It's a pity, though, that the president's veto delayed this program, which is important for security and the Polish economy, and blocked funds for the services" - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz wrote on X.

"In the future – it's always better to rely on facts from the outset than on erroneous propaganda from Nowogrodzka" - he continued in his post.

It is an event that concerns economic cooperation and also economic security and reconstruction, and it is a cyclical event prepared and organized by the executive authorities responsible for economic policy, foreign policy, and policy in a given country. - It is the decision of the Ukrainian side that it will be represented at the government level, at the level of the Prime Minister. "This system causes some people to abuse their social, public position to exploit these loopholes and bypass queues," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

"I will be asking [...] I am looking at Mr. Minister Żurek here, and the Minister of Health as well, for you to jointly prepare recommendations to, first and foremost, prevent exploitation and to find a way to impose sanctions on those responsible for the situation where someone well-connected can access public healthcare without queuing. - These records, when it comes to, for example, the length of an on-call shift, are indeed impressive, in quotes, we have, for instance, at one of the provincial ambulance stations, 488 hours in a month, almost 17 hours a day, every day, and this is paid, as we can guess - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said during a government session.

- We have extended on-call shifts, meaning an on-call shift without a break, theoretically it should last 24 hours, it is known that especially if it is a doctor on a contract, these shifts last much, much longer, but the record holder is 120 hours of on-call duty non-stop. It seems that this also has an impact on patient safety, I will touch on this matter delicately - he continued.

- The issue of preliminary results from the Supreme Audit Office's (NIK) audit, concerning, conventionally speaking, hospitals and irregularities related to the provision of services, working hours, doctors, and earning chimneys, confirms what has been the subject of much speculation in recent days – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.

- We are dealing with these two problems, and we must tackle both. The first is systemic, and here we will consistently implement the findings of the NIK audit. It will be continued and will be a systemic investigation, not just about individual abuses, but about the flaws in the system that enable such abuses – he continued.

- We were preparing the conference for the reconstruction of Ukraine in Gdańsk, and it will take place, regardless of who is spoiling our work at this moment in Warsaw and in Kyiv, this conference will happen one way or another – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.

- I will not be the one to decide who comes from the Ukrainian side to the conference [...] consultations are ongoing in Kyiv all the time, regardless of what delegation arrives in Gdańsk, we will do our job – he continued.

- We have prepared and helped prepare 200 agreements and contracts for the conference, including many direct Polish-Ukrainian agreements concerning joint ventures and common business after the war ends – he went on to say.

- It's been a long time since the words [...] of Władysław Bartoszewski, that it's worth being decent, even if it doesn't always pay off, sounded so wise - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- When it comes to Polish-Ukrainian issues, both sides should understand that it is worth being decent [...] but in this case, it also pays off - he continued.

- I am aware of how easy it is today to ignite anti-Polish sentiments in Ukraine and anti-Ukrainian sentiments in Poland, and that one can achieve a real, albeit superficial, internal political success with this - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.

- Regardless of what the polls and public opinion research say, I know from conversations with ordinary people that these anti-Ukrainian sentiments have found a very clear echo, and I know what the mood is and I often understand the justified irritation of people. There are events, there are attitudes that can justify this type of tension and sentiment - he continued.

- But keeping in mind Poland's strategic security and interests [...] I will not contribute in any way to fueling this tension, whether it is popular or not, I will be honest, I am not interested in that at the moment - he went on to say.

- A discussion on Polish-Ukrainian relations is not on our agenda today, but, as you may guess, it is the main topic not only in the Polish and Ukrainian media, but also a matter we have been working on for many, many hours in order to minimize the costs and losses that have arisen as a result of a series of decisions - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- We have prepared a set of solutions that goes much further than this act - stated Janusz Cieszyński at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Our proposal is clear - for all individuals who currently benefit from this simplified non-tender procedure, allowing for the contracting of doctors under simplified procedures, we are stating clearly - there must be a record of working time. Whoever wants to use the 14% flat-rate fee must record their working time - said the PiS politician.

- Another element is the introduction of medical service agreements and agreements concluded with personnel exclusively in digital form, so that there are no doubts as to when and under what circumstances they were created - he continued.

- We would also introduce an obligation to publish and report information about prices in the private sector in one place. This would also make it easy for everyone to compare the rates, how much a given consultation costs, and find the one that is most cost-effective - he emphasized.

- We also want to expand the functionality of IKP. IKP was created under the PiS government and currently has 20 million users. In our opinion, IKP should contain comprehensive information about all costs that each of you incurs for your treatment - he added.

- As a substantive opposition, we are proposing constructive solutions to this pathological situation. And Janusz Cieszyński will present an outline of this plan - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Mr. Kacprzyk is a prominent Civic Platform activist who, as the head of Nowa Generacja, the youth wing of Civic Platform, cooperated very closely with Donald Tusk, with the current Prime Minister. Very closely with Bartosz Arłukowicz, with Marcin Kierwiński. Let this resonate strongly, because they are all pretending today that they don't know him - he continued.

- Mr. Arłukowicz is trying today to intimidate those who are revealing a glimpse of this entire pathology that we have dealt with here. Mr. Arłukowicz, do not intimidate. People who speak about this pathology are doing a very good job - emphasized the former Prime Minister.

- We left a 14 billion surplus in the National Health Fund (NFZ) reserve fund. We now see that at least partially this money is leaking to this type of PO activists in white coats, like Mr. Kacprzyk. Therefore, this is my primary focus. We are dealing here with a huge, gigantic swindle - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Minister Andrzej Domański is working on the budget, and thus on tax laws, and I know he is working on the best solutions, but Minister Domański will speak about that himself - Adam Szłapka said in Polsat News when asked if the government is working on raising the second tax threshold.

- Minister Domański will certainly work on this, it certainly needs to be done reasonably, especially hearing Przemysław Czarnek, who had 8 years to deal with this, and now proposes a law that costs 25 billion... - he continued.

- In this matter, the person proposing solutions is Minister Domański, he is working on the new budget for 2027 - he continued.

- I feel in my bones that Minister Domański has some ideas on how to set this all up right - he added, when asked if he felt in his bones that there would be some solutions there.

- Of course, it's revenge [Waldemar Żurek's decision regarding his wife]. He can't, so to speak, catch me, although he's trying to pursue me, an over 8-hour interrogation spanning 25 pages in a nonsensical case about advising the president, it's an absurdity, I'm talking about myself - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.

- We are dealing solely with a political action against a woman who worked, returned, and has very good reviews. The whole team is behind her, one person couldn't stomach it. Żurek. That's meanness - he continued.

"She will also have to explain all of this very precisely and, depending on how it looks, there will probably be consequences too" - said Adam Szłapka in Polsat News, when asked about Małgorzata Pępek from KO, who, according to media reports, allegedly jumped the queue for medical tests.

- Marcin Kierwiński is the head of Warsaw's largest structure; there are several thousand members there. He can't always know everything either, so I think he will explain all these matters very thoroughly, and if there are any irregularities, he will also draw conclusions - Adam Szłapka said in Polsat News.

- The first steps concerning responsibility have been taken: the hospital's supervisory board has been dismissed, the hospital's management, a councilor who left the Civic Coalition resigned his mandate and his job. Here, no one will flee abroad and no one will get a promotion after this scandal [...] the first people have already faced consequences, and I don't think this is the end - said Adam Szłapka on Polsat News.

- It would be best if Prime Minister Tusk dissolved this government and Civic Coalition. He won't do that, and I don't think he'll do anything about the Civic Coalition structures in Warsaw either, although after Mr. Miszalski's loss, he did dissolve structures in Krakow. So, for Prime Minister Tusk, political effects matter more, where there was a loss, to tidy things up, than to tidy up a situation that directly impacts the well-being of patients - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.

- It seems the greatest distance and criticism are indeed coming from within the Civic Coalition itself, because the case of the doctor-councillor, who is not a member, ceased to be a doctor from there, resigned his mandate, and there are no doubts that proceedings, including prosecutorial ones, will be initiated against him - said Adam Szłapka in Polsat News, when asked about the Southern Hospital.

- I'm surprised by this discussion, and perhaps Mr. Leśkiewicz, he's been in administration for a very short time [...] perhaps he doesn't know how different meeting formats work. Minister Przydacz certainly knows this perfectly well, so if he's undermining it here, it's clear it's a game - said Adam Szłapka on Polsat News, when asked about the absence of President Karol Nawrocki and anyone from the President's Chancellery at the conference on Ukraine's reconstruction, and about Rafał Leśkiewicz's words on the matter ("highly inappropriate").

- There are different kinds of events, they have different formats. At the beginning of his presidency, the President also organized a meeting of Baltic and Nordic countries, and that was his format, a presidential format at that time, which concerned some security issues. He didn't invite anyone from the government - he continued.

- This is a conference on specific economic, executive issues, which is always organized, regardless of which country it takes place in, by the executive authorities that deal with these matters on a daily basis - he further stated.

- This is the type of format that is simply a government formula - he added.

- Today we have information, I don't know if it will materialize, that the President of Ukraine will not be present at this meeting [in Gdańsk at the conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine]. We, as the Chancellery, Marcin Przydacz spoke about this yesterday, do not have such knowledge, we are not in this process. As I understand it, the government, the Prime Minister, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have taken full responsibility here, and it turns out that they are unable to manage these matters - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.

- As far as I know, regarding President Zelenskyy's order, it has already arrived at the Chancellery. As for the others, I don't have that information yet, I'll probably check it today. These are, one could say, of secondary importance to us. No, I don't see it as a slap in the face. I see it, in a sense, as the return of Polish eagles to our nest, to the Republic of Poland - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.

- If someone believes that because the President of Poland is protecting Polish identity and Polish victims, they should return a Polish order, it means they never deserved it in the first place. These orders, like eagles, are returning to Poland, to their nest, and will be safe here - he continued.

- The conference [on the reconstruction of Ukraine] is taking place as normal. We have no indication that Mr. President [Zelenskyy] will not be there, but we do know that they are discussing this matter - Adam Szłapka said in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti."

- The conference will definitely take place and Ukraine will be represented - he continued.

- Yes, they confirm it, for example, Madam President von der Leyen, leaders of European countries - he added, when asked about guests from the West.

President Karol Nawrocki begins an official visit to Turkey. At 8:30 AM Polish time, a wreath-laying ceremony will take place at the Mausoleum of Atatürk, and at 9:45 AM, a visit to the headquarters of Aselsan company is planned.

At 3:30 PM, the official welcoming ceremony for the President of the Republic of Poland by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will begin, at 3:40 PM a joint photo of the presidents is scheduled, at 3:45 PM - a meeting, and at 5:00 PM a meeting of the presidents with media representatives. The last item on the agenda is a dinner at 6:00 PM.

At 10:00 AM, a press conference by Mateusz Morawiecki, Janusz Cieszyński, and Anna Kwiecień will be held in front of the Southern Hospital in Warsaw.

At 12:00 PM, a Council of Ministers meeting will commence. The agenda includes a draft amendment to the Environmental Protection Law, a draft amendment to the Forest Law, and a draft amendment to the regulation regarding the scope of data and the list of public registers and IT systems of public entities from which users of the mObywatel application can download data.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in the Visegrad Group summit in Gödöllő. At 5:10 PM, a welcome by Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar is scheduled, at 5:20 PM - a family photo, and at 5:30 PM - a meeting of the prime ministers of the Visegrad Group countries.

At 5:45 PM, a plenary session will begin, and at 7:00 PM - a press conference of the prime ministers of the Visegrad Group countries and the ceremony of handing over the V4 presidency to Slovakia.
