Müller on the Situation in PiS:
I Hope This Finally Calms Down.
- You know, I'm counting on it to finally calm down, really - stated Piotr Müller on TVN24's "Piasecki's Conversation."
- I will not add to the fire today in this regard. Therefore, I also appeal to my colleagues about it - he continued.
07:40
Müller:
The Association is Not Being Liquidated. We Want to Attract People from Outside PiS
- First and foremost, the association is not being liquidated, which, moreover, was even literally stated yesterday at the press conference - stated Piotr Müller on TVN24's 'Rozmowa Piaseckiego'.
- Therefore, it is continuing its work because we want to attract people who are outside of PiS to our joint activities - he continued.
- Naturally, we want this activity to influence what is happening within PiS, which is why there is mention of this Council of Experts - he emphasized.
07:46
Müller:
I Recall PiS Politicians' Decisions in 2011 to Leave the Party. We Are Not Leaving
- I recall, first of all, what I would call much more far-reaching, not very pleasant decisions by other current PiS politicians, for example, in 2011, about leaving the party. We are not leaving the party, we are not building a new party - stated Piotr Müller in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
07:54
Müller:
Some media outlets would be happy if PiS fell apart. We don't want to give them that satisfaction
- Of course, there are media outlets that would be happy if PiS fell apart. However, we do not want to give them that satisfaction, and I have emphasized this from the very beginning. Some within our formation, I feel, would really want to push us out, and we simply won't let that happen - stated Piotr Müller in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
08:07
Błaszczak on the situation in PiS:
There is agreement, compromise, and unity – that's what's most important.
"Politicians are ambitious people. What's important is the message, a general message, that there is agreement, there is compromise, and there is unity. That is the most important thing in all of this," said Mariusz Błaszczak in the 'Morning Ring' of Super Express, when asked about the 'communicational disconnect' after yesterday's conference of Kaczyński and Morawiecki, evident in the posts by Sasin and Bocheński.
08:21
Błaszczak:
President Kaczyński said there will be no political competition in the form of an association. It's important that a party within a party doesn't emerge
- President Jarosław Kaczyński said there will be no political competition in the form of an association, and that the association will operate within the council of experts - Mariusz Błaszczak stated in an interview on Super Express's "Morning Ring."
- Therefore, local structures will not be created, and there will be no process leading to division. The history of the Third Polish Republic shows that even those with good intentions, when they formed such groups competitive to the party they originated from, political processes later unfolded in a way that led to schisms. This will not happen - he declared.
- It is very important that a party within a party does not emerge. [The association's regional branches] are precisely that – a party within a party. This will absolutely not happen, as it threatens the breakdown of unity - he pointed out.
08:26
Błaszczak:
Those Governing Poland Would Welcome a Rift in PiS. Not Likely.
- There were and still are many who would wish for – from the outside, outside of PiS, those who govern Poland today – they would wish for something like that [a rift in PiS]. But that's not going to happen for them - said Mariusz Błaszczak in the "Morning Ring" program on Super Express.
08:31
Błaszczak:
Without President Kaczyński's Leadership, Poland Would Not Have the Good President Nawrocki Today
- Please note that without President Jarosław Kaczyński's leadership, Poland would not have the good President Karol Nawrocki today, but the terrible Rafał Trzaskowski - Mariusz Błaszczak said in an interview with Super Express's "Morning Ring."
08:33
Kosiniak-Kamysz on Hennig-Kloska:
She is a good minister. We will vote uniformly.
- Yes - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia ZET," when asked if Paulina Hennig-Kloska is a good minister.
- Of course, all ministers, this is the solidarity of the Council of Ministers, which is also enshrined in the regulations of the Council of Ministers - he continued, when asked if the entire PSL would vote to keep Hennig-Kloska in office.
- No, to be honest, I have never introduced it. I have been the party leader for 10 years, I was the parliamentary club leader for 8 years, I have never had to enforce discipline in the PSL [...] there is always common sense in voting - he went on to say, when asked if there would be discipline during the vote.
- We have questions for the minister, we have remarks, my personal remarks mostly [...] concern forestry, foresters, and what is happening there - he added.
- I would rather say that her deputy, Mr. Minister Dorożała, has done many foolish things in this area - he noted, when pressed about "what the minister has messed up.".
- He should have [left] long ago, no [this will not be a condition in the vote on confidence in Hennig-Kloska] [...] he doesn't understand [Dorożała] foresters, he doesn't understand forestry, he doesn't understand that nature protection, yes, and nature management, both must go hand in hand - he stated.
- We will vote uniformly - he added.
08:39
Błaszczak on the Czarnek effect:
There is a revival, a stir.
- I travel actively around Poland. On Monday, I was in Wrocław. […] And in the matters that were raised, the issue of unity, maintaining unity, was primarily mentioned. […] And the second theme was one of such revival, a stir. Well, and that’s exactly what I think the effect of Professor Czarnek is - we have another impulse to our activities - said Mariusz Błaszczak in the “Morning Ring” of Super Express.
08:48
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
It's Hard to Expect the Prime Minister Not to Make It Clear That Voting Against a Minister Means Dissolving the Coalition Agreement
- I don't think the Prime Minister has to issue such an ultimatum - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on Radio ZET.
- I think she misinterpreted what she read in online posts, and I don't know if it was from a conversation with the Prime Minister. [...] She was referring to online posts, not to a conversation with the Prime Minister - he continued, when asked about Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz's interpretation.
- The fundamental principle in a coalition is that personnel disputes are not resolved with the participation of the opposition, but are discussed within the government. So it's hard to expect any Prime Minister not to make it clear that voting against one of the ministers means dissolving the coalition agreement - he went on to say.
08:50
Błaszczak:
We Must Separate Private Healthcare from Public - This is Our Demand
- This is our programmatic demand – to separate private healthcare from public healthcare. This is one of the general conclusions that emerged from our expert debate. We will act in this way – said Mariusz Błaszczak in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.
08:52
- Of course, he is the best. He is the best in this field. There is no doubt about it - said Mariusz Błaszczak in Super Express's "Morning Ring" when asked if Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister would be Mateusz Morawiecki should PiS win the elections.
08:54
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
NATO Has Its Own Agenda. Meeting of Defense Ministers on Nuclear Capabilities Planned
- This is also, frankly speaking, an allied recommendation: the less we discuss and the more we agree within NATO, and NATO has its own agenda on this matter, there will be a meeting of ministers regarding nuclear capabilities, defense ministers, very soon – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.
- In general, NATO's nuclear capabilities [...] there is American nuclear sharing, there is the French umbrella, and there are these proposals and NATO decisions, which all NATO member states must agree to, to participate in various types of programs – he continued, when asked if the meeting would also concern nuclear sharing.
08:55
- We are, of course, open. We are open to all sorts of talks that will lead to a change of government - said Mariusz Błaszczak in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express, when asked about a hypothetical coalition where Przemysław Czarnek would be Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawiecki would be Deputy Prime Minister, and Szymon Hołownia and Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz would also be members of the government.
- For the good of Poland, anything. The most important thing is Tuskexit - he stated.
09:00
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
Morawiecki Will Take Over PiS, Become Leader
- In my opinion, there never was – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET, when asked if there was no issue of Morawiecki and the "hotheads" leaving PiS.
- For a stronger position, for partnership. And in my opinion, he achieved that – he continued, when asked what Morawiecki was playing for.
- Because their defeat is painful – he went on, when pressed that "even though an agreement was supposedly reached, the hotheads are still acting out and commenting critically."
- They are not on the same level, although they won the battle for the prime ministerial candidate, because Przemysław Czarnek has become the face of PiS, but they did not win a partnership position – he added, when asked if he was talking about Jacek Sasin and Tobiasz Bocheński.
- It will not happen, I think Morawiecki will eventually take over, he will become the leader of PiS – he stated, after the host’s question about whether he could imagine, if Morawiecki were to leave PiS or be expelled from the party, a joint list with Morawiecki and his people.
- Yes, but not against President Kaczyński, specifically – he stated, when asked if Morawiecki would take over PiS, whether he thought it was possible.
- There is no other way to become the leader of PiS. But it’s not won through affection, but through strength – he said, when asked if he needed the "blessing" of Jarosław Kaczyński.

Kosiniak-Kamysz Criticizes Israeli Embassy Statement:
Unacceptable Stance.
- This is an unacceptable stance. I am as far as possible from MP Berkowicz, I believe his voters will hold him accountable, but it is the voters in Poland, not any embassy, who will choose our parliamentarians – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET, when asked about the Israeli embassy's statement concerning Berkowicz.
- I do not share his views. I believe that what he did in parliament was primarily stupid and harmful to Poland, but no embassy has the right to dictate who should be a member of the Polish parliament, and this statement is very bad, it should be removed as soon as possible – he continued.
- I would like the most important politicians in Israel to write about the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, because somehow there was less memory of it from that side. We remember, they have forgotten. Let them not concern themselves with who is in the Polish parliament, because Poles choose. I may not personally like them, disagree, as with Berkowicz, consider that he does stupid, and sometimes idiotic things – he went on to say.
- There should be a reaction, I don't know, a summons or some kind of demarche with a note [...] no embassy has the right to comment on who is a Member of Parliament in Poland – he added, when asked if the Minister of Foreign Affairs should summon the Israeli ambassador.

Czarnek After Talks at a District Hospital:
Radical Acceleration of Healthcare Privatization Has Occurred in Poland.
- I have just concluded talks with the director and management of the district hospital in Garwolin. In this way, I am also participating in this protest by district hospitals. A protest intended to make all Poles realize what is happening in Poland. A radical acceleration of healthcare privatization has occurred in Poland - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.
- The crisis in healthcare in 2024 became apparent in the 4th quarter. In 2025, in the 3rd quarter; in 2026, this crisis became apparent already in the 2nd quarter. What is happening in healthcare today? And the decisions made by Donald Tusk, his lieutenant in the Ministry of Health, and the entire coalition of December 13th, mean that next year, if this is not stopped – and that's why all these people are protesting – there will be no healthcare from the 1st quarter onwards - he continued.
09:23
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
Orders for Łucznik Exist and Will Continue. There Would Be More If the SAFE Program Was in Place
- We have significantly funded PGZ, with 5 billion PLN in the last two years that also went to Łucznik. From the Ministry of National Defence, we are also transferring money to Łucznik for the maintenance of production capabilities, and this is also an effect of recent years - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.
- Orders for Łucznik exist and will continue. Please do not mislead [...] there would be more of them if there was the SAFE program - he continued.
- There is also a task for Łucznik, for the management, for everyone; the Polish Army and Polish services should not be the only recipients of the arms factory in Łucznik. They must win international contracts. We will buy as much as is needed, not more than necessary - he went on to say.
09:28
- District hospitals are dying in silence. We cannot let them die, and we must speak about it loudly, which is why we are here. For this very reason, next Monday we will hold extensive social and medical consultations in the Sejm in Warsaw. We are organizing them even before the debate on the vote of no confidence for Ms. Sobierańska-Grenda, so that all of Poland can hear how the Tusk government and the December 13 coalition treat patients, condemning them to death in many cases - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.
10:45
- I am very proud of this agreement that we have just signed, of this understanding with the mayor of Gostynin. We are very proud that the army will be in Gostynin, and it will be missile troops, a missile brigade [...] will have its place here. It already has it, because the land has been acquired and is already being prepared to receive the units - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Gostynin.
- Approximately 800 soldiers, along with their families, will soon be stationed [...] here in Gostynin, in the immediate vicinity - he continued.
- The Chunmoo launchers, which are already assembled 70, perhaps even 80% in Poland, will be delivered here to Gostynin, with the production of missile warheads to take place in Poland. As part of the Homar-K project, we are polonizing multiple rocket launchers for the defense of the Republic of Poland - he went on to say.
10:59
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
Since the beginning of the year, no one has managed to cross the Polish-Belarusian border, this is a gigantic success
- Since the beginning of the year, I think it's worth repeating this every time we talk about security, no one has managed to cross the Polish-Belarusian border. This is an absolutely gigantic success for our soldiers and officers, but also for the thinking and strategy we have adopted, and for building the security of the Polish state - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Gostynin.
11:04
Kierwiński:
It took two years to shift the mindset that everything must be bought from the West
- This is a historic day for Gostynin, it's a historic day for all of northern Mazovia. A historic day that also shows the trends, the trends of the last two years, the intentions of the government of Prime Minister Tusk, Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, when it comes to building security, not only at the large, geopolitical, strategic level, but security addressed to ordinary people as well - said Marcin Kierwiński in Gostynin.
- The Prime Minister spoke about security being at the heart [...] of this coalition's interests. That's true. We are building the Polish army, Polish defense potential, and Polish defense industry. It's worth emphasizing, and the Prime Minister mentioned that the missile systems, the equipment that will be installed and will function here, will be equipment that will practically entirely bear the "made in Poland" sticker - he continued.
- It took two years to completely shift the mindset that everything must be bought from the West to one where we will buy what we need from the West, but where we can bring in technology, where we can utilize our native engineers, our native specialists, we do it locally - he further stated.
11:31
Kierwiński:
Vetoes on the Cryptocurrency Act Appear to Serve Specific Company and Politicians' Interests
- Whose interests were served by the vetoes concerning the cryptocurrency act? They certainly were not in the interest of Poles, because Poles are simply losing out from this – said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.
- These vetoes look like vetoes that were in the interest of a very specific company and very specific politicians who had concrete relationships with that company – he continued.
11:35
Kierwiński on When the Next Cryptocurrency Bill Will Appear:
Likely a Matter of Weeks.
- While the bill is being processed, while motions to reject this veto are being processed, it turns out that politicians from the party that is calling for this bill not to be adopted have been taking money, receiving money from one specific company engaged in this type of activity - said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.
- This is an affair comparable to the biggest scandals of the last 30 years. The fact that legislation is being created for the benefit of a company and this company is donating to the foundations of specific politicians - he continued.
- I think this next project, because we will not abandon the need to regulate this market, this next project will be very, very fast. We will once again appeal to the president, but also to those on the right side of the political scene: pull yourselves together finally, help Poles, give them the tools so that fraudsters cannot rob Poles - he went on to say.
- This is likely a matter of the next few weeks - he added.
11:42
Kierwiński on Implementing the ECJ Ruling on Same-Sex Marriages:
We Will Present a Solution Compliant with Polish Regulations.
- Regarding the transcription of same-sex marriages [...] court rulings will be respected, they will be taken into account, because that was the slogan of this coalition when we went into the elections, I am talking here about both the ECJ ruling and the ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court - said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.
- A team is working [...] to ensure that the way this ruling is implemented is as appropriate and as compliant with Polish law as possible - he continued.
- We will present, as soon as it is possible, I think it will be very soon, a solution implementing the ECJ ruling, but compliant with Polish regulations - he added.
12:00
- Without cooperation with the President, and we are open to that, it will be very difficult to systemically fix this situation. The minister is looking for money, she's reallocating, three billion was recently moved, but it will still be insufficient given the accumulation of personnel expenses - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.
- There are hospitals where personnel expenses reach even 80%, and perhaps even 90%. This means that somewhere we have crossed the threshold of spending on personnel to carry out procedures, and this needs to be sorted out, I am very much interested in this - he continued.
- Without the President's acceptance of legislative solutions, sometimes demanding and difficult ones, there will be no increased capacity. And that is why I believe that the President should suspend this area and also remove it from political dispute with us - he further stated.
12:07
Kosiniak-Kamysz on the vote regarding Hennig-Kloska:
No party should succumb to temptation.
- We are a proven, very concrete and reliable coalition partner. And we know that disputes within a coalition are not resolved at the request of the opposition - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.
- If we were to adopt the principle that the opposition will set the agenda for our discussions within the coalition, then that would be the end of the coalition. Therefore, no party should succumb, even if it has its own emotions, it should not succumb to the temptation to play the game that the opposition has laid out for us - he continued.
- We have our remarks, perhaps not about the minister herself, but about her deputy, Minister Dorożała [...]. I am calm about this vote; all those who are tightening the string, and some the muscles, I think will deflate their balloon at the beginning of next week. The opposition will not set the scope of our discussions within the coalition - he went on to say.
12:41
Czarzasty:
I Recommend More Prudence from Diplomatic Missions Wishing to Interfere with Polish Politicians' Work
- I criticize any and recommend greater prudence from diplomatic missions that wish to interfere with the work of Polish politicians. Because Poland is here, and Polish politicians are subjects, not objects in the hands of any other state or any other state's embassy - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
12:42
Czarzasty:
I Signed the Decision Regarding Berkowicz's Punishment
- The Sejm Presidium has made a decision regarding the punishment of Mr. Berkowicz. I signed this decision today because, in addition to the decision itself, the justification needs to be put on paper and signed, and this was done today. Mr. Berkowicz was punished primarily for using Nazi symbols in the Sejm chamber - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
12:43
– I haven't heard from any leader that there is any threat to the functioning of not just the coalition, but the ministers of this coalition – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
12:51
Czarzasty:
Radical Decisions Needed in Healthcare Soon
- Certainly, radical decisions, and consequently, probably controversial for some circles, for some people, need to be made in healthcare in the near future. Without this, the problem cannot be solved, in my opinion - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
12:52
Czarzasty Suggests Decisions Regarding the Ministry of Health:
I Don't Know If the Formula of a So-Called Depoliticized Ministry Has Worked.
- I also don't know if the formula of a so-called depoliticized ministry has worked. I don't want to criticize it, because as one of the leaders of the parties entering this government, I am responsible for all government decisions and I take responsibility, just to be clear, but we will probably have to sit down and talk seriously about this topic again and make decisions - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with journalists in the Sejm.

on Tusk's Birthday Recording:
Reconstruction April '26
- Today I turn 69. But this one will be similar to any other. A morning 10k run in Łazienki, a briefing with my closest collaborators, then with ministers before the European Council, special services reports, documents - says Donald Tusk in a recording published on social media.
At one point, in a shot of him reviewing documents, a piece of paper with the inscription "Reconstruction April '26" is visible.
- But by the nature of things, today I think about the past years and I am filled with pride for the journey we have taken together. I am filled with pride because I feel that I live and work in the best and most beautiful place on earth. Because I am a happy father, grandfather, and husband, and I believe that my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, like all Polish children, will live in a Poland that is safe, strong, and increasingly beautiful. A hundred years, my dears! - emphasized the head of government.

Przydacz’s Ironic Wishes for Tusk:
Wishing Him the Most Time with His Grandchildren and a Good Pension. He’ll Serve His Family and Poland This Way.
- Well, looking at his [Donald Tusk’s] achievements, I think the best wish for him is to have as much time as possible with his grandchildren and a good pension. This way, he will serve both his family and Poland - said Marcin Przydacz in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News’s “Gość Wydarzeń.”
- I think it’s high time - he added.
- I am an unusually calm person. On the Prime Minister’s birthday, I won’t criticize him very harshly, although there is reason to. I think he would do well to rest from politics now - he continued.
19:51
Przydacz:
US Operations Around Iran Definitely Do Not Bring Stability, Neither Regionally Nor Globally
- Negotiations are underway, and various rhetorical and pressure instruments are certainly being used for these negotiations. I am more inclined to think that the Iranian side at this moment does not feel strongly enough motivated to continue these talks - said Marcin Przydacz on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń."
- However, you are right, this entire operation by the United States around Iran certainly does not bring stability, neither in the region nor globally. As I understand it, the goals were supposed to be somewhat different. In this case, the results are likely far from what was expected - he stated.
20:09
Przydacz:
Every Conversation Between President Duda and Trump Mentions Distrusting Putin
- The task of our diplomacy is to try to convince Americans not to be deceived by the Russians. And I can assure you that during every single conversation between President Duda and Donald Trump, this thread is raised, the point is made that Vladimir Putin cannot be trusted - said Marcin Przydacz in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
- To the extent possible within diplomatic talks, we are convincing. We believe this is a more beneficial, or rather - a potentially more effective method than criticizing in television studios, which some of the currently governing politicians are partly engaged in - he stated.
- I cannot imagine Donald Trump being convinced just because he hears a Civic Coalition MP sitting in a television studio - he added.
20:18
Przydacz:
Poland Should Build Relations with France. It Would Be Better if the Prime Minister Didn't Block the President's Meetings with His Counterparts
- President Nawrocki recently met with President Macron and is in phone contact with him. So there is no problem here regarding direct relations - said Marcin Przydacz on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".
- I don't know if there was a hitch [during the French president's visit to Poland]. I think it was rather a missed opportunity from the perspective of the Polish state's government. Because Donald Tusk's government should rather strive to build the best possible relations, also with the help of all the tools we have as Poland - he assessed.
- Poland is to build relations with France. I think if the Prime Minister did not block the President's meetings with his counterparts, it would be better for the interest... - he stated.
"The Prime Minister was very keen for this visit not to take place in Warsaw"
He continued: - The Prime Minister was very keen for this visit not to take place in Warsaw. For it to take place in Katowice, in Gdańsk - anywhere but Warsaw. Because it is understood that when a visit takes place in Warsaw, it is natural for a meeting to also occur at the Presidential Palace.
- I think everyone of us will understand why he was particularly keen on the talks, which turned out to be, in Gdańsk - he added.

Przydacz:
There Was No Public Statement from Nawrocki Supporting Orbán
- You are speaking to a person who has repeatedly spoken very critically about Viktor Orbán in the context of his Eastern policy, his energy policy. There are topics for which one should criticize, but there are also those within which cooperation was necessary. Among other things, when it comes to the growing dominance of Brussels - here, cooperation was needed - said Marcin Przydacz on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".
- Firstly, the president was indeed there on the day of Polish-Hungarian friendship, which has been celebrated for many, many years, including by previous presidents. [...] Secondly - as you heard, there was no public statement supporting Viktor Orbán - he stated.
When it was pointed out that his mere presence at the final stage of the election campaign is such a declaration, he replied: - Prime Minister Tusk also supported various candidates in Hungary.
- 16 years of Viktor Orbán's rule. In some Polish-Hungarian matters, there was progress, in others less so. We are moving on from that. Today, Viktor Orbán is ending his premiership. We will try to establish the best possible relations with the current leadership. Really, no hard feelings - he concluded.
