- This year's budget obviously does not include such a billion. Poland has many very significant financial needs, expenditures that are a priority. At the moment, there isn't even a decision on whether Poland should join such a council. Very thorough analyses are needed, including those of a legal nature - said Andrzej Domański on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach".
