We found traces of it in the public part of the files, but the details are in the secret documents of this proceeding. According to our sources, from at least January 2022 to July 2023, the grave of the Czarnecki couple was under electronic surveillance – a hidden camera was installed near it. CBA agents appeared at the cemetery in Oleśnica on All Saints' Day, the businessman's parents' birthdays, and the anniversaries of their deaths. They hoped Czarnecki would visit the grave and they could apprehend him then.
