“The Prime Minister had no right”

- Under no circumstances did the Prime Minister have the right to speak at a press conference, based on classified documents from the Internal Security Agency, about account balances or transactions legally carried out by legal entities, such as the Dobry Rząd foundation - he stated.

- These regulations would change absolutely nothing for users or managers of the Zonda [crypto] exchange, because this entity operates under a license issued in Estonia and can operate in Poland and anywhere else in the European Union without any contact with the Financial Supervision Authority - he continued.

As he pointed out: - This is a lie, this is defamation, what Prime Minister Donald Tusk did, because for reasons based on false premises, without a cause-and-effect link, he illegally used the special services for political warfare, an attack on an opposition politician, opposition politicians, because we were attacked as a whole, as Konfederacja, PiS, and President Nawrocki.

“We will meet Tusk in court”

- Today I am filing a notification of the commission of a crime by Donald Tusk, a private indictment, and also a civil lawsuit for violation of personal rights. All three of these documents will be filed, and we will meet Mr. Donald Tusk in court, at the prosecutor's office, because he is a liar and a criminal - he declared.

- The [Good Government] Foundation is an analytical background and employs lawyers, economists, and experts. Everywhere in the world, companies, entrepreneurs support projects and institutions they believe in. This money doesn't fall from the sky, and the fact that they sometimes have their own interests is a fact - said Przemysław Wipler in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- I would like Prime Minister Donald Tusk to reveal the full list of donors to the Campus Polska foundation. I would like him to show all the tobacco companies that had an interest in the law he passed. I would like him to show which businesses had an interest in the enactment of deposit regulations - he stated.

- We can go into such a list and at the same time say: it would be best if politics were completely poor, so that there is no one who pays or supports analytical work concerning the preparation of various studies - he added.

"– No [I wasn't rooting for Orbán], I was observing how a modern election campaign is conducted, because Hungarians really know how to do it" – said Przemysław Wipler in "Graffiti" Polsat News.

"– We, as Nowa Nadzieja (New Hope) in the European Parliament, cooperate with the third political force in Hungary at the moment, which is the Mi Hazank party. It is a national, conservative-liberal formation, and it grew out of opposition to Viktor Orbán's party, just as Konfederacja grew out of opposition to the PiS government" – he continued.

- I met for a moment with Minister Romanowski, currently MP Romanowski. [...] I asked him what his plans were. He said he wouldn't discuss it - said Przemysław Wipler in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- We rather discussed how Hungary and Orbán's recent months function in practice. I have no idea [what he will do] - he stated.

- Reproaching PiS politicians at the moment for hypocrisy, for fighting problems they themselves created, for promising to narrow or abolish the system [KSeF] that they themselves introduced, against which we in Konfederacja have always been opposed, and this is another area, another situation where they want to fight something they themselves created - said Przemysław Wipler in Polsat News' 'Graffiti'.

Responding to the host's comment that perhaps Konfederacja should be glad that Przemysław Czarnek has seen the light, he replied: - I am glad, but what is missing is that one short phrase: 'Sorry, we made a mistake, we will fix it,' only an attempt to approach small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and say: 'People, saviors will come and they will save you, we are the saviors, we will save you, peasants, save yourselves.'

- This is not a fair situation, because it relies on voters and opposition politicians, Konfederacja, having the memory of a goldfish, meaning no memory at all, and not remembering who introduced this system, who passed it - he stated.

- The party made a decision on March 7, I agreed to that decision, I'm doing what I can, and now everyone else in Law and Justice must understand that there is one PiS, no alternatives to PiS, no alternative organizations that would have a different message for society - said Przemysław Czarnek in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Kanał Zero.

- To Mateusz and to all others who would like to do anything alternative to the party's message - he continued, when asked if this was an appeal to Mateusz Morawiecki.

- Mateusz Morawiecki is an exceptionally active leader of Law and Justice; I also admire this activity, and the point now is for this activity to go hand in hand with the line of Law and Justice – Przemysław Czarnek said on Kanał Zero.

- The dispute over the [Constitutional] Tribunal is not about what the truth is, what the merits are, it's not about rebuilding the authority of the CT or any other institution. - This is a postulate that we, as Konfederacja, introduced into public debate a long time ago. [...] We will keep reminding them of this until it happens, because this is what Poles want - he said.

He explained: - A constitutional reset involving the removal of political appointees from the most important tribunals, the most important judicial institutions, to agree among the largest parties on a constitutional amendment, on establishing a new composition of these institutions, new rules for electing members to these institutions, in such a way that all these problems we have observed for a decade [...] will never have a chance to happen again in the future.

- Everyone can do what they want. They can install photovoltaics on their roof, just like I did. However, the energy system must be based on stable sources of energy, which we have. Therefore, we must immediately leave the ETS, abandon the ideological energy mix, and base it on coal, and quickly build nuclear power - said Przemysław Czarnek on Kanał Zero.

- Renewable energy sources, these unstable ones, can only serve individual purposes - he continued.

If an entrepreneur in Poland wants to employ 400 or 350 people to slaughter 700 cows a day, because there is such demand for that meat and there are no hands available in Poland, because there aren't, and they want to employ 150 newcomers from various regions of the world, then by applying procedures, we enable them to do so. Because if we don't, the entrepreneur will close that business, also for Poles" - he continued, after the host pointed out that the ruling party could decide to legally admit 500 people or a million people.

"Legal migration depends on how many jobs are available to be filled in Poland" - he went on to say.

"The ruling party will not accept any illegal migrants, no forced relocation, whereas entrepreneurs in Poland decide how many hands they need for work, and we will not make it difficult for them" - he added.

"We will control who they employ, who comes to this work, and if we see that we have a bigger problem from certain directions, then indeed we will place emphasis on greater restrictions" - he noted.

- Potential thugs, criminals, and thieves should be tried in Poland. And as for what PiS thinks, those times are over when anyone would care about that. I understand that PiS is defending its colleagues. If you want to defend potential criminals, thieves, and thugs – that's your business, not ours – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- There will be no vote of no confidence against Minister Hennig-Kloska at this session. We will have the issue of rejecting the veto [on the cryptocurrency act] on Friday, which I believe is already one matter that is stirring emotions. - During the Law and Justice government, we increased healthcare spending by a net 70%. That's how we care about patients, that's how we care about healthcare. We radically increased investments in healthcare - said Przemysław Czarnek during a parliamentary session.

- Today, we are in a situation within the system where we must answer the question of which direction we are heading, and we know that health contributions are no longer sufficient to cover all needs; we already have a mixed system at this moment - said Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda in an "Afternoon Conversation" on RMF FM.

- The changes concerning diagnostic imaging are also a response to the fact that, according to various experts, unlimited services do not fully protect the patient, because today we don't really have a system where all diagnostic tests performed are reported - Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda stated in RMF FM, when asked if there was no other option than to cut diagnostic services.

- I believe that the involvement of the national consultant, along with provincial consultants, in simultaneously creating a quality system for diagnostic tests is very good news for the patient, because we will be able to take care of diagnostics, truly those patients who need diagnostics. - I have a well-established view on this matter, and all those who know me are aware that I absolutely believe such practices are reprehensible. "I am truly in the process of analyzing all the initiatives that have emerged, both from the Left parliamentary club and the PSL parliamentary club, regarding additional revenue. I think this is an opportunity we should probably seize to be able to sit down at the table above political divisions and decide which direction we want to go and from what sources we want to fund the National Health Fund" - she continued.
