A Test for Parties Claiming No Involvement in Limiting Access to Healthcare Benefits: Razem Calls for Health Minister's Dismissal

Mateusz Nowak

- We have coalition partners who say: this is not our [health] ministry, we don't have a minister there, we don't have deputy ministers there, these are not our decisions. Ladies and gentlemen, these are your decisions, because this is your government and you are responsible just as much as Minister Sobierańska-Grenda, just as much as Minister Domański - said Marcelina Zawisza at a press conference.

- We, as the Razem party, are preparing a motion of no confidence against Minister Sobierańska-Grenda. There is no consent for this type of activity, which cuts access to the healthcare system, to be carried out by the government. Nothing that was given was supposed to be taken away, and we are talking here about introducing a limit on diagnostics - she continued.

- This motion will be sent for signatures not only to all opposition parties but also to the governing coalition parties, and we will see if the parties that claim to have nothing to do with the minister will genuinely contribute to this minister losing her position - she further stated.

- This is a test for those parties that say they do not endorse limiting access to diagnostics, limiting access to benefits. Respected New Left, respected Poland 2050, if you do not endorse these pathological decisions [...] then we await your signatures on the motion for the dismissal of the Minister of Health - said Adrian Zandberg.
