- Today I formally filed an appeal against this decision [to remove me from the Razem party]. So we'll see what the National Council's decision will be - said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.

- There was [a conversation with the party leadership]. Even before the party congress, at the beginning of November, it was related to clarifying these situations concerning representation in the chancellery by lawyer Lewandowski. And it was a conversation that took place in such a group that there were four of us: myself and Adrian Zandberg, Marcelina Zawisza, Aleksandra Owca. So, representatives of the party authorities and the chairperson of the club – Paulina Matysiak said on the „Rymanowski Live” channel.

- It was a long, hour-long meeting. It was intense, one might say. In that sense, the meeting was inconclusive because no one convinced anyone, and arguments were presented from both sides regarding this matter of representation in the Sejm in the context of the lawsuit from the company Newag - she continued.

As she further stated: - However, the meeting was also inconclusive in the sense that despite the pressure from my colleagues to resign from the party myself, I clearly stated that I would not resign, that I believe I have no grounds for it, no reasons, that we stand on different positions and understand the statutory provisions differently. And I was told that in that case, the matter would be resolved in another way.

- And this other way is precisely the congress, statutory changes, the possibility of expulsion and my expulsion - she added.

"It seems to me that this is the fundamental problem with the formation I was expelled from, and I wrote this in my short statement: that I very much regret that such diverse voices within the party are not allowed to resonate. Also, different characters or different political personalities. Because I would put forward the thesis that this is something that can actually help the Together party: speaking in different ways, through different people, to its potential voters" - said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.

"Together is a small group that is actually fighting to gain a certain independence and its own representation on its own terms by 2027. […] But to do that, it also needs to gain support. So, in fact, […] every person who opens up to new environments, to slightly different voters, should be valuable and appreciated" - she argued.

- Lawyer Lewandowski defended me pro bono, and he was a lawyer who was recommended to me by my friends, people outside of the political world, when I was looking for a lawyer. There was indeed a moment when I had trouble finding someone – Paulina Matysiak said on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.

- Of course, I knew that Lawyer Lewandowski was also associated with circles that I neither support nor are close to. He and his law firm, which he heads, represented me. I simply proceeded from the assumption that in such situations, you use the help of professionals - she continued.

- We never discussed what we think on certain issues. Nobody gave anyone a quiz on their views. A lawyer simply appeared who is also a specialist in political matters, and he represented me – and he won the case. The court rejected Newag's lawsuit – she pointed out.

- What mattered here was simply effectiveness. There needed to be a professional, a lawyer who knew how to handle the entire case to conclude it as quickly as possible. And that's exactly what happened – she added.

"The President's 100 days are 100 days of fulfilled promises. Karol Nawrocki's victory gave Poles hope that it is possible to stop the evil that is the Tusk government." - wrote Jarosław Kaczyński on X.

"We have a good President - extremely active also on the international stage - whose compass is always the interest of our Homeland. Hard work during the campaign and hard work from the first day of his presidency are bringing results: 11 important draft laws and the blocking of bad regulations that the government wanted to adopt." - he continued in his post.

- Did you coordinate with Adrian Zandberg your participation in the August Cabinet Council at President Nawrocki's?

- Yes, I informed the party leadership. And indeed, I did not receive permission for it - replied Paulina Matysiak.

- So why did you go? - the host pressed.

- Because the topic concerned CPK. Of course, looking from the outside, it can be considered that since the party leadership said I couldn't participate in such a council, and in fact, it wasn't even a personal resolution, but a very general one, because it concerned all members of the Razem party, that without the party leadership's consent, one cannot participate in Cabinet Councils, National Security Councils, or Council of Ministers sessions. This resolution was adopted the day before the Cabinet Council, i.e., on the day I informed them that I had received such an invitation as co-chairperson of the "Yes! For Development" association - Matysiak continued.

- A dozen or so days or a month later, when the National Security Council was convened, a resolution appeared stating that either Adrian Zandberg or Marcelina Zawisza, specifically named individuals, could participate in such a council. So, perhaps the issue was that *I* couldn't go to that Cabinet Council - she stated.

- However, from my perspective, it seemed simply very strange, because at the beginning of August I participated in a rally with President Karol Nawrocki in Kalisz, when he presented, talked about the presidential bill on CPK. The party leadership knew that I had an invitation to this event and had no problem with it. They considered it obvious, [that] since I am involved with CPK, I am the face of the Razem party on this issue, it is obvious that I could, and should, participate in such an event - she indicated.

- So what happened between the two events? - Rymanowski asked.

- I don't know - she replied.

- This resolution, which I received, with very brief reasoning, is very general. It contains a statement that I took actions not agreed upon with the party authorities – however, these actions, specific situations, are not specified. It seems to me that this is simply missing, that there are no specifics in this resolution – said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.

- I don't think there's fury [within me after being removed from the Razem party]. That's quite a strong word. More like a bit of annoyance - Paulina Matysiak said on the 'Rymanowski Live' channel.

- I wonder if this situation could have ended differently, because perhaps it could have. One can certainly speculate about that. It probably would have required more willingness from the party leadership, and probably from my side as well, because it's not as if each side is without fault - she continued.

- Did you shed a few tears or not? - Bogdan Rymanowski asked.

- Yes - Paulina Matysiak replied.

- Did you cry? - the host pressed.

- Yes. I am generally a very emotional person. Perhaps it's not visible on programs when I appear in the media, because I try to be very calm. However, the fact that my calmness is visible on the screen, whether it's a television or a computer, does not mean that I don't have emotions and that emotions aren't churning within me - said the Member of Parliament.

- I read Ambassador Rose's statement with great satisfaction, especially the words about Poland being an undisputed leader, because those are my words, I am very proud that our greatest ally also sees Poland as an undisputed leader of the European Union and the positive trends that have emerged in the European Union - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference.

- Poland has put a lot of effort into deregulation, meaning the loosening of regulations and reduction of bureaucratic burdens, and this Omnibus is precisely about that. Most likely, the ambassador confused the directive which was the initial provision - he continued.

- Thanks to the Polish presidency, this so-called Omnibus was created, meaning this set of regulations that deregulates European laws, thereby reducing, not increasing, bureaucratic burdens - he continued to say.

- I know that Europe is a complicated entity, but of course, our ministers and ambassadors are at the disposal of our American friends when it comes to explaining the complexities of European law. But I can reassure Ambassador Rose that in this matter, Poland was indeed a leader, is a leader in deregulation, and the Omnibus is the result of that - he added.

- I know that 50% of Poles positively assess [Karol Nawrocki]; I read those polls. In President Nawrocki's place, I wouldn't be delighted by this level of support. When we look at the support President Duda and President Komorowski had after their first 100 days, let alone President Kwaśniewski, it's clear that this is not an impressive figure - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the KGHM investment site in Retków.

- To be completely honest, I was surprised it's happening now, but not surprised by the decision itself [to expel me from the Razem party], because it was expected. It was also communicated to me earlier - said Paulina Matysiak on the "Rymanowski Live" channel.

- So a bit of surprise, a bit of regret. It's generally a mix of very different feelings, because there's regret that this part of my life in the Razem party is ending, there's a bit of anger, a bit of disappointment. But that's how it is - she continued.

- There is no such motion, and it seems to me that it's not worth discussing, I mean, I'm talking about the State Tribunal - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference, when asked about the theory that President Karol Nawrocki should stand before the State Tribunal for failing to appoint judges.

- I have no doubt that unfortunately, after June 1st, another president, and this will be the third presidential term, is deciding to play with the Constitution, to interpret it incorrectly, to violate the spirit and letter of the Constitution, and not only in this case - he continued.

- This is very disturbing and will unfortunately mean a very hard confrontation in this matter with those who want to uphold constitutional order. My duty as Prime Minister is also to uphold constitutional order, and I will not back down an inch here. There is no question of it - he went on to say.

- I am not surprised, but I am saddened that once again we will have a president who does not feel like a guardian of the Constitution, but its violator - he added.

- Actions of this kind [towards Szymon Hołownia], if they were to have any political effect, would be very harmful to me, not beneficial. Nothing matters to me as much as the durability of the coalition and also good relations. These stem from my great respect for Marshal Hołownia and also a very good personal relationship. I think I can say we are friends - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the KGHM investment site in Retków.

- I have nothing to comment on regarding this first matter. I do not assign tasks to special services against politicians, whether from the ruling camp or the opposition. "This is not a reopening of the border, it is a reopening of border crossings [on the border with Belarus] in connection with very specific interests of our local population, entrepreneurs, and residents," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.

"So, this is in no way an element of any political negotiations or those concerning potential prisoner exchanges. This decision was autonomous and was linked to the completely understandable pressure from the local community," he continued.

The request for my arrest is pure revenge by Tusk for investigations revealing gigantic theft in his circle - from Nowak, through Giertych and Grodzki, to Gawłowski. - The second thread we discussed is the creation of a reserve there for most of this area. And the third is a citizens' initiative law - she continued.

- On Monday, I have a meeting with local government officials in Szczecin. I will discuss this. Together, we will choose the best form. Of course, solution number one is the most appropriate. It will allow us to achieve all the goals we have set - she stated.

I would truly like to finally see the law being respected, for example, the publication of the President's decisions, or the departure from behind desks of illegal prosecutors, like Mr. Korneluk, who, simply in defiance of the law, took over power in the prosecutor's office and today are implementing their policy with the help of compromised prosecutors - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR3.

- The President's ruling has been submitted. In accordance with the Constitution, the President has this authority, and such a ruling has already been sent to the Ministry of Justice. We now expect the Minister of Justice, or more broadly, the government side, to fulfill their legal obligation and publish it in the Monitor Polski, because that is the government's task - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR3.

- What do Poles expect from those in power? Active effectiveness. For now, Mr. Karol Nawrocki is active, which doesn't mean he's effective, and therefore, that's why he has these good ratings so far - said Marek Sawicki on TOK FM.

- In Poland, judges are independent, as they sometimes say themselves, they are independent of the law, of reason, and of common sense, and that's what it boils down to, that sometimes it's clear that someone should win and someone should lose - said Przemysław Wipler in Super Express's "Morning Ring".

- It's like in this joke where two judges are sitting and drinking coffee, suddenly a man approaches one of them and says, "Sir, your dog bit me, I'm going to sue you. How much compensation do you want so I don't go to court?" And he says, "A thousand zlotys." The guy takes out the money, pays him, and the second judge, surprised, says to him, "Colleague, you don't even have a dog." "I know, but the case will go to court, and who knows how it will end." If lawyers laugh at this joke, if lawyers share it, it's terrible - Przemysław Wipler continued.

- I believe this is a very good step because it shows that those who introduce anarchy, who refuse other judges the right to judge because they don't like them, will remain in their current courts, meaning district or regional courts, for the next 5 years, and perhaps even 10 years. They will not receive promotions because this type of activity, i.e., questioning the binding law in Poland, is not welcomed by the head of state - said Przemysław Wipler in Super Express's "Poranny Ring."

- Indeed, 100 days of Karol Nawrocki's presidency have passed. It's been 100 days of chaos, 100 days of unnecessarily vetoing good, important laws from the perspective of Poland, Poles, and the economy, so we will see how the rest of Mr. Nawrocki's presidency unfolds. - This doesn't just smell, it reeks of ordinary politics. This same Rural Solidarity, which remained silent when for 8 years PiS politicians urged for accelerated negotiations on the Mercosur agreement [...] Rural Solidarity, it's no secret, is an outpost of Law and Justice (PiS), and of course, it is now launching a political protest – he continued.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk will visit the construction site of a shaft in Retkowo. A press conference will take place around 11:50 AM.
