Tusk Appeals:
Those Who Don't Have To, Shouldn't Fly.
- Those who fly must also arrive safely, and there is a war there. They must land safely, and it is especially important that they return safely with people. So I know that we are all under very strong pressure, everyone is in a hurry, but remember never to cross a boundary that would expose our pilots and those being transported to some unnecessary, excessive risk - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a meeting regarding the situation in the Middle East.
- The Polish government cannot prohibit anyone from flying to countries affected by conflict or threatened by conflict. Everything must stem from people's common sense. If someone really doesn't have to fly there, then they shouldn't fly. I know this might be associated with financial consequences, but it's worth realizing that soon, someone who flies today might tomorrow be waiting for state assistance and will want to be evacuated - he continued.
- I am appealing to everyone once again. Those who don't have to, shouldn't fly - the Prime Minister emphasized.
