At 11:00 AM, the Civic Coalition will hold its convention in Warsaw.

At 12:00 PM, the Law and Justice (PiS) congress will take place in Przysucha, with the participation of party leader Jarosław Kaczyński.

- By the decision of Marshal Szymon Hołownia, Adrian Porowska will replace Agnieszka Buczyńska as Minister for Civil Society. Agnieszka's decision to resign from her position was dictated by health problems, and we know it was not an easy one for her. We thank Agnieszka for her immense contribution to the development of the third sector and wish her a swift recovery and success in her parliamentary work - informed Polska 2050 in a statement.

- Today I want to give you encouragement and energy, and warn you of weakness or threats, because we are truly at the beginning of our journey - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition (KO) convention.

- We are the ones who should be grateful to those who on October 15th allowed us to present our first report today on what was entrusted to us. And you know why I speak with such conviction that the criticism and vigilance of our electorate is our treasure? Because every day, when I hear sounds of impatience, sometimes dissatisfaction, even anger, that things are too slow, that it wasn't supposed to be this way, I know precisely that behind this lies a very serious expectation of the highest possible standards - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Platform (KO) convention.

- Significantly higher expectations are placed upon us than upon our predecessors. It hurts sometimes, okay, you'll get through it, you'll be able to work with it, but you must realize with utmost clarity that this is our advantage, our great asset, these highest possible expectations people have of us - he continued.

- The people on October 15th, when they voted for us, did not want us to be just a little bit better than PiS. They did not want some correction of what happened over the last 8 years. People wanted, still want, believed and still believe, that we are completely different from them. Not a little similar, perhaps a little better in some aspects, but that we are a guarantee of a completely different Poland than what we experienced during their 8 years in power, and this applies to all aspects of governing - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition (KO) convention.

- For 8 years, they destroyed our relations with the EU and ultimately blocked billions, making it seem like they had led us into a complete dead end with no way out, affecting PLN 600 billion. In these 8 months, or effectively 8 weeks, we have unblocked these funds, and it wasn't that simple – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition (KO) convention.

- In a sense, it was these millions of votes that decided this, not just our actions, that Poland has regained Europe, and Europe has regained Poland, including these billions – he continued.

– The health contribution is, of course, a bit of a thorn in my side, because I was hoping we would reach an agreement faster, including within the ruling coalition, on this reform. Certainly, next year no one will be paying a health contribution on so-called fixed assets anymore – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Platform convention.

– I have already had discussions, not only with the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Health, but also with the leaders of our coalition partners, and there is no doubt about this. I also know, and I have asked the Minister of Finance for this, and together with the coalition partners, we are also reaching a model where the second part of the promise, that the health contribution for the self-employed and entrepreneurs will also be lower than the one introduced by Morawiecki, and we will definitely adopt the bill by the end of the year – he continued.

- I want Poland to hear this today. We are not backing down from any commitment. If we have to back down, we will explain in detail to everyone, without exception, what stands in the way, why something is impossible, but we are not backing down from these fundamental commitments, even though not everything, for various reasons, was possible within 100 days – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition (KO) convention.

- In these eight months, what people were waiting for, what we promised – in vitro restored and funded, 'babciowe' – Ola Gajewska will say more about that, 'babciowe' which was also a signal that the Polish family, when people want to work and simultaneously care for their children, can be secure in this dimension too, has been done. Raises for teachers, the decision was made immediately. Raises for civil servants, for the budget sector, raises for social workers, widow's pension – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Platform (KO) convention.

- The internal threat to freedom is evident, and it is PiS. For 8 years, they have been destroying everything that is in the state to guarantee civil and human freedoms. I won't even mention women's rights, because you already know about that entire saga - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Platform (KO) convention.

- We have prepared a strategy and have been implementing it de facto from the very first days. We have prepared it in writing, and I will present the government strategy “Regain Control, Ensure Security”. I will present it now, on the 15th, at the government meeting, so that it becomes a government strategy, because our aim is the exact opposite approach to migration, meaning the state must regain 100% control over who comes and enters Poland – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the KO convention.

- The state exists to ensure that people who want to work honestly in Poland, pay taxes, integrate with Polish society, and study at a real university come to Poland. These are people who deserve respect. The effect of PiS's policy was that no one controlled it anymore and that this wave of illegal immigration de facto flooded Poland, while at the same time, the authorities ensured that this feeling of aggression, hatred, and contempt became political fuel for PiS – the Prime Minister continued.

- We will reduce illegal migration in Poland to a minimum, we will eradicate those practices that de facto bypassed Polish interests, that violated the security of Poles and the Polish state. We are eliminating these practices to zero in order to fully regain control over who arrives, why they arrive, and to what extent they can be useful – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition (KO) convention.

- If, for example, today I loudly state that one element of the migration strategy will be a temporary, territorial suspension of the right to asylum, and I will demand European recognition for this decision, it is because we know well how this is being exploited by Lukashenka, Putin, smugglers, human traffickers, and human smugglers, how this right is being used precisely against the essence of the right to asylum - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Platform (KO) convention.

- Poland, by building its image as a secure nation, is also becoming an attractive place for Poles to return to. Why wouldn't an 18-year-old Polish woman, a 20-year-old Polish man living in England, France, or the United States, want to come back here, study here, and soon earn as much as they do in England, while the place is nicer? I am convinced, also thanks to our migration strategy, that this will not only be the coolest place on Earth but also objectively the safest place in Europe – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition (KO) convention.

- We will not respect or implement any European, EU ideas if we are sure they harm our security, I am talking here about the migration pact and no one will force me or convince me otherwise - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the Civic Coalition convention.

- There should be no such doubts. Our democracy has been attacked, all the rules of our rule of law have been attacked. The sphere of rights, not only civil rights but also human rights, labor rights, and institutions that create a certain political balance between powers according to the constitutional system, has been attacked - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- Our education system, our culture, the Church, our development opportunities, including public finances, have also been attacked. Polish agriculture has also been attacked. Expanding on all of this, what I have said here and adding one more, the most important point, namely that Poland's national interest and Poland's sovereignty have been attacked, requires time - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- This was a completely illegal action, but there are many more such operations aimed at discrediting the opposition in every possible way, and this is an attack on democracy, but not the only one, because media pluralism has also been attacked. There is no democracy without media pluralism. That is obvious – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- We are already letting many illegal immigrants into Poland right now. I emphasize, illegal immigrants, not seasonal workers, because that is a fundamental difference, legal seasonal workers, and these people are already posing a danger in Poland, in many places, not across the entire country - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- Why [do they want to change the NBP governor]? Because they want to introduce the euro, because they have such an obligation, and the euro means further impoverishment, a reduction of our chances - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- Now, ladies and gentlemen, these public finances are being ruined again. This is already visible, and not just in the huge deficit planned for next year. To be honest, when you look at the deficit as a percentage of GDP, they have already had it in their history, because they are really good in this regard. Because now it's 7.3%, and they once had 7.9% in terms of deficit size. However, this is truly a situation where this year's results, already known today, indicate that their mere accession to power, because I have no evidence that they are actively doing something here. It has already led to the fact that those who robbed us before, now believe that they can do it. I repeat, their mere appearance in power was enough. This is a really very powerful blow to our interests – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- We must begin the consolidation process, first of all, internal consolidation, hence today's political council, which is to convene after this congress here, or the second round of the congress here, is intended to lead to the full consolidation of ourselves and Sovereign Poland. I know that this evokes many resistances, but in politics, ladies and gentlemen, one must know how to move on from certain facts – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- We must do this, it is a signal to society that the Polish patriotic camp is uniting, and we must seek allies only there, only within the Polish patriotic camp, and we will seek them. This is our great task, and so I repeat. First, not to cry, second, to consolidate, and third, ladies and gentlemen, to activate and dynamize – he continued.

- If we want to win the presidential election, we must be active. In 2015, it seemed we were in a hopeless situation. The media situation was even worse than today, because the sphere of free speech, such as TV Republika or wPolsce, either barely existed or didn't exist at all. And everyone else was against us. We won then, and we can win now - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- We will have to bite the grass, just like in 2015. We will have to fight everywhere, in every district. We will also have to collect signatures, although that is much easier, and probably, because we have been robbed of our money, we had to collect funds - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS congress.

- We built the strongest army in Europe, because we were able to increase defence spending from below 2% when we took the helm of the Polish army, to above 4% when we handed over the reins of government. This is a huge change, which has led to us being able to truly speak of one of the strongest armies in this part of the world today – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the PiS congress.

- They are playing him left and right all over Europe, in the East and in the West. But they don't even respect him, because he found out that the border with Germany was closed from the German press. They didn't even send him a letter by carrier pigeon - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the PiS congress.

- This is an example of extreme impudence, it's a bankruptcy of credibility in broad daylight. It shows where they truly stand with Poles, given they promised to fulfill 100 specific points in 100 days. We have 300 days and practically 300 lies; they haven't been fulfilled - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the Law and Justice (PiS) congress.

- We are currently dealing with economic drift. We are, in fact, dealing with the destruction of many already initiated and well- underway projects. The Central Communication Port, this civilizational breakthrough, has been cut back, distorted, and they will pretend to want to implement it in a stunted form. Nuclear energy, small nuclear energy, small nuclear reactors, have been put aside. The large nuclear project in Wielkopolska and Pomerania has likely been postponed indefinitely. We must pay attention to all of this, because without it, the Polish economy will find itself in an increasingly worse position year after year – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the PiS congress.

- We need 3 O’s. Offer, Rebuilding, and Courage - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the PiS congress.

- We cannot let ourselves be intimidated by these scoundrels, cheats, and compradors. We cannot be intimidated; where reason fails, let us be brave. We need courage to fight for our values, for the family, for the ordinary Polish family - he continued.

- We need courage to propose an offer that will be attractive, understandable, and credible - Morawiecki emphasized.

- We must rebuild the archipelago of Polishness, patriotic movements, a common denominator for all organizations and people of goodwill who feel and see that something very bad is happening, and as part of this rebuilding, we must be open to various environments - he said.

- The third O, meaning offer. The right must be based on identity, values, on our culture, tradition, faith, but the right also, if it wants to return to governing, must be aspirational. A bird cannot fly on one wing. These are our two wings - he added.

- We have a plan to return to power. The next stage of this plan is the presidential election. So, probably another 200 days until they start falling. And we have with us a man who is a specialist in presidential elections. Of the 5 presidential elections that took place in the Second Polish Republic, two of those 5 turned out to be victorious. And historians still debate the remaining 3, which is why I am convinced that the choice of a presidential candidate, which will be made soon, will be an excellent choice - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the PiS congress.

- I will travel during these 1000 days at the invitation of each of you, to every municipality, to every city, town, at the invitation of every university for a lecture. I will fight online, on TV and radio, on YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok. I will fight in Brussels, in New York. We cannot give them a single day of peace, of respite - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at the PiS congress.

- I want to talk about our proposals, proposals that we are working on within the 'Work for Poland' Team, and within other teams, because we must base our future on a concrete offer. We have wonderful people, but that's not enough today. We have experience, we have successes, we have achievements, but that's also not enough today. We have millions of voters behind us, but they are not enough to overcome the evil that is rampant across the country today. We need a plan, a strategy, we need a plan, a program. That's why we need '3 Times O':

- 200% of the strategic investment program for municipalities and counties;

- 'YES' for ports, doubling the transshipment capacity of Polish ports;

- a large investment program along Polish motorways and expressways, building 5 to 10 thousand new companies;

- a housing program, including reducing bureaucracy and allocating additional land for housing projects in every municipality and county;

- support for citizens in the banking sector;

- 'let's turn on our brains, turn off our smartphones', a ban on bringing smartphones to schools.
