Budget Bill Reaches Presidential Office. Bogucki Confirms

The budget bill arrived at the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland today. This is the only act for which, according to the provisions of the Constitution, the President of the Republic of Poland does not have the right of veto - informed Zbigniew Bogucki.

- President Karol Nawrocki, in accordance with the law, will make a decision regarding the budget within 7 days. The President of the Republic of Poland may sign the budget bill or refer it to the Constitutional Tribunal, either after signing it or without affixing his signature - he emphasized.

Do Kancelarii Prezydenta RP wpłynęła dzisiaj ustawa budżetowa.

Jest to jedyna ustawa, wobec której w myśl zapisów Konstytucji, nie przysługuje Prezydentowi RP prawo weta.
