"When PiS was being formed, when it was building its program, it had a defined platform, and part of that platform is currently under discussion. I would prefer that we, as a party, remained eurorealist, critical of what is happening in the European Union, but at the same time wanting to be a member of the European Union, this element, let's call it, of the broadly understood West, in the classic, good sense of the word." - said Piotr Müller in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- As a long-time spokesperson, you won't persuade me to enter this topic and get drawn into some deeper discussion. What I wanted to say on this matter, I have written and conveyed - said Piotr Müller in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24, when asked about an incident involving Ryszard Terlecki and Sebastian Kaleta.

- I think further discussion on this matter is not needed today, because it stirs emotions within our political camp, and I would prefer us to focus on topics related to the current governmental challenges for Poland and for Europe - he stated.

- You have a problem because the chairman said that if anyone participates in this discussion, they will be suspended from PiS membership rights, so everyone must be silent today and lie low - stated Konrad Piasecki on TVN24.

- And that's very good, because perhaps there were too many emotions, and now these emotions should subside. I think it would be good today for emotions within our camp to subside in this regard, and program discussions should naturally enter the phase of an internal crucible of thought that should emerge - replied the guest of "Rozmowy Piaseckiego," Piotr Müller.

- Yes - Adam Bielan said in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia ZET", responding to the question of "whether President Kaczyński should clean house in PiS".

- I confirm that public disputes do not serve us, just as they probably don't serve any party, and they should end - he continued.

- I have my own opinion on what happened, who provoked these incidents, but I don't want to talk about it publicly. I will save it for the meeting of the authorities of Law and Justice, which will probably take place soon - he continued.

"I'm not aware of any information that we should be indicating a candidate for prime minister now" - Piotr Müller stated in the "Piasecki's Conversation" program on TVN24.

Asked if the current circumstances warranted naming a prime ministerial candidate, he replied: "I don't know if this is the right moment. It seems to me that it's not yet. There are two years until the elections. [...] Two years until the elections is a very long time."

"If it were up to me, I believe it should rather be the second half of this year. But this is a matter of a certain communication timing that someone adopts" - he declared.

- I wish I had such an influence on world affairs, to the point where I could say that I dictate to the United States ambassador what to do and say, but unfortunately, that's not the case - Adam Bielan said on Radio ZET, when asked if there was "no deal" between him, Michał Kamiński, and the US ambassador, and if they were not the ones who provoked the ambassador to break ties with Włodzimierz Czarzasty.

- And certainly, that's not the case in this instance - he continued.

- There is an alternative. It's not as if it's SAFE or nothing. Therefore, under the current circumstances, the conditions that are emerging, namely a specific way of purchasing this equipment, the percentage share of components, the discretion of the European Commission regarding the disbursement of funds or not, I would rather opt for the use of domestic debt instruments, i.e., issuing domestic bonds - said Piotr Müller in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- Here's a comparison that I think will be more understandable to everyone looking at it: it's like they used to say the same about Swiss francs. That it's better, that the exchange rate fluctuation risk is small. And everyone saw how that turned out. Here, the same exchange rate fluctuation risk arises. A long-term issue related to what will happen geopolitically and the burden this places on us - he stated.

- Therefore, it is usually better to take loans in your own currency, if that is, of course, possible - he added.

"I think these remarks were unnecessary, and especially the justification presented by the ambassador. I understand them because, as the ambassador of the United States, he must also look after the good name of the leader of the United States." - said Adam Bielan in Radio ZET, when asked if he was satisfied that the US ambassador had broken off contact with Marshal Czarzasty.

"However, in Mr. Czarzasty's case, there are many other reasons why Law and Justice demands his dismissal [...] primarily his very close ties with the Kremlin." - he continued.

"It's definitely not helping us, but it's Zbigniew Ziobro's individual decision, and I think it's difficult to theorize from here in Poland," said Adam Bielan on Radio ZET when asked if asylum for Zbigniew Ziobro in Hungary harms PiS.

"Zbigniew Ziobro has cancer, and for him, arrest could simply mean a death sentence," he continued.

- I believe that radicalizing our message in recent months, after the presidential elections, has primarily resulted in increased support for Confederation and Grzegorz Braun's Confederation. We've tried that before. Continuing to try the same thing won't yield a different result - Adam Bielan stated on Radio ZET.

- Yes, I don't want to publicly advise the President, he knows best what he should do [...] but if I were him, I would fly - said Adam Bielan on Radio ZET, when asked if President Karol Nawrocki should fly to the Peace Council in Washington.

- It costs us nothing, contrary to popular opinion, membership in the Peace Council doesn't cost a billion dollars; this three-year membership is free, and it is another platform for contact with American authorities and for discussing matters important to us regarding security in our part of Europe - he continued.

- Today, the government is led by perhaps the most anti-American politician in the country, perhaps besides Czarzasty, Donald Tusk. He is a man who for years has been trying, fortunately unsuccessfully, to destroy our bilateral relations - said Adam Bielan on Radio ZET.

- The most important thing now is that we look to the future. There were various exchanges, shall we say, of pleasantries from different sides on Thursday and Friday, and I have spoken out on the matter related to this, Ryszard Terlecki, who is a very deserving person for PiS - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Zero.

- Indeed, if we delve too deeply into these types of conflicts, then in a year and a half, our main opponent, enemy, which is the current Prime Minister Donald Tusk, might achieve a majority of 231 votes. For the Polish economy, for Polish society, where unemployment has grown by 200,000 people in 2 years, this is truly 200,000 tragedies. Then it will truly be a hell that will continue - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Zero.

- That's a terrible argument not to vote for Braun, because this or that ambassador won't like it. We shouldn't vote for Braun because he is a politician whose heart beats in Moscow and with whom it will not be possible to govern, as Jarosław Kaczyński clearly stated - said Adam Bielan on Radio ZET.

- A vote for Braun is de facto a vote for the continuation of Donald Tusk's government, because if Law and Justice does not have enough votes to form a new government, and we will not form such a government with Braun, then Tusk will govern - he continued.

- I know where to quickly get 25 billion PLN. Did you see the announced combined results of the banking sector a few days ago? Profits at the level of 50 billion PLN. What were the average annual profits of the banking sector? 13, 14, 15 billion. Let's assume even 20 billion is a profit for the banking sector that could be called decent. Let's assume there's a 30 billion surplus profit. What did the Minister of Finance do, why did he tax them on such a small scale? I proposed a bank tax that would be tied to the return on capital. We would have 25 billion in the budget - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Zero.

- Szymon Hołownia made his own decision to step down as party leader and run for the position of UN High Commissioner. I can publicly state that I warned him against it, but it was his decision. He is a grown man and is now bearing the consequences of that decision - said Adam Bielan on Radio ZET.

- I warned him not to run for the UN position because he had no chance for that role. I don't know who talked him into it, but it certainly wasn't someone who wished him well - he continued.

- This is the President's decision. I believe that in new formats, we should at least initially adopt observer status; we shouldn't allow ourselves to be excluded from tables that could turn out to be decision-making tables - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Kanał Zero.

- I am not proposing anything to him, there is not much time left until the elections, I don't think Law and Justice would be interested in such a government a year and a half before the elections - Adam Bielan said on Radio ZET, when asked about "tempting" Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and the proposal for him to become prime minister with PiS support.

- Unfortunately, in recent years, and I say this with sadness, it has become apparent that the United Nations is ineffective when it comes to stabilizing the geopolitical situation and what is happening around the world. These instruments have unfortunately been ineffective for many years. This is due, among other things, mainly to the fact that certain countries, and not others, are members of the UN Security Council - said Piotr Müller at a press conference, when asked whether the president should attend the inauguration of the Peace Council.

- As I understand President Donald Trump's initiative, it was intended to be a new type of format supporting the UN's actions, which would contribute to easing disputes in certain parts of the world. I believe it is worth trying to participate in this format because we have nothing to lose by participating in it, by speaking out there alongside a very significant partner, such as the United States - he continued.

- Regarding the SAFE program, I completely don't understand why the government is hiding the list of these agreements, of these entities that would be carrying out these contracts for us. In other countries, these agreements are transparent and public - said Piotr Müller at a press conference.

- I wanted to appeal to all those media outlets that simply want to tell the truth; this is largely connected with a certain goodwill towards the right side. Very often lately, for instance yesterday, such accusations have been made by journalists, even those I know personally, that we are solely preoccupied with ourselves. The reason for this is the recent events, the blockade, which turned out to be highly effective, of various internal, indeed unnecessary and very harmful clashes for both Poland and the party - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- But you must also take into account that our party is truly very active at the moment. However, this is somehow not being talked about. There are, of course, even reports from individual speeches at meetings, there are some isolated mentions, but about the fact that a major operation is underway, there is practically nothing. And hence this appeal to you. One of the most important television stations at the moment, the largest news television station in Poland, claims to be watched by 10 million people. I very readily believe this, but it is truly so powerful that it is worth appealing, so that people know, because it is extremely important - he continued.

- A tour of all municipalities will begin soon, which I believe is also important information. They will know that contrary to what is often claimed, even by experienced commentators, we are preparing a program. We have a program conference every two weeks, and soon the first version of the program, still not ready for public presentation, but internal, will be ready for evaluation and review - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- In some time, probably in the spring, there will also be youth campuses in individual voivodeships. So, if all goes well, in 16. In short, preparations for this decisive battle, the battle for the future of our country, are underway, and I appeal for this, because I can't do anything more here, all these media are completely independent, but I appeal for it to be spoken about - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- Of course, I have no right to forbid anyone anything here, incidents that are dangerous, bad, very bad, but only against the backdrop of the party's general activity, incidents. And this is my request, my appeal to all those who care about Poland, an independent Poland - he continued.

- For an independent and well-governed Poland, meaning one where representatives of a single formation do not participate in governance, I want to state very clearly, because some confusion has arisen recently. There is no question of any alliances with Braun's party - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- This coming Saturday, the fifth convention concerning the Law and Justice party's program will be held in Stalowa Wola, this time dedicated to defense - Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference.

- We will be presenting our program postulates following their formulation at the congress in Katowice - he continued.

- This is a party that is, on the one hand, completely unserious. There are different Lizards and the like there; I think that needs to be said, people, because I don't know if it's a person or just a Lizard. It's hard for me to say. People associated with Russia, pro-Russian, pro-Putin, people whose mental equilibrium might be a problem - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- People who have actually sat in prison accused of espionage for Russia, I'm talking about a certain Piskorski here. And many other people who shouldn't be in Polish public life at all - he continued.

- The fact that we would cooperate with them [Grzegorz Braun's party] would be both compromising and completely dysfunctional. Because remember, the goal is for an independence government to be formed in Poland, because today the issue is Polish independence, but also a very efficient government that can cope in this hellishly difficult situation we have been pushed into by the current government - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- This requires people who are responsible, who do not destroy Polish public life, who do not reduce it to the level of, let's say, some very shabby spectacle, some burlesque performance for an undemanding audience - he stated.

- Regarding the SAFE program, it has two aspects: [...] money [...] and a second one, which is completely different, and it decided our vote. Firstly, the conditionality principle. In essence, this boils down to: if those who govern are the ones we want, meaning essentially Berlin wants, then yes, and if others govern, then no - Jarosław Kaczyński stated at a press conference, when asked about PiS's vote on SAFE.

- This is absolutely unacceptable. It is one of the mechanisms created primarily to push us away [...] from the United States, from those very large Korean opportunities, which would be very harmful for us, simply [...]. In short, not all that glitters is gold - he continued.

- The German plan is becoming clearer, now explicitly formulated by the current Chancellor, by Merz, a plan for German leadership in Europe, as you know, for years already, it was 15 years ago when Minister Sikorski called for this leadership, we have radically different views in this regard - said Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- Germany is the last country in Europe that should strive for leadership, because, firstly, it led to World War II, and before that it had a significant role in leading to the First World War, it has not settled accounts, it has not punished the criminals [...] it has not paid reparations [...] this is a post-Nazi state, that's how it should be described, just as Poland, unfortunately, to a considerable extent, here the case of Czarzasty is a good example, is a post-communist state - he continued.

- Such a state should sit in the corner and apologize for existing, not try to lead - he went on to say.

- We are being offered Poland under the German boot. We reject this German rule. Of course, in my opinion [President Duda] should veto it, but that is of course the president's decision, not mine - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- It was communicated crystal clear by the Prime Minister last week, before the Council of Ministers session began. We are currently still examining the statute, goals, and dynamics of the Peace Council, so for now, there has been no such request from the President for a Council of Ministers resolution granting the President permission to sign an international agreement. We are maintaining restraint for now, but if the President decides to attend as an observer, then as Prime Minister Tusk declared, the government will create all logistical and other conditions so he can carry out such a decision - stated Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.

- The act is not an act on the adoption of SAFE. It is only an act on the creation of a more transparent institutional vehicle for the adoption of SAFE. So, Mr. President, you can veto it, SAFE will pass anyway, and the Polish Army will receive this money regardless - stated Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.

- Mr. Ambassador Berger, you were present in the Sejm during a very important decision made by this Sejm. This refers to a very bad tradition, the tradition of Russian, but often with German surnames, ambassadors attending the deliberations of the Polish Sejm, at very bad moments in our history - said Jarosław Kaczyński in a recording published on social media.

- Please do not refer to this tradition. You have an obligation to know it, because you have an obligation to know the country to which you have been sent by your superiors, and you have an obligation to respect this country - indicated the PiS leader.

- And if you want to be an implementer of a policy of dominating Europe, the European Union by Germany, then I can tell you: this is a very bad path for Europe, a very bad path for Poland, of course, but also a very bad path for Germany - he assessed.

In his opinion: - Germany should look back and ask themselves, did you fulfill what was your obligation after the monstrous crimes of World War II? Did you punish the perpetrators? You did not punish them. Did you pay reparations? In the vast majority of cases, you did not. And therefore, remember: you have great obligations, think about your rights later.

"Today, I have submitted my resignation from membership in Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050 party," announced Michał Kobosko, publishing a lengthy statement.

"I consider these accusations deeply unfair and unsupported." Kobosko strikes at Hołownia...

As read in the MEP's statement: "The final chords in this cycle are the humiliating and highly suspicious events on the path to electing the party leader, the scandalous and illegal attempts to blow up the electoral process within the party (involving two ministers and the heads of the PL2050 Parliamentary Club), and the unacceptable blackmail during the electoral process, including threats to expel several MPs from the Club by the former party leader."

"I consider the massive wave of hate and threats directed against the whistleblower, an MP from the Club, who dared to reveal this internal coup planned for early January, a very serious matter. Less serious, though also publicly noticed, is the personal attack by the former leader on me, accusing me of betrayal, comparing me to Brutus. For what? For daring to meet with the Prime Minister, the leader of the governing coalition, of which Poland 2050 is still a member. Not with a leader of a hostile camp, not at night, not in secret – but officially, during office hours, at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. I consider these accusations deeply unfair and unsupported. Their presentation indicated a deepening crisis of leadership and leadership within the party," Kobosko assessed.

In June 2024, after being elected the sole MEP for PL2050 in the European Parliament and at Szymon Hołownia's explicit request, I resigned from my role as a member of the party's National Board. My role as First Deputy Leader was taken over by Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, promoted by Szymon Hołownia. As it quickly turned out, the Marshal handed over the reins of the grouping entirely to the Minister. From that moment on, the party was effectively privatized by the Minister and her circle of associates, most often individuals who simply owed her positions in central and regional administration," he indicated.

"Poland 2050 has become a one-chair party, with the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Pełczyńska-Nałęcz."

"The party's finances became highly opaque, and we received information about tens of thousands of zlotys paid out monthly for unknown, unverifiable purposes. Attempts to conduct a financial audit proved unsuccessful, and further doubts raised in this regard were ignored and downplayed. The party's communication began to be exclusively a tool for promoting Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz's actions and often incomprehensible, strongly socialist program ideas of the Minister, which were not consulted with anyone in the party," he continued.

"The party's National Board, the body responsible for managing the organization, was rendered powerless, and decisions were made outside the normal and acceptable procedure. Poland 2050 lost its programmatic distinctiveness and became a party of positions – and for the past six months, specifically a one-chair party, the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz," he emphasized.

"It's no wonder that voters had enough. Our members and activists also had enough, who in conversations with me alarmed that the party was collapsing, that they were not informed about anything, that they learned about the actions of their own grouping mainly from the media, that the party headquarters stopped caring about them, and they no longer had any arguments to convince sympathizers. And worst of all, even the most loyal began to leave us, recognizing that our party had failed completely," we read.

One could say that the disgrace with the annulled elections on January 12, 2026, is a logical finale to such an internal election campaign. A campaign of a party that was supposed to be about new politics, about people and their problems – and became an example of old and corrupt politics. Not my politics," he assessed.

"The new leader's first personnel decisions indicate an increasing lowering of standards."

"What will happen next with Poland 2050? I have no good premonitions, and after the events of recent months, I have lost hope that there is a chance for changes within the grouping to which I have dedicated the last years of my life. It appears that Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz and Szymon Hołownia will continue to lead the party together as they have for the last 1.5 years and will bear full responsibility for its fate in this form. I respected and respect the Minister's choice as the new Leader. However, democracy and civilized principles of operation within an organization cannot end with the election of a new leader. The new leader's first personnel decisions (including, among others, re-appointing to the position of Secretary-General a person publicly compromised by the scandal surrounding the animal shelter in Sobolewo) indicate an increasing lowering of standards," he indicated.

Kobosko thunders about an "attempt to introduce dictatorship into the party."

"However, the events of the last week surrounding the Parliamentary Club of Poland 2050 are not just a lowering of standards, but a great scandal. The Club Leader, fearing his deserved dismissal, for several days of the Sejm session, violated the Club's regulations by refusing to convene the Club immediately upon a written request from a group of our parliamentarians – all to extend the period of his now purely illusory power. Since functioning like this in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland is not possible for long, a meeting of the National Council of the party was hastily convened, in the middle of the night, with 2.5 days' notice (contrary to the party's Statute) for Saturday, February 14, 2026. This council was given one task: to cement the status quo, i.e., to remove democratic mechanisms in the organization. A draft resolution was prepared to freeze personnel changes in the Club and party until March 21, 2026. This resolution passed by only one vote – and solely thanks to the fact that the current Leader and her appointees blocked the possibility of filling two vacancies on the National Council that arose after the elections to the National Board. Today, we learned that thanks to this resolution, not only the parliamentary club leader will gain impunity in the Club and party, but also the deputy leader, who has been convicted by a final court ruling."

"I unequivocally call such actions, proposing and voting for such a resolution, an attempt to introduce dictatorship into the party. How does this differ from the standards of Orbán or even Lukashenko? I don't find many differences. There too, they talk about unity, building community, confronting anarchy and troublemakers – while simultaneously depriving people of basic rights and dignity."

Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz wants to make Prime Minister Donald Tusk a hostage of her actions. She wants to scare and blackmail him. I hope the Prime Minister will not yield to such blackmail, and that the coalition will survive and become even stronger, without destabilizing elements."

- The President is right that he is interested in my contacts, which is why the President asked the coordinator of the special services, Minister Tomasz Siemoniak, and Minister Tomasz Siemoniak responded twice on this matter. He responded once in the Sejm, and a second time at the National Security Council - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said in an interview with Monika Olejnik on "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.

- I will defend the Polish soldier, I will defend Polish sovereignty, I will defend values, I will defend Polish dignity, and I will not back down from this, which doesn't mean I want to offend anyone; if someone felt offended, I apologize - he went on to say.

- I will take care of relations with the United States; I will do everything to improve them. But do you really think that the primary element blocking relations with the United States is Włodzimierz Czarzasty sitting here? - he added.

- Objectively, it's a problem [the situation within Poland 2050], primarily a mathematical one. This is because at each of our clubs, this majority is, so to speak, defined. Even if, from what we hear, Poland 2050 splits into two clubs, then [...] we don't yet know what the numbers will be in each one. There are too many question marks, and too much of an unserious atmosphere accompanies all of this - said Piotr Zgorzelski in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- We have sent this bill back to the President for amendments twice. Why? Because it does not indicate the funding sources for this bill and does not specify how much this bill will cost - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24, when asked about the "freezing" of presidential bills, including the one concerning the reduction of energy prices.

- In my opinion, it will cost 50 billion annually. I have a question for Mr. President: where would you want to get these 50 billion from? Would you want to take it from national defense, or would you want to take it from hospitals, or would you want to take it from social matters? Please say so, that's my only request - he continued.

- The President asked me if, regardless of the words he used, not wishing to offend him, I would "unblock it." So I will tell you, Mr. President, this: stop blocking senselessly. - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on TVN24.

- If you block, for example, 180 billion zlotys for the Polish army, I will not understand it. I will not understand if you do not sign the KRS bill, because due to you, I had to announce a competition for the KRS based on a bad, PiS law. - he continued.

- I listened to Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at the National Security Council. He was brilliant. He was great. He showed all the things we simply have to buy - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24.

- Then Domański came, who showed all the financial aspects. All of them. If the President doesn't sign this [bill on SAFE], then in my opinion, he understands nothing beyond what he needs, I don't know, I simply don't understand it - he continued.

- We have a war abroad. We have a chance to get PLN 200 billion for the purchase of tanks, planes, all sorts of things, combat vehicles [...] at 3%, we won't be repaying the principal for 10 years - he went on to say.

- These are our coalition secrets [what to do in case the president doesn't sign], but let's hope that the President will suddenly come to his senses and sign it. This is for the Polish Army, damn it - he added.

- Law and Justice is not the Polish Army, and if there's a war, Law and Justice won't get into tanks, only the Polish Army will, and we need to take care of this Polish Army, their honor, their security, their equipment - he emphasized, after the host pointed out that the president would oppose PiS by signing the bill.
