- Poland is on the brink of a demographic precipice. We are plummeting. The lowest number of children were born last year since World War II, and we need a comprehensive pro-family policy, which will consist of benefits, in addition to those that exist today, but which must be modified to be progressive in order to encourage and stimulate a greater desire for offspring among young couples – said Przemysław Czarnek in “Gość Dzisiaj” on TV Republika.

- In addition to this financial program, modeled on 500 plus or modifications to 500 plus, there must be a full policy also in culture, education, science, and the promotion of family in Polish culture, art, and cinema – he continued.

- And there must be appropriate housing policy, including credit policy, so that a young family that wants to buy an apartment with a mortgage for many years can foresee their expenses over these decades, and not be surprised that today the installment is 2,000, and in a moment it will be 4,000 due to variable interest rates – he continued.
