- A person is born male or female, and if there are any disturbances, it is one per mille of births, and partly these are physical matters, so-called hermaphroditism, and partly psychological, but this must be diagnosed and by proper medical examinations, and currently through fashion, because fashion can impose anything on people, leading to situations where in some countries around 20% of young boys have doubts about their gender. This is simply pure madness. It has already appeared in Poland, but it doesn't yet have such wide-reaching effects, such a broad scope - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Skarżysko-Kamienna.
