Katowice is hosting celebrations for the centennial anniversary of the Silesian Uprisings. At 12:35, the President will lay flowers on the graves of Wojciech Korfanty, Józef Rymer, and Konstanty Wolny. At 13:00, he will participate in the unveiling of a commemorative plaque, and at 13:20, he will attend a ceremonial session of the Silesian Regional Assembly. At 14:00, together with the Minister of National Defence, he will receive an oath from soldiers of the Territorial Defence Force.

Also today, Law and Justice is set to present its full candidate lists for the Sejm. The press conference is scheduled to take place around 12:00. Furthermore, today, the government is expected to present a draft of the so-called Act on the Organization of Flights for Key State Officials.

Third, regardless of the fact that today all polls show that after the elections we will have an independent majority, I consider only one thing to be a foregone conclusion: that we will achieve the best result in these elections. - If we thought that [we have no one to lose to], that would be the first step towards defeat. In my opinion, we will fight for the continuation of the United Right's rule, meaning a sole majority, until the very last hour of the election campaign. - In my opinion, Paweł Kukiz will get himself into the Sejm on the PSL ticket. Piotr Patkowski, Director of the Department for the Assessment of Regulatory Impact at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, is running for a parliamentary seat from the 18th position in Lublin. Meanwhile, Paweł Jabłoński, Deputy Director of the Department for the Coordination of International Projects, is contesting a seat in the Sejm from Katowice, standing at 10th place.

„As part of the discussion, we wanted to develop the assumptions of this project. Unfortunately, PO parliamentarians did not submit any proposals to this bill, neither on Monday nor later. We worked with the material we already had, which was further supplemented through discussion at the Monday meeting” - said Minister Michał Dworczyk at a press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).

„The draft bill includes principles for the organization and security of flights for the most important state officials, defining who may be on board an aircraft, dividing flights involving these officials into categories, and establishing a central flight register” - he added.

„The Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister may, in justified cases, cancel an order for a flight by the Marshal of the Sejm, the Senate, or the Prime Minister. The individual chancellories are responsible for organizing flights; we are introducing a mechanism to prevent the abuse of the urgent procedure. Hence, this competence will rest with the KPRM. Flights of the President are solely the responsibility of the President's Chancellery, and this blocking mechanism, a double-check of these flights, will not apply” - Dworczyk explained.

„Family members of the most important state officials will not be able to participate in flights, unless they are members of an official delegation. This also applies to the families of parliamentarians who are part of an official delegation. Their families and close ones also cannot be on board the aircraft” - he added. 

„We want all matters related to flights to be public and transparent. The Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister will be obliged to maintain such a central flight register. Data regarding dates, flight routes, and passenger lists of individual HEAD status flights will be collected. The Head of the KPRM will be able to determine, for security and state interest reasons, which flight data will not be made public under the Act on Access to Public Information. The Head of the KPRM will make such a decision at the request of the head of another chancellery” - he clarified.

„We are aware that this bill, which fundamentally regulates matters related to flights for the most important state officials, can be considered a bridging solution. The ultimate solutions will come in the new term. I hope that through cross-party agreement, without unnecessary emotions, we will work out a way to systematically regulate this entire area” - said Minister Michał Dworczyk at a press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

The thesis that the National Council of the Judiciary was established in violation of the law seems increasingly plausible. - Regarding Mr. Paweł Poncyliusz, he certainly has a chance. Today we met with journalists in the market square. We talked with journalists. It's easier to enter from the first spot than from subsequent ones, so I think he has a chance that the citizens' committee will win at least five mandates in the district from which I was supposed to run - said Tadeusz Ferenc in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" on Polsat News.

- No, there will be no quarrels. We are a cohesive team. A team made up of three parties, because it's not just PiS, but also Solidarna Polska and Polska Razem. We are the first to present full electoral lists. At this moment, there are no obstacles to conducting the campaign - stated Jacek Sasin in a conversation with Danuta Holecka on TVP Info's "Gość Wiadomości".

- Overall, these are very strong lists, very strong with local leaders. Not only those politicians from the front pages who are currently MPs, although most MPs are on these lists, but also a great many local leaders - added the Deputy Prime Minister. As he pointed out, there are no random people on the lists.

- We also know one thing: the battle isn't over. Polls are of course very good, but they are just polls. Elections are never won with polls, and today, to truly continue our mission, a very good electoral result is needed, and every vote, even for a candidate in the last spots on the electoral lists, will be an extremely important vote – stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Danuta Holecka on TVP Info's "Gość Wiadomości".
