- There are two dimensions to these Polish-Ukrainian relations. One dimension is [...] President Zelensky's decisions and President Zelensky's personal responsibility, I'm talking about the revocation of the Order of the White Eagle - said Janusz Cieszyński on RMF FM.

- The second issue concerns matters in which Poland has an evident interest, such as the training of Ukrainian soldiers or the supply of weapons there to kill Russians. I believe that both are in our interest and we should not cease them - he continued.

- We should cooperate with Ukraine wherever it is aligned with Poland's interests, because otherwise we would be making a gigantic, unforgivable foreign policy mistake - he added.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson will participate in Polish-Swedish intergovernmental consultations in Gdynia.

An official welcome is scheduled for 10:00, followed by a meeting of the prime ministers at 10:20, a delegation meeting at 10:50, and a family photo at 11:25.

A plenary session will commence at 11:30, and at 12:45, statements for the media will be made by Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.

Therefore, unconditional aid and financing for the government in Kyiv, and incurring debt for the Polish state to finance a corrupt government in Kyiv, is absolutely harmful and irrational - stated Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info.

- The fact that politicians from both PiS and currently from Civic Platform, the Left, PSL, and Poland 2050 are doing this unconditionally, expecting nothing in return, is simply disgraceful - he continued.

- There are probably no doubts, I even read the draft law, and it's absolutely outrageous, because the UPA is directly named [...] there are several points that describe the criteria for recruitment to this pantheon, and they listed the UPA there, an absolutely scandalous situation - said Janusz Cieszyński in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM, when asked if Volodymyr Zelensky is heading for a confrontation with Poland.

- President Karol Nawrocki did not accept the Order of the White Eagle [for the President of Ukraine] because the Prime Minister has still not signed this decree. The question is why Prime Minister Donald Tusk is not playing for our team, for the Polish team? - stated Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info.

- In my opinion, the key element now, which will resonate with both Volodymyr Zelensky and Ukrainian society, is to state that Ukraine will not join the European Union with such a culture at its forefront - said Janusz Cieszyński on RMF FM.

- An immediate cut to unconditional financial aid [these should be the consequences for Ukraine] - stated Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info.

- We are sending money to the EU, and the EU is sending money to Kyiv, while Polish taxpayers are left with debts that we will be paying off for decades - he continued.

- Perhaps they [in the US] have reconsidered something that we in Poland have not. In any case, I believe that this aid should be cut off immediately - emphasized the Deputy Marshal of the Sejm.

"This is an initiative of the Rozwój Plus association, so we are organizing it without, as it were, seeking approval, because we don't have to. It's one of the events organized by the Rozwój Plus association, and nobody here, just as other associations don't ask political parties, neither will we." - said Janusz Cieszyński on RMF FM, when asked if Jarosław Kaczyński had agreed to the organization of the Rozwój Plus association's festival.

"To my knowledge, invitations have not yet been sent out," he continued, when asked if Jarosław Kaczyński had received an invitation.

"I think he will definitely be [Jarosław Kaczyński will be invited], I also see no reason why Prof. Czarnek should not be invited," he added.

- This is an absolutely unprecedented situation [with Kacprzyk as coordinator]. I have sent inspections to all hospitals in Poland that have an Emergency Department, and I think in 90% of cases the response was very brief: we don't have such a position at all - Janusz Cieszyński stated on RMF FM.

- This is a position invented for the thief Kacprzyk so that he could simply steal money - he continued.

- There is a head of department, there is a person responsible for the ward, and here we have a situation where, as I understand it, to have documents for the National Health Fund and to make them match, there is someone on paper, and in reality, Mr. Kacprzyk was managing the Emergency Department - he went on to say.

- In my opinion, Donald Tusk is acting the way he acted during the gambling scandal, meaning he is letting himself be explained, sending his henchmen, Roman Giertych, Bartosz Arłukowicz - said Janusz Cieszyński on RMF FM.

- He is counting on shouting it down, on being able to muzzle the whistleblower, Dr. Jędrzejewski. If that doesn't work, Donald Tusk is not known in Polish politics for great feelings or sympathy towards people who are not doing well politically. So, I think these heads, if they fail to fix this, if they fail to sweep it under the rug, will roll - he continued.

"Officers of the Internal Security Agency (ABW), in cooperation with the Border Guard, have detained nine citizens of Ukraine and two citizens of Belarus for the purpose of their immediate expulsion from Poland" - wrote Tomasz Siemoniak on X.

"Since autumn, these 11 individuals have been recruiting and paying participants for demonstrations organized among Ukrainian refugees staying in Poland. According to the ABW's findings, the inspiration and funds for this purpose originated from Russia and qualify as an attempt at an influence operation targeting Ukrainian migrants in Poland." - he continued in his post.

- This week, Law and Justice will present a bill on a public trust committee, an apolitical body that would be tasked with clarifying all these irregularities, dismantling this octopus that has formed within the Civic Coalition in Warsaw – said Mateusz Kurzejewski at a press conference.

- Mr. Dawid Kacprzyk is today a symbol of the pathology of Civic Platform, and this is underscored by the desperate attempt at defense from Bartosz Arłukowicz [...] not to mention Roman Giertych - he continued.

- As Law and Justice, we will investigate all irregularities at the Southern Hospital and other healthcare facilities to the core - he went on to say.

- I am very pleased that in this symbolic place we are finalizing another stage of our friendly cooperation. We have put in a great deal of effort and endeavor to make not only the signing of many documents today a reality, including this significant agreement on the Orka program and the purchase of submarines, but also in many other areas. It's not by chance, I wanted to boast, it's one of the gifts I received from the Prime Minister, for my grandchildren, I received a Swedish book in Polish - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Gdynia, during the signing of the agreement for the purchase of three A26 submarines for the Polish Navy within the framework of the Orka program.

- I wanted to emphasize that this has significance not only for our defense and cooperation, and Sweden is one of the best cooperators in the field of defense industry and state defense. Despite its relatively recent membership in NATO, I must emphasize this very clearly, our cooperation in the Baltic has qualitatively changed the security situation. We share common views on the situation in the entire region, we are determined in supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression, we are convinced that the Baltic must be a safe place, free from shadow fleets, from provocations, and military threats. Both the Orka program and your investment decisions, such as the purchase of our rescue vessel, are all examples of increasingly intensive cooperation - the head of government noted.

- There is absolutely no agreement on including murderers from the UPA in any pantheon of heroes. These are people who committed their crimes against Poles, but also against representatives of other nationalities, and I believe that there is no agreement within the entire international community to glorify such individuals in any dimension - Janusz Cieszyński said at a press conference.

- I think that with such behavior, Ukraine is closing the door to the European Union for itself at this moment - he continued.

- Yes, he [Radosław Sikorski] is naive in his relations with Ukraine. The ministers of Donald Tusk's government are naive, as was evident right after the President announced he would accept the Order of the White Eagle. A wave of criticism from members of the ruling coalition, whether ministers or politicians simply sitting in parliamentary seats, poured down on the President. A little later, they changed their perspective, meaning they declaratively began to say that it was a bad decision by Zelensky, and also Nawrocki. They completely lost their way in their narratives. For several days now, we have seen a somewhat more categorical tone, because the ruling party sees what public emotions look like - stated Rafał Leśkiewicz in an interview with Ewa Bugała on TV Republika.

- Polish politicians should stand behind President Karol Nawrocki, not criticize the President. - I would refrain from such statements and formulations, because Ukraine should be helped in its fight against the Russian Federation, but we must also take care of our interests, the interests of Poland, and therefore we must consistently demand investigative and exhumation work, because this is also the essence of our relationship - stated Rafał Leśkiewicz in a conversation with Ewa Bugała on TV Republika.

- Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz likes to take credit for others' successes. This was the case with the F-35s, and it is the case with the 'Orka' project, as this is a project that originated under the United Right government, just like the contract for the purchase of F-35 fighter jets - stated Rafał Leśkiewicz in an interview with Ewa Bugała on TV Republika.

- I proposed a very clear, and I believe, a very partner-like approach: MiG fighters in exchange for drones. The Ukrainians initially accepted this and did not follow through, so there are no MiG fighters for Ukraine because there are no drones or drone capabilities for Poland - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Polsat News, when asked about the Polish-Ukrainian agreement concerning drones.

- I won't jump on them on this matter because I'm far from it, they don't remember how much military equipment they transferred, today they are trying to hide it, they did well, I'll say more. I would have done the same. They did well, and Ukraine was at a much more difficult moment then - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said in Polsat News, when asked if "the previous government gave without receiving anything in return.".

- It seems to me that President Zelensky is playing very much for himself in domestic politics. He saw a political interest in building a historical dispute with Poland; this is tragic because this spiral of decisions [...] causes President Zelensky to gain popularity, perhaps, but both states lose - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News.

- This meeting, this conversation, did not happen, which is very bad. Neither side showed effectiveness here from the Ukrainian side, nor did Minister Przydacz, responsible for international policy, organize this conversation and this meeting with the President - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News, when asked about scenarios for resolving the situation that Budanov was supposed to receive and about the "possibility of a meeting with President Nawrocki" and the rejection of this proposal.

- I confirm. I have that impression too - he continued, when asked about the theory that "parts of the elite in Kyiv are not in favour of the idea of joining the EU" and that "parts of European countries also don't really want Ukraine in the EU, and both sides would prefer it to be postponed."

- It depends on our partner, our ally, the United States. [...] Secretary Hegseth spoke about 6 months during a meeting of defense ministers at headquarters two weeks ago in Brussels. He stated very clearly that the review of American capabilities in Europe will last for the next 6 months - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News, when asked when the decision regarding a permanent US military base in Poland would be made.

- We are ready to undertake all commitments [...]. We have received the green light for negotiations, but the final decision will be in President Trump's hands - he continued.

- He is making all the decisions so that this matter is first clarified, and second, the hospital starts functioning carefully and correctly. He is bravely cutting, dismissing, and making decisions about removals. He shouldn't - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News, when asked if Rafał Trzaskowski should resign.

- This budgetary system had its purpose [...] today it will be difficult to return to it. I believe there should be competition not only among service providers... because today we have enormous competition among service providers, meaning hospitals compete with each other. And we do not have competition among payers - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Polsat News.

- I said exactly the same thing. Konfederacja is repeating my words because I have mentioned it many times. [...] I have spoken about this for a bit longer than Konfederacja has existed - he continued, when asked about Konfederacja's demand regarding competition between different funds.

- Of course, if there were such a possibility, then why not. I only remember the good times with Szymon Hołownia, we achieved great success, without us there would be PiS and Confederation governments today - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Polsat News, when asked if he would run in the elections on one list with Szymon Hołownia.

- Looking at some politicians, especially at the statements of today's minister, Ms. Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, it seems to me that she is already in the Razem party, she doesn't need to join it - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News.

- Looking at her political behavior and substantive views, she is much closer to the Razem party than to Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050 - he continued.
