— GERMANY AND OTHERS HAVE ENCOURAGED RUSSIA – DEUTSCHE WELLE DISCUSSES BILD'S CONVERSATION WITH PRESIDENT NAWROCKI: “As 'Bild' writes, the Polish President does not spare harsh words, even towards allies. — THE REACTION TO RUSSIAN ATTACKS SHOULD NOT BE MERELY DEFENSIVE – TOMASZ SZATKOWSKI, FORMER AMBASSADOR OF THE RP TO NATO IN A CONVERSATION WITH MAREK KOZUBAL IN RZ: “There must be something else that shows Russia that it will bear certain risks or costs associated with such a situation.
