- The USA is the guarantor of Polish security; we are a model ally, and this is often emphasized in my contacts with Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. I have heard this both in Warsaw and Washington, at the Pentagon, and in Brussels. Poland is mentioned first as a model ally, and nothing will change in this regard. There are no security guarantees for NATO and Europe without the USA. There is no US strength without presence in NATO. Regarding Polish-American relations and their development, as the last year has seen a development in Polish-American relations, there are plans not only to maintain American troops in Poland but to increase this presence - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- We are building Fort Trump in Bolesławiec in Lower Silesia, and together with the USA, we are modernizing, for example, the airport in Wrocław, which is becoming a major transshipment base for US troops in Europe. Our role in NATO as the third largest army in the alliance after the USA and Turkey is growing, so Polish-American relations are strong - the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Ministry of National Defence continued.
