"The National Reconstruction Plan assumed grants and loans, today your candidate for prime minister, Mr. Czarnek, speaks about the KPO, deciphering this acronym not as 'National Reconstruction Plan,' but as 'Citizens Will Bear the Costs.'" stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a debate with Mateusz Morawiecki at the European Agricultural Forum 2026.

"So who is right? You then, calling it the Marshall Plan, Minister Kowalski from your government, calling it treason, or today Czarnek saying that citizens will bear the costs? I believe it was an investment, and I will actually defend you against your colleagues who have lost their way on this matter," he continued.
