Matysiak on Removal from Razem:
I Filed an Appeal.
- Today I formally filed an appeal against this decision [to remove me from the Razem party]. So we'll see what the National Council's decision will be - said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.
15:56
Matysiak:
I Was Pressured to Resign from Razem Membership Myself
- There was [a conversation with the party leadership]. Even before the party congress, at the beginning of November, it was related to clarifying these situations concerning representation in the chancellery by lawyer Lewandowski. And it was a conversation that took place in such a group that there were four of us: myself and Adrian Zandberg, Marcelina Zawisza, Aleksandra Owca. So, representatives of the party authorities and the chairperson of the club – Paulina Matysiak said on the „Rymanowski Live” channel.
- It was a long, hour-long meeting. It was intense, one might say. In that sense, the meeting was inconclusive because no one convinced anyone, and arguments were presented from both sides regarding this matter of representation in the Sejm in the context of the lawsuit from the company Newag - she continued.
As she further stated: - However, the meeting was also inconclusive in the sense that despite the pressure from my colleagues to resign from the party myself, I clearly stated that I would not resign, that I believe I have no grounds for it, no reasons, that we stand on different positions and understand the statutory provisions differently. And I was told that in that case, the matter would be resolved in another way.
- And this other way is precisely the congress, statutory changes, the possibility of expulsion and my expulsion - she added.
15:27
Matysiak Points Out:
This is the fundamental problem with the formation I was expelled from,
"It seems to me that this is the fundamental problem with the formation I was expelled from, and I wrote this in my short statement: that I very much regret that such diverse voices within the party are not allowed to resonate. Also, different characters or different political personalities. Because I would put forward the thesis that this is something that can actually help the Together party: speaking in different ways, through different people, to its potential voters" - said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.
"Together is a small group that is actually fighting to gain a certain independence and its own representation on its own terms by 2027. […] But to do that, it also needs to gain support. So, in fact, […] every person who opens up to new environments, to slightly different voters, should be valuable and appreciated" - she argued.
14:57
Matysiak:
Lawyer Lewandowski Was Recommended to Me by My Friends Outside of Politics
- Lawyer Lewandowski defended me pro bono, and he was a lawyer who was recommended to me by my friends, people outside of the political world, when I was looking for a lawyer. There was indeed a moment when I had trouble finding someone – Paulina Matysiak said on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.
- Of course, I knew that Lawyer Lewandowski was also associated with circles that I neither support nor are close to. He and his law firm, which he heads, represented me. I simply proceeded from the assumption that in such situations, you use the help of professionals - she continued.
- We never discussed what we think on certain issues. Nobody gave anyone a quiz on their views. A lawyer simply appeared who is also a specialist in political matters, and he represented me – and he won the case. The court rejected Newag's lawsuit – she pointed out.
- What mattered here was simply effectiveness. There needed to be a professional, a lawyer who knew how to handle the entire case to conclude it as quickly as possible. And that's exactly what happened – she added.

Kaczyński Praises the President:
100 Days of Fulfilled Promises.
"The President's 100 days are 100 days of fulfilled promises. Karol Nawrocki's victory gave Poles hope that it is possible to stop the evil that is the Tusk government." - wrote Jarosław Kaczyński on X.
"We have a good President - extremely active also on the international stage - whose compass is always the interest of our Homeland. Hard work during the campaign and hard work from the first day of his presidency are bringing results: 11 important draft laws and the blocking of bad regulations that the government wanted to adopt." - he continued in his post.
100 dni Prezydenta to 100 dni spełnionych obietnic. Zwycięstwo @NawrockiKn dało Polakom nadzieję, że da się zatrzymać zło, jakim jest rząd Tuska.

Matysiak:
Party leadership knew I had an invitation to President Nawrocki's rally and had no problem with it
- Did you coordinate with Adrian Zandberg your participation in the August Cabinet Council at President Nawrocki's?
- Yes, I informed the party leadership. And indeed, I did not receive permission for it - replied Paulina Matysiak.
- So why did you go? - the host pressed.
- Because the topic concerned CPK. Of course, looking from the outside, it can be considered that since the party leadership said I couldn't participate in such a council, and in fact, it wasn't even a personal resolution, but a very general one, because it concerned all members of the Razem party, that without the party leadership's consent, one cannot participate in Cabinet Councils, National Security Councils, or Council of Ministers sessions. This resolution was adopted the day before the Cabinet Council, i.e., on the day I informed them that I had received such an invitation as co-chairperson of the "Yes! For Development" association - Matysiak continued.
- A dozen or so days or a month later, when the National Security Council was convened, a resolution appeared stating that either Adrian Zandberg or Marcelina Zawisza, specifically named individuals, could participate in such a council. So, perhaps the issue was that *I* couldn't go to that Cabinet Council - she stated.
- However, from my perspective, it seemed simply very strange, because at the beginning of August I participated in a rally with President Karol Nawrocki in Kalisz, when he presented, talked about the presidential bill on CPK. The party leadership knew that I had an invitation to this event and had no problem with it. They considered it obvious, [that] since I am involved with CPK, I am the face of the Razem party on this issue, it is obvious that I could, and should, participate in such an event - she indicated.
- So what happened between the two events? - Rymanowski asked.
- I don't know - she replied.
13:24
Matysiak:
It Was Written That I Took Actions Not Agreed With Party Authorities – But No Specific Situations Were Provided
- This resolution, which I received, with very brief reasoning, is very general. It contains a statement that I took actions not agreed upon with the party authorities – however, these actions, specific situations, are not specified. It seems to me that this is simply missing, that there are no specifics in this resolution – said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.
13:09
Matysiak:
Fury After Being Kicked Out of Razem? No, More Like a Bit of Annoyance
- I don't think there's fury [within me after being removed from the Razem party]. That's quite a strong word. More like a bit of annoyance - Paulina Matysiak said on the 'Rymanowski Live' channel.
- I wonder if this situation could have ended differently, because perhaps it could have. One can certainly speculate about that. It probably would have required more willingness from the party leadership, and probably from my side as well, because it's not as if each side is without fault - she continued.
12:55
- Did you shed a few tears or not? - Bogdan Rymanowski asked.
- Yes - Paulina Matysiak replied.
- Did you cry? - the host pressed.
- Yes. I am generally a very emotional person. Perhaps it's not visible on programs when I appear in the media, because I try to be very calm. However, the fact that my calmness is visible on the screen, whether it's a television or a computer, does not mean that I don't have emotions and that emotions aren't churning within me - said the Member of Parliament.

Tusk Comments on the US Ambassador's Post:
He Most Likely Confused the Directive.
- I read Ambassador Rose's statement with great satisfaction, especially the words about Poland being an undisputed leader, because those are my words, I am very proud that our greatest ally also sees Poland as an undisputed leader of the European Union and the positive trends that have emerged in the European Union - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference.
- Poland has put a lot of effort into deregulation, meaning the loosening of regulations and reduction of bureaucratic burdens, and this Omnibus is precisely about that. Most likely, the ambassador confused the directive which was the initial provision - he continued.
- Thanks to the Polish presidency, this so-called Omnibus was created, meaning this set of regulations that deregulates European laws, thereby reducing, not increasing, bureaucratic burdens - he continued to say.
- I know that Europe is a complicated entity, but of course, our ministers and ambassadors are at the disposal of our American friends when it comes to explaining the complexities of European law. But I can reassure Ambassador Rose that in this matter, Poland was indeed a leader, is a leader in deregulation, and the Omnibus is the result of that - he added.
12:30
Tusk on Polls:
In President Nawrocki's Place, I Wouldn't Be Delighted by This Level of Support.
- I know that 50% of Poles positively assess [Karol Nawrocki]; I read those polls. In President Nawrocki's place, I wouldn't be delighted by this level of support. When we look at the support President Duda and President Komorowski had after their first 100 days, let alone President Kwaśniewski, it's clear that this is not an impressive figure - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the KGHM investment site in Retków.
12:29
Matysiak on Being Expelled from Razem:
I Was Surprised It's Happening Now, But the Decision Itself Was Expected.
- To be completely honest, I was surprised it's happening now, but not surprised by the decision itself [to expel me from the Razem party], because it was expected. It was also communicated to me earlier - said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.
- So a bit of surprise, a bit of regret. It's generally a mix of very different feelings, because there's regret that this part of my life in the Razem party is ending, there's a bit of anger, a bit of disappointment. But that's how it is - she continued.
12:27
- There is no such motion, and it seems to me that it's not worth discussing, I mean, I'm talking about the State Tribunal - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference, when asked about the theory that President Karol Nawrocki should stand before the State Tribunal for failing to appoint judges.
- I have no doubt that unfortunately, after June 1st, another president, and this will be the third presidential term, is deciding to play with the Constitution, to interpret it incorrectly, to violate the spirit and letter of the Constitution, and not only in this case - he continued.
- This is very disturbing and will unfortunately mean a very hard confrontation in this matter with those who want to uphold constitutional order. My duty as Prime Minister is also to uphold constitutional order, and I will not back down an inch here. There is no question of it - he went on to say.
- I am not surprised, but I am saddened that once again we will have a president who does not feel like a guardian of the Constitution, but its violator - he added.
12:23
Tusk on Hołownia and Coalition Durability:
I Think I Can Say We Are Friends.
- Actions of this kind [towards Szymon Hołownia], if they were to have any political effect, would be very harmful to me, not beneficial. Nothing matters to me as much as the durability of the coalition and also good relations. These stem from my great respect for Marshal Hołownia and also a very good personal relationship. I think I can say we are friends - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the KGHM investment site in Retków.
12:22
Tusk:
I don't assign tasks to special services against politicians
- I have nothing to comment on regarding this first matter. I do not assign tasks to special services against politicians, whether from the ruling camp or the opposition. That's some kind of magical thinking. If there's a prosecutor's decision, I never interfere with it - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the KGHM investment site in Retków.
12:20
"This is not a reopening of the border, it is a reopening of border crossings [on the border with Belarus] in connection with very specific interests of our local population, entrepreneurs, and residents," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.
"So, this is in no way an element of any political negotiations or those concerning potential prisoner exchanges. This decision was autonomous and was linked to the completely understandable pressure from the local community," he continued.
"At the beginning of the week, as I announced, these crossings will be opened," he went on to say.
12:19
Tusk on the Copper Tax:
We Have Already Made This Decision.
"We have already made this decision to make the tax a lesser burden. For KGHM. I am absolutely open to discussion so that, over time, as the work progresses, this tax context becomes increasingly favorable from KGHM's perspective, and this is also in the interest not only of the company but of all of us," stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the KGHM investment site in Retków.
12:13
Tusk at KGHM's Investment Site in Retków:
It Offers Hope for a Very Serious Undertaking
- It is a great satisfaction for me to be here, in this place that offers hope for a very serious undertaking, for future profits, and profits counted not only in money from the sale of a product that KGHM prides itself on in Europe and around the world. It's not just about the financial significance of Polish copper, but as you well know, copper, like other metals, but recently especially copper, is also gaining geopolitical significance - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at KGHM's investment site in Retków.
- There is not a word of exaggeration in this. Our security, economic security, KGHM's security, the region's security, we must think in such strategic terms, not in the perspective of a year, or even 5 years. Our smelters, which process Polish copper, must have work to do in the future as well, not just in 2-3 years. This copper, or processed copper, is also an absolutely strategic raw material in branches of the economy that are crucial for us, such as, primarily, energy - he continued.

Ziobro tweets:
The request for my arrest is pure revenge by Tusk.
- I have always acted in accordance with the law. All decisions regarding the Fund of National Justice were based on statutes. Today, criminals are at the helm of power in Poland. The request for my arrest is pure revenge by Tusk for investigations revealing gigantic theft in his circle - from Nowak, through Giertych and Grodzki, to Gawłowski. It is also retaliation for proceedings concerning suspicions of his own corruption - wrote Zbigniew Ziobro on social media.

- The first 100 days of my husband's presidency, I think my husband, the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, is number one on the political scene, and I believe he earned this recognition through his hard work. Because I still remember when we started dating, he was a student, and he had this industriousness in him for 20 years, and it hasn't changed to this day - said the First Lady, Marta Nawrocka, on wPolsce24 television.
11:43
- I want to open a foundation in the coming days; this is a priority of my husband's term, and it will happen in the coming days. It will be purely social, apolitical activity, detached from politics, just good that will flow from it - said the First Lady, Marta Nawrocka, on wPolsce24 television.
- The main objective of the foundation is social activity, and these will be 4 goals I would like to focus on. This will be the fight against hate speech, the fight against cyberviolence, and it will be assistance for people with disabilities and their families, because I see that the system here doesn't quite work as it should, and I see that support for families of people with disabilities is also needed - the First Lady continued.
- Another goal of the foundation will be leveling the playing field; this will be directed towards youth, children from smaller towns, who don't have, or whose parents don't have the money - Marta Nawrocka went on to say.
11:43
- There will be a program called "Breath for Heroines." It will be for mothers of children or individuals with disabilities, offering them a respite from their demanding work and caregiving for their children. There will also be therapeutic activities for women. Importantly, you will be able to bring your children with you, and they will be cared for, so I believe this will be a great program and will bring a lot of good - said First Lady Marta Nawrocka on wPolsce24 television.

Hennig-Kloska:
If Local Authorities Agree, We Could Have a National Park on Międzyodrze by Year-End
- I will be talking with local authorities. The decision to establish the park must be supported by local authorities. […] I do not feel authorized to make decisions for local authorities. This is precisely how we differ from the Presidential Palace: I will respect the opinion of local authorities - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on PR1.
- I think we are capable, by the end of the year, by Christmas… If local authorities agree, we could have a national park on Międzyodrze by the end of the year - she stated.
09:03
Hennig-Kloska:
The Lower Oder Valley National Park Would Not Restrict Any Navigation
- It would not restrict any navigation [the Lower Oder Valley National Park]. For two reasons: the Oder River does not enter the park's borders, that's the first reason. Similarly, Wolin National Park does not restrict navigation between the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea - and likewise, Międzyodrze would not restrict any navigation - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.
- Secondly: in black and white, the Waterways of Poland Act stipulated the authorities to carry out investments on the Oder that would allow this navigation to be maintained in good condition - she argued.
08:54
Hennig-Kloska:
President Duda's team made decisions good for the country. President Nawrocki's team makes decisions good for the party
- This will take time [consultations with local government officials regarding the possible expansion of another national park into the Międzyodrze area], but this is the result of the veto and the conduct of the Presidential Palace, which is destructive to the state - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said on PR1's 'Sygnały dnia'.
- I worked with Mr. President Duda's team. Mr. President Duda's team made decisions that were good for our country. Unfortunately, Mr. President Nawrocki's team at this moment is making decisions that are good for the party, not taking into account the national interest and not taking into account what is good for Polish women and men - she assessed.
08:43
- Yesterday, a team actually met at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, which issued three recommendations for possible continuation - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on PR1.
- The first is to enlarge another park. This has happened in the past, and it is also legally possible. We can enlarge another national park in West Pomerania, and it would encompass Międzyodrze. Because this is a decision of the Council of Ministers. [...] Kampinos National Park has its part in the Łódź Voivodeship, which few people know about - she continued.
- The second thread we discussed is the creation of a reserve there for most of this area. And the third is a citizens' initiative law - she continued.
- On Monday, I have a meeting with local government officials in Szczecin. I will discuss this. Together, we will choose the best form. Of course, solution number one is the most appropriate. It will allow us to achieve all the goals we have set - she stated.

Civic Coalition Releases Video About the First 100 Days of President Nawrocki's Term:
Veto-Maker
"One hundred days ago, Karol Nawrocki took office. He was supposed to submit 21 legislative acts, but he hasn't even submitted half of them. He disregards important projects for Poland. His activity can be described in one word: veto-maker" - says the narrator in the Civic Coalition's video.
"He didn't sign officer promotions in the services. He didn't sign judicial nominations. He is not the president of Poland. He is just another resident of Kaczyński" - he continues.

I Haven't Heard the Media Demand Justification for Recalled Ambassadors
- Who recalled 50 ambassadors? They were functioning well, and I haven't heard that the media environment then demanded an explanation from Minister Sikorski as to why he recalled, for example, Marek Magierowski. In what way was he a bad ambassador? Did we find out? - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR3.
08:34
Przydacz:
The Government's Goal is to Distract from Key Issues
- It seems to me that, in general, the government's goal is to distract from key issues, such as the fact that the government is very expensive in Poland. They are trying to provoke further controversies once again, because surely no one would even know whether these special service officers were promoted or not, if their superiors, as has been the case for 30 years, came to the president, the matter would be closed - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR3.
- Controversies are being deliberately provoked so that you don't ask me why electricity is so expensive in Poland, why the Sejm is not voting on the president's bill, all so that we talk about another controversy - he continued.
08:27
President Karol Nawrocki published a video on X summarizing the first 100 days of his presidency. The recording recalled, among other things, his foreign visits, legislative initiatives, and signed and vetoed laws.

Governing Coalition's Actions Have a Destructive Impact on the State
- Today, the governing coalition's actions have a destructive impact on the state. I would truly like to finally see the law being respected, for example, the publication of the President's decisions, or the departure from behind desks of illegal prosecutors, like Mr. Korneluk, who, simply in defiance of the law, took over power in the prosecutor's office and today are implementing their policy with the help of compromised prosecutors - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR3.
08:23
Przydacz on the President's ruling regarding judges:
We expect the government side to publish this in the Monitor Polski
- The President's ruling has been submitted. In accordance with the Constitution, the President has this authority, and such a ruling has already been sent to the Ministry of Justice. We now expect the Minister of Justice, or more broadly, the government side, to fulfill their legal obligation and publish it in the Monitor Polski, because that is the government's task - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR3.
08:18
Sawicki on Nawrocki:
He is Active, Which Doesn't Mean He's Effective.
- What do Poles expect from those in power? Active effectiveness. For now, Mr. Karol Nawrocki is active, which doesn't mean he's effective, and therefore, that's why he has these good ratings so far - said Marek Sawicki on TOK FM.
- Everyone thought that Mr. Nawrocki would want to build his own political camp, his own political space. Mr. Nawrocki is a loyal executor of those who put him in office, who gave him money for the campaign and conducted that campaign - he continued.
- Today, first and foremost, he is realizing the goals of Law and Justice, Jarosław Kaczyński, pretending and winking at Confederation, that he will break out on his own. We will see - he went on to say.
08:18
Domański on his meeting with Glapiński:
There's no need for these meetings to be very frequent.
- No, we don't meet cyclically, but we have indeed met. By chance, as part of discussions about the Polish economy. It's completely natural for the Minister of Finance to meet with the President of the National Bank of Poland. We have met twice so far, once at President Glapiński's initiative, and once at mine - stated Andrzej Domański on "One on One" TVN24.
- Twice in two years. I think there's no need for these meetings to be very frequent, but the discussion about the economy, about the stability of the financial system, in fact about the security of Poles and their savings, requires this contact, this line to be maintained - he continued.
08:18
Wipler:
In Poland, judges are sometimes independent of the law, reason, and common sense
- In Poland, judges are independent, as they sometimes say themselves, they are independent of the law, of reason, and of common sense, and that's what it boils down to, that sometimes it's clear that someone should win and someone should lose - said Przemysław Wipler in Super Express's "Morning Ring".
- It's like in this joke where two judges are sitting and drinking coffee, suddenly a man approaches one of them and says, "Sir, your dog bit me, I'm going to sue you. How much compensation do you want so I don't go to court?" And he says, "A thousand zlotys." The guy takes out the money, pays him, and the second judge, surprised, says to him, "Colleague, you don't even have a dog." "I know, but the case will go to court, and who knows how it will end." If lawyers laugh at this joke, if lawyers share it, it's terrible - Przemysław Wipler continued.
08:12
- I believe this is a very good step because it shows that those who introduce anarchy, who refuse other judges the right to judge because they don't like them, will remain in their current courts, meaning district or regional courts, for the next 5 years, and perhaps even 10 years. They will not receive promotions because this type of activity, i.e., questioning the binding law in Poland, is not welcomed by the head of state - said Przemysław Wipler in Super Express's "Poranny Ring."
08:12
Domański:
We, as the government, are prepared for the President to continue behaving this way
- Indeed, 100 days of Karol Nawrocki's presidency have passed. It's been 100 days of chaos, 100 days of unnecessarily vetoing good, important laws from the perspective of Poland, Poles, and the economy, so we will see how the rest of Mr. Nawrocki's presidency unfolds. We, as the government, are prepared for the President to continue behaving this way - stated Andrzej Domański on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden".
08:10
of the Head of Farmers' Solidarity:
I Haven't Heard a Single Statement from the Minister of Finance on This Matter." Sawicki on the Tax for Self-Harvesting and the "Insinuations
- Let them ask the Minister of Finance, because I haven't heard a single statement from the Minister of Finance on this matter, but I do hear the insinuations of Mr. Obszański - Marek Sawicki said on TOK FM, when asked about the tax for self-harvesting.
- Let Mr. Obszański, as the head of Farmers' Solidarity, meet with Mr. Domański and let them agree whether such a tax will be introduced or not. [...] Let him ask directly, not insinuate - he continued.
08:08
Wipler:
For Years, Tusk Pursued Policy Hand-in-Hand with Merkel, and This Was Not a Pro-Polish Policy
- The fact that we have German-sounding surnames doesn't make anyone question that we have Polish hearts and Poland in our hearts. The problem with Prime Minister Donald Tusk is that for years he pursued Polish and European policy hand-in-hand with Angela Merkel, with the current head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. And this is not a pro-Polish policy, nor even a pro-European one, and ultimately not even entirely pro-German, because Germany's economy is collapsing. But he co-created all of this, so we would prefer him to harm Germany than Poland - said Przemysław Wipler in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

- It's astonishing that the Rural Solidarity (Solidarność RI) is organizing a protest on the day of the Polish People's Party (PSL) congress – Marek Sawicki stated in a conversation with Jacek Żakowski on "Poranek TOK FM", when asked about the announced farmers' protest and planned blockades.
- This doesn't just smell, it reeks of ordinary politics. This same Rural Solidarity, which remained silent when for 8 years PiS politicians urged for accelerated negotiations on the Mercosur agreement [...] Rural Solidarity, it's no secret, is an outpost of Law and Justice (PiS), and of course, it is now launching a political protest – he continued.
- In demanding budgetary funds, yes, absolutely [there is activity], but when PiS was destroying producer groups and instead of sending them legal advice on accounting for EU funds, they were sending prosecutors, then Rural Solidarity was not there to defend these producer groups – he further elaborated.
