Around 9:15 AM - on another anniversary of the Smoleńsk disaster - a statement by the PiS President, Jarosław Kaczyński, is scheduled.

Also today, PiS-organized public celebrations will take place on the eve of the National Independence Day.

At 8:00 AM, a Holy Mass is planned in memory of the victims of the Smoleńsk catastrophe, and at 7:00 PM - another Mass.

At 8:30 PM, the March of Remembrance will begin, followed by the laying of flowers before the monument of Marshal Piłsudski and an address by the PiS President, Jarosław Kaczyński, at 9:00 PM.

- I think that the events of this weekend, and in particular, we know today that the whole matter was somehow set up. How it was set up, we will determine in the future, the matter of Minister Ziobro's arrest. Minister Ziobro had signals that a setup was being prepared against him, because the request was suddenly filed. Initially, there were signals that this request would be considered by the Sejm for several weeks, but suddenly it was announced that it would be considered urgently - said Sebastian Kaleta in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- Of course, I am disregarding the entire institutional mess that Tusk unlawfully created. The forceful takeover of the prosecution, the unlawful replacement of judges, the unlawful replacement of heads of criminal departments, the removal of a significant number of judges in Warsaw, all those promoted or appointed after 2018. Such an entire instrumentarium, so that political will could be implemented in the criminal courts - Kaleta continued. 

- And now what happened? There was a judge ready to issue an arrest warrant in Warsaw, we know his name. Łukasz Malinowski. - Minister Ziobro would end up in custody for seeking a way to transfer funds to the prosecutor’s office for building renovation, or for issuing orders in the same manner as Żurek, or, you know what, this wasn't on TVN, it turns out that the organizations whose funds Minister Ziobro allegedly misappropriated are still receiving money from the same agreements from Żurek and Bodnar - said Sebastian Kaleta in “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

- Currently, we have a multi-faceted, organized system of political repression against the opposition, created over two years, which does not guarantee the reliability of case examination in such matters. [Ziobro] does not plan to appear as long as this system is organized this way - said Sebastian Kaleta in the "Piasecki Conversation" on TVN24.

- There is a forced attempt to attribute criminal activity to specific actions concerning the Justice Fund, at a time when all these actions were legal and in accordance with the law. You probably know this statement, but not all TVN viewers do. In 2018 or 2019, Mr. Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, as the President of NIK (Supreme Audit Office), spoke in the Sejm (Polish Parliament) about co-financing from the Justice Fund and clearly stated that these actions were legal - said Sebastian Kaleta in “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

- The President [...] can only make a decision regarding a pardon once charges have been brought and a trial is underway. The President can make a decision about a pardon at any stage of the process - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia Zet", when asked if the President should pardon Zbigniew Ziobro if he is convicted.

- We are not discussing any decision of the President concerning Zbigniew Ziobro at the moment, because no charges have been brought against Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro, therefore the matter does not directly concern the head of state for now - he continued.

- First and foremost, the Prime Minister should apologize for causing this scandalous commotion that has been ongoing since Friday - Rafał Leśkiewicz stated on Radio Zet, when asked if, as the Prime Minister suggested, the President should apologize to the officers whose officer nominations he did not sign.

- On Friday at 12 PM, the President presented the 'Cheap Electricity - 33%' bill. An hour later, a wave of disinformation began, intended to cover up this good legislative project, where the Prime Minister, firstly, revealed the number of officers who would be nominated for the first officer rank in the special services [...] such information should not be disclosed - he continued.

- The most important thing [...] the Prime Minister forbade the heads of the 4 special services from meeting with the President - he went on to say.

- The fact that Jarosław Kaczyński is frightening people with Konfederacja – and he began to do so very brutally after Karol Nawrocki's election victory – was a dramatic attempt to stop PiS voters from shifting to the right of this formation, meaning to Konfederacja, but also, let's be frank, to Grzegorz Braun's project – assessed Przemysław Wipler in the program “Bez uników” on PR3.

- This is a completely unsuccessful mission, an unsuccessful action, judging by the polls. Jarosław Kaczyński's attacks serve us, they increase our credibility, and people who were afraid to vote for us, because they feared we would be a PiS appendage, a sort of organ donor, a minor helper, have started to believe, thanks to this rather spectacular and strong exchange, that this will not be the case – he continued.

"The President can request information regarding state security in various forms, and what else, if not information concerning state security, are issues of promotion to the first officer rank. It was Prime Minister Donald Tusk who gambled with the honor of these young officers, attempting to politically play the President. Unfortunately, the Prime Minister did not succeed in this" – said Rafał Leśkiewicz on Radio Zet.

"Prime Minister Donald Tusk should meet with the President, or the heads of services along with the Prime Minister should meet with the President and discuss issues concerning security and these promotions within the special services" – he continued, when asked if and when the nominations would take place.

"It's not as if the President refused to sign the promotions to the first officer rank. Please note that in the case of 11 generals of the Polish Army and three generals subordinate to the Minister of the Interior – Police, Border Guard, and Fire Brigade – the President signed such general nominations because there was a normal exchange of information there" – he went on to say.

"The decision lies with Prime Minister Donald Tusk on how he will solve this problem. He himself caused it, so he should now solve this problem by contacting the President" – he added, when asked if this was a public invitation to Prime Minister Tusk for a meeting with the President.

- I cannot imagine a coalition where the current leader of that camp, Jarosław Kaczyński, plays any significant role. This is clear and unambiguous for me - said Przemysław Wipler in the program 'Bez uników' (No Evasions) on PR3.

- With Jarosław Kaczyński in the government or with Jarosław Kaczyński holding any significant state function, that is the first thing - he specified.

When asked if they would accept Kaczyński as the party leader but not as deputy prime minister or prime minister, he replied: - Accepting and tolerating are two different matters.

- Sławomir Mentzen has shown and continues to show that he will not be an easy partner for anyone in politics – said Przemysław Wipler on the program "Bez uników" (No Evasion) on PR3.

- Absolutely yes - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on Radio Zet when asked if Karol Nawrocki is the leader of the Polish right.

- Karol Nawrocki is the leader of all patriotic circles, he is primarily the President and Head of State, so it is natural that, holding conservative views, he is also the leader of the Polish right - he continued, when asked if Jarosław Kaczyński is not such a leader.

- It concerned public statements by Jarosław Kaczyński, who, in reminding Sławomir Mentzen of his illness, that is, autism spectrum disorder, or so-called Asperger's syndrome, said that he should first get cured of it and only then can he engage in politics - Przemysław Wipler said on the program “Bez uników” (No Evasions) on PR3, when asked about Mentzen's statement that “Kaczyński is not only a liar, but also a boor”.

- In a situation where this is incurable, where these are people functioning differently than us in many respects, better in some, worse in others, if someone wants to exclude Sławomir Mentzen in such a way, and incidentally says that hundreds of thousands of Poles who have this condition should hide, not leave their homes, not be active, then that is rudeness. Speaking in such an exclusionary way from a medical perspective - yes, that is rudeness - he assessed.

- This situation is exceptionally difficult, very concerning for all patients. [...] Without a doubt, this situation worries the President, and without a doubt, the President will expect the government to resolve this matter, and above all, to find funds to cover hospital debt - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on Radio Zet, when asked if the President intends to intervene regarding the difficult situation of hospitals.

- This is not ruled out at all, because the situation is currently dramatic; after less than two years of Donald Tusk's governance, hospitals are in ruins - he continued, when asked if the President would like to meet with the Minister of Health or convene a Cabinet Council regarding the situation in healthcare.

- Of course, the implementation of the liberal reform program at the turn of the 80s and 90s is causing people to die en masse in the streets of Poland, right? The facts are that we have become the 20th largest economy in the world, introducing only a fraction of what we should have introduced when it comes to liberal changes during the transformation - said Przemysław Wipler in the program 'Bez uników' (No Evasion) on PR3, referring to Jarosław Kaczyński's criticism of the Confederation's 'Social Darwinist' economic program.

- It's as usual. On one hand, the police are not performing their duties, because they have an obligation to manage counter-demonstrations, if one can call it that, because it is in fact the action of Putin's agents here and should not be tolerated at all. But even if it were a normal demonstration, it should have been kept at least 100 meters away - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during another so-called Smoleńsk anniversary observance.

"In today's Poland, the law does not apply"

- Of course, this is not happening. In today's Poland, the law does not apply, and we learn about this every day. And the saddest thing is that the people who allowed Poland to be robbed for 8 years of billions, tens of billions of zlotys through VAT, fuel taxes, alcohol taxes, these people today dare to accuse those who bought, for example, combat fire trucks for Volunteer Fire Brigades or supported other social initiatives - the PiS chairman continued.

"The End of This Time Will Come, and True Justice Will Arrive"

- This, one could say, is the essence of the current situation and what we experience every month. It seemed that it could be somehow controlled, but alas, the police are protecting those who placed a disgraceful wreath with a disgraceful inscription, which is nothing more than Putin's propaganda, agent activity, brazen agent activity. But I assure you that the end of this time will come, and true justice will arrive, and hold onto this hope and remember one thing. They are resorting to all sorts of methods right now; the law, in effect, no longer applies, it has been abolished - Kaczyński stressed.

"These are mockeries of the law"

- The activities of the current Minister of Justice are simply a mockery of the law, and the activities of Tusk and this gentleman are also a mockery of society. All these meetings with Żurek, etc., etc., are nothing more than an appeal to the worst, most miserable, most pathetic, most worthless part of our society - he said.

"We have a treacherous and foreign power"

- In every society, there are such people, but they in no way can be the basis of not only good but even bad power. They can be the basis of treacherous, foreign power, and that is the kind of power we have in Poland today, but we will win - the PiS chairman concluded.

- I accuse Donald Tusk of attempting to unlawfully deprive me of my freedom - a judicial setup! After my immunity was revoked on Friday evening, the decision to arrest me was to be made by a rigged "on-duty" judge, Malinowski - an exceptionally politicized activist of the extraordinary caste - Zbigniew Ziobro wrote on social media.

- Tusk and Żurek orchestrated all of this. Previously, by violating laws, they dismissed independent court presidents, removed judges who "didn't fit" from criminal divisions, and changed heads of divisions and section managers. And to ensure absolute certainty, they also eliminated the random assignment of cases. That's why Tusk wrote ten days ago, with complete certainty, that I would end up in detention - emphasized the former minister.

- Żurek kept his promise - they can now freely arrange their "trusted" judges. And imprison anyone on a single phone call, keeping them behind bars for even two years. They planned a "spectacular success," with live TVN coverage and TVP "in liquidation." But Tusk failed again! - he added.

- On Thursday, President Andrzej Duda, or on Friday, he presented a bill on a 1/3 electricity price reduction. Ladies and gentlemen, this is an incredibly systemic and coherent bill that shows the financing, presents solutions, and says it is possible - said Waldemar Buda at a press conference.

- This coincides with January 1st, when electricity prices are to be unfrozen [...] so the time until the end of the year is clearly the time when we should enact this law. And unfortunately, at this moment, as of today, this bill does not yet have a Sejm print, it has not been assigned a number, and there is no work schedule for this project to enact it as quickly as possible - he continued.

- We appeal from this place to immediately begin work on this project. [...] It is a great, excellent project. We know the government would not be able to prepare one like it. The President has fulfilled his commitment, presenting a bill ready for enactment 93 days out of the 100 he promised. We don't even see room for significant amendments - he added further.

- We are now going to the Marshal's office, to his cabinet, with a request to immediately register this project and initiate the entire legislative process, the entire legislative chain, from which we must start, meaning to present it at the next session - he added.

- President Jarosław Kaczyński would never have allowed himself to make remarks concerning personal matters, including health issues, and he certainly did not mean that. However, I have no doubt that Sławomir Mentzen exploited this situation, this statement. He exploited it to attack President Jarosław Kaczyński - said Waldemar Buda at a press conference, when asked about Jarosław Kaczyński's statement regarding "certain deficiencies" that Sławomir Mentzen is said to suffer from.

- That is how one should interpret this aggression; he is searching, overinterpreting these statements to have a pretext to attack. We are talking about deficits in the sense that Sławomir Mentzen has been in politics for some time now, but he hasn't presented his program - he continued.

- He acts as a reviewer and a lodge of mockers in politics, but he doesn't talk about how to do something for the benefit of Poles, he only says that everyone until now in free Poland has done things wrong. So we ask: how would you have done it, Sławomir? - he went on to say.

- The President is a conservative and represents the entire conservative movement in Poland. - We have two important dates coming up in the next few weeks. Firstly, on November 13th, the European Court of Human Rights will announce its ruling on the accessibility of legal abortion in Poland, and we will see what this ruling entails and to what extent it will differ, or perhaps introduce new elements, compared to existing case law. - When I heard these words, I don't think the President meant to attack Sławomir Mentzen's illness. I don't know [what he meant], but I don't think it was about the illness. Such words were not said. This is an overinterpretation in my opinion – he assessed.

- It’s a bad situation that there is no presidential signature on the nominations and promotions to the first officer rank. This is a routine situation. I send dozens of applications for promotion to the first officer rank for officers of the Polish Army. It doesn’t seem to me that anyone has ever required consultations on this matter, some in-depth analysis; it involves completing a course, studies, and then a nomination, which should follow, not to say automatically, but very smoothly - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info’s “Question of the Day”.

- Certainly, President Karol Nawrocki is in regular contact with leaders of both PiS and the Confederation. It is a fact that we are talking with them - said Adam Andruszkiewicz on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

When asked if Nawrocki is also in contact with Grzegorz Braun, he replied: - I know nothing about such conversations and meetings. I don't think they have taken place recently.

- I would be unfair if I said so. Just as I am very critical of the non-signing of nominations for officers in the services, I cannot in any way state that the President is exceeding his competencies. In peacetime, the supreme command of the armed forces on behalf of the President is exercised by the Minister of National Defence. I have no problems with regulations, with the President or anyone from his entourage adhering to the constitution, all laws - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info's “Pytanie Dnia” (Question of the Day).

- On November 6th, we announced [the 'wGotowości' program], and it's only the evening of the 10th. Around 15,000 people have already signed up, and there are also waiting lists for spots in specific units, especially in larger cities. So, this pilot program is also giving us answers on how to construct the overall program that will launch in January - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info's 'Pytanie Dnia' (Question of the Day).

- The situation we are discussing took place two weeks ago. For the first time in the history of the Third Polish Republic after '89, the heads of services refused to meet with a democratically elected Polish president - said President Karol Nawrocki in an interview with Danuta Holecka on the TV Republika program 'Gość Dzisiaj' ('Guest Today').

- I did not intend to be petty like the Prime Minister, and I considered that this situation of refusing to meet with me, it was clearly stated that it was on the orders of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, should not be part of public discussion and debate - he continued.

- The heads of services did not come for a conversation with the president, nor to determine what the next promotions to the first officer ranks should look like. However, the Prime Minister went a step further, he decided to say it publicly, which was very irresponsible. I hope the Prime Minister will draw consequences from this, and that this is the first and last time he resorts to Twitter politics around security issues, leaving me no opportunity to also respond publicly to this - he continued.

- I don't know who it concerned, I invited all four heads of Polish services [...] I invited the heads of services a week in advance [...] I did not receive information as to why they didn't come, only after some time that Prime Minister Donald Tusk forbade them. Of course, I leave the heads of services to their conscience, let them consider in their hearts whether a high-ranking officer of the Polish state behaves in such a way, by refusing to meet with the President of Poland, but I think this situation should never have happened - he added.

- I am waiting for an apology and for the heads of services to appear before the President of Poland, to also discuss officer promotions - he emphasized.

- Professor Cenckiewicz was not supposed to participate in this meeting. It was a meeting, which the heads of services knew about, between the President of Poland and one advisor whom they know perfectly well, without the participation of Sławomir Cenckiewicz - said President Karol Nawrocki on TV Republika.

- Not because I believe that Sławomir Cenckiewicz is not authorized to participate in such a meeting, because he is, but precisely in this meeting, the participation of Professor Cenckiewicz was not foreseen, so this is such an inappropriate, I would say, excuse that is intended to further inflame public opinion - he continued.

- Professor was not supposed to participate in this meeting - he added.

- This isn't my first time participating in the Independence March. It's my first time as President of Poland, of course, but I've been to the Independence March many times, both on my own and with my wife Marta. It is a very special event, a place where all Poles can unite in celebrating the white and red flag, in their attachment to our values, our identity, celebrating November 11th - said Karol Nawrocki in "Gość Dzisiaj" on Telewizja Republika.

- I saw families with children there [at the Independence March], I saw people who are attached to cultivating Polishness. Of course, in such a large crowd, in such a large gathering, as everywhere, there are various incidents, they happen. But it is certainly not a march of fascists, but a march of proud Polish women and men - said President Karol Nawrocki in an interview with TV Republika.

- Regarding the park in the Lower Oder Valley, I had a very good constructive meeting with representatives of Poland 2050, with the minister, a meeting lasting nearly 2 hours. Until the very end, I was considering what decision to make on this matter. However, there are issues that go beyond environmental protection; there are issues related to Polish development, to Polish inland navigation, to Poland's security, and to a certain economic clash, which is evident on a partnership basis, but still an economic clash with our western neighbor - Karol Nawrocki said in "Gość Dzisiaj" on Telewizja Republika.

- We had a very beautiful two-hour discussion. Representatives of both supporters and critics of these solutions participated in this discussion. I made this decision with full awareness, not as an opponent of national parks. Even for me, it would have been a certain honor to sign a law that grants Poland another national park. However, there were so many doubts that I made this decision with full awareness and after a good constructive conversation - Karol Nawrocki continued.

- Regarding the veto right, the president does have such a right. In Poland, we have become accustomed to the president essentially being, perhaps, a notary of certain solutions in the Polish parliament. This is a confusion of certain systems; there are democracies, and my fellow presidents from other countries whom I meet – I recently had a longer conversation about this with the President of Greece – those elected by parliament, not directly in presidential elections, indeed do not use the right of veto very often, or at all, because they are accountable to the parliament that elects them. We in Poland have a president elected in democratic elections - said Karol Nawrocki on "Gość Dzisiaj" on Telewizja Republika.

- There are no 'neo' or 'paleo' judges in Poland; there are judges of the Republic of Poland who received nominations from previous presidents and continue to receive them from the current one. Such actions will be met with my firm and decisive reaction - stated Karol Nawrocki on "Gość Dzisiaj" (Guest Today) on Telewizja Republika.

- This is obviously an unserious narrative [that a pardon for Ziobro is ready], it needs to be dismantled. I cannot pardon an innocent person, firstly, and secondly, Minister Ziobro has not yet been convicted. Thirdly, decisions on pardons, which I will also be making in the near future, will certainly be preceded by an analysis of each pardon request. Therefore, there is nothing to discuss today. One cannot pardon an innocent person - said Karol Nawrocki on "Gość Dzisiaj" on Telewizja Republika.

- What is happening today with public finances is terrifying, our liabilities and the state of the Polish budget are simply the responsibility of the Polish government - said President Karol Nawrocki on TV Republika.

- It's hard to be surprised by this [...] the Minister of Finance says that the essence of his existence in politics is actually revenge, not concern for public finances, so I recommend the Minister of Finance to rather deal with the Polish budget, not revenge and political theatre - he continued.

- I see these billions disappearing from the National Health Fund, this issue deeply concerns me. I am considering convening a Cabinet Council at the beginning of the year dedicated precisely to the situation in healthcare. We cannot leave patients to fend for themselves. This is, of course, a consequence of the dire state of public finances, which is reflected in all spheres of social life - stated Karol Nawrocki on Telewizja Republika's "Gość Dzisiaj."

- Today we are facing a situation where independence is indeed threatened. I want to believe, deeply believe, that this is just one day, November 11th, that the next one will be better in this regard, but there is no democratic Poland, independent without an honest state, precisely a democratic one - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the celebrations on the eve of the National Independence Day.

- There is no independence without the rule of law, and more precisely, referring to today's time, without law, because today we are dealing not with the violation of the rule of law, but simply with the non-recognition of law in many cases, and it is the government doing it - he continued.

- I believe that these conservative forces in Poland, [...] that the conflict between these forces is not good for Poland - said President Karol Nawrocki in an interview with TV Republika.

- External forces, both from the West, specifically from Germany – there's no point in hiding it, Germany, which at this very moment, one could say almost directly, I'm referring to the current Chancellor, is tearing off the smiling mask they've tried to wear for years or decades – and of course also from the East; as for Russia's role, I don't think anyone has any doubts - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the celebrations on the eve of the National Independence Day.

- The fact is that if things continue this way, if we agree to it, we will truly become a German-Russian condominium until the end, we will not be an independent state; this is an obvious matter today, and there is only one question: how to oppose it. How can Poles, those who are patriots, who want a free Poland, who have a sense of national dignity, national belonging, and national dignity, say 'no', an effective 'no' - emphasized the PiS leader.

- We need a strong Polish state, a very strong Polish state, we need good governance, a good government, not the one we have today, because it is precisely its implementation, it is leading down this path - he added.

- We need national unity, but the unity of Polish patriots. Polish patriots. Those who speak today, because it is precisely today that the question and the answer referring to patriotism arise, that they will never cooperate with those who rule Poland today, that they will never acknowledge that people who are clearly dependent on external centers can lead Poland - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the celebrations on the eve of the National Independence Day.

- This is the basis today, but the forces that hold such a view must unite; this is the only way to victory, to overthrow this system, because today we can speak of a system, of the construction of a new dictatorial system, and to create lasting safeguards in Poland against this ever happening again - he continued.

- Poland must be independent, must be free, must be the homeland of Poles, and we must treat Poles this way. And we must educate youth and children to grow up as Poles, so that this illness that has plagued us for the past decades is finally cured - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the celebrations on the eve of the National Independence Day.

- I believe that it will be so, I believe that Poles have strength, have faith, and all that is a condition for victory. And I hope there will be no shortage of those who will lead this. I believe that victory will come, that this present time is just a difficult but short illness, that we will be healthy - he continued.
