Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in the Road to URC Conference "Security and Defense Dimension" and will meet with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.

The event marks the beginning of preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference – the world's largest conference dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine.

The meeting is scheduled for 9:20 AM, and the opening ceremony and the speech of the head of the Polish government – for 10:00 AM.

At 11:00 AM, the Medical Summit will be held in the Sejm, attended by the Vice-President of PiS and candidate for Prime Minister, Przemysław Czarnek, as well as hospital directors, doctors, and representatives of local governments and parliamentarians.

- I don't want to get politically involved in this matter in any way, but a proposal was made there to make April 26th a day for fighting childhood cancer - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's "Piasecki's Conversation".

- If the organizers of the fundraiser - whom I congratulate - wish to uphold this appeal, then today the Chancellery of the Sejm, because someone has to carry this out, will contact the organizers, without any political interference whatsoever, and we can make this happen if these individuals still have such a desire. - A huge success for [the Easy Gang], great congratulations to all the organizers and donors of this campaign. I am convinced that this initiative will save many human lives. However, if we compare this to the amounts that the current coalition, despite its promises, allocates for party propaganda, for TVP, then every month PLN 250 million, which is the same amount these volunteers raised, flows directly to the high priests of propaganda - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

- He was not a tough nut to crack [Łukasz Litewka for me]. He achieved a much better result than me, I congratulate him. Thanks to this, we also secured two mandates in this constituency. We both anticipated this situation, to be clear, we just assumed that if he had a very good result, we would have two mandates - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- This is an artificial dispute. There was never such a dispute. We had some plans regarding further functioning, concerning the lists. We had very good contact, and it's all exaggerated that there was some dispute or not. There wasn't, because this dispute would have shown itself over the two years - he emphasized.

- It's a pity for the man, he was truly a man dedicated to other people. A good man - that's all I can say. We are currently organizing a state funeral on the initiative of the Chancellery of the Sejm. [...] He was a Member of Parliament, a member of the Left parliamentary club, he identified with that Left, but also, I must admit, with the detachment of a man doing good. Politics, in my opinion, was secondary for him - he continued.

- Under our government, the healthcare system did not go bankrupt; under the Civic Platform's rule, it did. They have been governing for 2 years, let's not repeat this false propaganda. They took over 20 billion [złoty] from the system by a Sejm decision and have been governing for over 2 years. They could have done everything to fix the system if it were flawed. - At the moment, together with the Minister of Energy, we are in dialogue with the Ministry of Finance for another tranche of funds to be transferred to ARP and in such a way as to strengthen JSW - said Wojciech Balczun in the "Morning Conversation" on RMF FM.

- I say to all these people who are trying to gain something from this death: don’t do it. Simply respect the person, and that is the most important thing – he added.

- Our discussions with the social partners are clear. The JSW Group must undergo restructuring; no one has any doubts about that, so to speak. We know the company should focus on the production and extraction of coal that is most important, namely coking coal. Thermal coal is a problem - said Wojciech Balczun in an RMF FM interview.

- We are scheduled with the team that was established by me, an interdepartmental team [...] to finalize the final version of the code of good practices, we have had a presentation of the definitions, we are scheduled for this week and we will submit the code of good practices to the Prime Minister for signing - said Wojciech Balczun on RMF FM, when asked when the Prime Minister will sign the Local Content code of good practices.

- 20 years ago, when the first part was published, I want to say that, for example, Arab students who cooperated with the WSI, there were cases of these people dying in the countries where they were - he added.

"If the international situation does not calm down, if it is conducive to speculation [...] for that long we will maintain our solution," he continued.

"Regardless of what is in it [the annex to the report on the liquidation of the WSI], it is a breach of state secrets. No country in the world does this. It is unserious, it goes against Poland's raison d'état. And I hold President Nawrocki responsible for starting such a game" - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" (Piasecki's Conversation).

"It is primarily irresponsible. Irresponsible also because one must ask oneself this question: are we certain that no one has viewed this report during this time? Have any theses been added to this report?" - he asked.

- Clearly, Jarosław Kaczyński, as the leader of our formation, strives for PiS to broaden its influence, not radically limit it. Besides, everything that is happening – internal discussions, sometimes disputes, sometimes personal conflicts – I admit, is a consequence of Jarosław Kaczyński's deliberate policy. When building PiS in 2000, he decided that this formation must be multi-stream. In this way, he drew conclusions from various conflicts on the right in the 1990s. - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

- There is a country that sits quietly, does its own thing, and lobbies very hard for its position in Washington, spending over $100 million on lobbying alone last year. That country is Germany. Donald Tusk, as we know, is very closely emotionally connected to German culture, to the German state - stated Adam Bielan on Radio Zet.

- The question is whether it's a coincidence that at a time when Chancellor Merz is lobbying to keep as many American soldiers as possible on his territory, when he travels to Washington, having visited the White House three times during Trump's term, the Polish Prime Minister, long considered a politician favorable to Germany, indeed, some claim he implements recommendations from Berlin, is at the same time destroying Polish-American relations - he continued.

- I'm still considering one thing – whether I will take any stance at all on this matter [declassification of the annex to the WSI liquidation report] – said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- I don't know if there will be [my opinion] at all. I don't know because I need to talk to lawyers and serious people, because this is a serious matter – he stated.

- I don't know if I should involve the institution of the Marshal of the Sejm in this whole affair, participate in this entire context and put my name to the fact that this process is accepted by me in any way – he explained.

- I will go to Copenhagen on May 3rd, where there will be a meeting of all EU parliament speakers. Upon my return from Copenhagen, I will seriously address [the matter of the annex to the WSI liquidation report]. I won't just glance at it for a moment and be satisfied with having access, because I am 66 years old, I have reason and responsibility - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

- Suddenly, we have a gift in the form of a statement from the Polish Prime Minister, and now the question is - is Tusk a useful idiot or a German-Russian agent of influence? "I echo what my late brother said at the time, that there are many journalistic theses there, not ones that should be in this kind of document," stated the PiS leader.

"There are also various theses that are simply very questionable in terms of their proof. Very risky, far-reaching ones," he indicated.

- Poland, and I personally, have put a lot of effort into mobilizing further financial resources; we also discussed with the [Ukrainian] Prime Minister how to facilitate the use of these resources - he continued.

- Today in Rzeszów, we are discussing what has been Poland's endeavor and what is a Polish success: to incorporate the defense security segment, this new dimension of our cooperation, into the framework of the reconstruction conference. After all, there will be no reconstruction if the aggressor does not cease this war. This reconstruction only makes sense when we simultaneously discuss how to ensure security for Ukraine, Poland, and Europe. Only a secure Ukraine, a secure Poland, and a secure Europe will be able to meet the great challenge that is the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war's devastation, he continued.

- I can announce today with great satisfaction that Poland's plan to build a drone armada will be a plan that will also be supported by the technical thinking and drone expertise of our Ukrainian friends - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Road to URC "Security and Defense Dimension" conference.

- We will invest joint money, European and Polish funds, and, as I said, Ukraine's expertise and capabilities. Our goal is that the unexpected consequence of this war for the Russians will be to skip an entire technological era, so that in the future, the near future, Ukraine, Poland, and Europe will be safe from air attacks, from any aggressor's encroachments - he continued.

"Today it is no longer a problem, today it is no longer a crisis, today it is a collapse. Today it is a collapse, and we must finally diagnose this collapse here" - said Przemysław Czarnek during a medical summit.

- When I heard jokes that it's not so bad because patients with the DiLO card get immediate access, well, that's precisely the point: we don't want patients with the DiLO card. - Mr. President Karol Nawrocki is heading to Dubrovnik in Croatia shortly for the Three Seas Summit – Marcin Przydacz said at a press briefing.

With respect, because we will cooperate, but I believe someone else will be chosen eventually," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info's "Question of the Day.".

- It seems that [in the context of Sławomir Cenkiewicz's resignation] the most likely scenario is one connected with the emotions within the Presidential Palace and the emotions that are born there. They are not born for the first time. They are born naturally in every Presidential Palace, with every president. And there are those who were certainly very pleased with this resignation in the immediate circle of President Nawrocki - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info's "Question of the Day".

- I am interested in whether there is a chance for things to be normal. For us to be able to cooperate normally, for there to be goodwill in matters truly important for Poland. And this is not about goodwill for the government, because the president may not even support the government, but the Presidential Palace cannot be against Poland's security – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in TVP Info's "Question of the Day".

- The SAFE issue is crucial, which played out in recent weeks. [...] In reality, the Presidential Palace unilaterally terminated an unwritten agreement that we do not politicize security matters, and certainly do not engage in petty politics – he stated.

- From my side, there is genuinely no ill will. The President is informed about everything. I even care a great deal that this information reaches the President as quickly as possible, because it is in my interest. I'm not even talking about it being in Poland's interest, but it is also in my interest as the head of the Ministry of National Defence to have full transparency and clarity in our actions. Therefore, denying me any desire or will to cooperate is a lie - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview on TVP Info's “Question of the Day.”

- If the coalition falls over such a motion, it's the end of it. I think everyone realizes that - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in "Pytanie dnia" on TVP Info, when asked about the vote of no confidence against Paulina Hennig-Kloska.

- We have significant reservations about personnel matters, for example, concerning Minister Dorożały, the deputy minister to Minister Hennig-Kloska. [...] But the worst place to resolve personnel disputes is an opposition motion. The opposition will not decide for us who should be a minister and who shouldn't be - he indicated.

- I think these are actions driven by specific, individual interests, not actions taken in the face of the national interest. I don't know what has changed over 20 years with different presidents – starting with the late Prof. Lech Kaczyński and ending with Andrzej Duda. 3/4 of that time, the presidents were from PiS, and for 15 years of their presidencies, no one did it [declassified the annex to the report on the liquidation of WSI] - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on TVP Info's 'Question of the Day'.

- But if Mr. President wishes – then please, let him declassify it. He takes 100% responsibility for it. That is his responsibility - he stated.
