The Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, will travel to Finland, where at 8:00 AM Polish time he will meet with President Alexander Stubb. A meeting with the Minister of Defence is scheduled for 2:30 PM.

The Civic Platform (KO) presidential candidate will also meet with representatives of state and local government authorities. The main topics of discussion will be security and civil defense. Additionally, Trzaskowski, along with experts from the Municipal Security Centre and the Municipal Guard, will participate in a series of meetings with their counterparts in Helsinki. They will also have the opportunity to visit the shelter facility system.

At 10:30 AM, the parliamentary committee investigating Pegasus spyware is scheduled to question the head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA), Agnieszka Kwiatkowska-Gurdak. The session will be partially closed to the media from 2:30 PM onwards.

At 12:00 PM, the Council of Ministers will address, among other things, a draft amendment to the Act on the Council of Ministers. Also on the agenda were the Assumptions of Polish Foreign Policy for 2025, forming the basis for the so-called exposition of the Minister of Foreign Affairs – however, this item has been removed from the agenda. Ministers will also address a draft act on improving the application of the principle of equal opportunities for women and men in managerial positions in publicly traded companies.

At 12:15 PM, a press conference by Karol Nawrocki, the presidential candidate supported by the Law and Justice (PiS) party, will be held in Legionowo. At 4:00 PM in Maków Mazowiecki, he will hold an open meeting with residents, and at 6:30 PM – in Wyszków.

Today, General Keith Kellogg, the US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, will meet with President Andrzej Duda.

– In a formal sense, of course [something will happen with the investigation into the “coup d'état”]. A notification has been filed, that notification has gone to the prosecutor's office and will be passed to the relevant unit of the prosecutor's office, which will continue it – said Adam Bodnar in the program “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

– A formal notification was filed by Bogdan Święczkowski, who holds the position of President of the Constitutional Tribunal, however, it cannot be the case that this type of matter falls into the hands of an appointed prosecutor who conducts their own private investigation – he indicated.

As he noted: – However, it cannot be considered that this action of filing it with the prosecutor's office has not happened, which is why this case will now simply go to the relevant unit of the prosecutor's office. A decision has not yet been made.

– We are at the absolute finish line. Today is the Council of Ministers meeting, where we will actually be discussing the bill on gender quotas in State Treasury companies and capital companies. Next week, everything indicates, the bill separating the offices of the Minister of Justice and the Prosecutor General will be adopted. The bill is prepared – said Adam Bodnar in „Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

– Regarding specialist appointments, we are introducing some changes in queue management so that first-time patients are not seen 6, 8, 10 times within the same year, which sometimes happens, for example, with cardiologists – said Izabela Leszczyna in the “Morning Interview” on RMF FM.

– We are saying: admit first-time patients, because if you don’t have the right number of first-time appointments, we will introduce a degression, meaning we will pay less for the visit. This will cause these queues to shorten. We are implementing this from April 1st, meaning it comes into effect in the second quarter. Of course, we are first giving clinics and practices a quarter of a year to prepare, but it will really work – she continued.

– The number of visits does not translate into first-time patients being seen and diagnosed, because […] the same patient comes multiple times. And what we want to do: after diagnosis, after establishing therapy, after checking if the therapy is working, redirect this patient to the Primary Healthcare Physician (POZ). This must start working in the second half of this year – she further stated.

– There are absolutely no such plans at the moment [to send Polish soldiers to Ukraine]. I advise everyone to remain calm because, of course, we are observing what is happening, but we also know the administration of Donald Trump. Very different solutions are being negotiated at the moment; we cannot let up. We must constantly demand that Ukraine has NATO guarantees, because only NATO guarantees, supported by the United States, their authority, and also their defensive capabilities, will be credible – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in the program „Sygnały Dnia” on PR1.

– Every politician who is responsible today should not speculate. This is because Americans are sending all sorts of signals precisely to test Europeans, to see if other solutions might emerge on the table – said Rafał Trzaskowski on PR1.

– Of course, we must listen to the voice of President Trump, who says he will not take seriously allies who do not take responsibility for themselves. We have very strong cards here, which was confirmed by the United States Secretary of Defense, who chose Poland as his first capital precisely because we spend almost 5% of our GDP on security. We are doing exactly what Trump demands of European allies, and today we must convince the rest of the European countries to do exactly the same – stated Rafał Trzaskowski on PR1.

– Of course, I am disappointed that Ukraine is not at the [negotiating] table. However, I understand that Donald Trump is testing Putin at the moment, that's how I perceive it. I hope for one thing: that Donald Trump and his entire administration realize that if this war were to end in a way that Putin could present as his success, it would weaken the security not only of Ukraine and Europe, but also of the United States – said Rafał Trzaskowski on PR1.

– By the end of this year, all clinics, we are talking about cardiology for now… all outpatient clinics must join the centralized e-registration system. If not, then from January 1st, they will not be able to use NFZ (National Health Fund) funds – said Izabela Leszczyna on RMF FM.

– Cardiology, mammography, and cytology. We are implementing this in these three areas. One has to start somewhere… the centralized e-registration will cover all specializations – she continued.

– Next year, we will focus on other specializations – she added.

– I don't understand this, it's completely irresponsible behavior. I have proposed a Security Pact, the most important point of which is rebuilding consensus among all political forces in Poland regarding our most important national interest, which is security. I don't understand how this matter can be cynically exploited in an election campaign, internally, when any dissonance regarding Poland's voice simply weakens our national interest – stated Rafał Trzaskowski on PR1.

– Let's note that Mateusz Morawiecki renounced his immunity in a different matter. The period from renunciation to the moment charges are brought has already passed – said Adam Bodnar in the "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" [Piasecki's Conversation] program on TVN24.

– From what I know, charges are to be brought against Prime Minister Morawiecki by the end of February in the context of the postal elections, meaning the decision to organize them was made with a gross violation of the law – he conveyed.

– I think further actions concerning those individuals who were covered by the notifications from the parliamentary investigation committee are appearing on the horizon. So, I think that certainly some of these individuals mentioned by the editor [Jarosław Kaczyński, Jacek Sasin, Mariusz Kamiński, Michał Dworczyk] may be affected by further cases – he added.

Trzaskowski continues his security discussions, initiated during the Munich Conference. His meeting with President Alexander Stubb is currently taking place in Helsinki. Later, he is scheduled to meet with, among others, Minister of Defence Antti Häkkänen.

– Fortunately, Confederation is still a long way from Civic Coalition, and it will stay that way. It can certainly compete with PiS, because that electorate is somewhat similar. Confederation is probably further to the right than PiS, but they are fighting for the same voters – said Izabela Leszczyna on RMF FM.

– Voters are likely shifting to them from PiS – she continued, when asked why Confederation's support is growing.

– I have said and explained all along that I did not resign from office because I believe that managing Warsaw is very important in these difficult times. I continue to do so all the time, even while campaigning, which I am not doing today, I also manage the city all the time. This is completely natural for me – said Rafał Trzaskowski in PR1.

– I draw the attention of all those who criticize me from PiS to look at what President Lech Kaczyński did. He acted exactly the same way, namely, at the moment when he was campaigning as the Mayor of Warsaw for the President of the Republic of Poland, he took leave, and on other days he normally performed his duties and dealt with Warsaw. This is a standard that absolutely everyone has adopted and accepted until now – he continued.

– Absolutely [we should increase the number of deportations from Poland and react more harshly towards immigrants committing crimes]. As the city's mayor, I have been receiving a lot of such reports for many months, indicating that this crime is increasing. For now, these are small numbers, Warsaw is a safe city, but we are seeing certain trends when it comes to our guests, mainly from the East – stated Rafał Trzaskowski on PR1.

– The act has unfortunately been in the government's work programming team for several months now, and it will likely go to public consultations in this form in a few days – Izabela Leszczyna said on RMF FM, when asked about restrictions on alcohol sales.

– The seller will be obliged to ask for ID if they have doubts [about the customer's age], today they have the right to... packaging must be glass or metal, if we are talking about capacities up to 300 ml, besides that, we are saying that alcohol is sold only in liquid form, in no other, and we are prohibiting so-called price promotions at designated stands in stores – she continued.

– We must constantly return to the same topic. We do not have the money that is rightfully ours, according to the law, according to court rulings, but we are not receiving this money. It is known that today in Poland, the authorities believe that the law does not apply to them, and therefore I must once again make a very heartfelt appeal to the supporters of the right, to all people who consider themselves to be part of the patriotic camp in Poland, for support, for support for the election committee of Dr. Nawrocki – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

– The campaign is currently underway, we are satisfied with it, but there is no point in hiding that the lack of funds, this enormous financial advantage of the other side, is an element that hinders us – he continued.

– These are elections that will decide the future of our country, at a particularly significant moment in the history of Europe and even the entire globe, in political history, and perhaps also in the economic sphere and in other spheres – added the PiS leader.

– We must, we really must support Karol Nawrocki. I ask for this with all my heart. At this moment, we are unable to change this described situation of lawlessness in our country. If we do not live in a democratic state today, because unfortunately democracy in Poland is regressing due to the extremely brutal violation of the law, due to attempts to deal with the opposition with the help of compliant courts, we still want to live in a democratic state and we believe that this democracy will return to Poland very quickly, and therefore undertaking such ventures, implementing them against the clear will of the vast majority of society is simply impossible – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

Vance comes to Europe and talks […] about how the new United States administration perceives the situation in the European Union, European elites […] are unable to react in any way to what is happening in Europe and in the world. Nor are those who are currently responsible for governing Poland and aspire to the office of President of the Republic able to react – he continued.

– Today, Europe, due to its elites and also Donald Tusk's lack of reaction to global events, is being pushed into another crisis, a crisis in the transatlantic relations between the European Union and Washington. I am deeply concerned by this – said Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– As the future President of the Republic of Poland, I will continue President Andrzej Duda's line in building transatlantic relations and relations with Washington, and I will strive for Europe to finally wake up in all these aspects that I wanted to tell you about today – he continued.

– Today, the only guarantor of Poland's relations with the United States and the European Union's sobriety in building transatlantic relations is the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Andrzej Duda. This will not happen, and these relations will not continue, if the Prime Minister of the Polish government remains the butler to the European elite, Mr. Donald Tusk, and the President of Poland is the deputy butler to the EU elite, Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski – said Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

"These words from J.D. Vance were not directed at us, the Polish people, because we fulfill our allied commitments. Why were these words not for Poles, but for the elites of the European Union and the Prime Minister of the Polish government, who is reinforcing these negative processes emerging within the European Union? They weren't for us because, thanks to the Ministry of National Defence and cooperation with the United States, we have 10,000 United States soldiers in Poland, and they should be here for as long as possible, as they are one of the guarantees of our security," Karol Nawrocki stated at a press conference.

– I cannot imagine, we are of course part of important alliances, that is the North Atlantic Alliance, and all decisions should be made within the framework of the alliance, they should relate to the negotiating line. I am not ready to send Polish soldiers to Ukraine as the future president of Poland – said Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– I am ready, of course, to provide logistical support to Ukraine. The Polish soldier should defend the Republic, Poland's borders, and Polish entrepreneurs should go to Ukraine to support Ukraine – he continued.

– The Vice-Chairman of Civic Platform, Rafał Trzaskowski, was the main advocate of all migration pacts and agreements. Now, as part of the election campaign, he is trying to send a signal to voters that he cares about the security of Poles, while his boss, Donald Tusk, is admitting illegal migrants into Poland and wants to resolve and help the German state with its issues – said Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– I see this [words about foreigners breaking the law being deported from Poland] as a campaign maneuver by Rafał Trzaskowski. I am, of course, in favor of all those who threaten the security of Poles and are illegal migrants being expelled from the Polish state, but one cannot simultaneously admit thousands or tens of thousands more who will pose a real and mass threat. Therefore, I will do everything to unilaterally denounce the migration pact and I will denounce this migration pact – he continued.

– We are dealing with a very radical, left-wing politician. Just as radically left-wing a politician as Rafał Trzaskowski, so this radical leftism, on such a foundation, in terms of thinking about our education and our schooling, precludes the possibility of cooperation in this sector – Karol Nawrocki stated at a press conference.

– On matters relating to non-ideological or worldview issues, I believe that every minister will recognize the necessity of ensuring care, be it infrastructural or otherwise, for Polish schools. Therefore, knowing the curriculum basis that Minister Nowacka is preparing, I am certainly not able to reach an understanding with her on political or worldview matters; the minister is radically left-wing – he continued.

– In matters of such functionality for the good and safety of students, should I become president, we will have to exchange some correspondence, or remarks – he went on to say.

– I am in Helsinki today because Helsinki and Finland have the best civil defence system in Europe. They did not dismantle it after the end of the Cold War. They have a system of shelters and bunkers that can accommodate virtually the entire population of Finland and Helsinki. The local government, the city, is responsible for its maintenance, which makes it an ideal example of how to prepare for any eventuality – Rafał Trzaskowski said at a press conference in Helsinki.

He continued: – There is a lot to learn here in Finland. […] These shelters also serve another function during peacetime, as they are used for parking, exercise rooms, and even go-kart tracks, which generates revenue for their upkeep. There are many very interesting experiences for us on how such shelters should look and how they should be maintained.

– Everyone is talking about security in Europe, about how the war in Ukraine might end. I was at a security conference in Munich, where we discussed this with Americans and European politicians. We need to explain to the United States that this war cannot end on Putin's terms, because that would mean a huge threat to Poland, Europe, and also to the USA – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Helsinki.

– We had a long conversation [with General Kellogg] about the general security situation in our part of Europe, of course with particular emphasis on the discussion about the situation in Ukraine and how Ukraine's situation is currently unfolding, in connection with the ongoing Russian aggression. I presented to the General, as I always do, the situation as we perceive it, how it is conveyed to us here in our part of Europe, including directly from Ukrainian sources, and from the sources we ourselves draw information from, regarding the issue of further incidents provoked by Russia, including in our airspace – stated President Andrzej Duda during a press briefing.

– I also spoke to the General about how we perceive Russian behavior. These various statements from Russian representatives that we hear, for example, yesterday's statement by the Russian Federation's ambassador to the UN in New York during a debate, and consequently, what steps we believe should be taken – he continued.

– I want to make one thing clear. We have had two significant meetings with representatives dispatched to Europe by the US President. Last week, I met with Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and today with General Kellogg. I can confidently say that I have a full overview of the situation and regarding the current actions being taken by the US, by the American administration, and I want to reassure all my compatriots, because I see a lot of concern in the public sphere, in the European sphere. It may be that leaders of some European countries are full of apprehension about the future, about the interests that are being pursued or that will be able to be pursued in the future – emphasized PAD.

– In my personal conviction, America has entered the game forcefully when it comes to ending the war in Ukraine. I know President Trump, I know he is an extremely decisive person, and when he acts, he acts in a very determined and usually effective manner. Consequently, I expect that there will indeed be at least a cessation of fighting, and I hope for an end to the Russian aggression against Ukraine – he added.

– I discussed this [the war in Ukraine] with President [of Finland] Alexander Stubb, specifically about opportunities for cooperation, what we should explain together to the Americans, and how to strengthen our defence capabilities within Europe itself – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Helsinki.

– Finland spends more than the NATO level, taking responsibility for the entire eastern border in this section. We are doing exactly the same – spending even more money, but we also have responsibility for the EU's eastern border under our purview. So, a lot of very similar experiences – he continued.

– We also cooperate when it comes to securing the Baltic Sea region. I also discussed this with the Finnish Minister of Defence – he added.

– There are absolutely no American intentions whatsoever to reduce activity here in our part of Europe, especially in terms of security, or to decrease the number of American soldiers. On the contrary, when I spoke with Secretary [Lloyd] Austin, he said very clearly that we can rather expect a strengthening of the American presence here – stated President Andrzej Duda during a press statement.

– These elections will be a clash between two people who stand before the nation. One of them states who he is, what values he represents, how he views the past and future of the Republic. And the second, who represents a camp that has built its entire foundation on lies and the failure to fulfill subsequent electoral promises – said Karol Nawrocki in Maków Mazowiecki.

– Where are the 100 concrete actions? I ask, where are the 100 concrete actions that were promised during the election campaign? […] One cannot base a political discussion about the future of Poland on lies. One cannot base a discussion about the future of Poland on the complex of its voters, believing that even an unimportant discussion in a foreign language in a foreign city or country will ensure our security – he continued.

– It is obvious to us that this war cannot end with Russia's victory, that is clear, and that above all, a just peace must be restored, because Ukraine needs it extremely. The only question is what conditions will be negotiated, and that a very firm policy is needed here. I believe that President Donald Trump will be able to conduct such a firm policy – stated President Andrzej Duda during a media statement.

– Today, we need a president who will whip this lazy government into shape. A president who fulfilled their promises when serving the Polish state – said Karol Nawrocki in Maków Mazowiecki.

– I will also be in Brussels this week because I will be discussing this matter with the Commissioner responsible for civil defense. Because we all need to be prepared for any eventuality today. Of course, on the one hand, member states, the EU, and NATO ensure security, but this resilience must also be built at the city and local government level – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Helsinki.

– I will say this – nothing indicates that the US is withdrawing from Europe. On the contrary, two years ago we absolutely correctly decided that strengthening relations between the EU and the USA should be the priority of the Polish presidency in the EU. I deeply believe that the policy we are implementing strongly favors this and that these relations will be strengthened – stated President Andrzej Duda during a press briefing.

– This is also evident from the discussions I have held in recent days – both with the General and the Secretary of Defense. Please remain calm. I repeat once again – there is no reason to fear that the US will reduce its presence in our country, or that the US will withdraw in any way from its responsibility or shared responsibility for the security of this part of Europe. On the contrary, I hope that thanks to the efforts currently being made by President Trump, the war in Ukraine will end – PAD continued to say.

– Ladies and gentlemen, when you decide on this in the elections, I will be the President of the Republic of Poland […] who has only one boss: that boss is the Polish nation, Polish women and Polish men. A president who will not be satisfied, as my main opponent is, with European elites patting him on the back and Western newspapers writing a nice article. That is not why the President of Poland exists; he exists to represent the interests of the Polish state, even if Europe does not want to hear about the chaos it is in today – said Karol Nawrocki in Maków Mazowiecki.

– I want to be part of the European Union, just like you, but they finally need to be woken up. Poland is more needed by the European Union today than the European Union is by Poland. We must save them – he continued.

– The time has come to discuss these matters on the Polish political scene in a broad forum, which is why I have decided that the National Security Council (RBN) will be convened. It will take place next Monday, by which time we will also know the results of the meetings in Kyiv, which are scheduled to take place in the coming days – stated President Andrzej Duda during a media briefing.

– Today, it is said that Poland is calmly, consistently, and confidently building a potential that serves not only the Republic but also, within the North Atlantic Alliance, ensures security in our part of Europe. We are not just those ready to defend ourselves, or as some previously said, those who always need help. No, we too are now capable of offering support – said President Andrzej Duda during a statement to the media.

– Such malice surprises me, because today we should have absolute consensus when it comes to security policy. […] I believe that on matters concerning the most important issues for Poland, security, strengthening our defense, our common stance towards what is happening in Ukraine, we should speak with one voice – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Helsinki, when asked about the words of Karol Nawrocki.

– It’s a pity that Mr. Karol Nawrocki is trying to break away from this. The matter is really so serious that one could afford to forego this type of joke or malice, because it concerns Poland’s security – he indicated.

– It’s difficult to refer to this. I think that money can certainly be transferred to another, noble cause – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Helsinki, commenting on Jarosław Kaczyński’s appeal.

– It seemed that PiS had become so accustomed to spending public money on their election campaigns that today they simply can't cope with the situation where they can no longer spend public money on an election campaign. And it’s very good that they can’t spend such money – he assessed.

– I promise you once again in Maków: Yes, I will ensure that electricity and electricity bills will be 1/3 cheaper. This is something that must happen to provide relief to our 14 million households and to allow small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to develop – said Karol Nawrocki in Maków Mazowiecki.

– Removing a Catholic cross, which is a symbol of Christian values and the national community that has been forming for a thousand years, is barbaric, Mr. Rafał – said Karol Nawrocki in Maków Mazowiecki.

– We will never let ourselves be told that Google's investment of $5 million is what will satisfy our aspirations. After all, we think, we listen, we know currency exchange rates. $5 million as something that is supposed to be an equivalent for 100 concrete actions, which everyone has already forgotten about, is perhaps suitable for countries that are colonies, and we are not – said Karol Nawrocki in Maków Mazowiecki.

– Since President Trump took office for another term, the paradigm of politics, the practice of politics, has changed. This is one change that occurred earlier. And now, certainly, there are already some effects of the sharp statements from President Trump's administration, both in Europe and in the States. Some of these can be considered very positive, such as Europe's mobilization for increased spending. We have been striving for this for a long time – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

– In my opinion, there is no French-British peacekeeping mission. Yes [these are speculations] – Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stated on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" when asked if it was true that Prime Minister Donald Tusk refused Poland's participation in a peacekeeping mission in Ukraine during Monday's summit in Paris.

As he said: – I was not at that discussion table when the Prime Minister met there. But we discussed it today, of course, and during the Council of Ministers meeting, and the security committee convened, dedicated mainly to this matter.

– Today, there is no coalition of any states planning to send troops to Ukraine. Poland is certainly not sending and will not send troops to Ukraine – he emphasized.

– Poland is not planning to send troops to Ukraine. […] Poland has other roles. It is currently a logistical hub for fighting Ukraine, it must be an infrastructural hub, should a peaceful settlement occur. […] And a fundamental thing – we must secure NATO's eastern flank – he continued.
