Sejm to Discuss President Nawrocki's CPK Bill, Deregulation Projects, and Establishment of the Lower Oder Valley National Park
The Sejm will resume its proceedings at 9:00 AM with a series of current affairs questions. At 11:15 AM, following a request from the Polski 2050 parliamentary club, it will hear a current information report on the preparations for the implementation of a deposit system in Poland.
The main part of the second day of the session, from 12:45 PM to 6:00 PM, will be dedicated to the second readings of government deregulation bills. These include, among others, a bill to facilitate online access to the National Court Register (2:15 PM); enabling electronic submission of vehicle registration applications and the abolition of mandatory legalization of license plates upon vehicle registration if the owner wishes to retain the current registration number (4:30 PM); and introducing facilitations for testing automated and autonomous vehicles (5:15 PM).
From 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM, second readings are scheduled for two bills amending the Sejm's Rules of Procedure. These concern changes to the rules for MPs' participation in the Ethics Committee meetings and adapting the content of the rules to current legislation.
At 6:45 PM, the first reading of the bill submitted by President Karol Nawrocki, aimed at ensuring the implementation of the Central Communication Port (CPK) investment, will commence.
At 8:15 PM, the second reading will take place of the government bill ratifying the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, signed in Denpasar on February 24, 1976, along with its amending Protocols. At 8:45 PM, the second reading is scheduled for the government bill concerning the establishment of the Lower Oder Valley National Park in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, effective November 1, 2025.
From 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the Sejm will address resolutions on topical issues. Subsequently, at 10:45 PM, it will consider the report from the Committee on Rules of Procedure, MP Affairs, and Immunities regarding the private prosecutor Małgorzata Zych's request to lift the immunity of Grzegorz Płaczek, the leader of the Confederation parliamentary club.
Kosiniak-Kamysz at Contract Signing Ceremony
At 12:20 PM, at Rosomak S.A. facilities in Siemianowice Śląskie, the Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, will attend the signing of a framework agreement for the delivery of over 1200 all-terrain vehicles for the Polish Army. An address by the head of the Ministry of National Defence is planned.

Petru on the Future of Poland 2050:
If Hołownia Decided to Join the Government, We Have a Chance for a New Life.
- No, because we are in a governing coalition, all options are on the table. A lot will depend on Szymon Hołownia's decision, what he does in mid-November, when he ceases to be the Marshal, and he will determine the further course, however, it is a party created by him, his name is inscribed in its name, therefore, if, for example, he decided to join the government, then I believe we have a new chance for a new life - said Ryszard Petru in the "Piasecki's Talk" on TVN24, when asked if Poland 2050 is a party that "is declining and ending its life".
- As long as the options are open, as long as they are not closed, in that sense, he can still do it - he continued.
- I would prefer him to join, I believe this is a great opportunity for him, but he has the right not to want to, and it is his decision - he went on to say.
08:00
Petru:
I Support a Return to Poland 2050's 2023 Values, While Some Want to Move Very Leftward, Even Towards Leaving the Coalition
- We definitely need to redefine ourselves. I am in favour of returning to what were the values of Poland 2050 in the 2023 elections, namely entrepreneurship, green issues, entrepreneurship, and social matters - said Ryszard Petru on TVN24.
- And there are those who want to go in a very strongly left-wing direction, including ideas of leaving the coalition, which I am very much against, because I believe that although the coalition could be more spirited, it could do things more dynamically, we are jointly responsible, and I am also jointly responsible for the successes and potential failures of the coalition - he continued.
- I won't reveal that, I'm saying that such ideas are appearing - he went on, when asked who had these ideas.
- Such ideas emerged in discussions, and I'm deliberately talking about it because I know they are not good ideas - he added, when pressed whether these were voices within Poland 2050.
08:13
Petru:
Dialogue with the President is Crucial, But He Must Be Open and Not Reject Bills That Significantly Increase the Deficit
- There are various actions that can reduce the deficit, lower debt, and it's important to enter into dialogue with the president. However, the president must also be open, not say "no, just because," and not submit bills that significantly increase the budget deficit, which happened immediately after he became president - said Ryszard Petru on TVN24.
- This is a moment for a reset. It would be good if they moved away from the formula where the president's entourage continues to behave as if they were PiS MPs, constantly making digs at the current coalition - he continued.
08:23
- I believe that local governments should make these decisions. If I were a Warsaw councilor, which I am not, I would vote for restrictions from 11 PM to 6 AM. I am aware that the situation is different in Wilanów, where we are now, and I don't see the need here. However, the Warsaw City Council makes decisions for all of Warsaw - said Ryszard Petru on TVN24 when asked if he is in favor of a ban on nighttime alcohol sales in Warsaw.
- I am against [...] we are talking about Warsaw [...] but when we talk about smaller towns, I have no idea what the situation is like in Świnoujście, Ustrzyki, Zgorzelec, or Świdnica. Let them make decisions locally - he continued when asked about the Left's proposal to ban nighttime alcohol sales nationwide.
08:31
Petru on Mileage Allowances and Constituency Office Expenses:
A Certain Formula Has Been Adopted, It Can Be Changed, The Question Is Whether There's a Scandal Here.
- I felt a bit unfairly treated, because, for example, first of all, it's a lump sum and therefore it is all legal, and nobody asks me, for example, why I don't collect my parliamentary salary, because if you were to calculate the savings from that title over 4 years, the Sejm could earn 900,000 PLN from me - said Ryszard Petru on TVN24, when asked why MPs get nervous when asked to account for mileage allowances and constituency office expenses.
- But it's not accounted for in the way of where exactly [they traveled] - he continued, after the host pointed out that mileage allowances are not settled as a lump sum, because MPs must declare how many kilometers they have driven.
- A certain formula has been adopted, it can be changed, the question is whether there is a scandal here, or whether it is more a matter of us not liking something, because I believe the scandal is much bigger where Obajtek transferred 1.5 billion and that money disappeared [...] of course, I know this is not very spectacular, two dishwashers instead of one are much more spectacular - he continued.
- There must be something between procedures and common sense [...] we need to distinguish between what is illegal and what is poorly perceived or unethical or immoral - he added.
09:13
- I cannot say whether the President will sign or veto something, as that is the exclusive prerogative of the head of state. The President returns today, tomorrow we will definitely talk, and the President will certainly make a decision so that Poles do not have high bills. He has always spoken about this and will stick to it - stated Zbigniew Bogucki in RMF FM.
- Moreover, this legislative initiative by the President, he passed a bill that was de facto 1:1 government-issued, and the government did not want to work on it, shows that the President is in favor of low bills for Polish families - he continued.
09:22
Bogucki:
There is no doubt that the President's veto forced the government to work
- There is no doubt that Mr. President Nawrocki, with his veto, forced the government to start working and to limit benefits for Ukrainians, those who are not in Poland but sometimes visit, those who do not work, do not pay taxes, and this has happened with the 800+ program. The 800+ program will be tightened up, of course it's a matter of time, because that's what the law assumes, but the 800+ will also be tightened up not only for Ukrainians but also for foreigners in general - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.
09:36
Bogucki:
I'd Like to Stay on the Political Stage Longer Than One Season
- Everyone has ambitions, but today I don't have them, I think there are many more... I have ambitions. Everyone would like to hold important positions, but one also has to grow into positions and take responsibility. I think I am at a stage in my life, my professional activities, where I am still learning a great deal – stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM, when asked if he would like to be Prime Minister.
- Politics is a team game. If someone understands this, they can go far. If someone doesn't understand it, they can be a very flashy one-season actor. I would like to be, however, because these are my plans, my ambitions, on this political stage for longer than one season. So, a little more humility, calm. One must have ambitions, but one must also realize them responsibly and also play in a team – he continued.
09:40
Bogucki:
The Worst Thing We Can Do Today is Talk About Who Will Be Minister, Who Will Be Prime Minister
- Returning to this topic, I will do everything to ensure that the Prime Minister is a PiS politician. Because that will be good for Poland. And I think our political camp will decide on that. We have many leaders, each with their great advantages, but today I believe it is not the time to deal out the cards. The worst thing we can do today is to say who will be minister, who will be prime minister, or if you have ambitions - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.
09:49
Bogucki on the Establishment of a Constitution Council:
A Matter of the Coming Weeks.
- I think it's a matter of the coming weeks [the establishment of a Constitution Council]. Yesterday, I even discussed this topic with one of the constitutional law professors. I believe it's a matter of the coming weeks, and this council will be established and will begin working on a new Constitution of the Republic of Poland - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.

Morawiecki on unemployment rising for the third month in a row:
This is what the labor market looks like under KO rule.
- Unemployment has been rising for the third month in a row. Hundreds of CVs sent – zero responses! This is what the labor market looks like under KO rule! Do you see it too? - wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on social media.

RPO at a Sejm Committee:
No Grounds for Not Publishing Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal.
- Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal are not being published in official journals, for which there are no legal grounds. From the perspective of the Commissioner for Human Rights (RPO), this is a significant problem, as it also concerns judgments issued by properly constituted panels, judgments that are beneficial to citizens, declaring the unconstitutionality of provisions that restrict individual freedoms and rights – stated Marcin Wiącek during a session of the Sejm Justice Committee.
- We are experiencing deepening legal chaos within the judiciary, citizen uncertainty regarding the content of applicable law, and the legal force of rulings by judicial bodies – he continued.

Błaszczak Criticizes the Foreign Minister for His Stance on the Russian Embassy:
When Real Action is Possible, Sikorski Buries His Head in the Sand.
"Minister Radosław Sikorski sent an unknown Undersecretary of State from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Sejm to explain that moving the Russian embassy is impossible. This is what the courage and effectiveness of the head of Polish diplomacy look like. Strong words at the UN forum remain just words. When real action is possible, Sikorski buries his head in the sand" - wrote Mariusz Błaszczak on X.

"President Trump stated that Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, can regain its entire territory. Behind this surprising optimism lies an announcement of reduced US involvement and a shift of responsibility for ending the war onto Europe. Better truth than illusions" – wrote Prime Minister Donald Tusk on X.

Cieszyński on the DSA Implementation Project in Poland:
NASK's Censor Will Decide What Can Be Written Online.
- NASK's censor will decide what can be written online. The government's adopted project for DSA implementation is a bad solution - Janusz Cieszyński wrote on the X portal.
- After the experience of the last election campaign, when responsibility for information security was entrusted to a party apparatchik and R. Trzaskowski's campaign staffer, Paweł Olszewski, the act in this form should not be passed - he stated.
- An additional argument is that decisions on what should be removed from Facebook or X are to be made by Przemysław Kuna, designated by Donald Tusk. He is a candidate for the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, a former deputy minister from PO, and the current deputy director of NASK - an institution tainted by cooperation with foreign-funded Platform propaganda affiliates. Coincidentally, a protégé of the same Paweł Olszewski - he pointed out.
According to Cieszyński: - Despite all the flaws of this solution, I believe that decisions recognizing any content as illegal should solely rest with the courts. The judicial path is, moreover, foreseen in the DSA itself, so it will not raise any doubts regarding compliance with EU law. I would limit the decision-making power of officials exclusively to restoring content deleted by platforms - here, in fact, there is a real fight for freedom of speech, which foreign corporations are threatening.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on the Agreement for 1266 Vehicles:
We're Betting on Polish Companies, Choosing the Best.
- Another day, another contract. The Polish Army and the Ministry of National Defence are betting on Polish companies, on the development of the Polish economy, on building the strength of the defense industry. [...] We are betting on the best, we are choosing the best - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at the Rosomak S.A. facilities in Siemianowice Śląskie.
- Today is an important day in Siemianowice Śląskie; we are signing a framework agreement for 1266 Legwan-type vehicles. [...] Legwans are already serving in the Polish Army, in the Border Guard, they are performing well on the Polish-Belarusian border, where they protect our soldiers and facilitate their rapid movement. These are vehicles we are building as part of our cooperation with a Korean partner - he continued.
- This year, there will be not only a framework agreement but also an executive contract - he added.
13:25
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
Silesia Can and Should Become the Center of the Armaments Industry in Poland
- The armaments industry must be the driving force of the Polish economy, and this needs to be said here, in the Silesian Voivodeship. [...] The economic structure of the Silesian Voivodeship is changing. Heavy industry, largely based on mining, I believe will now transition into an equally responsible and heavyweight industry, namely the defense industry, which we need the most today - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at the Rosomak S.A. Works in Siemianowice Śląskie.
- Another contract signed in the Silesian Voivodeship in recent weeks. On August 1, we were all here together with our Korean partners. At Bumar Łabędy, we decided that there would be production of a Polonized version of the K2 tank. 180 tanks were ordered then for the Polish army, we signed such a commitment. This process is developing. [...] Siemianowice Śląskie is being added - he continued, referring to today's framework agreement for over 1200 Legwan vehicles.
As the head of the Ministry of National Defense indicated: - Silesia can – and in my opinion, should – become the center of the armaments industry in Poland. Already today, this sector, including dual-use, generates PLN 113 billion – this is the armaments industry in the Silesian Voivodeship alone.

8 billion zlotys – that is the current hole in the financing of the healthcare system. These eight billion represent patients who are not being treated for cancer and other deadly diseases. These 8 billion are procedures postponed to the next year, these 8 billion are the suffering of thousands of Poles – says the narrator in a new PiS clip, published on social media.
- And what is the government doing? It is transferring millions of zlotys to propaganda nobody watches and handing out yachts to its activists and colleagues. We appeal to the Tusk government: stop playing with the health of citizens, this money must be found – the narrator emphasizes.
13:54
Kaczyński Tweets, Calls for Tusk to Resign:
The State's Finances Are Crumbling.
- The state's finances under Donald Tusk's rule are crumbling. The best proof is the enormous deficit in healthcare financing: 8 billion zloty - wrote Jarosław Kaczyński on social media.
- These billions should go primarily towards treating patients, but also towards equipping hospitals and ensuring decent working conditions for medical personnel.
The only prescription they have is constant chaos, cuts, and the incessant propaganda of success from government-controlled TVP.
Blind to rising unemployment... - emphasized the PiS leader.
- Tusk's government is harmful. Tusk's government must go - he added.

Together Submits a Bill for Free School Lunches:
We Are the 20th Largest Economy in the World. We Can Afford to Solve the Issue of Hungry Children Once and for All.
- We have a bill that can change how Polish schools function. Studies directly show a correlation between childhood malnutrition and academic performance. We are dealing with a group of one and a half million people struggling with poverty, including half a million with extreme poverty. We are talking about children who should at least have one warm meal a day - said Marcelina Zawisza at a press conference in the Sejm.
- Today, schools guarantee such an opportunity, but at a cost. Our bill guarantees that such a meal will be available for every child in every school, regardless of their financial situation. [...] As a state, we have an obligation to ensure that children attending Polish schools receive one warm meal and do not have to pay for it - she pointed out.
"We Are the 20th Largest Economy in the World. We Can Afford to Solve the Issue of Hungry Children in Schools Once and for All."
Adrian Zandberg noted in turn: - We are the 20th largest economy in the world. As we recently heard from Minister Sikorski and Prime Minister Tusk, economic growth in Poland is impressive, Poland is moving forward. If that's the case, we can truly afford to definitively resolve the issue of hungry children in schools once and for all. Poland can truly afford to introduce a solution that functions in many European countries, namely the universal right to a free, warm meal at school.
- Today, we spend a lot of money in Poland on questionable things, for example, on handouts for businesses. We all recently saw an example of this with yachts purchased with funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. [...] However, here we are talking about modest funds, because we are talking about approximately 6 billion zlotys - which is not a large amount in the context of the Polish budget - that would allow for the introduction of universal, free, warm meals at school in Poland - he continued.
14:26
At a press conference held by the Razem party, which presented a bill introducing universal, free, hot meals in schools, Janusz Cieszyński from PiS appeared. The MP signed the Razem initiative.
- We have our first signature - commented Marcelina Zawisza.
Adrian Zandberg appealed for cross-party support for the project: - We have drafted this bill in such a way that forces which are currently in power can also support it [...] so that MPs from Nowa Lewica can sign it, because it is strikingly similar to solutions they signed in the previous parliamentary term. So I have high hopes that MPs from Nowa Lewica will sign this project.
- We have also drafted it in such a way that MPs from PiS, PO, and Polski 2050 can successfully sign it, and we will make this proposal to everyone - the leader of Razem continued.

- Yesterday, at a meeting with councillors and colleagues from the Civic Coalition, we agreed that an extraordinary session of the Council will be held next week, during which a resolution will be adopted to introduce limitations on alcohol sales in the first two districts - Praga Północ and Śródmieście - starting from the beginning of November. I will submit the motion to convene the extraordinary session this week - wrote Rafał Trzaskowski on social media.
- Most importantly, we also agreed that from June 1, 2026, the limitation on nighttime alcohol sales will be in effect throughout Warsaw. I will present the resolution on this matter to the Council in the spring of next year - emphasized the Mayor of Warsaw.
- Did the discussion surrounding the issue of limiting alcohol sales in the capital proceed in an exemplary manner? Definitely not. Can we draw the right conclusions from this? That is precisely what we are doing - he argued.
As Trzaskowski noted: - The vast majority of Warsaw residents want to limit nighttime alcohol sales across the entire city - and that is what will happen. Step by step. Moving forward. In the right direction.

We're Meeting in a Slightly Different Format.
- If life teaches us anything, it's [that] you should never give up and always strive to be in good shape. So I'm very happy that you are here with us, in good shape. 400 people, great, that's exactly what we aimed for. [...] There were questions after the presidential campaign, whether we would meet again – we are meeting in this, slightly different, format. Besides, we've organized Campus Academy many times before - said Rafał Trzaskowski during the inauguration of Campus Academy 2025.
- But, most importantly, we are continuing and returning in 2026 to our large format, Campus Polska Przyszłości. Of course, we invite all of you. Let's hope that next year's recruitment will allow us to have over 1000 people at the Campus again, more and more - he announced.

Nitras Announces Campus Polska 2026:
The one who gives up loses, and we will never give up.
– As Rafał said, we will meet next year in Olsztyn in this large format, and we will do everything, we promise you, to make this year's Campus in Olsztyn the biggest in history. Because the one who gives up loses, and we, as we stand here, and I believe you, as you sit there, will never give up. Because life goes on, and every day you have to fight for the reasons, views, and values you believe in – said Sławomir Nitras during Campus Academy.

Trzaskowski on Restricting Nighttime Alcohol Sales in Warsaw:
I'm Glad This Decision Was Made By All of Us.
- We are introducing it [the restriction of nighttime alcohol sales in Warsaw] in two stages. For me, the most important thing is agreement, that first and foremost, we all managed to reach an understanding and convince each other of our points of view. Meanwhile, of course, what happened in recent days has proven that there is enormous support for this type of initiative - stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press briefing.
- Everyone realized what it's really about. Because some people thought it was about a much broader prohibition, perhaps affecting restaurants. We all know what it's about. The majority of Warsaw residents support this type of initiative, indeed, the majority of Poles after this topic gained publicity. We have made a decision, and I am glad that this decision was made by all of us - he continued.
17:29
Trzaskowski on Limiting Nighttime Alcohol Sales in Warsaw:
We’re Drawing Conclusions from This Whole Discussion.
- Very good [relations with Marcin Kierwiński]. Because the most important thing is that we can show we are drawing conclusions from this whole discussion and doing it very quickly, and that we are capable of making decisions – stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press briefing.

Sikorski Summarizes Visit to New York:
The Polish Voice Was Heard.
- Approximately 20 bilateral meetings [...] yesterday evening, the so-called transatlantic dinner, to my pleasant surprise expanded to include countries such as Ukraine and Armenia, important talks about President Trump's recent statements, but, as you've seen, also President Nawrocki's address and my intervention at the Security Council - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.
- Also, a meeting with G20 ministers still awaits me, as I also sought that here, meetings concerning Ukrainian children, so I consider this a successful visit, during which the Polish voice was heard - he continued.
17:59
Sikorski:
We are getting closer to a legal formula allowing the victim of aggression to benefit from the aggressor's frozen assets
- Most of the funding is already European, funding for both the Ukrainian state and the Ukrainian army, Ukrainians are planning for the next two to three years - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.
- We are getting closer to a legal formula that will allow the victim of aggression to benefit from the aggressor's frozen assets, and if this happens, then within two or three years, Putin will have to conclude that he is unable to win, and only then will he be ready for genuine peace talks - he continued.
- In our own Polish and European interest, we want Ukraine to be able to continue defending itself against aggression, and this can be done with money from member states or from the aggressor's money. I believe it should be done with the aggressor's money, and we are closer to such decisions - he added.
18:09
Sikorski:
I have the impression that the Polish doctrine, that every American administration learns about Russia anew, has been confirmed.
- I have the impression that it has evaporated. I have the impression that the Polish doctrine, that every American administration learns about Russia anew, has been confirmed - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference, when asked "whether Americans believe in warming relations with Russia, because there were such signals after the first meeting between Rubio and Lavrov".

Bogucki in the Sejm on the Presidential Draft Regarding CPK:
Construction Continues to Enjoy Unabated Public Interest.
- The construction of the largest national airport continues to enjoy unabated public interest and their support for this investment, as evidenced by, among other things, the results of the social consultations conducted by the Marshal of the Sejm, to which this project was submitted - stated Zbigniew Bogucki in the Sejm.
18:45
Bogucki on CPK:
It Cannot Become a Hostage to Current Party Disputes.
- The CPK project is one of the largest and most important initiatives in the history of the Third Polish Republic, which is why this investment should be carried out absolutely above political divisions. The significance of CPK is enormous in many dimensions. Through CPK, we are primarily raising the level of security of the Polish state, which is why CPK cannot and should never become a hostage to current party disputes, nor a tool for accumulating political capital - stated Zbigniew Bogucki in the Sejm.
19:47
- Our government's Minister of Justice, in agreement with me and with us, has requested the European Public Prosecutor's Office to conduct such an investigation [concerning irregularities in KPO subsidies for the HoReCa sector] precisely to show that we have nothing to hide, that everything is legal, transparent, and that everything is okay, and this investigation is proceeding according to his request - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in an interview with Grzegorz Kajdanowicz on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach" (Facts after Facts).
- Initially, there were preliminary steps, and we were asked to provide all materials. All materials were of course sent, and now the process is continuing - she continued.
19:57
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:
Irregularities Regarding the KPO Exist, Though Their Scale Doesn't Exceed the Average for EU Funds
- There was a project with an MP, the family of a Civic Platform MP, it's okay, there was a project with a person from a PiS politician's family, that's also okay. I'm saying this to all those who accused it of being some PiS scam, a Civic Platform scam. It turns out it has nothing to do with that at all - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on TVN24.
- European funds certainly have no party legitimacy whatsoever. I always repeat this, and for all those who can't believe it can be this way, we have proof in black and white. There are irregularities [regarding the KPO], though on a scale that is small and does not exceed the average for irregularities in EU funds in general - she continued.
20:03
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:
The Previous Government Included Two Taxes on Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles in the KPO; We Are Removing Both, They Will Not Be Implemented
- It is very good that the "Morawiecki tax" has been discarded. These were essentially two taxes, two fees included in the KPO, which we found there, concerning cars. This was written into the KPO before we even took it over, at the moment when it was being drafted by PiS - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on TVN24.
- Indeed, this happened under the previous government, and the previous government included such taxes in the KPO. This is a tax on the registration of internal combustion engine vehicles, and there is a tax on internal combustion engine vehicles for entrepreneurs, a second fee. So, we are removing both from the KPO; this will not happen, as we consider it to be a bad thing - she continued.
- We are replacing them with other reforms. We will discuss this with the Commission, although we do not accept the idea that this tax could remain. This is our 100% assertive starting position. However, we want to present truly innovative reforms on investing in biomethane and biogas - she further stated.

- Unfortunately, a very unfortunate situation has occurred, and I will not contribute to it, that some manipulated leaks from the government have happened. Government sessions are private, and legally we are obligated not to take things out of the government - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on TVN24 when asked if there was an "argument at the government" regarding the "Morawiecki tax," involving her among others.
- I absolutely have no right and will not speak about the government session. It is very unfortunate that someone did this; it casts a bad light on the coalition, and such manipulation, suggesting that management occurs through arguments at government sessions [...] harms the Prime Minister's image, it harms the government's image, and I will certainly not contribute to it - she continued.
- There was a discussion about the KPO (National Reconstruction Plan), and I also informed them [...] that we have 125 changes in the KPO, these changes were introduced by 13 ministries [...] and out of these 125, documentation for two reforms was not provided by the relevant ministers. Today, everything has been agreed upon accordingly, and tomorrow the KPO will be adopted, so everything is truly okay - she went on to say.

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on alcohol sales restriction projects:
There is room for agreement between us and the Left.
- This project, which we prepared, was not done overnight; such a project cannot be prepared overnight, it was being prepared for a longer time and was submitted at this moment - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on TVN24, when asked about Poland 2050's projects concerning alcohol sales restrictions and the "race with the Left."
- I think there is absolutely room for agreement between us and the Left, because we are heading in the same direction. We have differences; for instance, we believe that a transition period, regarding the ban on alcohol sales at petrol stations, of two years is sufficient, while the Left has why it is 5 years - she continued.
- Also, the ban on effective alcohol advertising, and here we have a common position with the Left, and I think that together we will convince the rest of the coalition partners - she added.

Przydacz:
Russia, Unable to Cope in Ukraine, is Neither Willing nor Ready to Realistically Confront NATO's Strength
- This is a certain tug-of-war. Our goal as NATO should be to show the Russians that they will not divide us, that they will not be able to show that we are unreactive, that we cannot react, because every time the reaction will be… It might even be a reaction of hard fire. If Russia truly allows itself another violation of the NATO border, then NATO will not be able to avoid responding - said Marcin Przydacz on the Rymanowski Live channel.
- However, I am deeply convinced that Russia, entangled in the war in Ukraine today, unable to fully cope, is neither willing nor ready to realistically confront NATO's strength. That this is precisely an attempt to escalate, in order to weaken, also psychologically, the other side and, in reality, to force it somewhat towards negotiations, from Russia's perspective, intended to go in the right direction - he assessed.
- “Stop with this Ukraine already, don’t support it anymore, because look, if you don’t let go of these things that matter to us in Ukraine, we will cause you trouble in other directions: northern, Baltic, in various other places” - but if we, as the Euro-Atlantic community, agree to this, what will stop Russia from further provocations? - he stated.

Przydacz Comments on Tusk's Post:
It Stems from His Dislike of Americans, Especially Trump.
- No, I wouldn't endorse [those words], because I believe that Prime Minister Donald Tusk's post stems from his dislike of Americans, and even more so from his dislike of Donald Trump, and he's looking for things in them that align with his political agenda - Marcin Przydacz stated on Rymanowski Live, when asked about the Prime Minister's post today.
We wrote about the Prime Minister's post here
- Because indeed, Donald Tusk, in my opinion, would primarily want to focus on Western European countries - or rather, on one Western European country, I don't need to name it [...] - while we believe that we need to attract Americans, even if they are not entirely willing to engage strongly here - he continued.
- Prime Minister Tusk sees primarily his political goal in this: 'Well, you see, Trump himself says he doesn't want to be in Europe, so let's leave him alone, let's focus only on Berlin, possibly Paris.' And I see something else in Donald Trump's post - he stated.
- Donald Trump is saying for the first time: 'Ukraine can win this war.' And this is indeed a complete victory, because if the American president says, 'Ukraine can regain its entire territory,' then this is essentially what would be the definition of absolute victory - he pointed out.

- An old rule: if you want peace, prepare for war. We simply must have the strongest possible army as quickly as possible, in order to deter, and this goal will not change. However, let's not be afraid that in the next days or weeks we will suddenly have to pack an evacuation backpack, because there are already such politicians in Poland who have suddenly remembered, I don't know, they want to scare Poles into packing evacuation backpacks - said Marcin Przydacz on Rymanowski Live.
- Timing is important. In a situation where there are escalating actions from Russia, we see testing and influencing psychology, also the psychology of people, […] and at the same time our PR masters on the government side decided to talk about evacuation backpacks right now, which in my opinion does not build a sense among people that they are prepared for defense. This is bad timing - he assessed.
- However, there is nothing wrong with generally having dry provisions and warm socks for the future - he added.

Przydacz Asked About a Photo of Smiling Sikorski and Nawrocki at the UN:
I Heard They Said Something About Tusk.
- I was sitting behind them. I wasn't eavesdropping, and somehow I didn't listen closely to the conversation. However, just before a burst of happy laughter, I heard something like “something about Donald Tusk.” So, I don't know, perhaps Minister Sikorski was saying something humorous about the Prime Minister. I don't know, I didn't ask for details – Marcin Przydacz said on the Rymanowski Live channel, when asked about a photo taken at the UN of Radosław Sikorski and Karol Nawrocki smiling at each other.

Przydacz:
American Diplomats and High-Level Politicians Ask: Why Don't You Have an Ambassador in Washington?
- Americans, when I speak with them, they themselves say: why don't you have an ambassador in Washington? Diplomats, high-level politicians - said Marcin Przydacz on Rymanowski Live.
- I cannot understand why, with our most important ally, Minister Sikorski decided not to have an ambassador - he stated.
22:06
Przydacz:
It's not out of the question that President Nawrocki will utilize presidential ambassadors
- The act on foreign service provides for something like presidential ambassadors, meaning a separate group. Such 'special envoys,' special plenipotentiaries of the president for specific matters - said Marcin Przydacz on the Rymanowski Live channel.
- It is not out of the question that the president will also use this form of foreign policy implementation, meaning he will have trusted individuals who will be given a special mission: 'Go there and sort something out for Poland in my name.' Something like that could happen - he indicated.
- President Duda also had several such ambassadors. I know that they dealt with business matters, with matters concerning the Three Seas Initiative. There were at least a few such names - he added.
22:16
- I will tell you what my tactic is. If someone is polite and cultured, then I am also polite and cultured. And if someone is a boor, then I respond boorishly, because otherwise it's simply impossible. And unfortunately, such a tactic had to be adopted towards some politicians of the ruling coalition today - said Marcin Przydacz on the Rymanowski Live channel.
- If they are impertinent, you cannot approach them with just a polite, well-ordered sentence, but you simply have to respond with an argument they will understand. Perhaps this causes some nervousness in Minister Sikorski - he stated.
Asked if Radosław Sikorski had behaved like a boor, he replied: - If someone says, and Mr. Sikorski had such posts, for example, about a woman from another political camp, that she has a greasy head, do you think this is a gentlemanly word, really? Should anyone, let alone a politician, express themselves like that in public discourse?
- His supporters will say that this is sharp language. In my opinion, this is language that crosses the line of good manners. […] However, if someone uses such language, they cannot be surprised that it comes back to them - he assessed.
22:39
Przydacz:
The President pointed to two specific names proposed by Sikorski as red lines. But there are more such names
- The President pointed to two specific names that are an absolute red line. But I can assure you that there are more such names that Minister Sikorski is proposing - said Marcin Przydacz on the Rymanowski Live channel.
- Because I really don't fully understand why, after 30 years of free Poland, Minister Sikorski still has such an attachment to these MGIMO graduates, to all these people. A large group are pensioners. [...] Has Poland, over 30 years, failed to produce young diplomats, so we constantly have to recall the same people from Geremek's notebook? - he stated.
- There are so many fantastic people from excellent Polish and Western universities. The Minister must, when he sees MGIMO, his eyes light up - he added.
