At 1:45 PM, the second reading of the government's deregulation bill is planned, which will allow heirs to electronically submit applications for entry into the land and mortgage register through notaries. At 2:30 PM, the first reading of a government bill to simplify tax regulations concerning accelerated depreciation is scheduled. The proponents state this will "positively impact greater investment opportunities in municipalities with high unemployment.".
At 3:45 PM, the second reading of the government's bill to ratify the Investment Protection Agreement between the European Union and its member states, on the one hand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the other hand, signed in Hanoi on June 30, 2019, will commence. Subsequently, at 4:15 PM, the first reading of a government bill aimed at accelerating proceedings in "francophone" mortgage cases and reducing the burden on courts, while maintaining full compliance with CJEU jurisprudence, will take place.
Between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, a recess in the proceedings is planned. Following the recess, the first reading of the government's draft amendment to the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means will begin. In practice, this concerns adapting Polish law to the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA). This item is expected to conclude by 8:30 PM.

A speech by the Minister of National Defence is planned.

Szłapka:
Voters Will Judge Us Not on Celebrations, But on Our Work
- I think the anniversary is being celebrated primarily in a spirit of work, because there is something to be proud of, but our main task is to work, not necessarily to celebrate, because voters will judge us not on celebrations, but on our work - stated Adam Szłapka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
07:35
Szłapka:
2 Years Before Elections, PiS Had Over 40%. Now the Situation is Significantly Better
- Compared to the elections exactly 2 years ago, KO has grown. On average, it has grown significantly, by a few percentage points - stated Adam Szłapka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
- I will remind you of the polls from 2021, approximately two years before the elections, at that time PiS had over 40%, a few percent over 40%, so now the situation is significantly better - he continued.
07:38
Szłapka:
People Like to Complain About the Authorities, I Understand That. I Also Wish Many Things Were Better
- Government assessments for very many people are… People like to complain about the authorities and I understand that. I also always complain and I also wish things were better. I also wish many things were better and what I think people see is that the coalition is difficult and complex, with many elements. But that is an element of democracy - stated Adam Szłapka in the "Piasecki Interview" on TVN24.
07:46
Szłapka Embarrassed After Piasecki's Question About What the Government Did to Lower Inflation:
For example, market credibility issues.
- No, that is… A series… For example, market credibility issues, issues related to European funds. These are the things that influence… Market credibility? The fact that investors are present, that a large part of economic development is driven not only by consumption but by investment, these are things that… [Investments] are growing for us - stated Adam Szłapka in the "Piasecki Interview" on TVN24, when asked what Donald Tusk's government has done to lower inflation.
- You will recall how the Monetary Policy Council (RPP) at that time, incidentally absolutely on political orders, because we remember how Glapiński operated, acted regarding interest rates. Well, yes, but at that time, specific actions were taken so that credit issues would be dealt with just before the elections, specifically to lower prices... That's how it looks [that the RPP deliberately acted to increase inflation]. But inflation is lower, simply. Economic growth is higher - the government spokesman continued.
07:49
- The last poll I saw showed Civic Coalition leading PiS by 5%. The OGB poll appeared yesterday. And the average poll shows us with about 1.5 to 2 percentage points of advantage. And this is the current polling picture. I don't know in what format the Left, PSL, or Poland 2050 will go into the elections. There are still 2 years until the elections. Coalitions, configurations can be different. The goal is not to lose a single one of these percentage points – stated Adam Szłapka in 'Conversation with Piasecki' on TVN24.
07:51
Szłapka:
Kaczyński's Nightmare from Many Years Ago is Coming True
- I see that Kaczyński's nightmare from many years ago is coming true. Only there's much more than just one grouping between him and the wall - stated Adam Szłapka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
07:59
Czarzasty:
Personal Changes Cannot Be the Dominant Topic Halfway Through a Term
- I agree with President Aleksander Kwaśniewski [...] that it cannot be the case that the dominant topic halfway through a term [...] is a personnel change in one, two, or three matters, which, incidentally, was written into the coalition agreement by adults who were aware of what they were signing - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on "Poranek TOK FM", when asked if he was tired of the topic of changing the Sejm Marshal.
- I am not tired [...] but it simply should be concluded, it should happen [...] I truly have the impression that this is not the most important issue for Poland - he continued.
08:00
Szłapka:
No Government Reshuffle Planned in the Near Future
- No government reshuffle is planned in the near future, as we know. It has already taken place, as we know. If the Prime Minister wishes to announce something, he will announce it - stated Adam Szłapka during "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24,
08:05
Czarzasty on Buczyńska:
She Voted for Me Once Two Years Ago. I Haven't Changed in Any Way.
- Regarding Ms. Buczyńska, the MP: she will do as she sees fit. Incidentally, she voted for me once two years ago. Two years ago, my role in history and my life didn't look any different, because over these two years, I don't recall anything bad or exceptionally good happening, therefore I haven't changed in any way - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TOK FM.
08:08
Bogucki on the Coalition Government’s Mid-Term:
We Don’t Know if There Will Be Four Laps, Looking at How It’s Cracking There.
- You, Mr. Editor, mentioned a third lap. Firstly, we don’t know if there will be four laps, looking at what’s happening in the coalition, how it’s cracking, what conflicts there are on various levels - said Zbigniew Bogucki in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News’ “Graffiti.”
- And secondly: it would be good if there weren’t these four laps, because every month, every quarter this government operates is bad for Poland - he continued.
08:10
Czarzasty:
I Know Who Forms the Coalition and That I Shouldn't Meet at 1 AM with People Who are Unworthy in Various Matters, I'm Talking About Bielan
- I know what I have to do, I know how this Sejm should look, and what is important: I know that I represent the coalition. I know what this coalition has to do. I know what the role of the Marshal of the Sejm is - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on TOK FM.
- Without dwelling on any past decisions, I know who forms this coalition and I know that I should not be meeting at 1 AM with people who, I will be honest, are in various matters, I believe, unworthy, yes, I'm talking about Bielan, who is currently probably being investigated, his activities by the prosecutor's office - he continued.
- I guarantee peace and stability - he added.
08:17
Czarzasty on Civil Partnerships and the Legislative Process:
I hope we'll close this matter this year, I'm even sure of it.
- Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and I decided [...] that we must start this topic and finish it this year - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TOK FM.
- I hope we will close this matter this year, I am even sure of it. Whether the President will sign this [civil partnership] bill, I do not know - he continued.
- I know that my duty, my dog's duty as one of the leaders of the left-wing formation in Poland is to do everything to end this legislative, Sejm process this year, and we will do it - he went on to say.
08:18
Bogucki:
Even its own voters no longer believe this government
- These promises, which were supposed to be fulfilled, 100 in 100 days, turned out to be a big electoral lie. A lack of credibility here - President Karol Nawrocki spoke about this yesterday at the Social Dialogue Council - strikes the entire political class - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
- Poles do not have trust, they are losing trust in their state, primarily of course in the government. And the president wants to rebuild this trust. Because a strong state is a state that citizens believe in - he continued.
- Even voters no longer believe this government. Because, as polls and statistics show, 2.5 million coalition voters are no longer voters. Those who voted on October 15, 2023, would not vote for the coalition today - he pointed out.
08:19
- I can't rule it out, but the probability is what it is. Everything depends on what happens on the political scene this autumn and spring next year. What will happen in 2027 if this coalition lasts until the elections, if its term is full, 4-year. There are many unknowns - said Przemysław Czarnek in the RMF FM 'Morning Conversation'.
- It was very pleasant for me, I absolutely don't deny it, but please note what and how Prime Minister Kaczyński spoke, he introduced all the speakers on Saturday and spoke one by one, saying prime minister, prime minister, this deputy prime minister, but they say prime minister, there's still Przemek, who wasn't prime minister, but maybe he will be. Nothing special - continued the PiS Vice-Chairman.
- I already have that nickname - he added when asked if they don't already call him “Mr. Prime Minister”.
08:20
Czarnek:
I Really Like Bąkiewicz and What He Does
- I really like Robert Bąkiewicz and what he does, despite all his expressive statements - said Przemysław Czarnek in the RMF FM "Morning Conversation".
- I wouldn't say that - he added when asked about Bąkiewicz's words about "pulling out weeds".
08:25
- This time has not passed. This is what differentiates President Nawrocki from Prime Minister Tusk: we – or the President and we on his orders – will deliver all these promises, and the 'program 21' – said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
- Of course, sensible partners are needed for this. Whether such partners will be found in the Sejm – we do not know. But I assure you that this act concerning the reduction of energy prices is being processed in the Chancellery of the President, and such solutions will be presented at the appropriate time, certainly before the deadline [100 days] has passed – he stated.
08:26
Czarzasty on Razem:
No other party is as close to us. It's the same for them, they just can't quite say it.
- I would advise the Razem party to be more open, show more empathy, more feeling, and more open hands, and more [...] calm - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TOK FM, when asked about the Razem party closing the door on a joint start with New Left in the elections.
- I always ask the Razem party this question [...] first, I'll say this: some work, others criticize. The question is: what is the alternative to this government? - he continued.
- There is no enemy on the left, there is no other party that is as close to us, apart from PPS and the Labour Union. In my opinion, it is the same for them, they just can't quite say it, but there will be a time for everything - he went on to say.
08:30
A 'One' for the Government, a 'Two on Rails' for Kosiniak-Kamysz; Czarnek Assesses the Government:
Just Two Years Until Elections, That's a Positive.
- A 'one,' of course - said Przemysław Czarnek in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM when asked what school grade he would give Donald Tusk's government.
- It's already two years and only two years until the elections, that's definitely a very big positive, perhaps one of the few, if any I find. In a certain way, the actions of Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, also perceived by President Andrzej Duda, as well as by Sławomir Cenckiewicz, the current head of the National Security Bureau, meaning cooperation with the president, that's the positive. I'd give the head of the Ministry of National Defence a 'one plus'. Let it be a 'two minus'. We've moved away from giving minus and plus grades, especially minus grades, which were very good; sometimes you'd get a 'four on rails' or a 'two on rails'. I'll give Prime Minister [Kosiniak-Kamysz] a 'two on rails' - the PiS vice-chairman continued.
08:32
Czarnek:
I'm Increasing Hołownia's Rating Because He Offers Hope That This Coalition Will Cease to Exist
- I'm increasing Szymon Hołownia's rating from a one-plus to a two on rails after the past month, possibly, because he offers hope that this coalition will cease to exist - said Przemysław Czarnek in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.
08:34
Bogucki:
Domański Projects 3.5% Economic Growth, Yet State Budget Revenues Are Set to Drop by Nearly PLN 9 Billion
- The government assumes, Minister Domański assumes economic growth of around 3.5%. Yet, state budget revenues are expected to decrease by nearly 9 billion compared to the current year. The question is: where is this money? If Poles are to work better, the economy is to develop, and revenues are to be lower? - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
- Public finances managed in this way lead to ruin - he assessed.
08:38
Czarnek on Poland 2050 MPs:
There are those we talk to who share 99% of my views.
- There are certainly those, I won't name names, with whom we talk most often and who share truly 99% of my views. I think about 6-7 for sure - said Przemysław Czarnek in the "Morning Conversation" on RMF FM.
08:45
Bogucki:
Tusk Claims Ignorance on 200 Billion Zloty Defense Spending? He's Compromising Himself and Lying
- Regarding the Prime Minister's statement that he didn't know how much needed to be spent on defense, how much needed to be spent on the Polish army, in this geopolitical situation, with that statement, Prime Minister Tusk is simply, very clearly, undeniably, absolutely compromising himself - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
He was referring to the head of government's statement from Wednesday in this way.
- Someone who aspired to the role of prime minister and became prime minister, someone who is the head of the largest coalition party, says that before the elections he didn't know how much needed to be spent on defense? This is a complete embarrassment - he assessed.
- If Prime Minister Tusk made a promise to Poles, to his voters, and today he says he didn't know, I believe he is lying. Because every politician, even not of Tusk's caliber as prime minister, knows perfectly well that these defense expenditures are substantial and will continue to grow - he added.
09:00
Bogucki on the President's Stance on Civil Partnerships:
The Devil is Always in the Details.
- If this law does not infringe upon the institution of marriage, which is specifically positioned in the Polish constitution as a union of a woman and a man… - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Graffiti" Polsat News.
- I don't think it does. Because it concerns joint tax settlements, inheritance, [medical] information access, and potentially a special notary agreement - Marcin Fijołek interjected.
- We will see, the devil is always in the details. […] When it comes to regulating the status of the next of kin, one can discuss this matter, the President wants to discuss this matter - continued the Head of the Presidential Chancellery.
- However, this cannot be an ideological direction. If these are ideological projects that try to equate these unions with marriage, for example, or above all with marriage, then this is simply a solution that is, in short, unconstitutional - he stated.
- Today, within civil law, there are various institutions that allow, for instance, finding out about the health status of that next of kin - he added.
09:02
MP Returns to Poland 2050 Club:
I Stand with a Sense of Great Responsibility for the Coalition's Fate.
- I am very pleased that we were able to make a decision at our last parliamentary club meeting to invite back our MP, Adam Gomoła, the youngest MP, with whom we have been working recently, he showed his work during parliamentary sessions - said Paweł Śliz at a press conference.
- I think such young thought, young action, good action, will continue on Adam's side - he continued.
- I stand here today with a sense of great responsibility for the fate of the October 15th coalition, a coalition which, as you had the opportunity to hear yesterday, has done a great deal by the halfway point of its term, and has even more to do in the next one - said Adam Gomoła.
- I have the pleasure of announcing that I am joining the Poland 2050 team, which, I have a strong conviction, is the most important part of this coalition, it is the part that paved the way for the change of power in '23 [...] it is also a place that will be the deciding factor in future elections - he continued.
- It is evident from the recent presidential elections that it is precisely the young people who are the group that has drifted away from us, and I mean the entire coalition, and re-engaging this group will be key to maintaining this direction of change, all these processes that we have already begun - he continued to speak.
09:13
- The President talks with various people, with various politicians, with various leaders. Primarily those who have their representation in the Polish parliament. This is nothing new, nothing extraordinary. […] The public doesn't learn about all these conversations. In this case, it happened thanks to Sławomir Mentzen - said Zbigniew Bogucki in Polsat News' "Graffiti".
- The President holds normal conversations in order to build a coalition of some good causes. I'm not saying a coalition, in this particular case, with Konfederacja. For example, it was possible to build the "Yes to CPK" coalition - he continued.
When asked whether the president, given the recent visible tensions between PiS and Konfederacja, was entering the game or would merely observe from the sidelines, he replied: - The President does not engage in party politics. That is not the role of the President of the Republic of Poland. However, he must talk, and he does talk, and he wants to talk with all those who wish to address important issues for Poland. This is not just Mr. Sławomir Mentzen, but also other politicians.
- Of course, the President is not passive. This is evident in these meetings - he pointed out.
09:24
- We talked with Adam about this for a very long time, we talked and asked many difficult questions. As a lawyer, I formed my position based on this conversation and presented it to the club, which is why the club made this decision - said Paweł Śliz at a press conference, when asked about the affair involving Adam Gomoła and the prosecutor's investigation.
- Adam is solely appearing as a witness in this proceedings. For 1.5 years, law enforcement agencies have not found any evidence to be able to press any charges against Adam. For me, the matter is very thoroughly explained in this regard - he continued.
- I spoke with Adam in great detail and have no doubts about his admission to the club - he added.

Sikorski:
There's a Trend Towards Polishness; Polish Identity Has Become Fashionable. We're Issuing Thousands of New Passports
- There's simply a trend towards Polishness; Polish identity has become fashionable. People abroad are rediscovering their Polishness and feel a connection to it. I'm not saying this theoretically; it has a practical manifestation in the fact that we're issuing thousands of new passports. We're restoring citizenships. People want the right to reside in Poland, not just in the former Soviet Union, but also in Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. People are voting with their feet for Poland because Poland is better - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference in the Senate.
11:19
Sikorski:
A Great Nation is Not One That Closes Itself Off in its Ethnic Core, But One That Attracts Others
- A great nation is not one that closes itself off in its ethnic core, but one that attracts others, one that makes others want to become like us, and a great nation does not incite hatred against its neighbors, but rather gives them reasons to emulate us. And that is why I am so happy that, literally in these recent years, for the first time in almost three centuries, more Poles are returning to Poland than are leaving it. And I say this myself as a former emigrant who returned to Poland and does not regret it. - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference in the Senate.
11:20
Sikorski:
Polish Passport Becomes 7th Most Desirable in the World
- According to the renowned Henley Index, the Polish passport has become the 7th most desirable passport in the world. It's a passport that allows visa-free entry to the largest number of countries, surpassing the passports of Great Britain and the United States. This is tangible proof of our immense success and seems like a good omen for an effective policy of cooperation with Poles abroad - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference in the Senate.

Tusk Recalls IVF Program and Announces Visit to One Family:
Over 6 Thousand Such Treasures Have Been Born.
- For moments like these, it is truly worth living, and it was truly worth becoming the Prime Minister of the Polish government - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording published on X.
- Over 6 thousand such treasures, such little ones, have been born since we introduced the in vitro program - he continued.
The head of government responded to an invitation from one of the families who had benefited from the program and declared that he would visit them on Friday.

Nawrocki:
I'm Not a Fan of the Term 'Modern Patriotism.' I Firmly Believe Patriotism Has Remained the Same for Centuries
- I am not a supporter of this term [modern patriotism, 21st-century patriotism], and that's already an answer to your question. Because I firmly believe that patriotism has always been, for centuries, the same. It doesn't change; patriotism is simply love for the homeland, for the national community, and for the nation, for the values that stand behind this nation - stated President Karol Nawrocki during the Congress of National Future in Łódź.
12:19
Nawrocki:
The pinnacle of propaganda is to convince Poles they are an intolerant nation, despite a lack of factual evidence
- We are a nation, and the pinnacle of propaganda, which I hope is ineffective, is to convince Poles that they are an intolerant nation, despite a lack of factual evidence. We have 1000 years of Polish nationhood, we have the First and Second Republics behind us, and the Third Republic now, and we have always been open to other nations - stated President Karol Nawrocki during the National Future Congress in Łódź.

Kaczyński Comments on Tusk's Words:
We Already Knew He Doesn't Respect Poles' Intelligence, But...
- Tusk allegedly admitted yesterday that the deal with Mercosur countries isn't actually that bad, and he truly doesn't understand where the problem lies - Jarosław Kaczyński wrote on social media.
- He also stated that the matter of "100 Concrete Actions" is closed, because since he only received 31% of the votes, he has – according to his own feeling – fulfilled merely 1/3 of his promises - the PiS leader emphasized.
- Evidently detached from reality. We already knew he doesn't respect the intelligence of Poles, but now he's starting to have problems with his own... - he added.

Nawrocki Gives Young People an Unusual Task at the National Future Congress:
I Encourage You, Maybe There's a Daredevil...
During the National Future Congress in Łódź, President Karol Nawrocki took the floor and presented a task for the young participants of the event.
"Perhaps one of you will dare [...] to come out here on stage [...]. Experiencing history and the past together is one of the things that guarantees our national community and the fact that we are Poles at all, and that we are a national community. And the task for a brave soul is this: no one has ever volunteered, but I encourage you, maybe there's a daredevil out there, to come out here on stage and talk for three minutes about yourself, three minutes, without using the past tense" said the President.
"You cannot say where you were born, when you were born, what school you finished, where you came from, where your family settled, meaning you are completely unable to talk about who you are without a past, and it is the same with national communities" he continued.
One of the event participants took up the challenge. He spoke for approximately two minutes, after which Karol Nawrocki said to him, "You are a daredevil.".

Morawiecki on Tusk's Words Regarding Mercosur:
I Appeal to Secure This Statement for Future Proceedings Before the State Tribunal.
- I appeal to secure this statement by Mr. Tusk regarding the MERCOSUR agreement and golden advice for Polish farmers for future proceedings before the State Tribunal - wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on social media.
- This staggering incompetence and treachery must be met with responsibility! - emphasized the former Prime Minister.

Pasławska:
No Civil Partnerships, But Protection for Those in Informal Unions
- There will be no civil partnerships, but there will be protection for people currently living in informal unions. There are over two million such people, according to various estimates, who are waiting for the state to notice and support citizens who have chosen this model of life - said Urszula Pasławska in "Conversation of the Day" on PR1.
16:51
Pasławska on solutions to be presented by PSL and Nowa Lewica:
These could also be prenuptial agreements.
- [The solutions to be presented tomorrow] concern every Pole who is over 18 years old and wants to enter into such an agreement. Often, these will likely be prenuptial agreements, because let's remember that weddings are becoming increasingly rare - said Urszula Pasławska on PR1.
- These could also be prenuptial agreements. People who enter into marriage very often live together for a period of time and also deserve for the state to turn its attention towards them, particularly in the context of, for example, tax matters - she continued.

Kołodziejczak Criticizes Krajewski:
Leaves Without Any Specifics.
- So why is it so bad? Why is the Minister of Agriculture meeting with farmer organizations today, leaving essentially without any specifics, without appropriate actions? If I were in the ministry today, I would do what I did when similar actions took place - stated Michał Kołodziejczak on RMF FM.
- Yesterday, Prime Minister Tusk clearly said it - I worked on specific projects, but I get angry, just as Prime Minister Tusk often says, I get angry when the work isn't progressing - he continued.
18:19
- Just look at what happened at the Central Agricultural Advisory Centre in Brwinów, for instance. They brought in people from the Opole Voivodeship, a PSL politician became the head, he comes once or twice a week to oversee what's happening here, and is likely continuing the second stage in the Opole Voivodeship with the Marshal. Sir, it makes your hair stand on end - stated Michał Kołodziejczak on RMF FM.

Śliz Explains What He Values Most About Zimoch:
For His Work on the National Council of the Judiciary the Most.
- Tomek [Zimoch] is unique. Sometimes it’s hard to talk to him. He is stubborn, but for his work on the National Council of the Judiciary. He is always well-prepared for his work on the KRS, his contributions to those meetings are substantive, so for that work - stated Paweł Śliz on Polsat News’ “Gość Wydarzeń.”
19:28
Śliz:
I Will Not Resign, I Have Apologized to Zimoch
- I will disappoint Tomek [Zimoch], no, I will not resign from being the chairman of the committee. I apologized to Tomek that evening - said Paweł Śliz on Polsat News' 'Gość Wydarzeń'.
19:29
- President Karol Nawrocki has refused to sign the act of September 12, 2025, amending the act on national and ethnic minorities and regional language, and certain other acts - the Presidential Chancellery informed.
19:34
Paweł Śliz, the leader of the Polski 2050 club, when asked if he could imagine Polski 2050 leaving the coalition, replied briefly "No".
- The coalition agreement must be respected. Pacta sunt servanda, agreements must be kept. On the part of Marshal Hołownia, it has always been raised that the Marshal, from the very beginning, when first asked if he would step down as Marshal halfway through his term, always said yes - Paweł Śliz continued in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
19:38
Śliz on the Deputy Prime Minister Post for Poland 2050:
Beyond the Written Agreement, There Are Understandings Between Leaders.
- If I were negotiating this agreement, then, of course, my lawyer's instinct would tell me everything needs to be secured in writing, but beyond the written agreement, there are also certain understandings reached between leaders, even during the term of our coalition. These involve mutual respect for each other and for governing together. That's what this coalition agreement is about - said Paweł Śliz in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
19:44
Śliz:
If My Candidacy is Appropriate for the Project's Continuation, I Will Run
- If my running and my taking the helm of this party is appropriate for the continuation of this project, then I will do so. However, I have no problem with someone else managing this party - said Paweł Śliz in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
20:30
- No, he shouldn't [Paweł Śliz lose his position as chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice and Human Rights]. That's a completely disproportionate expectation. He should apologize to his colleague, the MP [Tomasz Zimoch], and the matter is closed – said Krzysztof Bosak in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
- Mr. Śliz is from a completely different party than mine, but I must admit that he is a lawyer. We have too few lawyers in the Sejm and we should keep lawyers as committee chairmen, not get offended because someone said something unpleasant to someone else in a nervous situation – he stated.
20:37
Bosak:
Those Who Had Illusions This Coalition Would Govern Better Than the Previous One Have Now Lost Them. Polls Show This.
- I think that those who had illusions that this coalition would govern better than the previous one, or the previous government, have already lost those illusions. Public opinion polls show this. More than half of Poles believe that the prime minister should change. The aggregate support for the coalition parties is falling, and we have a drift; in almost every significant area, we unfortunately have a drift. I lament this – said Krzysztof Bosak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (The Dot Over the i).
20:44
- I believe that this change [in the prime minister's seat] will happen naturally. This is a decision within Civic Platform (PO)… That’s how I would expect it to happen [before the elections], everything indicates that. However, to be clear – I haven't discussed this with the Prime Minister on this matter, it is difficult for me to say therefore, and it will be his decision… – said Ryszard Petru in the program "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.
- Radosław Sikorski […]. And then Prime Minister Tusk would move to the position of party leader, meaning he would move to Jarosław Kaczyński's position – he continued.
20:50
- I believe there is no indication that a change of prime minister will occur. In my opinion, someone truly... It is quite obvious to me that Prime Minister Donald Tusk will not voluntarily give up the post of prime minister. Speaking of a future Prime Minister Sikorski is, in my view, a game of appearances. According to my information, the prime minister does not intend to step down for Minister Sikorski - said Krzysztof Bosak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (Dot over the i).
20:56
Bosak:
Tusk is Strong Due to the Weakness of His Coalition Partners
- Tusk is strong due to the weakness of his coalition partners. I believe there aren't people there with strong enough character to challenge him, which is why he will likely be prime minister until the end of the term - said Krzysztof Bosak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (The Dot Over the 'i').
20:59
Petru:
If We Accelerate on Entrepreneurship Issues, We Can Repeat the Excellent 2023 Result as a Coalition
- I believe that if we accelerate on entrepreneurship issues, if we accelerate the implementation of our promises, we are capable as a whole coalition of repeating the excellent result from 2023 - said Ryszard Petru on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (Dot Over the 'i').
21:23
- This [presidential patronage over a potential Senate list] was one of the threads of the conversation [between Sławomir Mentzen and Karol Nawrocki]. However, in my opinion, this matter will need to be revisited in 2 years, when we register candidates. We are currently in the middle of the term, and we should be watching the government, which is quietly doing various negative things that harm the Polish economy, the Polish state, and society – said Krzysztof Bosak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
- We will deal with the Senate when there are elections – he added.
