At 3:00 PM, a two-day Senate session will begin. The planned agenda includes expressing consent for the appointment of members to the Fiscal Council, as well as considering eight bills.

- The Polish army is gaining the capability to see through clouds, regardless of the time of day or weather, in such a way as to be able to observe enemy forces and to conduct precise targeting, meaning aiming at the highest possible level, which is a world-class level - said Cezary Tomczyk in an interview with Grzegorz Kępka on Polsat News' "Graffiti", when asked about images from the Polish satellite.

- 25 cm, which is the size of an A4 sheet of paper, is the resolution of this satellite. This means we are able to observe everything from space at any time of day or night, in any weather, with an accuracy of up to 25 cm on the Earth's surface. These are the capabilities of Poland's first military satellite today, one of three that have already been contracted by this government - he continued.

- This is an absolute Copernican revolution, there is no doubt about it, because the Polish army has not had such capabilities until now. [...] The satellites that have been put into orbit [...] are a sovereign capability of the Republic of Poland, meaning all red buttons, plugs, and capabilities are in Poland, just as the service center is in Poland - he went on to say.

- No [it is not a failure], it is a certain consequence of actions, and let's remember that because Poland declared from the very beginning that it has no intention of sending troops to Ukraine - said Cezary Tomczyk on Polsat News, when asked about Poland's absence from the peace talks on Ukraine in Great Britain.

- As Poland, we are generally considered among the European countries as one of the biggest winners in this discussion about the migration and asylum pact - said Marcin Kierwiński on “Gość Radia Zet”.

- We have delivered 100% of what we agreed upon with Poles and 100% of what we promised. Prime Minister Donald Tusk spoke about this – that there will be no relocation of immigrants and no relocation - Marcin Kierwiński continued.

- For us, the relationship with Ukraine should be one of the most important [...]. I believe that a meeting simply should have happened here. On what terms, let the presidents of both countries decide. I believe this is primarily for President Zelenskyy and President Duda to determine, but I believe that good will is most important here. - The presidents of Poland and Ukraine simply should meet, this is quite obvious. Both Lech Kaczyński, Bronisław Komorowski, and Andrzej Duda conducted a very active policy in this regard. Duda, de facto, is somewhat like Andrzej Duda at a certain stage. He probably still has a lot to learn, because it seems that this relationship is not that important to him - he continued.

- Next week, I plan to visit Washington with my colleagues. It will concern various topics, including security matters. Although I won't hide it, one of the topics will also be Poland's participation in the G20, which is the significant outcome of the September 3rd visit - said Marcin Przydacz on TOK FM morning program.

"First of all, let's remember that military conscription has not been abolished, only suspended. [...] Secondly, let's remember that as long as there is a situation where, within the framework of voluntary basic military service, which is taking place, we have an adequate number of volunteers, we do not need to return to this discussion," said Cezary Tomczyk in Polsat News, when asked about the reintroduction of compulsory basic military service.

"Of course, as I said, conscription is suspended. If at some stage the government decides that its reinstatement is necessary, then that is exactly what will happen. At this stage, where we are, there is no such discussion," he continued.

- Cryptocurrencies today are beyond any state control, and Russia, Russian services, but also the mafia, are using cryptocurrencies for cashless transactions in a way to bypass, for example, special services - said Cezary Tomczyk on Polsat News.

- This is very dangerous, primarily from the perspective of every Polish citizen, who must take into account that a saboteur [...] can use these funds, cryptocurrencies, in a way unnoticed by the state, if we do not quickly introduce a law that regulates this - he continued.

- We want to bring this law back into legal circulation, if not today, then in the coming days, obviously, we need these solutions - he further stated.

- We would like to discuss this as part of deregulation [another proposal to reduce the health contribution], but this also naturally requires a discussion among all coalition parties, because it is one of those topics that needs to be ironed out, as there must be a parliamentary majority - stated Adam Szłapka on TVP Info.

- This will be a proposal from the Left [regarding cadastral tax], a parliamentary bill. According to my information, there is no agreement within the government at this stage, so it will not be a government project - stated Adam Szłapka on TVP Info.

- Yes, there were phone calls, of course - said Marcin Przydacz on TOK FM's Morning Show, when asked if there had been direct telephone contact between the Presidents of Poland and the United States between September 3rd and today.

- We are in ongoing contact with the Ukrainian side. We are discussing the possibility of a meeting, a specific date. Yesterday, President Zelenskyy indeed publicly expressed his readiness to come to Warsaw, thus responding positively to the invitation extended by President Duda - said Marcin Przydacz in the TOK FM morning show.

- I believe this meeting can happen relatively quickly, but as with any presidential engagement, a convenient date for both sides needs to be agreed upon. In recent days, and I think for the next few days, I will be primarily working on this - he indicated.

- Although, as we all know, not only the date is important in the context of this conversation, but also its content and specific agreements, both in the area of regional security policy and bilateral matters that are on the table, on the agenda of relations between Warsaw and Kyiv. We want to achieve some progress in these difficult matters as well - he continued.

- I think a meeting with Minister Sikorski will happen, but we were rather planning such a meeting because it will also concern the paralysis of the Polish foreign service, which Minister Sikorski caused, and I think the holiday period or post-holiday period... - said Marcin Przydacz on TOK FM's Morning Show.

- Probably post-holiday, when perhaps the emotions will also subside somewhat and Minister Sikorski will stop attacking the Presidential Palace so aggressively. As the Prime Minister indicated: - So now we say this: please do not disturb anymore and please allow this bill to pass, thanks to which cryptocurrency market participants in Poland will be safe, or at least safer, because generally, cryptocurrencies, the main value of this phenomenon is not some 100 percent safety.

- However, what is the task we have accomplished and are repeating the same effort for, is to make the cryptocurrency market in Poland safe from the perspective of investors, especially small investors, and from the perspective of the state's interests - he stated.

- As I have mentioned this publicly, in our official register of companies operating in the cryptocurrency market, in the Katowice register, there are over 100 entities directly linked to Russia, Belarus, and former Soviet Union states - Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated during a Council of Ministers meeting.

- In reality, this construction [of the nuclear power plant] will be able to get going fast, and that already in December. We have secured the financial resources. As you know, we are talking about a total of 60 billion zlotys, but already in December, meaning this year, the first 4.6 billion zlotys in treasury securities, which we have secured together with the Minister of Finance, will be transferred to the interested entity - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a Council of Ministers meeting.

- I must admit honestly that my department is conducting an analysis, and there are currently 4 variants [...]. - If someone wants to shift the Overton window to the right and has such a mission, then it is justified and okay. But this is not something that will lead to us ever seriously facing what to do with this 300 billion of new debt, how to spend 5% of GDP on the army, how to reform the healthcare system so that money doesn't leak out. What to do so that the courts start working again, […] so that Poles want to invest and develop businesses in Poland. What to do so that electricity is available at affordable prices in the long term - he continued.

- This is real politics. This is what we focus on, this is what we want to deal with. And this is probably the fundamental difference between us and Grzegorz and his broadly understood team - concluded the Confederation politician.
