Earlier in the day, the head of the Polish government, at 12:00, will participate in the voivodeship celebrations of Police Day in Katowice, and at 13:30 – in a family festival on the occasion of Police Day.

Balt from SLD: Civic Platform Said it Wanted to Unite, but Schetyna Couldn't Handle It
- Civic Platform said it wanted to unite, but Schetyna couldn't handle it. He turned out to be unable to withstand the pressure from his party colleagues and led to the collapse of this project. Thanks to this, it was possible to unite the left into a common bloc - said SLD MEP Marek Balt on Woronicza 17.

10:35

Kuźmiuk:

Opposition Wasted 4 Years Protesting and Complaining to Brussels, Now Doesn't Know What to Do
- For 3 years, the opposition did nothing regarding their program, only focusing on pushing PiS away. We, in the opposition, worked very hard for 8 years on our program and have been implementing it for nearly 4 years. The opposition wasted 4 years on street protests and reporting to Brussels and now doesn't really know what to do - said Zbigniew Kuźmiuk on Woronicza 17.

10:38

Suski:

Not everyone who is a Member of Parliament needs to be on the lists
- There are no quarrels, no fights, we are putting together the lists with the greatest respect. This is not about positions, we are looking for people for specific tasks, for legislation. Not everyone who is a Member of Parliament needs to be on the lists - said Marek Suski at Woronicza 17.

10:46

Suski:

If They Have a Majority Together, Schetyna for PM, Biedroń, Kosiniak-Kamysz, and Kukiz for Deputy PMs, Grodzka for Minister of Education, Śmiszek for Minister of Defense. Zgorzelski: I am Embarrassed, Let's Demand Respect from Each Other
- And what will happen after the elections? If they have a majority together, then Schetyna for Prime Minister, Biedroń, Kosiniak-Kamysz, and Kukiz for Deputy Prime Ministers, Grodzka possibly Minister of Education, Śmiszek – Minister of Defense, Borysław Budka – Minister of Justice, Nowak for roads, Kierwiński – Minister of Economy, Arłukowicz – health, Gawłowski – Minister of Environment, Grad or Bury for energy. Well, that's what this coalition will look like, they are dividing themselves up and pretending to be separate, but a common government will look like this – said Marek Suski in Woronicza 17. - I listen to this with embarrassment. It is unpleasant to hear the cackling accompanying this. First of all, in such a program, watched by hundreds of thousands of people, one could expect respect for those on the other side, because they have the same right as you to participate in the democratic process – replied Piotr Zgorzelski.

10:52

Suski:

They Will Undermine Good Policies, Just as Their Local Officials Question Tax Cuts
- They will undermine various solutions that are good for people, just as their local government officials are today questioning the constitutionality of tax cuts, which mean about PLN 100 more in pensioners' wallets, and several hundred for young people. This shows what this anti-PiS coalition will do after the elections - said Marek Suski in Woronicza 17.

10:55

Zgorzelski at Woronicza 17: Three PiS members are already on this show, add another three and create a show: 'The World According to PiS'
Three PiS members are already on this show, add another three and create a show: 'The World According to PiS' - Piotr Zgorzelski said at Woronicza 17. Representing the United Right on the program were: Marek Suski, Zbigniew Kuźmiuk, and Beata Kempa.

Horała on Schetyna's Appeal to Kaczyński: A Diversion from the Chairman to Avoid Discussing That Completely Unbelievable Pseudo-Program

- This is an absolutely secondary issue and a diversion from Chairman Schetyna to avoid discussing that pseudo-program, which is completely unbelievable – stated Marcin Horała in Dariusz Ociepa's program "Breakfast at Polsat News," referring to Grzegorz Schetyna's appeal yesterday to Jarosław Kaczyński for a debate.

11:37

Czarzasty:

I Believed a Strong United European Coalition List Had a Very High Chance of Defeating PiS. I Think That's How It Should Have Been, But I Respect the Decisions of the PSL and Schetyna

- Everyone has the right to go their own way. I've assessed this whole situation several times over the past two days and won't be returning to it. I believed that a strong united European Coalition list had a very high chance of defeating PiS. I think that's simply how it should have been, but I respect the decision of the Polish People's Party, which made that decision a month ago, and I respect the decision of Mr. Schetyna, who made his three days ago. That's why I responded over three days, sometimes sharply, and stated all my views on the matter because I had to, sir, to react to the phenomenon. But don't expect the left to fight on the opposition side and undermine other parties that have gone their own way - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in Dariusz Ociepa's program "Breakfast on Polsat News".

11:45

Sawicki:

Stop this Hate Campaign, Stop this Division, Because the Chairman Called to Fight Evil

- Stop this hate campaign, stop this division, because the chairman called to fight evil when he had his programmatic convention. I even praised him for it and told him to start fighting evil within his own circles. Division, stigmatization, this is evil, this is evil. And of course, I am afraid that after the 'LGBT-free zones' stickers, 'Catholicism-free zones' stickers will appear. And all circles will be able to use this tactic, this propaganda that Sakiewicz employed, and instead of uniting Poland, you are dividing it again - stated Marek Sawicki in Dariusz Ociepa's program 'Breakfast on Polsat News'.

11:57

Bortniczuk:

There are stickers I absolutely do not approve of
- There are stickers that I, too, absolutely do not approve of. I consider them completely unnecessary. Their content is so imprecise that it leaves a lot of room for overinterpretation, for turning it into an unnecessary election campaign topic. However, please recall the media's reaction as well. I will tell you shortly what it was, when some two restaurateurs or hoteliers from Pomerania, who might privately be gay, I don't know, put up signs at their establishments that they do not serve PiS voters – stated Kamil Bortniczuk in Dariusz Ociepa's program "Breakfast at Polsat News".

12:14

Mucha:

We Should Sign a Non-Aggression Pact Between the Three Opposition Blocs

"This is a situation we must take charge of. The most important thing is to state in an absolutely unambiguous way that we should sign a non-aggression pact between these three blocs in the opposition. This is absolutely crucial. We should unequivocally state that we will field joint candidates for the Senate, that we will engage in substantive debates on programs. What unites us and has always united us is the dispute between our three blocs and PiS," said Joanna Mucha from Civic Platform (PO) in the "Politicians' Bench" program on TVN24.

12:19

Pasławska:

No and there will be no worldview proposals on our banners. We are moderate, and Poles want normality

There are no and there will be no worldview proposals on our banners – neither those leaning left, nor those radically leaning right. We are moderate, and I have the feeling, from talking to Poles, that Poles want this normality. This worldview has, in some way, artificially divided Poles” – said Urszula Pasławska from the Polish People's Party (PSL) on TVN24's "Politicians' Bench".

12:21

Długi:

Schetyna Couldn't Grasp the Need for Multiple Blocs Because He Isn't Interested in Taking Power. He's Interested in Fighting for Power, Because That's When He's the Leader

Grzegorz Schetyna couldn't grasp [that multiple blocs were needed] because he isn't interested in taking power. He's interested in fighting for power, because then he is the leader. He doesn't understand one thing – that multiple blocs will result in fewer unallocated, wasted votes” – said Grzegorz Długi from Kukiz’15 on TVN24's "Politicians' Bench".

12:27

Schetyna:

The State Must Protect the Beaten and Effectively Prosecute Aggressors and Those Spreading Hatred

12:29

Horała:

It's a great success for Spring and the Polish Left that Platforma and all major opposition groups have adopted the left-wing agenda. After the elections, if they manage to win, it will still be one coalition under the rainbow flag.

This is a great success for Spring and the Polish Left that Platforma and all major opposition groups have adopted the left-wing agenda. Platforma, which started as a Christian democratic, centrist, even somewhat Christian party, is now promoting LGBT cards and various marches. This is a great success.” And after the elections, it will be one coalition, if – God forbid – they manage to win. Of course, we will do everything to prevent this, but if it happens, it will be one coalition under the rainbow flag,” said Marcin Horała on TVN24's "Politicians' Bench".

12:31

Mucha:

We are a Christian Democratic, Centrist Party. We have been from the very beginning and nothing has changed.

You [addressing Marcin Horała] are trying to push KO, the strongest of these three blocs, into some kind of left-wing rut, which is absolutely untrue. We are a Christian Democratic, centrist party. We have been from the very beginning and nothing has changed” - said Joanna Mucha from Civic Platform (PO) in „Ława polityków” (The Politicians' Bench) on TVN24.

12:38

Piekarska:

The 'LGBT-Free Zone' Sticker Smells of Fascism

“The ‘LGBT-Free Zone’ sticker smells of fascism. Someone wants to exclude a social group. What if some newspaper released ‘Catholicism-Free Zone’ or ‘PiS-Free Zone’ stickers? It is not permissible to exclude citizens,” said Katarzyna Piekarska of the SLD during the ‘Politicians’ Bench’ program on TVN24.

PM:

We Need Agreement to Realize Many Polish Matters

- We need this agreement, an agreement to realize many matters. Many Polish matters, Silesian matters, matters from across your entire voivodeship, which is undergoing great changes, and one must, of course, be aware of how profound these changes are, and one must always stand with Silesia and Poland. This is what I think you see in our actions: whatever we do, we try to stand with Poland. We can be mistaken, sometimes better, sometimes worse, but we certainly stand with Poland. Just as, about a month ago at the European Council, we were surprised with a new proposal. It's called full climate neutrality by 2050. This would mean very high costs for Upper Silesia, Zagłębie, and the entire voivodeship. Another great wave of transformation, bankruptcies, problems. Therefore, our government agrees only to such changes that will be supported by appropriate funds. And appropriate funds must be ensured for a just environmental and energy transformation. And as long as PiS holds the reins of government, I can promise: we will fight to the end, just as a month ago, against everyone. Sticking with only two or three allies. We will fight for a just energy and environmental, ecological transformation – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Siemianowice Śląskie.

Leftist Parties, Following Attacks on Equality March Participants, Invite to Białystok for Anti-Hate Demonstration. Zandberg: When Violence Appears, There's No Room for Nuance. You Can Stand with the Attackers or the Attacked.

Participants of the Equality March were victims of violence and insults. Regular manhunts were organized on the streets of Białystok. Poland is our common country, we all have the right to peaceful demonstrations, to express our views, to feel at home, because Poland is ours together. When violence appears in public life, there is no room for splitting hairs. When violence appears, there are only two sides. You can either stand with those who beat, or with those who are beaten. We, the left, have no doubts or hesitations on this matter. We are here today to express full solidarity with the participants of the Equality March in Białystok. In the coming days, we want to make it very clear that there is no consent for violence, for allowing hatred to poison Polish public life, leading to such terrible scenes as we witnessed in Białystok. We met this morning and made a decision. We wanted to invite everyone for the upcoming Saturday at 2:30 PM, exactly a week after the Equality March set off in Białystok. We would like to meet everyone at a march of dissent against violence, against violence” - said Adrian Zandberg from Razem at a press conference.

Today we face a civilizational choice. Either we allow hatred on Polish streets, in Polish homes and media, or we build a community, we build a home for everyone, called Poland, and we don't throw anyone out of this home, we don't spit on anyone, we don't discriminate against anyone, we don't exclude anyone. We, as the left, are authentic and credible in this, because we always stand by the human being, the weaker one, by openness and tolerance, and we always will. The state has failed. The minister responsible for overseeing law enforcement agencies has failed. This is a failure of the state” - said Robert Biedroń, leader of Wiosna.

The march against violence is a march not only against those who beat, but also a march against those who show that limiting thought, creating prohibitions, creating sects, groups, divisions, setting one against another is simply wrong” - added Włodzimierz Czarzasty, head of SLD.

PMM:

We Want to Keep Poland's Industrial Heart in Silesia. The Heart of Modern Industry, Full of Modern Technologies, While Holding Immense Respect for the Industries That Built Silesia and Poland, Including Traditional Ones.

- Here beats Poland's industrial heart, and I want to promise that regardless of how this economic transformation proceeds, we want to keep Poland's industrial heart here in Silesia. The heart of modern industry, full of modern technologies, while at the same time holding immense respect for the industries that built Silesia and Poland. For traditional industries too, for metallurgy, energy, and of course, for the entire coal industry. This is our commitment – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Siemianowice Śląskie.

16:12

PMM:

Four Years Ago, They Wanted to Close Most Mines. Many Went Bankrupt, and We Ensured Their Survival and Revival, Making Them the Pride of Silesia's Industry Again.

- If it weren't for effective economic policy, and this effective economic policy also showed itself here in Silesia, because remember the situation four years ago, that wasn't so long ago. Four years ago, they wanted to close practically all or the majority of mines. Many went bankrupt, and we ensured their survival and revival, leading to them being the pride of Silesian industry, the pride of the Silesian Voivodeship's industry again today. Therefore, social policy can be reconciled with economic and developmental policy. Indeed, we are demonstrating that one cannot exist without the other - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Siemianowice Śląskie.

16:28

PMM:

We Want Poles to Return from Emigration

- This is what unites us: we want to build a strong Poland here, not conditions that would cause Poles to emigrate. We want Poles to return from emigration. Also here, to Siemianowice Śląskie. We invite everyone who has left to come back - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Siemianowice Śląskie.

16:34

PMM:

There Would Be No Strong Poland Without a Strong Silesia. And This Is How I See the Future.

- There would be no strong Poland without Silesia. Without a strong Silesia. And this is how I see the future. There will be no great and strong Poland without a strong Silesia. This is our path, our program, and our victory – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Siemianowice Śląskie.

17:32

Tusk:

Hooligans, antisemites, homophobia - nothing new. The tragedy is a government that patronizes them. All decent Poles, regardless of their views, must say: enough violence

Donald Tusk commented on the events in Białystok with the slogan "Enough violence." The leader of Civic Platform, responding to the latest events, stated: "Kibole, antisemites, homophobia - nothing new. The tragedy is the power that patronizes them. All decent Poles, regardless of their views, must say: enough violence."

The leader of the opposition referred to the events that took place in Białystok on Saturday, July 20, where the “Parade of Differences” was held. The march was accompanied by aggression and insults directed at participants by a crowd of people, among whom there were individuals associated with hooligan circles and organizations with nationalist and homophobic slogans.

The politician also referred to the statement by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who in response to the events in Białystok, wrote on Twitter: "I condemn violence and aggression. Everyone has the right to express their views peacefully. Poland is a tolerant country."

The Prime Minister also stated that the president of Poland, Andrzej Duda, also condemned the events.
