At 9:00 AM, PiS-backed presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki will meet with staff at the Żywiec Hospital. A press briefing will be organized after the meeting.

At 10:00 AM, the Constitutional Accountability Committee will hold a closed session to question Daniel Gorgosz, Paweł Majcher, and Tadeusz Kowalski regarding the motion to bring the head of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) before the State Tribunal. Subsequently, at 1:00 PM, the same committee will continue its examination of the motion concerning Adam Glapiński.

At 11:00 AM, the parliamentary inquiry committee into the visa scandal will adopt its stance on its work and pass resolutions regarding the referral of notifications of suspected criminal offenses.

At 11:30 AM, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will meet with the Secretary General of the Council of the European Union, Thérèse Blanchet. A meeting with government members is scheduled for 12:00 PM, followed by a family photo at 12:50 PM.

At 12:00 PM, at the Presidential Palace, President Andrzej Duda and his wife Agata Kornhauser–Duda will participate in a ceremony awarding state decorations on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

At 1:00 PM, a government session will commence. The agenda includes, among other items, a draft amendment to the Act on Value Added Tax, the Act on Excise Duty, and a draft amendment to the Water Law.

At 5:00 PM, the Committee on Regulations, MP Affairs, and Immunities will consider the request from the Pegasus inquiry committee to express the Sejm's consent for the arrest and compulsory bringing of MP Zbigniew Ziobro to a session of the parliamentary inquiry committee.

- I guarantee Karol Nawrocki's honesty and integrity 100%, and the fact that he underwent scrutiny speaks volumes, as in 2021, four years ago, he was granted access to the highest state secrets by the services - stated Przemysław Czarnek on Polsat News' "Graffiti" program.

- Our priorities are not routine in nature. Poland's presidency is not meant to simply get through these next 6 months. We may face breakthrough events concerning war and peace to the east of our border. - Everyone is slowly coming around to this, but I will say without malicious satisfaction - it has taken far too long in Europe for our partners to understand that the issue of security, a realistic assessment of our relations with Russia, is a fundamental issue for the future of the entire EU, that things as obvious today as the competitiveness of the European economy, Europe's assertiveness, sovereignty understood as a firm stance in defense of European interests, that all of this must become a fact, not just a postulate, and of course security, defense, Europe's engagement in those places upon which our security depends, a unified policy towards Russia, all of this will be one of those key priorities, and this will also require politics with a capital 'P' - he continued.

- This will also be the moment when we need to loudly tell Europe: it's time for a full awakening, it's time to reject all geopolitical and ideological illusions. - We will be very determined in ensuring that Europe starts thinking about many matters from Poland's perspective. The inquiry committee investigating the visa scandal has adopted a resolution in a vote where 7 members were in favor and three were against. The resolution was adopted with amendments proposed by committee members representing the ruling coalition and Krzysztof Mulawa from Konfederacja. Amendments by Daniel Milewski from PiS were not accepted.

The committee also elected its rapporteur, who will be Marek Sowa.

The committee also decided to notify the prosecutor's office of the possibility of criminal offenses being committed by, among others, Mateusz Morawiecki, Zbigniew Rau, Mariusz Kamiński, Andrzej Stróżny, and Jadwiga Emilewicz.

- I hope that the Sejm will efficiently carry out the procedure to lift Zbigniew Ziobro's immunity. The motion in this regard was initiated by the Pegasus Investigative Committee. No one can be above the law, including the former Minister of Justice – wrote Adam Bodnar on social media.

The proper course of the Sejm Committee on Rules of Procedure meeting was delayed due to the absence of Zbigniew Ziobro. PiS MPs appealed to the chairman to wait for the former Minister of Justice, who is already en route.
