From 9:00 AM, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will be at the headquarters of the 18th Reconnaissance Battalion in Biała Podlaska, where he will meet with the command staff and soldiers. An address by the head of the Ministry of National Defence is planned.

At 9:15 AM, a press conference will take place in Oświęcim, attended by, among others, the Minister of Sport Jakub Rutnicki and the Deputy Marshal of the Sejm Dorota Niedziela. The topic will be the decision regarding funding for the reconstruction and expansion of the ice arena.

At 10:00 AM, the PowerConnect Energy Summit will begin in Gdańsk, with Prime Minister Donald Tusk in attendance. An address by the head of government is scheduled. Other representatives of the Council of Ministers will also participate in the event.

At 10:00 AM, a press conference will be held in front of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM) with the Deputy Chairman of PiS, Mateusz Morawiecki, and PiS club MPs Robert Gontarz and Olga Semeniuk-Patkowska.

At 11:00 AM, a press conference with Deputy Minister Tomasz Maciejewski is scheduled at the Ministry of Health. The topic will be the central e-registration system.

At 1:00 PM, a press briefing by the Minister of Climate and Environment, Paulina Hennig-Kloska, will commence in Rzeszów.

A meeting with the Deputy Chairman of PiS, Mateusz Morawiecki, is planned for 4:00 PM in Andrychów.

At 5:00 PM, a meeting will take place in Katowice with the Deputy Chairman of PiS and the party's candidate for Prime Minister, Przemysław Czarnek.

07:45

Zgorzelski on Nawrocki:

It Turns Out He Is Solely an Executor of PiS"Political Will.

- Unfortunately, there is great disappointment regarding what the President has been saying externally, that he is a citizen's president, just as he was a candidate for the people. It turns out he is solely an executor of PiS's political will, because PiS wanted it that way, and Nawrocki vetoed it - stated Piotr Zgorzelski in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- PiS is primarily concerned that this will not translate into electoral success, political success, and that is what this is about: they even sacrificed security for the potential victory of a coalition of democratic parties based on this SAFE program - he continued.

07:49

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the Veto:

I Completely Don't Understand Why the President Didn't Want to Lead the Mobilization for Army Modernization.

- The modernization of the army, the re-arming of the Polish Armed Forces, the Border Guard, and the Police is one of the most important, if not the most important thing today, which is security. Standing in the way of this - and this veto [to SAFE] is simply bad and dangerous - it doesn't make this process impossible, but it makes it very difficult - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the program "Pierwsza rozmowa dnia" on TV Republika.

- I completely don't understand why the president didn't want to lead such a mobilization for the modernization of the Polish army - he stated.

07:53

Zgorzelski on Meeting with Nawrocki:

I Advised Stepping Away from Political Reasoning in Favor of State Reasoning.

- Not on a hot line, necessarily, but the meetings were positive in nature. I also participated in one, conveying precisely this state-level perspective, not the Ministry of National Defence one, not the military one, but rather that it is sometimes worthwhile, I advised Mr. President, to step away from political reasoning in favor of state reasoning. And with Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak [I was at the President's] - stated Piotr Zgorzelski in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- And of course, we were full of hope, because the President said he had not yet made a decision, while it turns out that even the soldiers' arguments are the most convincing for me, that the President acted in agreement with PiS here, because if the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces is not convinced by the arguments of soldiers, generals, commanders, then who else can be? - he continued.

07:55

Kosiniak-Kamysz responds to accusations regarding SAFE:

Sovereignty is a strong army, not a threat from an organization we joined voluntarily.

- Two sentences on sovereignty, if I may, because this accusation was thrown around very often, and it is extremely irresponsible. Sovereignty is a strong army, not a threat from an organization we joined voluntarily - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the program “First Interview of the Day” on TV Republika.

07:57

Kosiniak-Kamysz on TV Republika:

Your On-Screen Graphics Portray Us as if Our Greatest Enemy Were the EU. The Enemy is to the East, Not the West.

- We are part of the European Union, Mr. Editor, and you often portray us, I see on-screen graphics here on Telewizja Republika too, that portray us as if our greatest enemy today were the European Union. I would like to remind you that the enemy is to the East, not to the West - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the program 'First Conversation of the Day' on TV Republika.

07:59

Zgorzelski:

There Was No Thought of a Coalition with PiS

- We didn't have to be pushed away from the thought of a coalition with PiS, because such thoughts never existed. Please don't trivialize it, you know very well that if such thoughts had existed, they probably would have materialized in December 2023 - stated Piotr Zgorzelski in the "Piasecki's Conversation" program on TVN24.

08:00

Bryłka:

Politicians like Sikorski, Tusk, and von der Leyen are leading to increasing criticism of the EU

- The fact that increasing criticism and more and more criticism of the European Union is appearing not only in Poland but also in many EU member states is actually due to politicians like Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, or Ursula von der Leyen herself; it's one political family – said Anna Bryłka in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

- It is their policy that has led to more and more Europeans having such a critical attitude towards the European Union – she continued.

08:02

Zgorzelski on the swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal judges:

I'd give it 50/50 today.

- I'd give it 50/50 today. Because he might want to show after the veto that he is a civic candidate. However, I wouldn't give up on the political part before we get to the real and actual part. And I don't know, Marshal Czarzasty could make such a gesture and appeal to the president, because after all, as Marshal of the Sejm, he was the host of the entire process of selecting the judges, because let's be honest, it's a completely different process and it concerns different judges than those in common courts - stated Piotr Zgorzelski in the "Piasecki's Interview" on TVN24.

08:06

Bryłka:

For now, Polexit isn't on the table, but in my opinion, EU reform is impossible

- For now, it's not on the table. However, I believe that a reform of the European Union is, in my opinion, impossible. Many phenomena have occurred that are irreversible, making it seem completely unfeasible - said Anna Bryłka in the "Morning Ring" on Super Express, when asked if Polexit is indeed on the table.

- What can actually change the functioning of economic cooperation within the European Union are decisions made by the governments of member states - she continued.

- If a situation arose where a majority actually emerged in European countries and at the European Council, where a group of states would gather and say that we no longer wish to cooperate in this formula in Europe, that we only want economic cooperation, then such a situation could occur - she went on to say.

08:08

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

SAFE Does Not Have Conditionality as Understood from the KPO. It Has a Mechanism for Verifying Fund Expenditure

- Every agreement has a conditionality mechanism. Of course it does. Every agreement has specific conditions that must be met. So, there is a conditionality mechanism - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the program “Pierwsza rozmowa dnia” (First Conversation of the Day) on TV Republika.

- There is the American SAFE, for example, which I am very satisfied with and I believe that both my predecessor and I have used it - it never went through the Sejm, in any case - it is a very good solution. And there are conditions that must be met. The first condition is to be an ally of the United States. The second condition - you have to buy equipment in the States… - he continued.

- There is no [in SAFE] conditionality understood as KPO conditionality, because that is how it was presented. […] There is a conditionality mechanism for the reliability of fund expenditure. It concerns the reliability of the funds spent. Exactly as in the case of agricultural subsidies, as in the case of cohesion policy - he pointed out.

08:14

Bryłka:

Poland Certainly Did Not Dismantle ETS1 During Tusk's Premiership

- Certainly, Poland never, at least during Prime Minister Tusk's tenure, dismantled ETS1, because in ETS1, nothing really changed for many years [...] one thing changed in ETS2 - stated Anna Bryłka in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

08:20

"We Are Not Implementing the Directive." Bryłka: There's a Simple Solution to Stop ETS2

- In my opinion, there is one simple solution here: simply do not implement this directive, and that's what the Czechs intend to do - said Anna Bryłka on Super Express's "Morning Ring," when asked if anything could be done to stop ETS2.

- Of course, mainly financial, you have to reckon with financial penalties - she continued, when asked about the consequences.

- Of course, we can, we simply do not implement the directive and that's it, and it can be done, and it seems to me that there is no other option on the table - she said further, when pressed if we could act similarly to the Czechs.

- Even if Poland is exposed to these financial penalties, they will still be much, much smaller than the costs that Poles and Polish households would have to bear to simply pay this tax, yet another climate tax - she added.

08:29

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the Veto of SAFE:

I Expect an Apology from the President.

- As the Deputy Prime Minister of this government, shouldn't you, perhaps right now on air, say: I apologize to Mr. President for the words spoken by ministers, by members of this government, concerning treason? - asked Andrzej Gajcy in the TV Republika program "Pierwsza rozmowa dnia" (The First Conversation of the Day).

- I expect an apology from Mr. President for vetoing this act and making a mistake. We expect an apology in return - replied Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.

- So, there will be no apologies for a traitor and for treason? - the host pressed.

- Mr. President is hindering the process of transformation and modernization. That is my opinion, Mr. President may have his own opinion. He had the right to veto this act. I have repeatedly presented arguments to Mr. President why it is not worth doing so, that this is the most beneficial support available today and the quickest to access - the Deputy Prime Minister continued.

Earlier in the conversation, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz indicated that he himself had not used words like "traitor" and is not responsible for the words of his government colleagues, although he understands their emotions.

08:29

Bryłka:

I have very many doubts whether SAFE will actually strengthen Polish security

- At least it has reached public opinion that this is a joint debt and that it is a transfer of competencies to the European Commission regarding borrowing on capital markets - Anna Bryłka said in the 'Morning Ring' of Super Express.

- It also entails a certain transfer of competencies to the European Commission concerning defense matters, matters related to armament, because the SAFE regulation contains specific conditions, specific eligibility criteria, specific product categories - she continued.

- Ultimately, it is the European Commission that prepares this proposal for a Council decision [...] de facto, the Commission decides on the shape in which these funds will be spent, and the Commission decides whether they will ultimately be disbursed or not - she went on to say.

- Less emotion in this debate, more discussion about what is actually in this regulation and the fundamental question that the Polish government should answer: will this entire SAFE mechanism actually strengthen Polish security. I have very, very, very many doubts on this point - she added.

08:54

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Glapiński’s Proposal:

Why Was There No Money Yesterday, and Today It Appears When the President Needs an Excuse Not to Sign SAFE?

- I want European money, I want money from the National Bank of Poland. Why did the profits of the National Bank of Poland not flow in a year, two, and three years ago, when a write-off from those profits can be made today? - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the program “First Conversation of the Day” on TV Republika.

- I don’t understand why there was no money yesterday, and today it appears, and it coincidentally appears at a moment when the President needs a pretext not to sign the SAFE act - he stated.

- I am very interested in this money. I said it from the parliamentary podium - I guarantee that all funds from the NBP will go towards the security of the Polish state - he indicated.

10:24

Czarzasty Addresses Nawrot on Constitutional Tribunal Judges:

Don't Play Games with Poland.

"Mr. President, don't play games with Poland. You are, you say, a courageous man. Don't hide behind Mr. Święczkowski [...]. Make a decision, don't be afraid, behave as you should." Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference in the Sejm.

"I am sending you a letter today," he continued.

The Marshal of the Sejm quoted the content of the letter:

"Dear Mr. President, on March 13, '26, the Sejm of the Republic of Poland [...] elected 6 judges to the Constitutional Tribunal for a 9-year term [...]. The resolutions of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on the election to the office of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal have been delivered to you. Bearing the above in mind, I am appealing to the President to take immediate action to enable the individuals elected by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland to commence their mandate as judges of the Constitutional Tribunal [...]."

"Mr. President, I wish you courage. Make a decision. Behave as you should. I am waiting for your decision," the Marshal of the Sejm added.

When asked by journalists when the president should respond, react, Czarzasty replied "immediately, without delay.".

10:33

Tusk:

We are working intensively to increase Poland's energy production capabilities

- We cannot forget for a moment that only a state with adequate energy resources, a state that has diversified, dispersed energy, with autonomous energy sources, will be able to meet the challenges, including those as dramatic as the 21st century has prepared for us - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

- The challenges we are witnessing, looking at what is happening beyond our borders or in recent days in the Middle East, and that is why we are working so intensively on simultaneously increasing Poland's energy production capabilities, including, above all, the most modern technologies, RES, and nuclear energy. We are working on and finalizing our work on small and medium-sized reactors - he noted.

- We are doing all this with full awareness that this is the main, fundamental path to our country's security - he continued.

10:35

Tusk:

In a Few Days We Will Be Opening, Among Other Things, a Modern Battery Factory

- Today we are pleased that the dream of nuclear energy is being realised here, in Poland, in this very location. Also in the vicinity of Żarnowiec, the second largest energy storage facility in Europe, a battery one, is being built. It is here that we can see the sites where some of the largest offshore wind farms in Europe are being constructed. It is here that we will invest billions of zlotys in modern transmission networks for obvious reasons, here we are expanding Naftoport, here the Gdańsk refinery has its seat - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

- In a few dozen hours or a few days, we will be opening, among other things, a modern battery factory - he continued.

10:37

Czarzasty on the appointment of new Constitutional Tribunal judges:

There is no procedural flaw.

- To be clear, there is no procedural flaw regarding the appointments of judges, absolutely none. Since yesterday at 4:30 PM, an explanation from the Chancellery of the Sejm has been available on the Sejm's website regarding this matter - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference in the Sejm.

- There is absolutely no [flaw], we have reviewed everything point by point, piece by piece, all these remarks from the Head of the President's Chancellery, Mr. Bogucki, are simply untrue - he continued.

- This untruth serves to delay the procedure and delay the taking of the oath. This is not good for Poland - he continued.

10:39

Tusk:

Poland to Invest One Trillion Zloty in Energy Sector Over Next Decade

- I am talking about a specific and very round figure of one trillion zloty, which Poland will invest in the energy sector over the next decade, in infrastructure, transmission lines, and power plants. One trillion zloty, including over 220 billion zloty for renewable sources and energy storage. 234 billion zloty for distribution, and 160 billion zloty for nuclear energy, as already mentioned. There is no other country in Europe that is changing its energy sector so intensively and so rapidly - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

10:47

Czarzasty on Constitutional Tribunal Judges:

We Will Make Decisions If the President Delays This Decision,

- I am waiting. I will not give a deadline, because I believe it would be impolite, and I am trying to maintain a relationship between the role of the Sejm Marshal and the role of the President, I am trying to build stable, predictable, and non-arrogant contacts. But of course, we will make decisions if this decision is delayed by the President – Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference in the Sejm, referring to the matter of newly elected Constitutional Tribunal judges.

- We will inform you about this when the time comes – he continued, when asked what these decisions might be.

10:52

Tusk:

I am greatly satisfied that my government managed to unblock billions of zlotys from various European funds

- I am also greatly satisfied that my government managed to unblock billions of zlotys from various European funds, thanks to which these billions of zlotys are currently working on investments directly related to energy. Only for the modernization of the transmission system, we have so far received 6 billion in direct subsidies and 32 billion in low-interest loans from the KPO alone - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

11:00

Morawiecki:

The Current Prime Minister is Doing Nothing to Fight the EU's Bad Climate Tax System

- Today, the current occupant of this building, the current Prime Minister, is doing nothing to fight the European Union's bad climate tax system - said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in front of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

- More than two years ago, I also presented this irreconcilable trinity: the welfare state, a strong, armed army, and climate policy. You can have only two of these three, and never all three simultaneously - he continued.

- That is why I am building a coalition, I am traveling around Europe to combat this suicidal anti-economic mechanism as quickly as possible - he went on to say.

11:00

Tusk:

Together with a Group of Countries, I Sent a Firm Manifesto to the European Commission

- Together with a group of countries, I sent a letter to the European Commission. This letter, the word itself sounds harmless, but in reality, it is a very firm manifesto from Poland, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Greece. We also know that other countries are willing to support us in this demand, so that the continuation of free emission allowances for industry, including Polish industry, is possible - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

11:07

Tusk:

We Count on All of Europe Never Again Becoming Dependent on Russian Oil or Gas

- Poland for sure, but we count on all of Europe never again becoming dependent on Russian oil or gas. This is a matter of our true sovereignty. We will work together with our allies, partners; we understand the need for international interaction - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

11:09

Tusk on Returning to Energy Business with Russia:

Absolutely Not.

- I hear voices here and there, in connection with the energy crisis, the war in the Middle East, suggesting that perhaps it's worth easing sanctions, perhaps it's worth returning to everyday energy business with Russia. Absolutely not, ladies and gentlemen, this is a matter of security, of the survival of the entire Western community, Europe, the entire Western community, Europe, the transatlantic community - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.

11:23

Szefernaker on Tusk's words: "Under presidential pressure and growing Polish opposition, he tries to portray himself as a defender of free allowances."

- Donald Tusk is not himself under pressure. As head of the European Council and leader of the EPP, he supported the expansion of the ETS system and further Green Deal solutions. Today, under the pressure of the President and growing Polish opposition, he is trying to portray himself as a defender of free allowances. This is political hypocrisy that cannot be covered up by ad hoc declarations - wrote Paweł Szefernaker on social media.

As the head of the President's chancellery noted: - Free allowances are definitely not enough. Concrete actions are needed:

  • removal of financial institutions from the ETS trading market,
  • introduction of effective mechanisms to limit EU ETS prices,
  • abandonment of the ETS2 system.

- The Polish interest today requires much more than correcting mistakes that Donald Tusk previously co-created. The goal of our state should be to bring about the liquidation of the current EU ETS system – a system created and pushed by Donald Tusk and the EPP environment, the consequence of which today is the weakening of competitiveness and the decline of European, including Polish, industry - wrote Szefernaker.

12:57

"Mentally, He's Outside the Right Wing." Karczewski: Senator Włosowicz Will Not Find a Place on PiS Lists in Future Elections

"Senator Włosowicz is suddenly saying in friendly media that 'this isn't the PiS I joined.' He fails to mention that 10 years ago he himself left PiS for Solidarna Polska, and was then simply kicked out of it. For a long time now, mentally he has been outside the broadly understood right wing. He will not find a place on PiS lists in future elections." - Stanisław Karczewski wrote on X.

"There are no places for these cunning opportunists who want to be with us only when we are in power. Working in opposition best verifies who is with us and who is against. In our senatorial work, he is mainly distinguished by his absences from sessions. And when he does attend, he confirms his fraternization with Civic Platform, among other things, by voting with them shoulder to shoulder on the SAFE loan issue." - he continued in his post.

15:51

Domański:

Orders from SAFE Coming Soon. Veto Won't Stop Polish Army Modernization Process

- There is no time to waste. Today in Siemianowice Śląskie, we announced the decision to support investment in the modernization of Rosomak production and the launch of the Legwan production line. Orders from SAFE are coming soon. The President's veto will not stop the modernization process of the Polish army - wrote Andrzej Domański on social media.

15:52

Przydacz on Talks in Seoul:

Above all, Creating Conditions for the Production of State-of-the-Art Equipment

- The Republic of Korea is the largest Asian investor in Poland and one of the leading suppliers of armaments. It is also an experienced member of the G20 Group - wrote Marcin Przydacz on social media.

- Today in Seoul, together with advisors to the President of Korea, ministers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and think-tank analysts, I discussed the strengthening of political, economic, and security relations - informed the presidential minister.

- In the current conditions, Poland should not only purchase equipment but, above all, create conditions for the production of state-of-the-art equipment, including that based on proven technologies of partners and allies, on the Vistula River. Korean experience in this regard is very valuable - wrote Przydacz.

16:37

Czarnek Appeals to Leave the ETS:

We Want to Support Mr. President.

- Today we want to support Mr. President Nawrocki and demand that the government, which will shortly be discussing the ETS at the European Council, appeal – we are leaving the ETS, as Karol Nawrocki says. Especially the one we have had since 2014, or rather since the decision from 2014, which was challenged by the Constitutional Tribunal on June 10, 2025 - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference in Katowice.

16:43

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz Critically Assesses Razem:

They write memes, we write laws, they are the far-left, we are a pro-people center.

"There are many differences. But the fundamental one is this: They talk, we do. They write memes, we write laws, they are the far-left, we are a distinct, pro-people center. It's harder this way, but it's only worth being in politics for effectiveness." This was written on X by Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz.

This is a commentary on a Res Futura post about a "housing coalition," which stated that Poland 2050 and Razem are currently "the only ones in the Sejm programmatically closest to each other" on the issue of housing.

17:29

Czarnek Calls for Lower Fuel Taxation:

Comrade Czarzasty Doesn't Hear This, Herr Tusk Doesn't Hear This.

- On this kitchen table, where all the most important matters of our families are decided, also here in Silesia, also here in Zagłębie, throughout the entire Silesian Voivodeship, I am once again laying down the bill, the draft bill on reducing VAT and excise duty on fuel; fuel should immediately go down by one zloty - said Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

- Immediately, but Mr. Comrade Czarzasty doesn't hear this, Mr. Herr Tusk doesn't hear this, the ruling parties from Civic Coalition, from PSL, from Poland 2050, from The Left don't want to hear this today; they couldn't care less about the concerns and needs of Poles - he continued.

17:31

Czarnek to Czarzasty:

You can afford all this, Communist, but these people cannot.

- Fuel prices are going up now, we are paying a lot for them, and Czarzasty, Lewica, supposedly Lewica, concerned about society, says: we will consult until April 8th. You can afford it, Czarzasty, you can afford all this, you communist, but these people cannot. Why are you holding onto this bill [on fuel prices]? Because Tusk told you to? - stated Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

17:37

Czarnek:

Without the ETS, Easter would be much cheaper

- Without this ETS, Easter, which is approaching, would be much cheaper. But they are thinking of something else, because they are putting the ETS2 project before us, another additional climate tax on heating and transport - stated Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

17:40

Czarnek on CO2 emission allowances:

A vile, crude German swindle imposed on Europe.

- What is a CO2 emission allowance? A vile, crude, German swindle adopted by the European Council under Tusk's government with Kopacz's consent, that's what a CO2 emission allowance is. A vile, crude, German swindle imposed on Europe - said Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

17:45

Czarnek on How to Lower Bills:

We Want to Be in the EU, But We Won't Tolerate Leftist Nonsense.

- If it weren't for this ETS, the basic cost of producing electricity and heat today would be twice as low. Do you understand? Your household electricity bills wouldn't be 450 or 500 PLN a month today, but 250 PLN a month, maybe 300, maybe 320, but not 500 PLN - said Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

- For heating your homes, a pensioner [...] would pay at least several hundred zlotys less annually. All it takes is one thing - he continued.

- All it takes is to tell the European Union: we want to be in the Union, we want to trade, we want the development of entrepreneurship, we want access to the common market, the free movement of capital, the free movement of workers, people, etc., but for the sake of the Polish state and the Polish nation, we will not tolerate your idiotic leftist nonsense. Down with ETS - he went on to say.

17:59

Czarnek Responds to Tusk on Energy Sovereignty:

Let's Save Mining. We're Returning to Coal.

- Let's save this mining. I hear from Tusk that RES (Renewable Energy Sources) is a beautiful thing because it's the most sovereign energy we have. What kind of sovereign, man, in January, ladies and gentlemen, in January, energy in Poland was produced primarily from coal, for which we had to pay for these CO2 emission allowances within the ETS [...] that's 60-65% of energy - said Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

- Do you know how much energy was produced from photovoltaics in January? [...] A few percent. Because that's Poland. In Poland, the sun doesn't shine like in Southern European countries. In Poland, it doesn't blow like in Malta or other places where there's a constant gale - he continued.

- This is Poland, a beautiful country, flowing with milk and honey, you just need to manage it in a Polish way [...] taking into account our deposits, and we will base ourselves on them, we are returning to coal - he went on to say.

18:37

Czarnek Refers to the Lex TVN and Suggests Another Attempt to Change Media Laws:

There Will Be No Veto Now, Because Nawrocki is Here.

"We didn't manage to do it. We would have done it if it weren't for the second term and the two atomic bombs that fell on us, namely COVID [...] and of course the full-scale war in Ukraine," said Przemysław Czarnek in Katowice.

"These were the reasons why we did not implement this media law. There was another veto along the way, but let's forget about it," he continued.

"Now there will definitely be no veto, because Dr. Karol Nawrocki is here," he went on to say.

19:49

Morawiecki:

Today We Are Witnessing Absolute State Paralysis, a Failure of the Polish State

- Today we are witnessing absolute state paralysis. We are witnessing a failure of the Polish state - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

- We have a healthcare system. [...] It was the current Minister of Health who said a month ago that there would be a shortfall of 23 billion zlotys in this year's budget - he pointed out.

19:51

Morawiecki:

The Government Will Fulfill One Promise – The Doctor Will Call Patients. But to Say: We're Postponing Your Surgery to Next Year

- Last year, there was a shortfall of 14 billion and from November onwards, surgeries and procedures were postponed to the next year. Experts have calculated that since the current government admits there will be a shortfall of 23 billion PLN, surgeries and procedures will be postponed as early as September to October - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

- So, attention, one promise of this government will be fulfilled. Do you know which one? The doctor will call patients. But not to ask about their health, but to say: we are postponing your surgery, we are postponing your procedure to next year - he stated.

20:02

Morawiecki on the EU's SAFE:

How do you like this noose around your neck?

- This proposal is a very good proposal, a proposal from the President and the President of the National Bank of Poland. Meanwhile, not everyone knows that in this proposal concerning Brussels, there is one condition. Not only that payments for purchases and for financing our technological lines could be suspended in 3 or 5 years. It's even worse, which people don't know - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

- Brussels could, at any moment, demand the return of all funds with interest by the given date of disbursement. How do you like this noose around your neck, for someone to hold the Sword of Damocles over our heads? We don't want this. [...] Therefore, we absolutely do not want to accept such conditions - he indicated.

20:08

Morawiecki:

We Won't Agree to Poles Being Factory Hands for Swedes, Germans, or Chinese. They Should Work for Our Children.

- In just 10 years, children educated in Polish schools won't know who Stefan Czarniecki was. Father Maksymilian Kolbe is to be erased. We are to learn less about German crimes against Poles than before. Because a Pole is apparently meant to be just a factory hand and a servant in a Swedish, German, or Chinese factory. Is that right, Mr. Tusk? We will not agree to this. It is precisely the Chinese, Germans, and Swedes who should be working for our children and our youth – said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

Morawiecki:

Nawrocki Showed That Victory is Possible Not Only Against Trzaskowski, but Also Against Berlin, Brussels, TVN, Onet, TVP, RMF, and WP

- Let's not let them convince us of all these myths and lies we are bombarded with daily in the mainstream media. Our weapon, our answer, is your activity, meaning social media: Facebook, Twitter, that is the X platform, Instagram - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

- I ask all of you for activity. Because Karol Nawrocki showed on June 1st that victory is possible not only against Rafał Trzaskowski. You can win against Rafał Trzaskowski, and against Donald Tusk, and against Berlin, and against Brussels, and against TVN, and against Onet, and against public television, and against RMF FM, and against Wirtualna Polska, and against all mainstream media. Through our activity, you can win - he indicated.

"We will show that we can win against them – and we will win." Morawiecki on "left-liberal elites"

- We will also show, in a year and a half at the latest, that despite the enormous media advantage of our enemy, these left-liberal elites who have inflicted migration, the Green Deal, genderism, and other cultural revolutions upon us, that we can also win against all of them. And we will win - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

Morawiecki on the ETS:

I spoke with Babiš, Meloni, and I am urging other prime ministers to block climate madness.

- What is happening with the ETS? At the moment when we are blocking it, and the European Council is approaching, the current prime minister, instead of coming out and saying which prime ministers he has persuaded to do so. Because yesterday I was in the Czech Republic as a member of the opposition and I spoke with Prime Minister Babiš, I spoke with Prime Minister Meloni recently, and I am urging prime ministers of other countries to block climate madness, just as we effectively blocked it until the end of our government's term. And what is the current prime minister doing? Have you seen any of his actions? - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

Morawiecki:

I want a broad patriotic camp to win the upcoming elections

- Through our actions, I want a patriotic camp, a broad patriotic camp, to win the upcoming elections. I want this government to go down in history, to close this chapter of the book, this chapter of history. And to achieve that, we all need to mobilize ourselves very strongly for this activity - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

PiS Leadership Suspends Senator Włosowicz:

Procedure to Remove from the Club Initiated.

“Senator Jacek Włosowicz has not been a member of the PiS party since 2011. His statements today clearly show that he has long been mentally on Tusk’s side,” wrote Rafał Bochenek on the X portal.

“The role of a parliamentarian is to work for Polish citizens and react when they are harmed. Today, prices and bills are rising at a record pace, unemployment is increasing, and EU madness, such as ETS2 or the agreement with Mercosur countries, is being implemented. It is characteristic that these matters do not concern the Senator,” reads the PiS spokesperson’s post.

“For this reason, I inform you that the party leadership has made the decision to suspend the Senator and simultaneously initiate the procedure for his removal from the PiS club,” he announced.
