At 10:00 AM, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will meet with Romania's President-elect Nicușor Dan at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

At 12:00 PM in Warsaw, the "March for Poland" will take place, featuring PiS-backed presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki. The march will start at Charles de Gaulle Roundabout and conclude at Castle Square.

Also at 12:00 PM in Warsaw, the "Great March of Patriots," organized by Rafał Trzaskowski's campaign staff, will begin. The march will start at Bank Square and conclude at Constitution Square.

– The whole of Poland is watching us, the whole of Europe is watching us, the whole world is watching us. Because we succeeded, we achieved what few others have. And we will not let them take away our pride in our achievements – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during the "Great March of Patriots".

"This is the moment, it's high time to be together, and it's high time to go and win a president who will be your president. And this I solemnly vow and promise to you. And then all of Poland will win," said Rafał Trzaskowski during the march.

– In the first round of these elections, let's be honest, some of you showed the government a yellow card. And I want to tell you here, from this place, on behalf of myself and many of us who form this coalition: your voice matters, your voice has been heard, your voice is an additional impetus for us to work even harder and deliver all the promises that were made to you in 2023, – stated Magdalena Biejat during the "Great March of Patriots."

– The choice today is this – we can today build a dam against the march of the far-right, vote for a candidate who will stand with us against it and will take a very clear and assertive stance against the expansion of the far-right. Or we can open the doors wide open to this far-right – stated Magdalena Biejat during the “Great March of Patriots”.

– Make no mistake – behind Karol Nawrocki stand Sławomir Mentzen and Grzegorz Braun. Behind Karol Nawrocki will come people who have no problem burning the EU flag, inciting hatred and aggression, physically attacking those who disagree with them, leading us out of the EU, introducing paid university education, paid healthcare, and withdrawing the state from where it is most needed – stated Magdalena Biejat during the “Great March of Patriots.”

– I represent a coalition that – it must be said, these words must be spoken – hasn't delivered everything, hasn't settled all matters yet. Some say we can't even apologize for it. I want to tell you: for what we haven't delivered yet, I apologize – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty during the "Great March of Patriots."

– But I know one thing – we need a president with whom we will deliver, a responsible president, under whom Poland, Polish women, and Polish men will be safe. Rafał Trzaskowski is such a president – he continued.

– Today we have a special guest: the President-elect of Romania, President Dan, who showed how to win, who showed that you can win against lies, populism, and propaganda, that you can win if you are faithful to the truth. And we will win, because we are faithful to the truth – said Rafał Trzaskowski during the march.

Nicușor Dan then took the floor: – I came to Warsaw today because we share the same values and priorities. I came to thank you for the support Poland has always given Romania on our European path. I also want to thank Prime Minister Donald Tusk for his support for a European Romania, which he offered before the presidential elections a week ago.

– The values we believe in are democracy, freedom, the rule of law, and freedom of speech. Elections are also about pragmatism in each of our lives. In global competition, we cannot develop otherwise than within a united EU. I believe in a strong Poland within a strong EU – he continued.

– As President of Romania, I will work closely with President Rafał Trzaskowski and Prime Minister Donald Tusk to ensure a strong Poland and a strong EU. [...] The Romanian people rejected isolationism and Russian influence. People chose honesty, integrity, and respect for the law. [...] These are the values I believe in and which I find in Rafał Trzaskowski – Dan continued.

– Be active next week, believe in your victory, just as I believed in our victory – he added.

He concluded his speech with words spoken in Polish: – A week ago all of Romania won, in a week all of Poland will win.

– When the threat is so close and so real, we face the most important choice in our history. The stakes of these elections are a strong and safe Poland; the stakes of these elections are a strong army, a strong society, and strong alliances. Only if we build such a Poland—with President Rafał Trzaskowski, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, a guarantor of strong alliances in Europe and globally, who will unite us all with our diverse values, from small towns, from the smallest *sołectwo* (village administrative unit) in Poland, to large metropolitan areas, combining the tradition that we, as PSL (Polish People's Party), represent with the modernity to which we all aspire—only then will Poland be safe – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during the "Great March of Patriots".

– I know that, like me, you want a Poland where everyone is everyone's friend, and we will create such a Poland. No more divisions; we don't want a divided Poland. We must respect each other; diversity is an asset, not a drawback. "Unity in diversity" – that's the EU slogan we will implement every day – said Joanna Senyszyn during the "Great March of Patriots."

– Dear ones, we are heading for victory. May the red corals, which possess magical power, make their way to the Presidential Palace – she stated, handing the corals to Małgorzata Trzaskowska.

– Rafał didn't promise me anything, because I don't expect promises. I expect a democratic, law-abiding president. And after the elections, we will discuss together how to achieve this. Dear ones, the force is with us – she pointed out.

– I know you’re already fired up, so I’ll say this briefly to Rafał: Rafał, win these elections. But win them for all of us. Don’t just win, but change Poland, because Poland needs change today, – said Szymon Hołownia during the ‘Great March of Patriots’.

– I believe in Poland, I believe in you. I believe in the Poland that all of Europe sees today. I see this Poland, a Poland of honest people, believing in a good future, in their families, in their cities. Yes, you have reason to believe in our homeland, because you have reason to believe in yourselves – stated Donald Tusk during the 'Great March of Patriots'.

– Never before have the words 'Here is Poland' sounded so authentic – he continued.

– I believe, I know that Poland stands today on the threshold of greatness. I deeply believe in a secure Poland, just as I believe in the Polish military, I believe in our strength, which will deter any potential aggressor. It is thanks to you, millions of Polish men and women, our soldiers, our faith, our energy, that no one will attack Poland. – Be a president of peace, who will finally bring peace to our families, our cities, our villages. Everywhere they divided us, stirred up discord. – You are probably also waiting for the word 'please', also rare in politics. Yes, I earnestly ask you, give us strength, be the source of this unique strength, of good, positive energy, so that we can change Poland just as we pledged – he continued.

– I strongly urge all those who are still hesitating whether to go to the polls or not, to go. In the second round, we must choose, we must decide. And I will tell you honestly, the choice is unequivocally clear to me – said Szymon Hołownia during the “Great March of Patriots.”

– This is a candidate who managed – and this is very important to me, as someone who used to work in media – to survive the debate without shooting himself in the foot. What kind of president do you want? One who *makes an impact*, or one who shoots himself in the foot? – he asked.

– Do you know how many times I have heard Rafał Trzaskowski say: no, you're wrong? No, it won't be like that. Do you know what true independence and, at the same time, unity truly mean? We want the same thing, sometimes we think differently, we respect each other, we can argue and even quarrel. I can tell him: you were right, I'm sorry, yes, it went your way. But even when we argue very strongly, there isn't an ounce of hatred or anger – stated Donald Tusk during the "Great March of Patriots".

– As you return home today, whether in parking lots or at train stations, if you encounter those people from the other march – they are not anyone's enemy. They are often Polish patriots who truly wish well for their homeland, for all of us – said Szymon Hołownia during the "Great March of Patriots".

– Let's smile at them, let's tear down these walls that stand between us. Let's show that we are one Poland, the whole of Poland – he appealed.

“The beer I drank yesterday at Mentzen’s pub was mostly non-alcoholic. But it gave me a bigger kick than Nawrocki’s snus,” said Radosław Sikorski during the “Great March of Patriots.”

– I want to thank the Konfederacja members, Mr. MP Mentzen. Yesterday we showed that it's possible to talk like Pole to Pole about issues, without venom. This means a better Poland is possible – said Radosław Sikorski during the “Great March of Patriots.”

"Yes, my dears – we will win. We are marching for victory. An ambitious Poland is coming, a secure Poland, a socially responsible Poland," said Karol Nawrocki during the "March for Poland".

"We will win. A proud, great, powerful Poland is coming. And change is coming. We will win," he added.

– Today, we are all in the heart of the Polish capital as a national community, as Poles. Always one with another, one beside another, not one against another, – said Karol Nawrocki during the "March for Poland."

– We are here together to loudly declare that we want the Poland of our dreams, and we will not give that up. And those who are adherents of small-mindedness and the shrinking of Poland will not monopolize the political system. And no single political group will rule Poland, because we are here, the citizens of the Polish state, – he indicated.

"Today, we stand for a Poland conscious of its past, and of our shared national identity. Here today, we are aware of our glorious victories and our failures, from which we draw lessons. – Our future is the future of nuclear energy. We will not allow Polish coal to be taken away from us until we have Polish nuclear power. And nuclear power is what we need. Electricity and power must not be a luxury, as it is today in Donald Tusk's Poland – said Karol Nawrocki during the "March for Poland".

"I will be the president of your future. I will not let our future and the future of our children be taken away by those who love micromania and the shrinking of the Polish state. We, Poles, say 'enough' of micromania," said Karol Nawrocki during the "March for Poland."

– We stand for a safe Poland, and this also connects us with those who may be unaware today, who went to Donald Tusk's march and are quite nearby. They also want Poland to be safe, they want their wives, children, and grandchildren to be safe – said Karol Nawrocki during the "March for Poland".

– I am just like you, I am one of you. A Pole who understands the hardship of everyday life, who knows how difficult life sometimes is in Poland, and who never gave up and never will give up – stated Karol Nawrocki during the “March for Poland”.

– A secure Poland is a Poland without illegal migrants, with two sealed borders, and it is a Poland whose Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces is aware that both Poland's East and West, North and South, must be defended. It is a Poland where the Polish farmer knows that the President of Poland will speak with his voice, that he will not allow Polish villages and Polish farms to be destroyed. It is a Poland where the President of Poland clearly states: no to the Green Deal, no to EU agreements with Mercosur countries – said Karol Nawrocki during the "March for Poland".

“You are our hope, our future, and the President of Poland after June 1st will listen to you, not shout at you, like my opponent. We must listen to young people today, because they often know better than us how to navigate the reality of the 21st century, which so often surprises us all,” said Karol Nawrocki during the “March for Poland”.

– Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Today, as you surely know, because you are patriots aware of your past and identity, marks another anniversary of the death of one of the greatest Poles of the 20th century: Captain Witold Pilecki, murdered by communists. One of the bravest men in the history of Poland, Europe, and the world. A participant in the Polish-Bolshevik War of 1920, a prisoner of Auschwitz, murdered by communists – and no, Pilecki’s story today does not demand that we ponder how we would have behaved in those times. Few of us, perhaps no one, would be ready for such sacrifices as Captain Pilecki. That is a scale of sacrifice beyond this earth – stated Karol Nawrocki during the “March for Poland.”

– But I want to tell you one thing – speaking of what will happen on June 1st. Independence is a great responsibility. This great hero, when Poland was free and sovereign, in the Second Polish Republic, worked for the community. He was a husband, he was a father, and he was aware that great heroism is forged not only in war. He worked for Poland when it was independent. Each of you, over the next 5 days, on June 1st, can be the Witold Pilecki of our freedom, sovereignty, and independence. The Witold Pilecki of peacetime – he continued.

– Each of us is capable of taking responsibility for our future, our children, our grandchildren, because this is a march for the future. It is not a march for power. Each of you can be the Witold Pilecki of peacetime. Give, I ask you, your all, over the next 5 days, and we will win on June 1st – he added.

“The youth, our hope, must also receive a clear signal, and I am sending you that signal: I will fight for more affordable housing for you. You must have homes,” said Karol Nawrocki during the “March for Poland.”

– Polish youth will no longer go to Germany to pick asparagus. Those days are over. We have proud, aware, ambitious Polish youth who will help us shape our future – said Karol Nawrocki during the „March for Poland”.

– "It's high time for truth, honesty, and the future to prevail, and that is precisely what is at stake in these elections. On June 1st, we will all make a decision, perhaps one of the most important in our lives. A decision that will affect the fate of our children, the fate of our grandchildren. And there will be no recourse, so choose wisely; let all of Poland win," stated Rafał Trzaskowski during the "Great March of Patriots".

– We need cooperation and harmony. We need our own project, a moonshot. I call it a moonshot because it's the measure of our aspirations, our dreams. Every generation had some project; for our grandparents, it was independence, which we regained – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during the "Great March of Patriots."

– Today, our moonshot is to overtake the strongest in Europe. And today, we can truly succeed in this. Let's build on our strengths: modern industry. I'm addressing all of you who remember the old times, because back in the old days, during communism, you would go to your neighbor to borrow a glass of sugar or flour. The younger generation doesn't remember this, so for the younger generation I'll put it this way – don't go to the convenience store, instead go to your neighbor, talk to them, get to know each other. So many of us don't know our neighbors. Go talk to that man who guards your office, your factory, or with that boss you've never spoken to – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during the "Great March of Patriots."

– People who are at the other march, who hold different views – my task and the president's task will be to talk to them as well and take them on this journey. So that no one is left behind, so that we can march together towards greatness – said Rafał Trzaskowski during the "Great March of Patriots."

– We must always stand with those who are attacked, who are weaker. But remember that this also applies to boys, young men from smaller towns, who want to be strong fathers to their families. And in these places, role models are sometimes lacking – he stated.

As he said: – Somewhere there is a good, wise priest, teacher, or coach. But there are places where there are no role models, where the only authority figure can be an aggressive hooligan, where the only authority figure can be a bully who terrorizes others at school, who takes sandwiches from his peers, and candy from his sister.

– Such a person, however, cannot become the President of the Republic of Poland – he pointed out.

"I can tell you that I received the most phone calls, the most text messages, and the most people approached me personally after yesterday's conversation. But do you know why? It’s certainly not because Sławomir Mentzen and I agree on everything, because we disagree on a great many issues," said Rafał Trzaskowski during the "Great March of Patriots."

"But people here at this march approached me, taking my hands, and sent hundreds of text messages, saying: 'A normal conversation with someone with whom you differ on so many issues'," he continued.

"I wondered if people, watching it, weren't exhausted by the sheer number of arguments. And it turns out that everyone was waiting for exactly this: to argue, but to firmly hold their own ground. Not to be afraid to defend their position. But above all, to listen to the other side, even if we disagree with them," he observed.

"Above all, so many people told me: 'How glad we are that you didn't sign anything!'" he added.

Sławomir Mentzen published a long post on X, in which he responded to accusations concerning his shared beer with Rafał Trzaskowski and Radosław Sikorski.

– What will be the consequences of this beer? In these elections, it will help Nawrocki. It will demobilize the left and encourage the right to vote. Law and Justice (PiS) hasn't been this energized in a long time as it was last night – assesses the Confederation politician.

At the same time, he notes: – After the interview with Nawrocki, I also spoke with him for a few minutes privately in my office. Unfortunately, he was in a hurry to meet with voters, so we couldn't talk longer. If it were up to me, of course, I would have had a beer with him too.

– I intend to meet with every important politician who wants to meet. I would go for a beer, wine, or coffee with Kaczyński, Tusk, Zandberg, or Czarzasty. If that bothers someone, there's nothing I can do about it. I'm not telling you who you can meet and who you can't – the text continues.

It would have been better if clips of him admitting to many harmful views and plans were circulating on Twitter, rather than the fact that I was drinking beer with him. After the conversation with Trzaskowski concluded, I learned that he and his people were going to my pub, where Sikorski was already sitting. They asked me if I would join them. I agreed; after all, I am the owner, and it was appropriate for me to be there.

– For Trzaskowski, this is probably the best way to deal with a certain deficit he has, namely a credibility deficit. Because what has happened over the last 1.5 years? People have simply stopped believing this team, which is now governing. And they stopped believing them because promises were not fulfilled, not only in super difficult, super costly matters, but also in matters that were truly within easy reach – stated Adrian Zandberg on Kanał Zero.
