At 8:45 AM, a press conference will be held by Razem co-chair Adrian Zandberg and party spokesperson Mateusz Merta, focusing on the opening of the academic year and the challenges faced by students and the academic community in Poland.

At 9:00 AM, a press conference with the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Stanisław Krajewski, will commence at the ministry's premises. The topics to be discussed will relate to aid for farmers.

At 9:30 AM, the Minister of Sport and Tourism, Jakub Rutnicki, will meet with the Polish men's national volleyball team at the ministry's headquarters, and at 2:00 PM, he will meet with medalists from the World Rowing Championships in Shanghai.

At 10:00 AM, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, will participate in the opening ceremony of a training center for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (Camp Jomsborg) located at the Land Forces Training Ground Dęba - Lipa. An inspection of the center is planned for 10:45 AM, followed by a press briefing at 11:15 AM.

At 11:15 AM, President Karol Nawrocki will attend the ceremonial inauguration of the academic year at Gdańsk University of Technology. The Head of State's address is scheduled.

Several press conferences are also scheduled for Wednesday as part of an information campaign regarding the "Active Parent" program. Deputy Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy, Aleksandra Gajewska, will participate in one of these, held in Siedlce at 9:30 AM.

Also on Wednesday, press conferences will be held with the participation of Deputy Ministers of Infrastructure, Piotr Malepszak and Przemysław Koperski, concerning the opening of the Bielsko-Biała - Kraków railway connection. The first press conference is scheduled for 7:10 AM at the Bielsko-Biała station, and the second at 8:45 AM at the Kraków station.

- He is looking for a new way to serve Poland as well. Going to the UN, if it were to succeed, because it is a big game. We have never had such a high position in international structures, not in European structures, but international, global ones. If it were to succeed, it would be good. We will support this candidacy. Everyone supports it well, from the president, prime minister, minister of foreign affairs - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the "Piasecki Interview" on TVN24.

- It’s not my birthday, but there’s truly something to celebrate. Babciowe is already a year old, and one might think it’s just crawling. No, that’s nonsense – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

- One thing I am sure of, the behavior of MPs, regardless of the formula, whoever becomes the leader of Poland 2050, the MPs, the senators, as we talk. They do not want to change the coalition. They do not want to seek another path. So I wouldn't worry about the stability of the coalition here, although of course, when the sheep are scattered, it's easier to hunt them down and shoot them - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- I think the [case of the house in Wyryki] was the first evidence that not everyone, I don't think it's in the Presidential Palace or the National Security Bureau, that cooperation between the government and the president is liked - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

When pressed by the host, he confirmed that he was referring to Law and Justice.

- I think they observed at Nowogrodzka Street [PiS headquarters] what was happening on the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th - speeches in the Sejm, joint statements, meetings at the president's place in the Air Operations Centre, at the Operational Command, in all places where the president and the prime minister or I and the president were together. - I received a nomination from the club and the National Council of Polska 2050 in a democratic process. This is an honor. The strongest mandate one can receive from their party – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Gość poranka" on TVP Info.

As she pointed out: - It's the Deputy Prime Minister portfolio, please note. Which is interesting, because in this government we already have three Deputy Prime Ministers and a Prime Minister, so it will be a bit of a new quality.

- This has been stated many times in the public sphere. This was agreed upon during coalition talks and it is a normal, fair solution that when there are four coalition partners, they treat each other fairly. If we give up the position of Marshal, we give it to a party that also has a Deputy Prime Minister, we leave the Deputy Prime Minister, but Polska 2050 is an equal member of this coalition – she added.

- No, there is no such risk [that the deposit system will cause price increases], because the deposit that will be collected from us for the bottle additionally, it will return to us and this is precisely how we want to reduce the share in the product cost, the packaging cost - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

- Because if today 45% of bottles return to the system, and we want to achieve 90% and a complete change in thinking, that it is the producer, not the consumer, who pays for waste introduced into landfills, because that is the idea of the entire system, not just the deposit system, but a new model of waste management, of which packaging is the most in Poland, then this will also organize and encourage producers to save and to introduce reusable bottles, for example - she continued.

"It seems to me that, first of all, Poland is not fascinated by who will be the Marshal of the Sejm [...] I will not say anything bad about Szymon Hołownia, because I believe he is a good marshal, and besides, I have no desire to criticize my coalition partner" – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the "Morning Conversation" on RMF FM.

"Because it stems from the coalition agreement. [...] In difficult times, as these are difficult times in every country in Europe, we have a war, we have history, the coalition agreement is like a constitution that should not be changed" – he continued, when asked why changes were being made.

"The agreement in every dimension [...] should be stably implemented [...] it's not about Czarzasty in all of this, to be clear, but it's about some kind of order and structure, and some mutual trust" – he further explained.

- That is not true [that the National Security Strategy underestimated the risk of full-scale aggression], I don't think President Duda underestimated it. President Duda accepted this strategy - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" (Piasecki's Conversation).

- Then why didn't he sign it? - Konrad Piasecki inquired.

- Through his representatives. The situation is as follows. Last year, President Andrzej Duda presented the assumptions of this strategy. This means that the process initiating the development of the security strategy originates from the president. I approached President Duda, saying that we have a strategy from 2020 and I would like a new one. President Duda then responded positively to this, presenting his assumptions. We worked on it, developing this strategy throughout the government, because it concerns not only the military, but also the economy, the environment, and many other elements. It is an overarching, general, but important document. We worked continuously in cooperation with the National Security Bureau (BBN) and General Łukowski. When it came to the strategy's acceptance, and what happened was, there was a security committee that accepted it, the president's representative supported the security strategy. The Council of Ministers convened, and the head of the BBN was invited to the Council of Ministers as the president's representative, not as the head of the BBN. He supported it, with General Łukowski stating "in full", he supported the security strategy. It then went to President Andrzej Duda, who could still sign it. I also recall conversations with the president, where he wanted to sign it at a certain point; I spoke with President Duda at the summit in The Hague. I believed he would sign it. I think he made his decision after a conversation either with the then President-elect or with his entourage and refrained from signing - continued the Minister of National Defence.

- I have decided to run for the position of chairman of the Poland 2050 party. I am taking on this challenge believing that we are capable of winning back the voters who trusted us in 2023 – and I know how to do it - wrote Ryszard Petru on social media.

- I propose a return to our roots, to what was behind the success of our group and the entire Third Way: to entrepreneurship, a sensible energy transformation, and a targeted social policy that solves the problems of specific individuals - he emphasized.

- I think the word "make it to" even has a pejorative connotation. I believe he is a good prime minister, I believe the term is 4 years, we are two years in, we will see how the next two years look, I believe it will be good, and I believe this coalition will govern for the next four years - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on RMF FM, when asked if Prime Minister Donald Tusk would "make it to the end of his term".

- Yes - he continued, when asked if he truly believed it.

"It has been said many times in the public sphere that there is a place for a Deputy Prime Minister for Polska 2050. And then it is up to Polska 2050 to decide whom to nominate," said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on TVP Info's "Gość poranka" (Guest of the Morning).

"I simply cannot imagine that in an honest, partnership-based coalition – and we are in one, and everyone says so – one could expose this coalition to some kind of instability," she stated.

Responding to the host Mariusz Piekarski's remark that the coalition agreement does not mention that when Hołownia ceases to be Marshal, Polska 2050 will receive the Deputy Prime Minister post in return, she replied: "But it also doesn't say they won't get it. It's a normal arrangement. At this moment, everyone already has a Deputy Prime Minister; we didn't have one because there was a Marshal. Now we are giving up the Marshal, and one simply cannot imagine a fair arrangement where Polska 2050..."

When the journalist pointed out that Prime Minister Donald Tusk said some time ago that he did not foresee a Deputy Prime Minister for Polska 2050 as part of the government reconstruction, Pełczyńska-Nałęcz stated: "It was clearly stated at the table in coalition talks. It was never denied that it was not said. And above all, it is the responsibility of all of us for the stability of this coalition and for treating each other honestly."

- Perhaps we should wait for Prime Minister Donald Tusk's opinion on this matter [...] he works with deputy prime ministers, he is forming his cabinet - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty on RMF FM, when asked if Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz should become a deputy prime minister.

- I am stating my personal opinion, not the party's position at this moment, because the party does not have a position right now [...] because the elections are in two years - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on RMF FM.

- I am for the consolidation of the left, I believe there is no enemy on the left. In terms of program, we share 95% with the Razem party. What differentiates us is the issue of approach to the government. We support this government, the Razem party does not support this government - he continued.

- We know that the alternative to this government is a government of Konfederacja and PiS. Adrian Zandberg evidently considers such an alternative to be a good one. I will not argue with him because we like each other, we are buddies, we meet every month and a half, every month, we talk to each other - he went on to say.

- As far as I'm concerned, absolutely yes, I believe that the wisdom of the left should lie in all left-wing circles that recently ran in the presidential elections uniting on a single list - he added, when asked if joint lists are possible.

- We have signed an agreement with the company ICEYE, a very interesting Polish-Finnish venture. Rafał Modrzewski, a young man who has created an incredible global company - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- November, the first Polish satellites. Minister Tomczyk is currently on his way to Finland, as these satellites are launched from there to the United States, to Cape Canaveral, where they will be put into space - continued the Minister of National Defence.

– We behave fairly towards our coalition partners, and I am convinced that for the good of this government, for the commitments made to the people, because we committed to going together in agreement, and that requires mutual fairness. - Undoubtedly, Szymon Hołownia is the leader of this still-developing project, its founder, and an important figure for the party, while Poland 2050 has an extremely important role to fulfill. We are part of the ruling coalition, our parliamentary club decides on the parliamentary majority - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- Of course they are [rumors of Poland 2050's demise are exaggerated]. Our role is important and the responsibility of our parliamentary club members, as well as the awareness of the significance and the weight of responsibility hanging over the club, is immense, and this was shown both by our club meeting and the National Council meeting - she continued.

- I expect further appeals to Szymon Hołownia from members of our party, from the regions, for him to remain in politics, to remain an active politician. However, setting that aside, as I said, there is a sense of the need for cooperation, although there are different visions [within Poland 2050] - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska in Polsat News' "Graffiti".

- This is a bad project [the presidential project on CPK]. Poland 2050 will definitely not support this project in the end. […] We have a principle that if a project is de facto citizen-led, it was a copy-paste of a citizen initiative... - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in “Gość poranka” on TVP Info.

- But there is another matter. CPK is something very important for citizens, and that's why this project is going to committee. Thanks to it passing to committee, there is an opportunity to present our arguments to people, what our vision for CPK is, and why this project is bad. And then this project will be rejected - she stated.

- Instead of causing this matter to gain momentum in its investigation, instead of clearly and categorically condemning the behavior of his former associate, who so greatly betrayed his trust and tarnished the Prime Minister's reputation, Donald Tusk, through his subordinate services, caused – because that's how it must be called – the dismissal of a very important thread of this case, namely the acceptance of bribes, the demanding of bribes by Mr. Sławomir Nowak in exchange for arranging lucrative positions in companies subordinate to the State Treasury - said Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.

- Every hour of Donald Tusk's silence in the face of the facts revealed by me raises serious questions about his role in this entire affair. This is because we all know that the head of the political cabinet has no influence on the appointment and nomination of management boards of companies, including strategic State Treasury companies. These are the competencies, powers, and authority of the Prime Minister - he continued.

- Therefore, if Mr. Sławomir Nowak, at the time he served as head of the political cabinet, arranged these decisions, he could only have done so with Donald Tusk's consent and involvement in that sense - he went on to say.

- Every hour, in an extremely eloquent manner, Donald Tusk's silence constitutes a clear indictment against him. That he is not only silent about this affair being swept under the rug, but has something on his conscience and to hide, which he greatly fears - he added.

- For many thousands of people who are starting their studies, who are continuing their studies, this is the day when they ask themselves if they will be able to afford it next year. We are dealing with a galloping increase in the cost of living in large cities, with the unhealthy, inaccessible-for-many-students costs of renting properties, and at the same time, the government is effectively announcing that it will not allocate additional money for social assistance, scholarships for learners who need this help - said Adrian Zandberg at a press conference.

- The state budget for next year is a budget of tightening belts at universities and polytechnics. [...] The state budget presented by the government is a budget in which the funds for science, research, and development, for scientific research are inadequately small in relation to Poland's needs - he continued.

- The Razem party will submit amendments increasing state expenditure on scientific research, on scholarship assistance for students, on salaries for doctoral students and junior academic staff, on a proper wage indexation for all people working in Polish science - he further stated.

- I encourage all political forces to support Razem's budget amendments - he added.

- Security means armaments, armaments mean steel. Steel means reindustrialization. We must be self-sufficient, we cannot outsource our security, but due to our energy costs, the highest in the world, and our climate regulations, companies are leaving Europe [TVP Info simultaneous translation] - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Copenhagen.

- We must think about the real acceleration of the deregulation process. Our ambitions cannot mean continuing to impose new burdens on businesses. It cannot be the case that by being in Europe, companies lose competitiveness against the world. Let's look at the world around us. Europe is responsible for only 6% of global emissions. We cannot always be the ones who limit emissions at a pace that no enterprise can bear. We cannot always increase our ambitions when others do not - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Copenhagen.

That is why the great success of the Gdańsk University of Technology is so important. That is why, I believe, the declaration of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces is important for you, for the academic community, that as the President of Poland, I will do everything to develop our 21st-century defense technologies  - said Karol Nawrocki at the Gdańsk University of Technology, inaugurating the academic year. 

- A department of breakthrough technologies is being established within the National Security Bureau, which will combine our responsibility for foreign affairs and the security of the Polish state with the development of new technologies. During my term, I would like to meet the expectations of the academic community, including the Gdańsk University of Technology, hence the legislative initiative on the Breakthrough Technologies Fund - said Karol Nawrocki at the Gdańsk University of Technology, inaugurating the academic year.

- We are at the moment of the 4.0 industrial revolution. A technological revolution that is happening virtually before our eyes every day. We have already experienced the atomic revolution, I personally have not, because I am too young, but some of you have, we have experienced the internet, and today the internet seems like a commonplace thing. It is simply an established reality, and today we are at the stage of a revolution relating to artificial intelligence and new technologies. We will not succeed in winning the economic and international competition, this revolution, without the state, without academics, without intellectuals, without technical staff, without students, without those who are working on the most important solutions in relation to the technological revolution - said Karol Nawrocki at the Gdańsk University of Technology, opening the academic year.

- I concluded that our candidate for Deputy Prime Minister did not secure a mandate strong enough to naturally position her as the leader of the party. Therefore, I decided that the party needed a chance to regain its shine and public support, meaning a return to our roots – Ryszard Petru stated at a press conference.

- I believe we have lost voters who cast their ballots for us in 2023. A portion of them have moved to Konfederacja, and another portion stayed home. We need to win them back – he continued.

- In the statement I submitted, I included 5 points [...] the first issue is a lowered health contribution [...] the second issue: green energy [...] it must be a sensible energy transformation, we need to address people's problems, especially in a situation where such soulless bureaucracy hits them daily - said Ryszard Petru at a press conference.

- We base our work, when preparing the budget law, on the law itself. The law here is very unambiguous. I will be very surprised if the president vetoes the bill concerning corporate income tax for the banking sector - stated Andrzej Domański in a conversation with Karolina Lewicka on TOK FM.

- I don't know, there are, of course, very different experts, but when it comes to corporate income tax for the banking sector, it seems that if there is one sector in the economy that is a direct beneficiary, earning more thanks to high interest rates, and we are looking for state revenue because we need it for healthcare, for defense spending, and the banking sector is making record profits, it is natural that this banking sector will have its corporate income tax rate temporarily increased to 30% in 2026, and from 2027 this rate will gradually decrease - the Minister of Finance continued.

I have a background in management, I know what it means to manage a complex structure. I know that it requires a lot of very different resources. Until I gather these resources, until I am sure that I have them, that I am able to use them to make Poland 2050 the party we wanted it to be at the beginning, in this second lap.
