- It is with regret that I must state that already during the committee's work, Law and Justice declared that they were submitting a motion to reject this project [regarding SAFE]. This is a signal that they are not interested in working on this project or refining its provisions, but simply want to reject it - said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska at a press conference.

- So much is said about responsibility for the country, so much is said about how the security of Poland and Poles is paramount, about how the development of the Polish economy is important. And in a situation where we have a draft law that can bring all of this about in agreement and harmony, we hear "no, we are not interested" - she continued.

- I don't want to call it treason, but that's what it looks like - she added.

- When it comes to Minister Zalewski, I assess his competences and preparation very highly - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference, when asked if he could imagine a situation where an unaffiliated MP (Paweł Zalewski) remained in a high ministerial position.

- He is not just a representative of a political camp, but in the field of security policy, international security policy, his role in the United States, his role in the European Union, in NATO, his knowledge of specific people and matters is, above all, at the highest level - he continued.

- It is difficult for me to imagine losing such a player who truly has a well-drawn map of international security conditions today - he further stated.

- I don't know if I would find many people better prepared for this role today - he added.

- I believe he is a very good minister and I would like him to be able to continue his mission - he emphasized.

- I see these turmoils in such a way that they naturally necessitate conversation, dialogue, perhaps even more than before, with more groups, but they do not threaten the government's or the coalition's stability, they do not threaten the majority - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- All parliamentarians, both from Poland 2050 and from the new Parliamentary Club Centre, declare their support for the government - he continued.

"I imagine them [Senate work] well, because we know these senators, we have been working for two years, we all got into the Senate through the Senate pact, we have obligations, and I see no problem here of a threat to the majority and the functioning of the Senate" - said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska at a press conference, when asked how she imagines cooperation in the Senate after some politicians from Poland 2050 formed the new Centrum club.

- Today, there is no more favorable interest rate than that resulting from the SAFE loan [...]. If, as a consequence of 20 years, we achieve an AAA rating [...] if there are more favorable loans or financing in other instruments, it is not an obligation to use this for life. If [...] a more favorable option appears, we will be able to take advantage of it. We are not becoming dependent - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- We still have our club, Poland 2050. It has at least, we know for sure, 15 MPs. One senator. I expect that once the dust of battle settles, more people will come to their senses and start rejoining where Poland 2050 is - said Szymon Hołownia in an interview with journalists in the Sejm.

- The conditionality mechanism is included, but it does not concern the judiciary in Poland, only the soundness of spending funds. This is a mechanism that conditions all European funds granted to Poland - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- As Poland 2050, we are part of the coalition agreement and we are part of the October 15th coalition with our values, with our DNA, our program, our plan, and the conviction that today a distinct center, not some entity trying to combine everything with everything, but a distinct center, meaning a party that is positively for something, for something difficult, requiring vision, courage, such a formation is needed in Poland - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- We know that we will always stand on the side of residents, not on the side of large corporations, that we will fight and are fighting for fair taxes for the middle class, for working people, and for small and micro-entrepreneurs. We know that very significant changes are needed in Poland in this area, and we are ready for such a fight, for such action, for such effective and positive action - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- When the European Union, for the first time at our request during our presidency, adopts a program for building strong national armies, the opposition roars that this is a loss of sovereignty – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

"I am staying in Poland 2050, my first party. Nothing will change in this matter," declared Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- The people of Poland 2050 made a democratic choice. We had genuine democratic elections in our party. The exam in democracy isn't about running in elections; the biggest exam in democracy is accepting the result of the democratic majority's choice - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- Unfortunately, some of our MPs failed this exam. They did not come to terms with the result of the democratic elections within our party and deserted from our party. - With great surprise, I think not just me, but the public, is observing the frontal assault by our opponents, not against the government – it is natural for the opposition to be against the government, that's the essence of being in opposition – but against the security of the Polish state? - Paulina Hennig-Kloska is a minister whom I have repeatedly defended against coalition partners who, during various crises she faced, had doubts as to whether she should continue her mission. Today, she behaves the way she behaves – said Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- If what will likely happen, comes true, Civic Coalition will probably be the third or fourth list from which she will run for parliament – he stated.

- Regarding Paulina Hennig-Kloska - she is my biggest disappointment today. I feel deceived by Paulina Hennig-Kloska. I believe that political presence is not built on deception, on such behavior, on betrayals - said Szymon Hołownia in an interview with journalists in the Sejm.

- These splinterers, who are leaving today under the leadership of Paulina Hennig-Kloska, automatically lose their positions within Poland 2050, within its statutory bodies [...], they cease to be party members - said Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- They are moving into a space where they will form a parliamentary club. Without a party, without any organic, so to speak, foundation, being suspended solely on parliamentary activity. This will be enough for them to negotiate with the Prime Minister, to play out these various political games. But it will certainly not be enough for them to be more than fillers of the Civic Coalition's lists in the 2027 elections - he assessed.

- You know my position regarding Ryszard Petru's presence in the movement - he should have been removed from Poland 2050 long ago, and it's the fault of leader Śliz that this hasn't happened yet. I have repeatedly expressed my grievances to him about this - said Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- What has happened today, it must be said clearly: this group of splitters who left Poland 2050 today under the leadership of Paulina Hennig-Kloska are not leaving because they have different ideas about politics, because they have a different program, because they have a different vision of delivering things to voters. The reason for their departure is one – hatred for Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz – said Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- I will say this quite directly and very clearly. Something that should be said, so that you do not have to be manipulated by some stories about 'values here, statutes here, and other things here'. Somehow, such issues have never been raised before in the parliamentary club either, but suddenly they have become the most important thing – he stated.

- It is the hatred for the chairperson elected in democratic elections, perhaps bearing the characteristics of clinical hatred in some, and deep dislike in others, that has led to today's division. And on hatred, on dislike, no one has ever built anything good anywhere, and no one will build anything lasting anywhere – he continued speaking.

- The finance committee and the national defense committee have adopted this project [SAFE] [...] one amendment was introduced, which in my opinion is a very important amendment, clarifying that the costs of this project will not be borne by the Ministry of National Defense - said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska at a press conference.

- This is a clear signal that this is additional money for the defense system in our country - she continued.

- A very sad and bad thing happened today. I say this as the founder of the Poland 2050 movement. We walked together for 6 years. I was the one who invited individual groups to cooperate, as well as individual people, specific names. I was the one who personally approved everyone on the election lists, in potentially winning positions, who today are leaving the Poland 2050 club and the party - said Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- I remember the fights I had with coalition partners to ensure a place on the election lists for Piotr Masłowski, for Ewa Szymanowska, for Aleksandra Leo. For others who today say "thank you, we are leaving". In fact, they are not saying "thank you, we are leaving", because none of them discussed it with me, even though I was at the beginning of the path we walked together - he stated.

- What happened today hurts me, it tears my heart apart as the founder of this movement, because I have always been a patriot of Poland 2050 - he added.

- A year ago, I proposed to Rafał Brzoska - greetings, he is in Brussels today, in a few days we will be summing up the effects of our deregulation campaign… - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the "Year of Acceleration" event.

- Let's not think of this as a one-off action. I am very grateful to all those who have engaged in deregulation. It was also a good example for other countries that Poland is indeed a leading place today, but we know well that this is not a one-off undertaking. And that is why we will be building a system of constant, continuous deregulatory pressure on all parts of state bureaucracy and legislation - he announced.

- Poland is also becoming an increasingly attractive place to live, not only for our compatriots who once chose emigration for various reasons, but also for citizens of other European Union countries - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the "Year of Acceleration" event.

- For us, the United Kingdom is usually such a benchmark, for obvious reasons. There the migration stream, mainly for work, was the most powerful, from Poland to the UK. And that's why I observe with such vigilance what is happening in the UK and how the British assess Poland's position and situation in this global competition for the best economy - he continued.

- Poles have genuinely begun returning to their homeland. They've started calculating. No one returns to Poland from the UK or Germany - and this stream has fundamentally reversed in the past year - just because the Polish prime minister calls for it or encourages it. If people weren't sitting down at the table and calculating where life is better, where life is safer, where the future is more promising - these are the main criteria that drive decisions about mass returns to Poland - he stated.

- Unemployment. Recently, there has been a lot of speculation that there are any reasons for concern here. [...] We have the second lowest unemployment in Europe, and this increase, this reading of 0.1 – okay, it might signal a trend, but actually, I see no serious reason to worry about Poland's unemployment rate compared to other economies - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the "Year of Acceleration" event.

- A year ago we were saying, and I repeated it like a magic spell along with Minister Domański: investments, investments, investments. Yes, we felt that the Polish economy, which was gaining momentum last year, was primarily driven by consumption, European funds, and we were very keen on investments, both tangible ones, and also investments in Polish science, Polish technologies, Polish start-ups - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the event "A Year of Acceleration".

- Investments are 4% for 2025 – enough to say "yes, we succeeded" and far too little to celebrate. And that is why I can say with satisfaction that our forecasts – not overly optimistic at all – for 2026, the year of this turbo-acceleration, are close to 10% when it comes to investments - he indicated.

- The Russian-Ukrainian war, the internal situation in many countries that have until now been pillars, a base of geopolitical stability. Despite all these circumstances, the Polish economy, the Polish state, have become – and both the numbers and the impressions, the sentiments, bear witness to this – an oasis of stability and growth - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the event 'A Year of Acceleration'.

- The key, of course, lies in the absolute facts, the data. It is on this basis that I present this – some might say – brazen optimism. But I truly deeply believe that this is not our last word and that Poland will also show unprecedented acceleration this year, 2026, and that what we are proud of today, that Poland is the undisputed leader of growth in Europe, we will impress the world to an even greater extent - he continued.

- Mr. Prime Minister, I accept this challenge. 5 years, 5-6 years to catch up to Great Britain in GDP per capita adjusted for price levels, which is the indicator in which we overtook Japan last year - said Andrzej Domański at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the "Year of Acceleration" event.

- In 5 years, we will catch up to Great Britain - he emphasized.

- A year ago, more or less, we met in this group, in this place. I spoke of a year of breakthrough, that 2025 would be a year of breakthrough in the Polish economy. Admit it honestly, you didn't fully believe it was possible in these difficult times. It has become a fact - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the event 'Year of Acceleration'.

- Just as then I had a certain sense of risk that not everyone would believe me when I spoke of 2025 as a year of investment, breakthrough, another economic leap, so today I can say with much greater certainty that 2026 will be a year of acceleration, and truly turbo-acceleration. Despite the circumstances, despite geostrategic uncertainty, despite dramatic events not far from our borders - emphasized the head of government.

- In two years, we have rebuilt economic stability. We have initiated GDP growth that [...] has worked for Polish families. Poland has returned to the path of development and regained its place in the economic premier league - said Andrzej Domański at the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the "Year of Acceleration" event.

- It is no coincidence that even rating agencies today say that the Polish economy radiates strength. This is a fact, these are the numbers, and everyone notices it - he continued.

- Just as last year we announced a breakthrough year, so 2026 will be a year of acceleration. Poland is already the engine of growth in the European Union today, our contribution to the growth of the entire European Union in 2026 will be greater than the influence of France or Germany, these are the numbers - he further stated.

- This is the sensation of the day today, as you know, so I want to reassure you regarding stability in parliament. Today, a split occurred in the Poland 2050 party's parliamentary club. However, in recent days and hours, both Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz and Minister Hennig-Kloska have assured me that, regardless of the turbulence within their grouping, they will remain loyal to the government, to the 15th of October coalition - Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated at the Stock Exchange during the "Year of Acceleration" event.

- The parliamentary majority, meaning the 15th of October coalition, will remain stable for the coming months and years. Certainly until the next elections, here I wish to reassure you. We have had to endure and have endured turbulent times over this past year, and not just this one - he continued.

- We will be discussing it [the coalition agreement], I think, soon. Yes, that is our plan, to enter as an entity into the October 15 coalition - he continued.

- This year will be a breakthrough year. I guarantee it to our listeners. [...] I can promise that this year will be a breakthrough. That is, these institutions [previously mentioned by Żurek: the National Council of the Judiciary, the Constitutional Tribunal, and the Supreme Court - ed.] will be restored for citizens, the Constitution will function - said Waldemar Żurek in the program “Bez uników” on PR3.

- This will cause cases to be processed faster. If you saw what's happening at the Supreme Court - cascading requests for recusal of neo-judges, everything is stalled there. If you saw how many human affairs the Constitutional Tribunal, this hollow shell that exists today, has resolved, it turns out that these people are taking money for doing nothing - he continued.

- This is probably a good moment to say that the parliamentary club will be called 'Centrum' (Center), because the center is a place where people meet, where they forge good compromises and achieve success. We want Poland to be at the center of our work, the center of our attention, but also because the center is the place where balance is found and counterweights are set to the extremes, which we have had far too many of in Poland in recent years - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference in the Sejm.

As the MP informed, the parliamentarians have a total of 18 declarations.

- It is obvious to us that we remain loyal partners in the October 15 coalition. It is crucial for us to stop being the internal opposition within this coalition. We are a member of it, a substantive participant, and it is extremely important to end the discussions surrounding whether the coalition has stable foundations to continue functioning - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference in the Sejm.

- I have now convinced everyone, and all leaders of the ruling parties are in favor today of recreating the Constitutional Tribunal. […] This year, in my opinion, will be a breakthrough year. We must regain a genuine body, which means creating a new Constitutional Tribunal. And the foundation should be the appointment of these six unfilled judges - said Waldemar Żurek in the program “Bez uników” on PR3.

- I think this is a matter of a month, and we will see these positions filled. I am absolutely convinced of this - he indicated.

- We have just made the decision that we want to form a parliamentary club where we can regain space to work and implement the postulates we presented during the 2023 campaign. This is, of course, an extremely difficult decision for us, but we do not see the space to implement these postulates within the current group, the parliamentary club. You have all been able to read and hear a great deal on this topic recently. This is, on the one hand, a lack of space for dialogue, for partnership cooperation - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska at a press conference in the Sejm.

- Certainly, this is a moment where there is a lack of trust and space for action. The parliamentary club did not convene even once during the last 4-day session of the Sejm. This is the first time in my 10 years of parliamentarism that during a session I have not had the opportunity to discuss and debate current matters and decisions being made in the Sejm with other club members. But we are counting on good cooperation in the future - she continued.

- I wasn't there when the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal were elected, but I believed it was a mistake to elect lawyers who were entirely devoted to the previous system, which was introducing authoritarianism in Poland. I didn't decide on it, I didn't have a vote, I wasn't a government minister at the time - said Waldemar Żurek in the program 'Bez uników' (No Evasions) on PR3.

- Today, we see the Constitutional Tribunal blocked by several individuals who are very closely associated with a specific political option. They cannot detach themselves from that base; they are not good lawyers, but simply hired thugs for a specific party. We've witnessed the circus at the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal with these individuals behaving scandalously, in my opinion, also breaking the law - he continued.

- I have made the decision to resign my membership in Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050 party and from the parliamentary club. I will remain an independent MP. I thank my colleagues from the party for five years of working together. I deeply regret that it is ending this way - wrote Joanna Mucha on social media.

- It's not the minister who invites the president, but the other way around. Today we hear that there is no room for discussion. The president himself recently used a phrase in an interview, calling me a "legal terrorist" - said Waldemar Żurek in the program "Bez uników" (No Evasion) on PR3.

Żurek is referring to Nawrocki's words.

- These are really not words that would lead to a solution to the problem in the justice system. The president seems to have gotten something mixed up here - stated the Minister of Justice.

- As soon as work began on this law, and that one, I said publicly: I am open to a debate with the President, because I know that his signature is needed in the end. Not a single invitation came - said Waldemar Żurek in the program “Bez uników” on PR3.

- We once had a Cabinet Council, which concerned budgetary matters. I greeted the President, but there was absolutely no topic of the rule of law, there was no topic of how to restore the proper functioning of the courts. And throughout all these months, when I said: “I am ready for talks,” but it is not the minister who invites the president, but it must be the other way around. Today we hear that there is no room for conversation - he continued.

- I wouldn't call it a defeat [regarding the KRS Act] because when I took this position, I announced that in such difficult times, we must have different options. I spoke of a Plan B, so I don't know who will face defeat, but it seems to me that the citizens might suffer the greatest defeat - said Waldemar Żurek in an interview with Renata Grochal on the program “Bez uników” (No Evasion) on PR3.

- Because where processes are prolonged, where we don't create an efficiently functioning system for appointing positions in courts, everyone will pay for it. We will pay with protraction, we will pay with compensation, because Poland has a complaint for protraction. Parties use it, court budgets are paid, meaning we all pay later for complaints to the European Court of Human Rights, also for protracted proceedings - he continued.

- So I appeal to the President's people to restrain their emotions a bit. Because when I see how the Head of the Chancellery posts on the internet, I truly wonder if he is in the right place, because indeed, some level is expected from the president, from his people. And when I read them, it is truly below the standard. This is not a substantive discussion - he assessed.

- We don't want to see active politicians in companies, because that is, of course, something that always raises some doubts - said Wojciech Balczun in TOK FM.

- This settlement element, which concerns the past, is also part of our activities, hence the appointment of plenipotentiaries for settlement matters in State Treasury companies, the strategic ones, in order to separate part of this activity from current operations. - said Wojciech Balczun in TOK FM.

- Currently, we have conducted an identification and inventory of all cases that have been sent to prosecutor's offices, all notifications in these key entities, there are a lot of them. There are hundreds of notifications, if we look at all the threads and so on. - he continued.

- Conceptual work is ongoing all the time, of course, it is mainly on the side of the company that owns Polska Press. There is no final decision regarding the form of sale or the search for an investor, of course, various scenarios are being considered - said Wojciech Balczun in an interview with Maciej Kluczka on "Poranek TOK FM".

- A scenario where, of course, this company would come out from, let's say, Orlen's supervision or jurisdiction [...]. There is indeed interest, many potential buyers are asking us what the plan is - he continued.

- This is not the first time, the editor will confirm this, but he knows perfectly well that Błaszczak is talking complete nonsense, because he said one thing about SAFE in November, and something else in February. Someone simply activated him to act against the Polish defense industry, because naturally, the development of the Polish defense industry is in our interest, but not everyone shares this view; we also have competitors when it comes to defense companies, and clearly, some very advanced lobbying is visible here - stated Adam Szłapka on Polsat News's "Graffiti."

- Plan B is such that, of course, the core parts of the SAFE program can be utilized, despite the sabotage of politicians from PiS, which is extremely detrimental to the Polish economy, the functioning of the Polish army, and Polish security. However, it will certainly lengthen the process and make it more complicated, so sabotaging it is simply throwing sand in the gears - stated Adam Szłapka on Polsat News's “Graffiti”.

- The row over the act was provoked by PiS politicians, who, in line with the principle they themselves often invoked, 'the worse the better,' meaning the worse for Poland, the better for PiS, simply want to sabotage it. Why is the act useful? Because it describes the entire process, speeds it up, and provides a full opportunity to utilize the SAFE program - stated Adam Szłapka in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti."

Wednesday marks the first day of the Senate session, during which the agenda will include, among other things, the bill on the SAFE financial instrument to enhance security and deregulatory projects.

The session is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM. Earlier, at 10:30 AM, a press conference will commence with Senate Marshal Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. The topic will be the bill concerning SAFE.
