- People should be disappointed today by how the issue of electricity prices is politicized by the Polish parliament and ask the Sejm Marshal why he is freezing the best ready-made bill to lower electricity prices by 33% - stated President Karol Nawrocki on „Śniadanie Rymanowskiego”. 

- This is also good news. Considering that for 2 years or more than 2 years, many of the 100 specific points have not been fully implemented, this few months of waiting for the introduction of this act [on lowering electricity prices], because I still believe the Marshal will put it to a vote, I think Poles, and I deeply believe, once energy prices are lower and my act is passed, will forgive - stated President Karol Nawrocki on „Śniadanie Rymanowskiego”. 

- We are in a situation where, for many months, the law in Poland, prepared by the parliament, and the government did not hide this, was being prepared for the victory of Rafał Trzaskowski. These were laws and legal solutions prepared for a different president - stated President Karol Nawrocki on „Śniadanie Rymanowskiego”.

- Thanks to you, I surprised them in the presidential elections and I am receiving laws that were prepared for a different president. This is what the voters decided, so it is difficult to expect me to sign laws that are not in line with my program, that are not good for Poland. I simply veto them - he continued.

- I am glad that Minister Siemoniak himself proposed to the President, and to me, to use Article 18 of the ABW Act and discuss this [regarding Włodzimierz Czarzasty] with the heads of services. I am not [scheduled] yet, but I will certainly take advantage of it. I simply want to clarify this matter - stated President Karol Nawrocki on "Rymanowski's Breakfast". 

- Of course, Donald Tusk's words may also be a matter of a certain capacity for vassalage. Since for many years, including during the Prime Minister's governments, we were a vassal of Berlin or Brussels, then the USA will not fit into that basket. I don't know which vassalage Prime Minister Tusk is referring to, as I am not aware of such relations - stated President Karol Nawrocki on "Rymanowski's Breakfast". 

- I may surprise you, Mr. Editor, but I find it unpleasant when an ambassador of any country disciplines even our imperfect, post-communist Marshal of the Sejm, who, of course, does not convey the feelings or emotions I hold for Poland. It is never good for Poland when the second highest official in the state is disciplined by an ambassador, and if I were to praise this, I think you will be disappointed - stated President Karol Nawrocki on „Śniadanie Rymanowskiego”.

- Of course I will defend Minister Cenckiewicz. Because Minister Cenckiewicz has access to classified information. I think the other side should focus on what is most important for Poland today. Has the second-highest person in the state filled out the security questionnaire? I think the other side should react to the fact that the Deputy Head of Polish diplomacy did not have a security clearance for a long time and things like that - stated President Karol Nawrocki in "Rymanowski's Breakfast". 

- Of course, I am in favor of examining this in a moderate and calm manner. However, this is a credit until 2070. On the one hand, it's a great opportunity, of course, one cannot fall into completely negative emotions around the SAFE program, but on the other hand, one also cannot fall into journalistic hurrah optimism - stated President Karol Nawrocki on “Rymanowski’s Breakfast”.

- I and the presidential center are really examining this matter with the awareness that it concerns a very sensitive issue of Polish security, Poland's credit until 2070, and our terrible experiences with the conditionality of programs such as the KPO - he continued.

- For me, in the context of PiS, of President Jarosław Kaczyński, who is undoubtedly the most effective Polish politician since 1989, his voice is the most important, and what is already happening below the president and how he motivates his party members is not my task - stated President Karol Nawrocki in "Rymanowski's Breakfast".

- It's already too late [for a meeting]. Minister Żurek has revealed himself as a legal terrorist. Yes, in Poland, we do not have a legally acting National Prosecutor. Minister Żurek issued regulations that conflicted with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. - I would like to resolve this issue. I say this sincerely and I said it during the election campaign, but to resolve this issue, we must indeed move away from ideological discussion, we must look at the uniqueness of marriage. We cannot open a door to further steps, and this has appeared in public opinion. This has deeply troubled me. I would not want in 20 years, if anything happens in Poland, to be the one who laid the foundations for potential adoption of children by homosexual couples - stated President Karol Nawrocki on "Rymanowski's Breakfast".

- This is a process in which I will certainly not participate and do not want to participate, and I have the good will to resolve this situation. I spoke about this clearly at the meeting with PSL. If it were a matter of guaranteeing the unique status of marriage, a truly reasonable solution to financial and tax issues, one that doesn't have the capacities of marital relationships and didn't have all these radical ideological threads, then I have good will. Only I don't know if this law will ultimately take that shape. If not, I will have to veto it - he continued.

- He won't tell me where I should fly? Mr. Editor, what kind of words are these at all? The Prime Minister can tell his son where he can fly, or his grandchildren. The Prime Minister will not tell the President of Poland where he can fly. I can fly wherever I want. However, in terms of the system and constitution, the Prime Minister has the task of deciding whether Poland wants to join the Peace Council or not. I make the final decision, and the government must inspire it. When there was the treaty with Nancy, even with France, the government prepared it, did it, prepared negotiations. The government inspired it, the law went through parliament - stated President Karol Nawrocki in "Rymanowski's Breakfast".

- And I, after two years of negotiations or a year and a half, could have said, but actually no, because I didn't like five things. Indeed, I didn't like some things, although I treat France as our strategic partner. I didn't do that out of respect for the Polish Republic on the international stage. Negotiations with Great Britain are now underway, and the government also inspires them in the end. The President must finish them. So I regularly appeal to the Prime Minister: Mr. Prime Minister, make a decision, Mr. Prime Minister, whether you want Poland to be in the Peace Council or not. So that I can make the final decision - he continued.

- I am a strong proponent of Poland, of course, joining the nuclear project. I am talking about the fact that the path to a Polish project, to Polish nuclear potential, with respect for all international regulations, is the path we should take - stated President Karol Nawrocki on "Rymanowski's Breakfast".

- We need to act in this direction so that we can begin work. We are a country located right next to the border of an armed conflict. It is known what the attitude of the aggressive, imperial Russian Federation is towards Poland. I cannot tell you, Mr. Editor, when, whether it will happen, when it will happen, but if you ask for my opinion on this matter, then for me, in building Poland's security, even based on nuclear potential, atomic energy, it is a direction I support - added Nawrocki.
