- Therefore, we must try to engage such individuals in various ways. Whether in unions, or in associations, or in other places, so that they also have a form of cooperation with a party like PiS – he continued.

- Our public healthcare system is crumbling. [...] This is a consequence of how the entire ruling majority voted in parliament, including [...] Nowa Lewica (New Left) - said Adrian Zandberg on Polsat News.

- We warned about what would happen in hospitals [...]. Nowa Lewica voted against Razem's amendments, in favour of rejecting Razem's amendments, meaning they voted against patients and for longer queues - he continued.

"These ideas to limit diagnostics are a crime because it means that thousands of people will be diagnosed too late and will simply die, because there will no longer be time to treat them," Adrian Zandberg said on Polsat News.

"If this is what an idea for reforming public healthcare looks like, that patients will be turned away, that they will be deprived of their right to medical services, then that simply means the practical privatization of public healthcare," he continued.

- She is, incidentally, one of the less competent individuals in this government, and this was evident both with the troubles related to the Clean Air program, as well as with numerous blunders that have occurred within this ministry. - Let him change it, yes, he still has a moment until the next Sejm session, really. Honestly, I am less interested in some demonstrative discussions during parliamentary debates, and more in simply ceasing to pursue harmful policies. The same applies to the Ministry of Health - he went on, when pressed on "whether it's about a vote of no confidence, because if the government doesn't defend its minister...".

- Here, a promise has been glaringly unfulfilled. Literally, two and a half years ago, all parties that went into the elections to end PiS rule, went into elections under the slogan that we would shorten queues to doctors, end the limitation of access to services, and put public healthcare back on its feet. Simply put, a 180-degree turn has been made - he added.

"We are running for the Sejm on the PiS list. Consequently, I am counting on the fact that this invigorating discussion, which has now emerged, will simply have the opportunity to influence the electoral result of our political formation. And that's all" - said Piotr Müller on RMF24.

- Today, CBA officials indeed asked us for a series of documents, starting from June 1, 2021, concerning subsequent changes to the 'Clean Air' program. The program changed very dynamically, its operating principles, but also the dynamics of granting subsidy applications, awarding subsidies, and completed investments - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference.

The Minister of Climate on Two Changes "Loosening" the Program

- When the management boards in provincial environmental protection funds, in the National Fund for Environmental Protection, changed, when we started identifying problems, fraud, and when we began analyzing the operating principles and its safety for beneficiaries, two changes [...] loosening this program attracted our particular attention - she indicated.

As she said: - This was, firstly, in July 2022, when the pre-financing mechanism was introduced. This mechanism was introduced without any safeguards, without any necessary protective measures to protect the beneficiaries of this program. And in our assessment, it was then, among other things, that these frauds began to occur, where companies received money into their accounts and, more dishonestly, simply disappeared without carrying out any investment.

- Another such element [...] is January 2023, when the unit cost limits, i.e., the so-called maximum prices for thermal insulation elements, were abolished. [...] Then there were [...] sudden, large increases in the execution of individual investments - for example, window replacement increased by 140% then, roof insulation by 140%, external wall insulation by 70%. And then the infamous doors for PLN 40,000 also appeared - she continued.

- Over these two years, during which we have been repairing this program [Clean Air] somewhat alone, analyzing all the mistakes that were made, which led to abuses, fraud, and the fact that today we have a rather large group of victims who have most likely fallen prey to the activities of organized criminal groups, we have filed several hundred notifications with the prosecutor’s office – said Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference.

- For many months, the European prosecutor’s office has been dealing with this matter. Of course, we are providing all the necessary information on this subject on an ongoing basis. […] I personally also approached both Minister Adam Bodnar and later Minister Waldemar Żurek […] to place these proceedings under special supervision – she added.

- Today I can say that the 'Clean Air' programme is safe for people and safe for public finances. We have returned, and introduced a series of safeguards to protect beneficiaries - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference.

- Among other things, we have reinstated unit costs, the removal of which, in our assessment, led to the largest scale of abuses, but we have also introduced, for example, operators who act as guides for the beneficiary, the family using the 'Clean Air' programme, through the map of this investment, helping them to fill out the application and manage this investment, and then submit the settlement for payment - she continued.

- I don't know if a minister in the history of free Poland has ever been happy that CBA officers visited their ministry in the morning, but I must admit we have truly waited a long time for this day - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference.

- With due diligence, we will provide the officers with all necessary documents for a thorough evaluation of everything that has happened in the Clean Air program since its inception in 2021 - she stated.

The Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, published “a few sentences of explanation regarding the transcription of marriage certificates for same-sex couples” on social media.

“We will execute the verdict, there is no discussion about it whatsoever”

- Firstly: we will execute the verdict of the Supreme Administrative Court, there is no discussion about it whatsoever – he declared.

- However, it must be emphasized that the verdict concerns one specific case, and there isn’t even a tried-and-tested method for its implementation yet – he noted.

- The police dealt with the disappearance of the owner, many years earlier, the predecessor of this company [...] was placed on a warning list when it was still conducting business not only in crypto. All of this existed. So I believe - and I dealt with this matter in detail - that the services acted here at the right time, and not only the special services, but also the Ministry of Finance - he stated.

- He still [Sławomir Cenckiewicz] doesn't have that [security] clearance, and a long road awaits him to obtain such a clearance - said Tomasz Siemoniak on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

- During the rule of PiS, we checked these situations; even when administrative courts ruled on certain irregularities in the process of revoking a clearance, no one had their clearance automatically returned. In many cases, after some time, the clearance was again not issued. And I believe this is the correct practice, because it's not the court that decides, but the service, the national security authority - either ABW [Internal Security Agency] or SKW [Military Counterintelligence Service] - he argued.

- Later, this company sponsors an important political meeting at a very crucial moment of the election campaign, which can be a springboard for one of the candidates, and then this candidate stubbornly vetoes a project that is meant to protect many of our citizens from such criminal activities by such companies - he continued.
