At 10:00 AM, Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will visit the 7th Aviation Squadron of the 25th Air Cavalry Brigade, where he will attend a ceremony celebrating the rollout of the first AW 149 support helicopter for the Land Forces Aviation, manufactured on the Polish production line.

Later, at 2:30 PM, the Minister of National Defence will participate in the signing of an agreement between the governments of Poland and the USA for the supply of AIM-120D-3 missile for F-35 multirole aircraft.

- As of now, I know nothing about any additional facts that were supposed to happen, but we'll see what unfolds - stated Adam Szłapka in the "Piasecki's Conversation" program on TVN24.

- The Prime Minister's job is such that he always has to know more and always knows more than other people in the government or administration. That's his position. I'll leave it at that. However, of course, no one probably doubts that accountability has significantly accelerated - continued the government spokesperson.

- The Prime Minister definitely has something very specific in mind in this matter, but I don't have any additional knowledge about it. I will likely obtain this knowledge in the coming hours - he added.

- I don't think much has improved recently. From our perspective, there are a few fundamental issues, perhaps not so much mistakes, because mistakes are often unintentional, but rather bad decisions by the President, for example, the lack of a signature on officer promotions in counterintelligence services - stated Adam Szłapka in the "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

- The President is always informed about all important matters. This stems from laws, and services inform the President, the President's entourage. The President is on the distribution list. If someone says the President doesn't know something, it means someone in the President's entourage didn't read it and didn't pass it on to the President. That's the truth - stated Adam Szłapka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- He can say whatever he wants, but only in his own name. Let him not speak on behalf of Poland, because the Polish government has not authorized anyone to make declarations regarding changes to treaties. I am stating this very firmly because I remember the hysteria that PiS politicians stirred up, claiming that the current government agreed to changes to the treaties - stated Adam Szłapka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- I think it is disturbing that in commentaries concerning this situation, there appears an evaluation of judges' case law, and here I believe it is impermissible for the process of judicial nominations or promotions to involve the evaluation of judges' rulings in ways other than those provided for by law, because higher instance courts are responsible for evaluating judges' rulings, and in certain extraordinary situations, disciplinary courts are. The moment when the executive power, be it the president or the government administration, interferes with the content of judicial rulings, a red light should flash from the perspective of the principle of separation of powers and independence - said Marcin Wiącek in Polsat News' "Polityczne Graffiti."

- I won't hide that I am surprised by this choice [Sweden in the Orka submarine procurement program], but positively surprised. This means I've grown so unaccustomed to the government making rational decisions that yesterday I waited a few hours before commenting, checking if this information wouldn't be denied - Krzysztof Bosak said on Radio Republika.

- I was quietly hoping for the Swedes to be chosen. It seems to me that this is a rational direction for cooperation, but politics has accustomed us to the fact that completely different, non-merit-based considerations often prevail. So, here I am positively surprised - he continued.

- Why do I like the choice of the Swedes? A prosaic reason - because they are close. The Saab Kockums shipyard is in Karlskrona, with which we have a regular ferry connection. This shipyard and the technical university in Karlskrona are currently cooperating scientifically with Polish universities, they employ Poles and have subcontractors from Poland. […] The similar geopolitical situation of Poland and Sweden, a similar perception of risks in international politics, contributes to this cooperation being stable - he further stated.

As he noted: - It's too early for satisfaction, because for now, it's just an indication. And now, intergovernmental negotiations must still be successfully concluded and the contract signed. Here again, experience and skepticism suggest to me that this could still be halted.

- This is not a good moment to introduce this type of [property] tax. I will vote against it. This is not a government project, it is a parliamentary initiative - stated Adam Szłapka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- The assumptions guiding the Ministry of Justice's project, according to which European court judgments must be executed and the status of judges appointed with a certain defect since 2018 must be regulated, as this is already evident in light of the jurisprudence of the Strasbourg court and the Luxembourg court. However, there is some doubt as to how this should happen. I believe that the proposed bill goes too far in this regard, because politicians, i.e., the parliament through legislation, should not dismiss judges from office. In my opinion, one of the paramount principles of law is that a judge's dismissal or transfer to a lower position can occur, but it can only occur based on a court ruling - said Marcin Wiącek in "Polityczne Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- I think this is an inconvenient situation [the ECJ ruling on the recognition of same-sex marriages concluded abroad in Poland] for the Prime Minister - said Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Republika.

- Because the Prime Minister would like to maintain the support of the social majority, and in my opinion, this matter will not have the support of the social majority. It will have the support of the minority that votes for the left or the left wing of the Civic Platform. This matter is inconvenient for the government - he assessed.

- If someone asks me what to do with a ruling from the European Court of Human Rights or what to do with a ruling from the Court of Justice of the European Union, there is only one answer. You have to implement it. Poland is a member of the Council of Europe, Poland is a member of the European Union. Based on a sovereign decision expressed through the ratification of relevant international agreements, Poland has bound itself to the jurisdiction of these courts. Therefore, if signals come from these courts regarding a problem, especially a problem related to the protection of human rights, such a ruling must be implemented - said Marcin Wiącek in “Polityczne Graffiti” on Polsat News.

- This signal, which came from the Court of Justice of the European Union a few days ago, confirms the jurisprudence that has already come to Poland from Strasbourg from the European Court of Human Rights in 2023, and it means that there is a need to create a legal institution, there is a need to regulate same-sex unions and grant same-sex unions specific rights. Both of these Courts have clearly stated in these rulings that this does not result in an obligation to introduce same-sex marriage, both the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the ECJ ruling from a few days ago. It was emphasized there that Poland, in light of these rulings, does not have an obligation to introduce so-called marital equality, but a law should appear, and such projects are already in circulation - Marcin Wiązek continued.

- Poland 2050's obsession with hunters is known to us; I simply don't understand it - stated Piotr Zgorzelski in the 'Morning Interview' on RMF FM.

- I agree with the statement by Minister Klimczak, who said that this project [regarding examinations] should be carefully considered so that it doesn't stigmatize only hunters, but all those who possess firearms. If such a solution is to be introduced, it should apply to everyone, not just hunters - he continued.

- We will [work on the project]; after all, we have an excellent specialist in this area, Ms. Urszula Pasławska, MP [...] she will certainly weigh all the arguments - he added.

- We will give a chance for work on this project, because within the coalition of democratic parties, we have also agreed that projects submitted by our colleagues, even if we disagree with them, will not be rejected in the first reading - he concluded.

- It does not change the legal situation in this matter at all. [...] In the hierarchy of legal importance, the Constitution is supreme, then European treaties, and only then statutes - said Piotr Zgorzelski on RMF FM, when asked about the CJEU ruling concerning the recognition of same-sex marriages.

- And in the Constitution, of which the Peasants' Party was largely a co-author, particularly Article 18 [...] which clearly states: marriage as a union of a woman and a man is under the special protection of the law - he continued.

- This ruling does not affect the legal status of marriage in any way - he added, when asked about his reaction to the verdict.

- I also heard a statement from, here, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who said something to the effect of: nobody will furnish our reality for us. So if a liberal says that, I think he is speaking according to his convictions, and in this case, I am ready to agree with the Prime Minister - he added.

- Theoretically, Polish politicians assured Poles that they had secured exemptions and that there would be no interference in moral affairs. However, it has turned out to be either a deliberate lie or naivety, and at this moment [as a result of the ECJ ruling] we are dealing with an attempt at rather brutal interference in moral affairs. This means Poland is to recognize a legal institution that does not exist in our constitutional order, should not exist, and has no right to. […] This is an attempt to redefine the family - Krzysztof Bosak said on Radio Republika.

- In my opinion, subservience has its limits. We have been organizing the Independence March celebrations for 16 years, not by chance, because we want independence. However, there is another part of the Polish political scene that wanted subservience – they wanted it and they got it. And now they have to think about what to do with it - he continued.

When asked what Konfederacja's plan is, he replied: - Reject it. Recognize that it goes beyond the scope of the treaties and is contrary to the Polish constitution, and stand firm on the ground of Polish constitutionalism.

- Regarding this matter [of same-sex unions], it is the Left [...] who talks, and the Polish People's Party who acts - said Piotr Zgorzelski on RMF FM.

- For 20 years, we have heard rambling and attempts to deny reality when it comes to registered partnerships. [...] It was only the Polish People's Party, which did not have this topic on its agenda and has no obligation to implement it, that submitted a bill on the status of next of kin - he continued.

- We are responsible and effective, and that is why our project, not the Left's, not Civic Platform's, but the PSL's... - he went on to say.

- Now it is already a joint one, but someone wrote it. It wasn't written by our colleagues from the Left, but it was written by MP Urszula Pasławska, whom I've already mentioned, along with experts. It was discussed with the Left, it has the value of a government project, and it will likely appear in the Sejm shortly - he added, after the host pointed out that it was a joint project.

- The assumptions, they are currently being processed by Minister Berk, and I think they will be released by the government soon - he stated, when asked when the project would be submitted to the Sejm.

- Civic Coalition, or previously Civic Platform, has never governed without the PSL. The PSL, however, has governed without Civic Platform - said Piotr Zgorzelski in RMF FM, when asked about a joint start for the PSL with KO in elections.

- If we are talking about the real situation, let's call it by its name. And it looks like this: the Polish People's Party is the third political force in the country, because it is the third parliamentary club, and the second within the coalition - he continued.

- We will be looking at this [...] as a coalition, we generally agree, sometimes we have a different approach. As for today [...] I have a critical stance on this, but I am a responsible member of this coalition, perhaps they will convince us - said Piotr Zgorzelski in RMF FM, when asked about the Left's project concerning property tax and the PSL's position on this matter.

- Such fleecing of people, seeking income in this way, I personally consider somewhat imprudent, but perhaps I am in the minority - he continued.

- Do you know what I would like, Mr. Editor? For both the Prime Minister and the President not to talk about 'fives' [referring to election promises or political slogans], but to high-five each other - said Piotr Zgorzelski on RMF FM, when asked which 'five' he preferred, the president's or the prime minister's.

- One of the reasons, perhaps not the most important one, is that great powers like the United States or even European Union countries know that a great weakness of our homeland is the deep political division - he continued.

- Today, seeing this weakness, in my opinion [...] it is one of the reasons why Poland is excluded from sitting at the main decision-making table - he went on to say.

- We expected this. This is a reaction to the decisions of Minister, Prime Minister Sikorski regarding the closure of the consulate in Gdańsk, so the last Polish consulate in Irkutsk, which plays an important role, as it is connected with history, cemeteries, Siberia, and the Siberians, is being closed. We expected this, it is simply a reaction to our action, although our action was related to the fact that we have no doubts that Russian services are responsible for acts of sabotage, including recent ones, hence the closure of the consulate - Tomasz Siemoniak said at a press conference.

- I view this very negatively, because first the blocking of officer nominations, and then the lack of decisions on decorations for Independence Day. An unprecedented decision, punishing officers who have nothing to do with politics, with any political assessments. This is not a decoration for me or the deputy ministers, but for those who also fight against acts of sabotage, risk their lives and health, stand guard at night, and wait. It is an incredibly difficult, responsible, and risky service - said Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference.

- Denying such individuals state decorations because one has different political views, or a different assessment of the government, is unacceptable, but let the citizens judge whether this is a permissible method in political struggle. I deeply regret this, I know what a stir it is causing within the service, that the president is striking at these people who are on the front lines practically without any justification, without a word explaining why this is happening - Tomasz Siemoniak continued.

- I am going straight from here to a deregulation meeting at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister with Rafał Brzoska. Minister [of Digital Affairs, Janusz] Cieszyński and I will be working today on deregulation concerning the development of the drone industry in Poland. This is an important point today, an important task for me - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- In the afternoon, at the Ministry of Defense, an agreement will be signed for the most modern armament for the F-35, so I also invite Polish Television to this event. Please disseminate this information, because many predicted that this agreement would not happen. I think they want, it's such stupid political behavior, that they wish the government ill, thinking that by wishing the government ill, they are politically spiteful. In reality, by wishing the government ill, they are wishing ill upon these types of purchases, meaning Poland - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- I don't understand the President's decision. I believe that if there are differences of a political nature, differences in the way of acting, they should not in any way affect young people who have been trained, want to serve the Polish state, and want to advance. That's why they train, that's why they improve their qualifications, to get promotions - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said at a press conference.

- We will take care of them in the Military Counterintelligence Service. I am appealing to the President once again to make a positive decision regarding nominations for the first officer ranks. One must not punish young people who want to serve the Polish state through the prism of their political views, their sometimes even possibly reluctance towards the government. We will appeal until the President signs these applications - he continued.

Lech Sołtys will become the new director of the Media Services Bureau under Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty - 300POLITYKA has learned. Sołtys will assume the role from December 1st, replacing Katarzyna Karpa-Świderek in this position.

The new director of the BOM has media experience - he previously worked at TVN24, where he was a producer for programs such as "Fakty po faktach" (Facts after the Facts). In 2024, he decided to change jobs to focus on public relations and public affairs, starting work at the global agency MSL. - Today we are filing a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding the commission of 28 crimes by Adam Bodnar, Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz, Waldemar Żurek, and Piotr Woźniak - Sebastian Kaleta stated at a press conference.

- The Sejm was processing a motion to lift the immunity of Minister Ziobro, however, it turns out that this motion was either incomplete, so to speak, or was simply falsified - he continued.

- Minister Ziobro and Minister Romanowski are accused of allegedly entering into a series of agreements with the Fund for the Help of Persons Deprived of Liberty using improper authorization, and these agreements were therefore illegal, and Minister Ziobro allegedly misappropriated property - he continued.

- The problem is that we have established that a part of these agreements is still being implemented by the Ministry of Justice, the ministry is still disbursing funds from these agreements, and has not questioned their validity, which contradicts the charge that they want to bring against Minister Ziobro - he went on to say.

- So, either Minister Ziobro acted fully legally, which is what we claim, or the prosecutor's office, headed by Waldemar Żurek, was totally inconsistent by not filing a motion to lift the immunity of Adam Bodnar and by not detaining or arresting Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz, who is not protected by immunity - he added.

- If we assume that Minister Ziobro and Adam Bodnar actually acted legally, which we believe to be the case, it turns out that the Sejm was misled by Piotr Woźniak and Waldemar Żurek, who, acting jointly and in collusion, concealed evidence of Zbigniew Ziobro's innocence, as well as evidence of Adam Bodnar's innocence, from the Sejm - he emphasized.

- Mr. Czaputowicz's public activity in recent months indicates that he is very zealously trying to curry favor with the current authorities, and his achievements in our government as Minister of Foreign Affairs were tragic, which is why he ceased to hold that position - said Sebastian Kaleta at a press conference, when asked about the words of Jacek Czaputowicz, who stated that the role of President Karol Nawrocki is that of a "useful idiot."

- He failed in his role, and now, at all costs, as part of his personal revenge, he is trying to voice opinions critical of either the Law and Justice (PiS) milieu or the president - he continued.

"Let Prime Minister Donald Tusk state clearly whether Poland is represented in peace talks by Karol Nawrocki as President of the Republic of Poland, or by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and then President Donald Trump will have a clear vision of who represents Poland's position," said Sebastian Kaleta at a press conference.

"In my opinion, the current Polish government, in conducting foreign policy in this regard, has entrusted our fate to Germany, and they are the party in these negotiations," he continued.

- Yesterday, officers of the Central Anticorruption Bureau entered the headquarters of the Lux Veritatis foundation and, acting on the prosecutor's orders, seized documentation - said Przemysław Nowak at a press conference.

- One of the threads of this investigation concerning the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości (Justice Fund) is precisely the cooperation of this fund with the Lux Veritatis foundation, specifically examining the issue of 7 agreements concluded between 2017 and 2023 - he continued.

- The prosecutor deemed it necessary to secure all documentation to establish all circumstances of this cooperation, and therefore issued a decision requesting the handover of items, resorting to a search if necessary. He commissioned the Central Anticorruption Bureau officers to execute this decision, and yesterday the officers carried it out. As far as I know, the documentation was handed over voluntarily and will now be subject to analysis - he added.

- We have sufficient evidence to press charges against two individuals related to rigging contests, including those for the Lux Veritatis foundation. Not all of them, only some, within, for example, contest number 9, grant contest number 9 of the Fund of Justice – said Przemysław Nowak at a press conference.

- Charges related to this rigged contest have been presented to Mr. Marcin Romanowski, and we intend to present such charges in the form of instigation, meaning to Mr. Zbigniew Z., instigation, which consists of him instructing Marcin Romanowski, to put it simply, instructing him to ensure that the Lux Veritatis foundation wins a given contest and that the money goes to it, for its benefit – he continued.

- The phrasing 'whether she is of interest' is not a legal term, so it is difficult for me to respond directly to it. However, I understand it refers to information from Onet. Yes, we do indeed possess copies of emails between Ms. Kurowska and officials, former officials of the Ministry of Justice dealing with the Fund of Justice - said Przemysław Nowak at a press conference, when asked 'whether Ms. Kurowska is of interest to the prosecution' in connection with the Fund of Justice case.

- The content of these emails is either identical or similar to the emails that were revealed two days ago or yesterday, and indeed we are also investigating this matter - he continued.

- The proceedings concerning the Justice Fund, despite a number of individuals having already been charged and some threads concluded with indictments, are still very complex and multi-faceted - said Przemysław Nowak at a press conference.

- In some threads, there are no charges not because we have concluded them and deemed everything to be in order, but simply because it requires more time, more energy, and more resources to resolve these threads. In other words, to put it in journalistic terms, the investigation is developing - he continued.

- Minister Tomasz Siemoniak is not telling the truth when writing about the President's rejection of award applications for special services officers. These applications are awaiting consideration, but before the President puts his signature under each of them, he wants to meet with the officers leading the special services - wrote Karol Nawrocki's spokesperson, Rafał Leśkiewicz, on social media.

- This decision has been made. A manhunt will be initiated using a wanted notice, which will allow us to use their full personal data and publish their image. Most importantly, however, it will enable us to apply to the district court for a European Arrest Warrant. The decision in this regard has also been made, such a step will be taken, there is no doubt about it - he continued.

- Regarding the wanted notice, it is a technical matter, so it will be today or tomorrow - he added.

Air-to-air missiles, of extraordinary class, of this D-class, in the highest available configuration today, with the consent of Congress and the Department of Defense for Poland's purchase. Poland joins an elite group, alongside the Netherlands and Denmark, for example in Europe, that will be able to utilize these missile systems - the Minister of National Defence continued.

- The President is stubbornly refusing to sign applications for young special services officers for their first (!) officer rank and for decorations for heroes of the fight against foreign sabotage. This is not just an attempt to usurp the government's competencies. This is sabotage aimed at state security! - Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on social media.

"I consider this unserious. I consider it unserious that the Prime Minister is bringing a budget to the Sejm that is short by 20 billion zlotys for the normal functioning of public healthcare and announces that he will take further billions out of this system" - said Adrian Zandberg in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News, when asked about the Prime Minister's suggested latest attempt to lower the health contribution for entrepreneurs.

"This means that he is actually announcing that queues for doctors will lengthen. We will not agree to this. Together (Razem) does not agree that the permanent underfunding and the Prime Minister's lack of courage when it comes to healthcare will result in people losing their health and lives, because that's what it boils down to" - he continued.

- I spoke with Andrzej Duda then about blocking those irresponsible solutions, and I will talk to anyone about blocking irresponsible solutions for which thousands of people will later pay the price with their health - said Adrian Zandberg on Polsat News, when asked about a potential veto by President Duda in case of a second attempt to lower the health contribution for entrepreneurs.

However, I encourage us to do it, and I encourage Marshal Czarzasty in a twofold way, because at one time his party supported this solution, so I understand that they haven't changed their minds on this matter - said Adrian Zandberg in Polsat News, when asked if he was sure that Marshal Czarzasty would address the Together party's bill on school meals.

- I signed the law increasing taxes for banks. It cannot be that the tax burden is borne by the average citizen or small businesses, while foreign corporations or large financial institutions are making record profits - said President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published by the Chancellery of the President.

This is one of 11 laws signed by the President today.

As Nawrocki explained: - In recent years, banks have achieved above-average profits. I therefore considered it reasonable to direct a larger part of these profits towards the state, especially in view of growing needs, including those related to financing the security of the Republic and the expansion of our Armed Forces.

- I think it greatly helps the Confederation when the party that governs today, instead of being able to say "stop" and "no," follows the Confederation on many issues - said Adrian Zandberg on Polsat News.

- When I listen to the statements of leading politicians from a supposedly liberal party on a matter as trivial as the issue of civil registry entries concerning people in same-sex unions, and I hear those words, I see little difference whether it was said by someone from Civic Platform or someone from the Confederation; this is how it ends - he continued.

- I believe that these red lines of Russia and Ukraine are not yet touching at any point. - I have also decided to veto two laws. The first of them is an amendment to the Electoral Code, which provided for the liberalization of postal voting rules - said President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published by the Chancellery of the President.

- In principle, actions aimed at broad citizen participation in elections are correct. However, the unregistered sending of election packages abroad, as stipulated in the act, poses a serious risk because it makes this process dependent on the quality of postal operators' services in many countries - he explained.

He continued: - In the current world, where hybrid threats and interference in the electoral process are real, the lack of full control over the voting process is a serious and unacceptable risk that we cannot undertake. Serious doubts are also raised by the lack of assurance of the secrecy of voting outside the polling station. There is no guarantee that the voter is casting their ballot independently, without pressure from third parties.

- Someone is leading the President into further minefields, because the President, in accordance with the Constitution, represents Polish foreign policy, and does not impose it on the government - stated Radosław Sikorski on TVP Info.

- The second act I have vetoed today is the amendment to the act concerning the taxation of family foundations. The reason for the veto is the opposition to departing from the agreement that the state entered into with Poles by introducing this act - said President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published by the Chancellery of the President.

- When this institution was created, the legislator ensured that the principles of its functioning would not change for a period of three years. Meanwhile, the presented amendment introduced unfavorable changes in the taxation of already established foundations, to which families transferred their assets, in less than two years - he justified.

In his opinion: - This is a violation of the principle of trust in the state, the sole reason for which was and remains the dire state of public finances. The state's objective should be to pursue dishonest entities defrauding and evading taxes, not to attack family foundations.

- We are examining this matter because it is a new development, from a few days ago, and it naturally concerns not only Poland but the entire EU. The ruling confirms that these matters of custom are exclusively within the domain of member states, but not being a European lawyer, as I understand it, it derives from the right to family life and the right of EU citizens to move freely, that if someone has lived for a longer period and established family life in a country where same-sex couples can enter into unions, then their status should also be recognized in some form if they move, and this in some form is the subject of our analyses - stated Radosław Sikorski on TVP Info.

- I want to state clearly that I only use my veto power when the interest of citizens, the transparency of law, and the stability of the state require it. It is the citizens who have entrusted me with this prerogative by electing me in general elections - said President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published by the Presidential Chancellery.

- Three times, along with applying the veto, I presented my own draft laws in the same areas, to show that the presidential veto is not a tool of destruction, but an element of responsible cooperation between state bodies - he emphasized.

- If there is a need, I will submit such draft laws to the Sejm, removing the provisions harmful to Poles that are present in the vetoed legislation - he added.

- I repeat my proposal to the government and Prime Minister Donald Tusk: I invite you to consult draft laws at an early stage of their development. Such action would streamline the legislative process, limit the need to veto flawed laws, and most importantly, serve the citizens - said President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published by the Chancellery of the President.

- The voices of Poles and experts indicate that they expect such cooperation from the president and the government. Therefore, I appeal to you, Mr. Prime Minister, and to you, ministers: let's discuss matters concerning Poles in a substantive manner, with full responsibility for the future of our homeland - he continued.

- As president, I have a constitutional duty to make decisions regarding every law passed by parliament. As he emphasized: - These prerogatives belong solely to the president. Neither the Sejm, nor the Senate, nor the government, nor any other body can make decisions in this area. Although unjustified opinions sometimes arise questioning this obvious principle, my role in the legislative process is clearly defined by the fundamental law.
