- This decision to terminate the contract [for Pfizer vaccines] was not made by the European Commission, by Brussels. This decision was made by the PiS government, by Mateusz Morawiecki. As a result, Poland will be presented with a bill of almost PLN 6 billion. This bill will potentially be paid by every Polish family, every Polish retiree. This situation is not a consequence of decisions made by our government or by the EC. It is a consequence of incompetence and botched work by the PiS government - stated Andrzej Domański at a press conference.
