Around 12:30 PM, a press briefing by the Sejm Marshal will be held.

Żukowska on the invitation to the Presidential Palace:
Our stance is rather distant.
- We have always had good relations with the Polish People's Party (PSL). I respect the PSL's decision. They have had a different political line than us for a long time, because they are a different political group. We are consistent in what Marshal Czarzasty outlined in his address, saying that Karol Nawrocki can expect, this is of course a journalistic term, a marshal's veto in relation to his legislative projects - stated Anna-Maria Żukowska on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden".
- Therefore, our stance is rather distant, the PSL's stance is a bit different. But I think it's good that different groups differ from each other, and everyone can evaluate and choose the one they feel closer to - she continued.

Petru:
Hennig-Kloska Can Reach Agreement with Those Who Feel Defeated
"I believe Paulina Hennig-Kloska is a person who can reach an agreement," said Ryszard Petru in an interview with Karolina Lewicka on "Poranek TOK FM."
"And generally with these people [...] with those individuals who acknowledge that they feel defeated," he continued, when asked if this applied to Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz.
"You'd have to ask her [...] she's not known for a level of conciliation that I would expect, nevertheless, perhaps so, we'll see. [...] It's difficult for me to predict how a given person will behave after they win, because people also behave differently when they win," he went on, when pressed on whether Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz is capable of reaching an agreement with the defeated if she wins.
08:18
Żukowska on her meeting with Nawrocki:
I wouldn’t want to be put in such a situation…
- I don’t like to be put in a situation where I don’t entirely know what will happen, I don’t know in what capacity I am invited, what I am invited for, what I might potentially commit to - stated Anna-Maria Żukowska on TVN24’s “Jeden na jeden”.
- I wouldn’t want to be put in a situation, for example, where the president has a conversation with me and then refers to it, saying why are you submitting this or that bill, after all, I told the Madam Speaker that I won't sign this, this, and this - she continued.
08:20
Żukowska on Poland 2050:
When I read some of their statements, I don't know how these people intend to cooperate further.
- I'm keeping my fingers crossed, yes, that something can be put together [in Poland 2050]. I understand that the election date has already been decided, January 31st, and that's that - stated Anna-Maria Żukowska on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden".
- When I simply read some of their statements, I don't know how these people intend to cooperate further, frankly. I can't imagine it. There's some aversion, hatred towards each other, that it's hard for me to imagine them working together in one party, great, let's go, let's hold a convention, I don't know, let's go out into the field, let's talk to people, let's tell them what our plans are for Poland - she continued.
08:22
Bryłka:
It's a good initiative by the President that he wants to talk with club representatives. I'm surprised KO doesn't want to participate in such a meeting.
- It is a good initiative on the part of the President that he wants to talk separately, even with all representatives of parliamentary clubs and circles. This is a good opportunity for an exchange of views, but also for seeking opinions from each side. I am surprised why Civic Coalition does not want to participate in such a meeting, because after all, the President is coming forward with an initiative for such talks and any dialogue to simply take place - said Anna Bryłka in “Bez Uników. Rozmowa Polityczna w Trójce” PR3.
08:23
- We primarily want to discuss KSeF, the threats we see in this entire system, which is coming into effect in just a few days. Here, we also want to present our point of view to the President in this context, but these are generally our current topics that we deal with on a daily basis- said Anna Bryłka in “Bez Uników. Political Conversation on Trójka” PR3.
08:24
Żukowska on Poland 2050:
There are people who share our values.
- There are people [in Poland 2050] who, certainly when it comes to political views, are closer to the ideas that are more strongly emphasized in my club. They don't [signal it] directly, but I think they are waiting for the election results to be decided, and I am also waiting for them, but I will absolutely not pull anyone out of the fraternal club of the ruling coalition - stated Anna-Maria Żukowska on TVN24's "One on One".
- There are such people, absolutely, whose statements indicate that they share our values. We will see what happens. I don't want to persuade anyone - she continued.

Petru Apologizes for Public Squabbles in Poland 2050:
Level of Spading Each Other in the Sandbox.
- There have been too many emotions recently, especially since the invalidated second round - said Ryszard Petru on TOK FM.
- I apologize for that. I believe too many nonsensical statements have been made in recent weeks, and I feel a bit ashamed of how things have turned out. I'm ashamed that all of this has simply devolved to the level of spading each other in the sandbox - he continued, when asked about public squabbles within Poland 2050.
08:29
- This week, the Council of Ministers adopted a document outlining the goals and tasks of Polish foreign policy for this year. Details will be presented in the exposé on February 11th, to which I cordially invite you - wrote Radosław Sikorski on social media.
- Lifting the veil of secrecy, I am presenting 5 priorities of our work - emphasized the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
W tym tygodniu Rada Ministrów przyjęła dokument o celach i zadaniach polskiej polityki zagranicznej w tym roku. Szczegóły w exposé 11 lutego, na które już serdecznie zapraszam.

Petru on MPs Ready to Leave Poland 2050 with Hołownia:
There are a maximum of 5 such people.
- I don't think anyone is leaving; I definitely haven't met 15 MPs who would want to leave this coalition - Ryszard Petru said on TOK FM.
- According to my estimates, there are a maximum of 5 such people - he continued, when asked about 13 individuals who "are very closely linked to Szymon Hołownia and would be willing to risk a journey into the unknown" with the party's former leader.
08:36
- Here, both sides should show goodwill and propose a candidate who is acceptable to both. I believe there are candidates in Poland who would be acceptable to both sides, and it's not as if this should be an ambassador for the president or the prime minister, or Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski - said Anna Bryłka in "Bez Uników. Rozmowa Polityczna w Trójce" (No Evasion. Political Conversation on the Airwaves) on PR3.
- This should primarily be an ambassador for Poland who will rise to the occasion, especially on security matters, and we need a good ambassador in the United States. It's known that Bogdan Klich is not the best candidate; I also do not support this candidacy and acknowledge the arguments of Bogdan Klich's opponents - Anna Bryłka continued.
08:40
Petru on Hołownia:
If he decided not to run, he must accept the consequences.
- That's why elections happen periodically, so that there is a refresh. If Szymon Hołownia decided not to run, then he must also accept the consequences - Ryszard Petru said on TOK FM.
- I understand that he has this trait of talking about his emotions to the media, and as a result, we then comment on it. I understand that he is no longer running - he continued, after the host pointed out that "in the final stretch of the election campaign, he did want to continue leading."
- It's not that I don't want him [...] no, no, it wasn't like that. I was at that National Council. The National Council said there should be a second round, period. Not that someone doesn't want someone - he went on to say, responding to the host's words that Hołownia claims the National Council told him they didn't want him.
- There were no grounds. [...] This is nothing personal. It doesn't concern Szymon Hołownia at all. The first round of elections took place, and the second was invalidated - he added, when asked about Hołownia's desire for new elections.
08:50
Bosak:
President's Consultations with Party Leaders Should Be Monthly
- In my opinion, the President should not consult with party leaders in an exceptional mode, but such consultations should happen, for example, every month. And not with each one separately, but with all of them together. I see no reason not to invite the leaders of parliamentary groups - said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.
08:53
Petru Responds to Hołownia's Words:
I Never Wanted to Create Ryszard Petru's Poland 2050.
Ryszard Petru was asked on TOK FM about Szymon Hołownia's remarks concerning him: "If someone wants to be in Ryszard Petru's party, let Ryszard Petru create a party that he builds and successfully leads," "I have very ambivalent feelings about some of the actions taken by Ryszard Petru, and I hope [...] that after the elections [...] there will be time to discuss whether he truly feels fully at home [...] in our party.".
"I am very flattered by these words because they indicate that I have done something incredible, though I don't know what yet," Ryszard Petru said.
"Given that Szymon has my phone number, we can talk at any time; I would be happy to hear what these accusations are," he continued.
"I never wanted to create Ryszard Petru's Poland 2050, because only a founder can have their name in the party's name, and then the one who wins must move towards a more collegial management system, rather than an authoritarian one, or, I don't know, something slightly feudal," he went on to say.
09:01
- Pressure formulated by foreign diplomats on Polish politicians regarding what should happen in our domestic policy is unacceptable and should not be accepted by Polish politicians - said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Conversation" on RMF FM.
- However, what you said, to some extent, is made plausible by public statements by Jarosław Kaczyński formulated at meetings with PiS voters - where he is currently traveling around Poland and speaking about it in a very similar way, without directly citing diplomatic sources, but speaking about security policy with the States - he stated, referring to the change in the narrative of the PiS leader regarding Grzegorz Braun.
- I believe that the resonation of the narrative of foreign diplomats by Polish politicians during speeches and meetings with voters is something improper, which excessively elevates the role of foreign ambassadors to the role of governors. I believe this should not happen - he assessed.

Czarzasty on Financial Sanctions for Ziobro:
The First Element of the Procedure Has Just Been Implemented.
- Since yesterday marked 7 days since the minister had the opportunity to justify his 18th absence from Sejm sessions, and therefore, in accordance with the Sejm's Rules of Procedure, after these days passed, I have sent, and am sending today, January 29th, a letter to MP Jarosław Urbaniak, the chairman of the Committee on Regulations, MP Affairs, and Immunities, a motion, information that these absences have occurred, and a request to address this matter - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press briefing.
- Mr. Urbaniak, based on Article 22 of the Sejm's Rules of Procedure, the committee is obligated to consider my motion and pass a resolution, or not, regarding reprimanding the MP, admonishing the MP, or censuring the MP. At the moment when such a committee takes a stance during a session and conveys that stance to me, MP Ziobro will have time to appeal this decision to the Sejm Presidium. If he appeals, the decision will be reviewed. If he does not appeal, I will present a draft resolution at the Sejm Presidium regarding the loss of his parliamentary diet and a reduction of his salary to 1/10th of its amount, meaning he would receive 1350 PLN - emphasized the Marshal of the Sejm.
- The first element of this procedure has just been implemented, meaning, after the period during which Mr. Ziobro could justify himself, on the next day, which is today, I am sending the relevant motion to the Committee on Regulations. I am awaiting the committee's response. After this response, I will submit a motion to the Sejm Presidium to withhold the diet and limit the salary to 1/10th - he added.
09:07
Bosak:
If I were a fan of Braun's political style, I'd join his party
- If I were a fan of Grzegorz Braun's style of doing politics, I would join his party. Meanwhile, I am the leader of Konfederacja, the National Movement, and through our actions, we are demonstrating what approach to politics we consider responsible, beneficial for our country, our society, and we will continue to do so - said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.
- We will accumulate electoral support, build a good governance program after 2027. As for whether a majority for such governance will emerge, and with whom - truly, no one knows that right now, and we will see after 2027 - he indicated.
09:09
Bosak:
Tusk's Government Has Disappointed Voters, It Needs to Be Changed
- One thing is certain – Donald Tusk's government is ruling poorly, it has disappointed voters. Szymon Hołownia has disappointed voters. Włodzimierz Czarzasty from the Left is not implementing any program, especially not a left-wing one. The Polish People's Party (PSL) is doing what it always does, which is securing various well-paid positions and not implementing any clear program. Polish interests are neglected, and this government needs to be changed – said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.
09:13
- Politicians and journalists are racking their brains to formulate analyses and predictions. However, the situation is much simpler: voters will provide the answer in two years' time as to what they want. And we, as politicians, serve the verdicts of the voters - said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM, when asked about a potential PiS-Konfederacja coalition.
- If there are arithmetic possibilities to form a majority other than the current one - and I believe this is possible, that society will want it - then negotiations will be necessary, and then negotiations, as always in a democracy, will yield a result in the form of a new ruling majority - he continued.
- If Grzegorz Braun brings, for example, 100 MPs to the Sejm and they are needed for a majority, then according to the basics of democracy, other politicians will have to negotiate, regardless of whether they want to or not. If he brings 15 MPs, it's possible they won't negotiate with him. If he doesn't bring any MPs, then this topic won't exist in two years. That's an honest forecast - he continued.
09:14
Czarzasty:
If Anything Needs Clarification Regarding Legislation, I Am at the President's Disposal
- If anything needs clarification regarding legislation, I am at Mr. President's disposal. That's all on this matter. The stance is specific and precise. We will not change our position on this issue depending on who feels like meeting with whom. We have our assessment of the president's actions; since the beginning of his term, the president has adopted the principle of fighting this coalition. The coalition has its positions and presents them very clearly - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press briefing.
09:17
Bosak:
We Have a Better Organized State Than Americans
- There is no simple analogy between the American political system and the Polish one. And that's good. In my opinion, we have a better state system than the Americans. This may surprise many, but I believe we have a better organized state, even though it's a smaller state, it's better organized - said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.
09:32
Bosak Criticizes Tarczyński:
I don't know how, after shooting a man who wasn't aggressive, one can write a comment saying 'good job'.
- I don't have enough time to follow everything they [ICE] do and present a comprehensive assessment. I only receive sensational information about these tragic events, or sensational events where someone died during their operations, was shot. Such situations should not happen - Krzysztof Bosak said in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.
- Well, I don't know how one can write, after shooting a man who wasn't aggressive, a comment saying 'good job'. I don't understand that - he stated, when asked about the post by PiS MEP Dominik Tarczyński.
- In my opinion, no officer serving in the services experiences euphoria seeing their colleagues in uniform in another country who, in my opinion, as a result of a confluence of unfortunate events, shot a man who was probably simply innocent - he continued.
- Such events should always be the subject of in-depth analysis regarding the tactics of uniformed services' operations, and conclusions must be drawn from them - he added.
09:49
- In my opinion, no. In my opinion, these are speculations that have no basis - said Krzysztof Bosak in the RMF FM "Morning Interview," when asked about Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik moving to Braun's party.
When Tomasz Terlikowski pointed out that she was removed from her positions within Nowa Nadzieja for some reason, he replied: - Every party constantly changes its network of plenipotentiaries for electoral districts, for voivodeships, and its presidents. In my opinion, people are drawing excessively far-reaching conclusions from this.
10:55
Sikorski in Brussels:
I will raise the issue of the need to sanction refineries processing Russian oil.
- I will raise the issue of the need to sanction refineries that process Russian oil. In my opinion, this would be a complement to the sanctions we have on the scrap fleet - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference in Brussels, where the EU Foreign Affairs Council is taking place.
11:04
Sikorski:
Discussing an EU Federal Army is Futile Due to Unrealistic Nature; Instead, We Could Create a European Legion
- My opinion is that we promised ourselves this 30 years ago. [...] We have European documents that speak of intervention forces, perhaps around 40,000 soldiers - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference in Brussels, when asked about the idea of creating a 100,000-strong EU federal army.
- Instead, we created so-called battlegroups, none of which have ever been used. Because, in my opinion, they are constructed in a way that does not lead to the possibility of their use - he continued.
- Talking about a federal army is futile because it is unrealistic, as national armies will not merge. However, we could create, what I call a European legion, meaning, to start with, and this is already in European Parliament resolutions, a brigade-sized unit, to which citizens of member states, and perhaps candidate states, could enlist - he went on to say.
- Rules for the use of weapons would be agreed upon, [...] it would be politically subordinate to the Council on Security and Foreign Affairs and [...] would be financed from the European budget. This would not be a force capable of deterring Putin, but there are lower-level threats, such as in North Africa or the Balkans, where we should have the capability for joint action - he added.
- The deteriorating international security situation around Europe makes this idea even more urgent than ever before - he stressed.

Tusk on Births Thanks to the IVF Program:
A New City Has Been Born.
- Something is missing from this map... - says Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording, sticking a note that reads "10,000" onto a map of Poland.
- A new city has been born, 10,000 inhabitants, the size of Ciechocinek. That's how many children were born thanks to the government's IVF program - indicated the head of government.

Confederation Club Leader After Meeting with Nawrocki:
Necessary, but Unfortunately Brief.
- We have had a very necessary, very substantive meeting, unfortunately very brief, as it lasted only an hour, and the Confederation club had prepared at least a dozen points, points that are important to us, but also to Poland - Grzegorz Płaczek said at a press conference after the meeting with the President.
- We talked, among other things, about the future of Polish businesses, about increasingly high electricity bills, about the President's idea and the bill to reduce electricity bills. We talked about health education, which most likely, if a miracle doesn't happen, will enter Polish schools as a compulsory subject. We debated and talked about this topic at length - he continued.
- We discussed draft laws that are on the President's desk. Among others, this concerns NIS 2 and also the law regulating the profession of psychologist. We talked about Ukraine, about the blockade of scrap metal from Ukraine to the European Union, which came into effect in January 2026, and about what impact this decision will have on the future of Polish steel. The situation is very serious, very dangerous, and we wondered what solution we could find here and whether the Presidential Palace could effectively react and help the Polish industry - he continued.
- We also talked about the calendar of mandatory vaccinations, about homeschooling. We considered whether regulations regarding homeschooling should not be referred to the Constitutional Tribunal and whether the CT should address this […]. We also discussed a few things that will remain between me and the President - he listed.
12:18
Confederation Club Leader After Meeting with Nawrocki:
There were, of course, areas that differentiate us.
- There were, of course, areas that differentiate us. Naturally, we have a common denominator – that denominator is a rich and strong Poland, but there are areas where we see things a bit differently. But that's precisely what this conversation is about, so that we can persuade each other, use arguments – said Grzegorz Płaczek at a press conference after the meeting with the President.
When pressed for details, he replied: - We have several different ideas on how to solve problems important to Poland. Sometimes Konfederacja would like to do something in a different way, but the goal is the same.
- The Presidential Palace, unfortunately or fortunately, also has other possibilities and can use other tools, and sometimes one would simply wish for something to be done faster, but it cannot be done faster because the law does not allow it. So these differences perhaps did not stem from programmatic issues, but from the method or the idea of how to implement a certain postulate – he stated.
12:45
Czarzasty:
If the President Deems it Necessary and Invites Me, I Will of Course Accept
- I have, if there is a need, if Mr. President deems there is a need and invites me, then of course I will accept that invitation. There is no invitation for now, there are simply unpleasant words from that side. I am an adult. Therefore, I am not offended, I keep my distance, and if there is a need for a meeting on cooperation between the President and the Parliament of Poland, I am open - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a briefing in Zaleszany.
12:46
Czarzasty on the Meeting at Nawrocki's:
I Do Not Agree to Such Set-Ups.
- There is enough confusion in Poland and in the world for us not to have a very concrete stance on such matters. Our stance, PO, meaning KO, is currently similar. We do not attend private meetings. This is politics, responsibility. The agenda was undefined, and social gatherings can be held in a different company. I do not agree to such set-ups - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a briefing in Zaleszany.
14:18
PL2050 Club Vice-Chairman Slams Petru:
We Hear in the Corridors Where You're Headed.
"Stop with these sensations. You're one of the last people in the parliamentary club to know such things. And in my opinion, you're the first one who might jump ship after a defeat. We're already hearing something in the corridors about where you're headed. And there will probably be fewer than 5 of you." - wrote Bartosz Romowicz on X, addressing Ryszard Petru.
The Vice-Chairman of the Poland 2050 Parliamentary Club was responding to Petru's remarks made on a morning program on TOK FM. The politician stated that, according to his estimates, a maximum of 5 people could leave Poland 2050 with Szymon Hołownia.
I pewnie będzie Was mniej niż 5.

Czarzasty in Zaleszany:
No Truth Will Be Obscured.
- We have come here today to the scene of a crime. 80 years ago, a crime was committed here, and on behalf of the Polish state, as Marshal of the Sejm, I want to say this in a loud voice. There is no other interpretation of what happened here in Zaleszany 80 years ago. I want to, with full respect, remember the names of Niczyporuk, Bilewski, Bondaruk, Golonko, as well as Miuk, Sawczuk, Pietruczuk, and many, many other families. On behalf of the Polish state, I want to bow before the residents of Zaleszany, Zanie, Szpaki, Końcowizna, Stare Ucharów, and Wólka Wyganowska - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in Zaleszany.
- It was a crime, people were murdered who did not fight against Poland, who were Orthodox, who, simply according to those who killed them, were different. People were murdered for being themselves. And there is no explanation for it. There is no justification in this matter. This crime bears the hallmarks of genocide. And I want to tell you after 80 years, as the Marshal of the Polish Sejm, that there is no justification whatsoever for this matter. You have endured terrible moments, and your loved ones were murdered. And there is no other interpretation in this matter. And there will be no other interpretation in this matter - he continued.
- I am saying this in the presence of my colleagues from the Polska 2050 club, from Civic Platform, from The Left. But that is not what matters. What matters is that all these people, because they have a heart, because they have a clear stance on this matter, are present here. They are present here and they are telling you the truth. And they are confirming the truth that for many years, by certain circles, was meant to be obscured - emphasized the Marshal of the Sejm.
- It will not be obscured, because every crime should be named, and no truth will be obscured. This is not my first time here. It doesn't matter how many times I've been, although it's many times. I was here when I wasn't a Member of Parliament. Then when I was a Member of Parliament, when I was a Deputy Marshal. Now I am the Marshal. I am here because my heart calls me to be. I am here out of a need of the heart, not a political need. I have visited, I am visiting, and I will continue to visit. I wanted to bow very deeply before you, before the families of all those who were murdered. I also thank the Archbishop for his presence. I had a long conversation with him. We both spoke. We have the same view on this matter. He always did, and the Polish state did not always. And today we have met over the graves of the murdered - he added.

"89% of the SAFE program for Poland will go to the domestic arms industry. That's almost 39 billion euros! What, then, is the cause of this PiS outcry? Ignorance? Or perhaps the fact that they won't be able to embezzle these funds?" - wrote Adam Szłapka on X.

Razem Politicians Discuss Term Limits with the President:
We Asked Him to Veto This Bill.
"The fundamental issue that we wanted to address today in our conversation with the President, and which in our opinion unfortunately has the potential to negatively impact Poland's situation [...] is the idea, primarily of the Polish People's Party, related to the abolition [...] of term limits for mayors and city presidents" - said Aleksandra Owca at a press conference after the meeting with the President.
"Today, in our conversation with the President, we asked him to veto this bill if it passes through the Sejm, if it passes through parliament" - she continued.
16:20
- One of the bills we presented to the President is the bill [...] on free meals for all children in schools - said Marcelina Zawisza at a press conference following the meeting with the President.
- The second solution, this is a cosmetic solution, but one that will truly bring about real change, we are talking about a solution [...] that reduces the number of children in public facilities, so that all public facilities gather children in groups of no more than 18. Today it is 25 - she continued.
- Further projects include an anti-speculation tax, i.e., curbing the ability of speculators to buy up apartments that should serve people for housing - she added.
17:04
- The presidential camp and PiS could decide whether they are criticizing the government for too large a budget deficit or for not being eager to spend a billion dollars on rebuilding Gaza according to the instructions of Presidents Trump, Putin, and Lukashenko. Is logic no longer applicable? - Radosław Sikorski wrote on social media.

- Even the French are stunned. The "Poland Express" is speeding along, and it will accelerate even more soon. Tomorrow, we'll have GDP data for the entire year 2025… - Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on social media.

- The President did not want to drive any wedge; above all, the President invited all representatives of the Polish Parliament, all parliamentary clubs and caucuses for a conversation, for meetings at the Presidential Palace. As we hear from the statements of the participants in these talks, essentially everyone emphasized that these were good, substantive discussions - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on "Three Questions at the End of the Day" on Radio Zet.
- One very important thing that emerged in the statements of essentially all representatives of the parliamentary clubs who were at the meeting with the President today. It was a great opportunity for the representatives of these clubs to present their ideas, needs, but also key threads related to the problems that plague Poles who are voters of these groupings, in order to be able to present a different perspective to the President - the presidential spokesperson continued.

Leśkiewicz:
Nowacka Wouldn't Pass Middle School Civics Exam
- No social gatherings, I see these convoluted explanations from Civic Coalition or The Left, Minister Nowacka said in one program that the Coalition is not accepting this invitation because the President does not have such constitutional or statutory prerogatives that would allow him to meet with representatives of political groups. So, I will say one thing: in the 8th-grade civics curriculum, to pass this subject with a passing grade, a basic knowledge of the constitution is required - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in "Three Questions at the End of the Day" on Radio Zet.
- The Minister of Education, Barbara Nowacka, apparently does not know the primary school civics curriculum, therefore she would fail the Civics exam, hence a failing grade. Article 126 of the Polish constitution clearly defines the competence and institutional placement of the President of the Republic of Poland; the President is the highest representative of state authority who ensures the continuity of power - the president's spokesperson continued.

Says Kosiniak-Kamysz After Ramstein Meeting:
No NATO Without the US, But No US Strength Without NATO Participation Either,
- An alliance without the United States does not exist. There is no NATO without the United States, but there is also no strength for the United States as a global power without their participation in NATO; I also clearly stated this to the commanders – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference after the meeting in Ramstein.
- Naturally, there were many commanders from the United States military, led by General Grynkewich – he continued.

Leśkiewicz:
KO Should Change Its Name. Not Civic Coalition, but Coalition of the Obstinate
- I am unable to understand why the Coalition did not come to today's meeting. One could say that the Coalition should change its name, not Civic Coalition, but the Coalition of the Obstinate, because they are so resistant to cooperation with the head of state, with Mr. President, that at this moment we can say they are ridiculing themselves by not attending such a meeting and showing their true colors- said Rafał Leśkiewicz in “Three Questions at the End of the Day” on Radio Zet.

Kosiniak-Kamysz Criticizes the Opposition:
They Couldn't Secure a Single Euro from the EU for the Polish Army.
- The SAN program is one of the elements of the SAFE project [...]. I think all those who are in opposition today, who were unable to secure a single euro from the European Union for Polish defense companies, for strengthening the Polish army, are today in such a state of agitation, in great emotions - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference after the meeting in Ramstein.
- This is probably jealousy, I think it's worth for them to abandon it, to not get so worked up and stressed about Poland receiving so much money, because that's good - he continued.
- The fact that they are not in power and were unable to organize this money in the European Union, to even devise such a program, I understand that it might annoy them and cause some frustration, but let them be happy that Poland will be safer and stronger - he went on to say.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the Pole in Donbas:
He is a traitor. He must be prosecuted.
"This is treason. He is a traitor. He must be prosecuted, and it is good that a wanted notice has been issued. This is a betrayal of national interest, a betrayal of values, ethos, history, and the future of Poland. Therefore, absolutely, with full determination, no mercy, no forgiveness for such behavior" - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference after the meeting in Ramstein, when asked about the so-called Pole in Donbas who served in the Russian army and for whom a wanted notice was issued.

- For now, there is no pardon request submitted to the President, however, Mr. Adam Borowski is one of the greatest opposition figures, a hero of the fight against communism, a man who didn't really commit any crime, because what he was convicted for, namely free speech, which opposition figures are also writing about in defense of Adam Borowski, absolutely does not deserve a prison sentence - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in "Three Questions at the End of the Day" on Radio Zet.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the PSL Politicians' Meeting with the President:
The Issue of the Status of a Closest Person Was Raised.
- [PSL representatives] discussed several important initiatives, patriotic upbringing, which is an initiative of the Polish People's Party, and the "Active Farmer" program, meaning support for real farmers - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said at a press conference after the meeting in Ramstein, when asked what the PSL wanted to achieve during the meeting with the President.
- Another issue also concerned entrepreneurs [...] just as we blocked a bad proposal regarding an over-standard strengthening of labor inspection, which would have destroyed many employers, and through them, employees, so we will defend jobs, employers, and entrepreneurship; there was a conversation about these matters - he continued.
- The issue of the law on the status of a closest person was also raised [...] we are counting on the President's support. [...] I think that for him [the President], more difficult than the law itself is the part related to the assessment of the regulation's impact, and more the entire context of working on the law and the various environments that were or are mentioned in the impact assessment - he went on to say.
- I hope we will convince him [the President] that the value of supporting 2.5 million people who want access to medical information, want inheritance, want normalcy in this regard, and that this is not a worldview revolution, is not in contradiction with the Constitution, as some of the President's colleagues or advisors try to show him - he added.

The President’s Spokesperson Answers When Electricity Prices Will Be Cut by 33%:
That’s a question for Marshal Czarzasty. If the government cared, perhaps now.
- This is a question for Marshal Czarzasty, not for me, for Marshal Czarzasty. That project to reduce the price of electricity by 33% is in Marshal Czarzasty’s Sejm freezer. If the government cared about Poles paying less for electricity, we might already be paying 33% less for electricity this year, perhaps in January or February – said Rafał Leśkiewicz in “Three Questions at the End of the Day” on Radio Zet.

"I hope that the party that was built on him, thanks to him all the people from that party are in the Sejm, thanks to him they have a stake after a very short time on the Polish political scene in the government, in realizing their program, that all of them will understand that there is no Poland 2050 without Szymon Hołownia, that the whole idea of Hołownia's movement will collapse if he is not in it" - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said at a press conference after a meeting in Ramstein, when asked if, should Szymon Hołownia leave Poland 2050, there would be a place for him on the PSL lists.
"They can swear by reality that there are very strong foundations there, and with all due respect, I would like to approach it, but there is one foundation there, and that is Szymon Hołownia" - he continued.
"One should not reject him and throw him out of the sled, now that he has built all of this, someone else wants to, as it were, seize it without him, without his participation. I wish it wouldn't be like that, I think there is Szymon Hołownia's place in the party that bears his name, not in another" - he went on to say.
20:04
- No - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events), when asked by Marek Tejchman if she would leave Poland 2050 in the event of Paulina Hennig-Kloska's victory.
- If I say I will bet on unity, it means I believe that this reconciled diversity concerns all of us. If it turns out that someone else wins, if Paulina Hennig-Kloska wins, I will also stay in Poland 2050. When you talk about unity, you demonstrate that unity with your own example - she stated.
20:11
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:
I am convinced Szymon will be with us. I will do everything to make it so.
- Szymon Hołownia is a very important person to us. He is the founder of our shared movement. This shared movement belongs to all of us, and I am convinced that Szymon will be with us - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
- I will certainly do everything possible to ensure he is with us, because in unity and cooperation lies our strength and our ability to act for the people - she continued.
20:14
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the Situation in PL2050:
Conflicts Exist in All Parties.
- Conflicts exist in all political parties. It's not like we're the first party... I've seen very different ones. I don't approve. I believe many things have happened badly, but I've also seen various conflicts in different political parties - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.
- They've also appeared within our party, and not just around the campaign, because it's also true that I'm running a positive campaign, and Paulina is also running a positive campaign. Various tensions have arisen, and now we really need to bring things together. We don't have to think identically; we need to act together for the cause and for the people. I believe the cause will unite us - she assessed.
20:21
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Poland 2050:
A Party of the Distinct Center, for Today's Times.
- We are a party of the distinct center. A distinct center is a party that acts for the majority. […] This is a party for today's times, when many forces are positioning themselves in radical positions, and revolutionary solutions are needed that work for the majority - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
- Such a solution is a completely new housing policy, which would not have happened if not for Poland 2050. Such solutions are very much needed today in terms of fairly contributing to the common good. I strongly advocated for a bank tax - she continued.
20:27
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the Meeting at the President's:
It's Good That We Were There.
- Yes, this is also our DNA - Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz said on "Gość Wydarzeń" Polsat News, when asked if it was good that Polska 2050 was at the meeting with the president today.
- I must admit, I hesitated here, because at first everyone agreed, then some coalition partners withdrew. Nevertheless, I believe it was good that we were there. Because it was a constructive conversation about our legislative solutions. We didn't discuss coalition matters, as we decided that coalition matters should be discussed together. However, [we discussed] our legislative solutions, including the draft law on short-term rentals - she continued.
20:37
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:
Poland 2050 Wants to Stay Whole - Together and in the Coalition
"I want, and I think we all want, and the people in Poland 2050 want, for Poland 2050 to stay whole. Whole together and whole in the coalition," said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).
"We have an obligation to the voters that we are in this coalition. We are not to be yes-men. We are to have our assertive vision. [...] We are to bring new quality, but we are part of this coalition, and I will be convincing all my colleagues of this. Although I have a feeling that we in Poland 2050 have absolute unity here, that we want to be in this coalition," she continued.
