promise? Tax cuts – exemption from capital gains tax, strengthening of the strategic spending rule, budget transparency, fiscal consolidation, etc.

What has the KO government delivered? Nothing. Poland's budget, since they took office, has been a slippery slope leading straight into Tusk and Domański's enormous fiscal black hole.

What awaits us if they continue to govern? Among other things, a credit rating downgrade, spending cuts, tax increases, recession, and EU sanctions…

We cannot afford a government that doesn't know how to manage our common money! Time for a change! Do you agree? Share!"

14:07

They Continue to Protect the Perpetrators. It Was a Heist for Cash. KO Reminds of the President's Vetoes in Cryptocurrency Spot

- Disappearing people. Dirty Russian money. A system that needed protection from the law. Step one, the government submits a bill to cut off eastern tentacles, to secure your assets - says the narrator in the KO spot.

- But the mafia doesn't like oversight. The mafia pays for silence. President Nawrocki throws the first veto, PiS blocks the bill in the Sejm. They buy the mafia time - he continues.

- A second veto, the umbrella over the fraudsters is already closed. And then, in the window created by the president, the pyramid collapses. Your money disappears - he continues.

- They saw your tears, they saw empty accounts, and they continue to protect the perpetrators. This wasn't politics. It was a heist. A heist for cash - he emphasizes.

14:17

Hennig-Kloska After Meeting with PSL Representatives:

They Always Show Great Restraint, Because We Don't Always Agree.

- Thank you for the invitation for coffee. Coalition partners should talk to each other this way, and it was a very good meeting. I also thank the PSL for always showing great restraint, because we don't always agree either. That's natural; we have very different voter expectations because we are a coalition of 5 political entities, and naturally – and I emphasize this often – when it comes to environmental protection, we often have different points of view. But that's a good path towards developing compromise and consensus – stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press briefing in the Sejm.

14:20

PSL Recommends Against Hennig-Kloska's Dismissal:

The Opposition Won't Furnish Our Government.

- I will be recommending to my colleagues in the parliamentary club [PSL] at the session of the parliamentary club preceding this Sejm session to reject this motion concerning the minister - stated Krzysztof Paszyk at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- The opposition will not furnish our government. Parliamentarism, meaning dialogue, reigns supreme here today. We thank the minister for this meeting - said Piotr Zgorzelski.

14:21

Hennig-Kloska Hits Poland 2050 After Question About Meeting:

When They Stop Using Opposition's Fake News - I'd Be Very Happy To.

- When they stop engaging in internal coalition disputes, conducting politics via Twitter, and using the opposition's fake news, I'd be very happy to. I've never really refused anyone a coffee - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press briefing in the Sejm.

14:42

Kaczyński on the Team Appointed by Czarnek:

Time to Heal Healthcare! We Have a Plan.

"One of the crises caused by the Tusk government is the collapse of healthcare: a budget deficit in the National Health Fund (NFZ), restrictions in access to medical services, lengthening queues for doctors, patients left without care..." - Jarosław Kaczyński wrote on X.

"Furthermore, the Tusk government not only does not want to talk, but even listen to the problems. Social dialogue does not exist. Either apathy, or total irresponsibility. Will they wake up? It's time to heal healthcare! We have a plan. Prime ministerial candidate Przemysław Czarnek has appointed a team that will prepare the socially expected solutions in this matter." - he continued in his post.

15:05

Sikorski on the Cryptocurrency Matter:

The Opposition and the President Failed Poles.

- Both the President and the opposition were already in possession of this information at the secret Sejm session. Therefore, the fact that we then had another veto and another refusal to override the veto means that today's opposition was extending protection over this dubious company, having this information, and that is shocking - Radosław Sikorski said at a press conference.

- Firstly, the security of our compatriots' money was at stake, and secondly, national security. I simply do not understand what is going on in the background, where such motivation comes from, despite such information, to not implement the European directive on regulating this market - he continued.

- This is a very serious matter, the opposition and the President have failed Poles, they had two chances. Actually, more than that, because there were two vetoes and then two attempts to override the vetoes - he went on to say.

15:11

Sikorski on Ziobro:

It is his dog-like duty to appear before a Polish prosecutor.

- I don't know what Mr. Ziobro intends. I know it is his dog-like duty to appear before a Polish prosecutor - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.

15:15

Sikorski:

Available analyses suggest the Mercosur agreement should be beneficial for the Polish economy

- Based on available analyses, the Mercosur agreement as a whole should be beneficial for the Polish economy. And when it comes to agriculture, there will be challenges in some sectors, but benefits in others - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.

15:19

Sikorski:

The coalition is doing well, we will govern until the end of our term and win next year's elections

- The coalition is doing well, we will govern until the end of our term and win next year's elections - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference, when asked if he feared for the future of the ruling coalition in connection with the vote of no confidence against Paulina Hennig-Kloska and suggestions regarding a possible vote of dismissal by some members of the Poland 2050 party.

15:23

Sikorski Asked About Slovak Prime Minister's Flight to Moscow Over Polish Territory:

This Problem Has Ceased to Exist.

- According to my current knowledge, this problem has ceased to exist - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference, when asked if Poland already knows whether it will allow the Slovak Prime Minister to fly over Polish territory to Moscow.

15:25

Nawrocki Responds to Cryptocurrency Allegations:

Lies Won't Cover Up the Government's Incompetence and Helplessness.

- To be clear: the first letter from the Internal Security Agency regarding the cryptocurrency market arrived at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland on December 12, 2025. This was 11 days after I vetoed the Act of November 7, 2025, on crypto-assets, and 7 days after a secret Sejm session - wrote Karol Nawrocki on social media.

- The government will not cover up its incompetence and helplessness in its lack of control over the cryptocurrency market with lies. Hold yourselves accountable, not the opposition! - the president emphasized.

19:45

President Travels to Croatia for Three Seas Summit. Przydacz Details the Visit

- Mr. President Karol Nawrocki is heading to Dubrovnik in Croatia shortly for the Three Seas Summit – Marcin Przydacz said at a press briefing.

- The President will meet there with a number of presidents from across the region, from the President of Greece, Romania, to the presidents of the Baltic states, but he will also meet with the Prime Minister of Croatia [...] and will meet with the United States Secretary of Energy Chris Wright – he continued.

- An additional impetus for this visit is the economic forum [...] this year, by the decision of President Karol Nawrocki, an unprecedentedly large economic delegation from Poland is traveling, numbering several dozen people – he went on to say.

- The main topic of the Three Seas Summit, apart from the adoption of a strategic partnership with Italy, will of course be energy cooperation [...] among the participating states – he added.

19:54

President Considers Attending. Przydacz on MP Litewka's Funeral

- The President is aware that his [Łukasz Litewka's] funeral is taking place this Wednesday in Sosnowiec. At this moment, I cannot provide specifics regarding the President's attendance, but the President is certainly considering participating - said Marcin Przydacz at a press briefing.

- Although we all know that for the next two days, the primary objective was to be present in Dubrovnik for the Three Seas Summit, so if any specific program changes and the President's decision regarding participation occur, we will certainly inform you as soon as possible - he continued.

- At this moment, I can say that yes, such a decision and participation is being considered - he added.

20:00

"He's Either Frivolous or Hiding Information": Przydacz on Tusk

- If the Prime Minister [...] says publicly, and even to the international public opinion, that Poland and other Central European countries face war in the coming months, then it would seem that such information should first reach the Presidential Palace, if it is serious - said Marcin Przydacz at a press briefing.

- These claims by the Prime Minister should be verified, whether it was just a statement for the public, in order to increase interest in himself, or to start scaring public opinion for unknown reasons, or if there are any real reasons for such far-reaching claims - he continued.

- If the Prime Minister of the Republic states directly that Poland faces war with Russia in a few months, then [...] far-reaching preparations should be initiated, and it does not seem to us that the Prime Minister is actually taking such actions, so he is either a frivolous person or is hiding information, there is no third option - he went on to say.

- The President has decided and authorized me to request from the government side, specifically from the coordinator of special services, a comprehensive report on this situation and the basis for the Prime Minister's claims - he added.

20:10

Przydacz:

If the Prime Minister Comes Out and Says He Doesn't Trust Our Key Allies, That's Exactly What Russia Would Expect

- It is also not in the interest of the Polish state to undermine trust in our allies today. Meaning, if someone, especially the Prime Minister, comes out and says they don't trust, don't want to trust our key allies, thereby undermining the content of Article 5, that is exactly what the Russian Federation would expect today - said Marcin Przydacz at a press briefing.

20:11

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Cenckiewicz:

The Reluctance to Seek Compromise and Cooperation Was Evident.

- This is not about my relief, comfort, or discomfort. It is about Poland's security. We do not choose collaborators for Mr. President, nor will we allow our collaborators to be chosen for us - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Justyna Dobrosz-Oracz for "Question of the Day" on TVP Info.

- But it is difficult to function in such a state, especially after these recent statements, when the reluctance to seek compromise and cooperation was evident - he stated, referring to Sławomir Cenckiewicz's resignation.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the Acting Head of the National Security Bureau:

I Don't Think This is the Final Candidacy.

"I will remind you that, with all due respect, General [Andrzej] Kowalski is acting as the head of the BBN and I don't think this is the final candidacy. This is probably just a transitional phase. With respect, because we will cooperate, but I believe someone else will be chosen eventually," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info's "Question of the Day.".

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

There are people in Nawrocki's inner circle who were certainly pleased with Cenkiewicz's resignation

- It seems that [in the context of Sławomir Cenkiewicz's resignation] the most likely scenario is one connected with the emotions within the Presidential Palace and the emotions that are born there. They are not born for the first time. They are born naturally in every Presidential Palace, with every president. And there are those who were certainly very pleased with this resignation in the immediate circle of President Nawrocki - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info's "Question of the Day".

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

The Presidential Palace unilaterally terminated an unwritten agreement not to politicize security matters

- I am interested in whether there is a chance for things to be normal. For us to be able to cooperate normally, for there to be goodwill in matters truly important for Poland. And this is not about goodwill for the government, because the president may not even support the government, but the Presidential Palace cannot be against Poland's security – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in TVP Info's "Question of the Day".

- The SAFE issue is crucial, which played out in recent weeks. [...] In reality, the Presidential Palace unilaterally terminated an unwritten agreement that we do not politicize security matters, and certainly do not engage in petty politics – he stated.

Kosiniak-Kamysz responds to Cenckiewicz:

Taking away my desire and will to cooperate is a lie.

- From my side, there is genuinely no ill will. The President is informed about everything. I even care a great deal that this information reaches the President as quickly as possible, because it is in my interest. I'm not even talking about it being in Poland's interest, but it is also in my interest as the head of the Ministry of National Defence to have full transparency and clarity in our actions. Therefore, denying me any desire or will to cooperate is a lie - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview on TVP Info's “Question of the Day.”

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the vote of no confidence against Hennig-Kloska:

If the coalition falls over this, it's the end of it.

- If the coalition falls over such a motion, it's the end of it. I think everyone realizes that - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in "Pytanie dnia" on TVP Info, when asked about the vote of no confidence against Paulina Hennig-Kloska.

- We have significant reservations about personnel matters, for example, concerning Minister Dorożały, the deputy minister to Minister Hennig-Kloska. [...] But the worst place to resolve personnel disputes is an opposition motion. The opposition will not decide for us who should be a minister and who shouldn't be - he indicated.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the WSI Annex:

As the President wishes – let him declassify it. He takes 100% responsibility for it.

- I think these are actions driven by specific, individual interests, not actions taken in the face of the national interest. I don't know what has changed over 20 years with different presidents – starting with the late Prof. Lech Kaczyński and ending with Andrzej Duda. 3/4 of that time, the presidents were from PiS, and for 15 years of their presidencies, no one did it [declassified the annex to the report on the liquidation of WSI] - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on TVP Info's 'Question of the Day'.

- But if Mr. President wishes – then please, let him declassify it. He takes 100% responsibility for it. That is his responsibility - he stated.
