- The [PiS party] is completely unfazed by Zbigniew Ziobro's asylum. It's perfectly obvious, unless someone doesn't want to believe certain things, believes propaganda whose level of falsehood is no worse than in the Stalinist era. In Poland, Mr. Ziobro, the minister, simply cannot count on a fair trial, and that is beyond any discussion - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- All these changes that have recently been implemented in the justice system, and under both ministers, of course they have been radicalized by the current minister, lead to the judiciary no longer being a judiciary in the proper sense of the word. It is simply an appendage of the executive branch - he continued.

- We met today on a very specific matter, a very specific, and at the same time very important one. It concerns Port Haller, the plan to build a new port near Gdańsk, which would, however, be part of the entire complex of Gdynia, Gdańsk, and this new port. A port that will be located in a place that is exceptionally conducive, because a port related to the construction of a nuclear power plant must be built there anyway, and at the same time, it is a well-connected location, a place where this construction can be carried out quickly and easily, and it will be a port focused on certain types of cargo - said Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- I spoke about the troubles concerning Nowa Nadzieja, because the social Darwinism of this group is something that is not only unacceptable to us, but it is an absurdity in Polish conditions. However, when it comes to the national formation, the most representative person is usually Marshal Bosak, then here, of course, we are ready to talk - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- Yes, we indeed believe there is such a need, but I elaborated on this thought yesterday. I clearly stated that Mr. Braun's formation absolutely cannot join this union, let's call it that. It is as if it is beyond the boundaries of what is acceptable in our civilization, a civilization to which we Poles also belong, so it's a no from the outset. However, this does not mean we will not persuade those who currently support this formation to change their minds, not to waste their vote, and not to effectively support Tusk, because a vote for Braun is essentially a vote for Tusk at this moment - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- He should be here today in the Polish Sejm, elected by Polish citizens, serving them, not sitting in Hungary. He was elected by Polish citizens. I have a truly great, enormous sympathy for both candidates and for how their journey has looked.
