Rafał Trzaskowski is on a campaign trail in the Łódź Voivodeship. The Civic Coalition (KO) candidate has the following events scheduled: at 12:00 PM a rally in Zduńska Wola, at 3:00 PM a meeting at a farm in Buczek, at 5:00 PM a rally with local government officials in Pabianice, and at 8:15 PM a rally in Zgierz. It cannot be ruled out that one of the rallies might take the form of so-called speed dating, a format introduced for the first time yesterday in Trzaskowski's campaign.
Karol Nawrocki, meanwhile, has a meeting scheduled in Katowice at 6:30 PM. As of the publication of this schedule, this is the only event for the candidate supported by Law and Justice (PiS).
Law and Justice (PiS), on the other hand, is launching a conference offensive, likely as part of voter mobilization. PiS parliamentarians have nearly 30 such events scheduled in various Polish cities. Additionally, a conference featuring PiS spokesperson Rafał Bochenek and PiS MEP Jacek Ozdoba is scheduled for 10:00 AM in front of the Warsaw City Hall.
President Andrzej Duda will participate in the funeral ceremonies for the late Bogusław Nizieński, scheduled for 11:00 AM at the Field Cathedral of the Polish Army in Warsaw.
At 2:25 PM, accompanied by representatives of the veteran community, the President will lay a wreath at the Monument to Soldiers Killed in Missions and Military Operations Abroad, on the occasion of the Day of Veterans of Operations Abroad.
Later, at 6:00 PM, Andrzej Duda will begin a meeting with residents of Tomaszów Lubelski.

Jaki:
Tusk Has Gone Mad. Something Is Seriously Wrong With Him.
– Tusk has changed. He has simply gone mad, and it was evident in your studio too. A man who says that when he was at the head of the Polish government and vetted Karol Nawrocki – who, after all, has all the necessary credentials, while Trzaskowski still doesn't have all those credentials to this day – and says he doesn't trust Nawrocki, but instead trusts Jacek Murański. This is an absolute joke. Something truly bad has happened to him, – said Patryk Jaki in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on 'Graffiti' on Polsat News.
08:20
Jaki:
They're Scared, and This Time They Have Every Reason To Be – They'll Be Held Accountable for All Their Actions
– They are genuinely scared, and this time they have good reason to be, that they will be held accountable for everything they are currently doing. That's why Tusk goes on television so frantically. You could truly see his fear of the election results, because he understands that right after the presidential elections, a new dynamic could emerge that will sweep this government away – said Patryk Jaki on "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
08:23
Fogiel:
Language Skills Aren't a President's Key Trait
– Of course, and hats off, but if I wanted to be mischievous, I would say that in that case, I come with a compromise proposal, somewhat parodying the slogan 'your president, our prime minister' – 'our president, your translator.' Karol Nawrocki for president, and then Rafał Trzaskowski can apply for the position of translator – said Radosław Fogiel in RMF FM's 'Morning Talk,' when asked about Rafał Trzaskowski's language proficiency.
– These are important things [...] but it is not a key characteristic of the president, and it is not what Poles will be choosing this coming Sunday – he continued.
08:28
Fogiel:
The only Nawrocki Trzaskowski can debate is the one his staff brings him
– A crowd of people standing and Prince Rafał seated on some throne, and what was Trzaskowski's staff primarily boasting about afterwards? That a guy came who coincidentally shared a surname with Karol Nawrocki, and they were like, "Oh, great, Karol Nawrocki!" – said Radosław Fogiel on RMF FM, referring to the situation at a meeting with Trzaskowski.
– This shows Rafał Trzaskowski's way of thinking. The only Karol Nawrocki he is capable of debating is not the real one, but rather the one his staff brings him there, – he continued.
– Rafał Trzaskowski fled from Końskie, but he sent his provocateurs there because Mr. Zembaczyński was causing a commotion there, – he added.
08:30
"I think it's very possible [a new parliamentary majority], and they simply understand that. I believe that at this moment, 'Hołownia's project,' the Third Way, ceases to exist, and it seems to me that if they want to continue existing after all this – after supporting the 'rainbow Rafał,' if he loses – then they simply must think about new elections," said Patryk Jaki on "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
In his opinion: "If Nawrocki wins the elections, I don't think they will last until the end of the term. But that's just my assumption."
08:32
Wawer:
This is the Choice We Face in the Runoff – The Lesser of Two Evils
– That's the truth; I think all of us in the Confederation believe, or at least have serious doubts, as to whether Karol Nawrocki will be a good president. One thing we are rather convinced of is that Rafał Trzaskowski would be an even worse president, and that is currently the choice we face in the runoff, the choice of the lesser evil – stated Michał Wawer on PR3.
08:34
Fogiel:
No matter who the PiS-backed candidate was, the campaign of hate and slander against them would be the same
– I am convinced that no matter who represented, campaigned under the banner of, or was supported by Law and Justice, they would be attacked just the same. Because unfortunately, that's what the political-media scene in Poland looks like today – said Radosław Fogiel on RMF FM.
– I am absolutely convinced that our 'dear friends' from Onet, TVN, and other institutions, supported by Marian Banaś, would be perfectly capable of finding just as many accusations against any Law and Justice candidate – he continued, when asked whether every PiS MP could be accused, among other things, of participating in a setup.
– They would probably accuse each one of something different, because it would be tailor-made, but the campaign of hate, the campaign of slander would be exactly the same – he went on.
08:36
Wawer:
Tusk Embarrassed Himself Across Poland
– "Perhaps these people are even less credible than that freak fighter with whom Tusk embarrassed himself across Poland. No, these are not credible accusations. I cannot determine what happened, but the manner in which these allegations were made and the 'pseudo-evidence' that was presented is something that completely fails to convince me," – stated Michał Wawer on PR3.
08:38
"It was a joke [the video with Jacek Kurski], but Karol Nawrocki quickly cut it short, and I saw that Jacek Kurski liked that post. […] Jacek Kurski is an experienced media figure, so he is highly competent in that regard. However, as for his return to TVP, that was quickly shut down," Patryk Jaki said in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
08:39
"That was an obvious joke," Radosław Fogiel said on RMF FM, when asked about Jacek Kurski's statement regarding his return to TVP.
"I think so [that it wasn't very funny], and that's why Karol Nawrocki reacted quite quickly and decisively to it [...] it was unnecessary, superfluous. This is a very firm declaration from Karol Nawrocki [that Jacek Kurski will not return to TVP], and I think that not stepping into the same river twice is a principle that should apply," he continued.
08:44
Fogiel:
I understand that for tactical reasons Mentzen might not have wanted to clearly define his stance, but the way he is leaning is obvious
– I understand that for tactical reasons Sławek Mentzen perhaps didn't want to clearly state his position, 'yes, vote for Karol Nawrocki,' because he realizes that we still remain, although I hope friendly, nevertheless competing political groups with Konfederacja – said Radosław Fogiel on RMF FM.
– I suspect that by constantly declaring that voters are not some passive mass that you tell 'go here,' he didn't want to do that, but the direction Sławomir Mentzen is leaning is obvious, and we appreciate that he very clearly joined the 'Anyone but Trzaskowski' campaign – he continued.
08:47
Fogiel:
Sikorski's Trap for Mentzen 'Somewhat Successful'
– Unfortunately, it seems that the trap Radosław Sikorski tried to set for him [Sławomir Mentzen] was somewhat successful. It was generally a trap for us to go for each other's throats – said Radosław Fogiel on RMF FM, referring to Mentzen's beer with Trzaskowski and Sikorski.
08:48
Wawer:
This Is The Biggest Scandal of This Campaign
– Mr. Trzaskowski was supported during the election campaign by advertisements illegally financed from abroad, and then, when asked by Sławomir Mentzen who these people were who logged into his Facebook account from Hungary and Belgium, he replies that he has no idea who logs into his personal Facebook account. This raises my much greater concern; this is, in my opinion, the real, biggest scandal of this campaign, showing that someone here is trying to manipulate elections in Poland – stated Michał Wawer on PR3.
08:51
– There are no ideal candidates […], we saw that in the USA. Trump, by the way, was assailed, I don't know, he faced over a hundred criminal charges there. He was accused of everything from prostitutes to organized crime; his homes were searched multiple times… – said Patryk Jaki on “Graffiti” Polsat News.
– But it turned out that people nevertheless decided that what he stands for, what he brings with him—namely: order, stability, security, the rejection of green madness—that this is nevertheless something… This is exactly the same choice in Poland. Not this cosmopolitanism, which clearly isn't working worldwide… ‘Trzaskoleon’ pretends not to be who he is – he continued.
08:56
Wawer:
It's Not About Supporting Nawrocki, I'll Simply Vote Against Trzaskowski
– There's no talk here of supporting Karol Nawrocki; I will simply vote against Rafał Trzaskowski, because I expect nothing but the worst from him as president – stated Michał Wawer on PR3.
09:02
Komorowski:
I'm Ruling Out Nawrocki, But Not Irrevocably – His Stance on Ukraine Is a Factor
“I will vote with deep conviction that this is an absolutely better choice for the state, among other reasons because Mr. Nawrocki once admitted somewhere that his goal is to overthrow the government,” said Bronisław Komorowski in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program “Radio Zet’s Guest,” when asked whether he would vote for Rafał Trzaskowski with full endorsement or on the principle of the lesser evil.
“A presidential candidate who wants to be president in order to damage the state apparatus and fight with the government is a bad idea, because that means conflict, that means compromising Poland and wasting a lot of political time. So, for this reason, among others, but not exclusively, due to his stance on Ukrainian issues, I am writing off Mr. Nawrocki, but not irrevocably,” he continued.
09:03
Jaki:
'Jagodno 2.0'? We're Not Afraid, It's Unlikely to Happen
– We are not afraid [of Jagodno 2.0], it's unlikely to happen. Jagodno, I hope that as a district of Wrocław, it will draw conclusions from everything that happened… I understand [that it's about a symbol], but the story is also very simple – we are showing that it's worth going to these elections, because if not, the migration pact will come in full force. Exactly what happened in Romania – said Patryk Jaki on "Graffiti" Polsat News.
09:07
Jaki:
I Urge People to Vote. If They Don't, They'll Only Have Themselves to Blame
– I appeal to people to go vote. Because if they don't go vote, then they'll only have themselves to blame. They will shut down television, silence their politicians, the system will be consolidated, which means Polish democracy will be destroyed – Patryk Jaki said on Polsat News' "Graffiti."
09:07
– The anti-abortion law must be liberalized; the question is, to what extent. I would like it to be a return to the compromise from before the erroneous and harmful decision by Jarosław Kaczyński and Ms. Przyłębska – said Bronisław Komorowski on Radio Zet.
– That is not acceptable to me – he continued, asked about the Civic Coalition's (KO) project concerning legal abortion up to 12 weeks.
– Fortunately, the Polish People's Party (PSL) is in the government, and in my opinion, all such ideologically sharper actions will nonetheless be tempered by PSL – he went on, pressed on what if Rafał Trzaskowski were to try to bring this about.
09:11
Komorowski:
Kristi Noem's Endorsement for Nawrocki Is Meaningless – Few in Poland Know Who She Is
– I don't think so, I believe it's meaningless, because few people in Poland know who this lady is, that's first of all. The fact that someone came from America, from Trump's camp, might appeal to some, but others will be put off by it, seeing it as a manifestation of such a paternalistic treatment of Poland by the United States – said Bronisław Komorowski on Radio Zet, when asked about Kristi Noem's endorsement of Karol Nawrocki and whether it would help the candidate supported by PiS.
09:13
Wawer:
Kaczyński's Departure Spells PiS's Collapse
– I think that in some sense, yes [PiS would be closer to Konfederacja if Przemysław Czarnek were the leader], but I also think that Kaczyński's departure will simply mean the disintegration of PiS. I don't believe in such a simple scenario where it's Kaczyński, and then someone simply takes over from him – stated Michał Wawer on PR3.
09:19
Komorowski on Nawrocki's Meeting with Trump:
A Display of Polish Servility, Wagging Its Tail. Even PZPR Secretaries Didn't Do It.
– I hope that such gestures, like Mr. Nawrocki traveling to the United States for Trump to pat him on the back, are, it seems to me, already very poorly received in many circles, because it is a display of such Polish servility, if I may say so, wagging one's tail to the powerful – said Bronisław Komorowski on Radio Zet.
– Everyone knows he went there to get a photo with Trump, with him shaking his hand or patting him on the back. So I absolutely don't like it, because it is, I'll say it again, a display of Polish servility, a lack of dignity, and something like this has never happened before – for a candidate for president of the most illustrious Republic to go seeking a pat on the back from the President of the United States – he continued.
– Even the First Secretaries of the PZPR (Polish United Workers' Party) didn't do this during communist times, and they tried not to travel so ostentatiously to Moscow for anointing – he added.
09:22
Komorowski:
Coalition Will Face Trouble if Nawrocki Wins, But Won't Collapse
– No, it will face troubles, but it won't fall apart – said Bronisław Komorowski on Radio Zet, when asked if the coalition would fall apart if Nawrocki won.
09:32
Komorowski:
'I Don't Believe I Ever Lied as President. It's About Upbringing.'
"I don't think so. Because it's a bit a matter of home upbringing," Bronisław Komorowski said on Radio Zet, when asked if he had ever lied as president.
"I was brought up that way, I won't hide it, a bit old-fashioned. So, for example, I knew I had to be like Zawisza the Black, right? That's how my grandparents and parents raised me, and lying was a very bad thing, something to be ashamed of," he continued.
09:42
– That is objectively true, because as compensation for the territories lost in the east, we received the more developed so-called Recovered Territories, where I was incidentally born – said Bronisław Komorowski on Radio Zet, when asked about Radosław Sikorski's statement that Poland gained 20% of well-developed German territory during World War II.
– In an economic sense, it was certainly a beneficial change, but an incredibly painful one, so I believe there's no need to criticize Radosław Sikorski here; he said it the way the entire world absolutely sees it. Poland received compensation for war losses, but above all for the eastern territories taken by the Soviet Union, by Stalin – he continued.

– Within the next few dozen hours, I will cast my vote for Nawrocki. I will go to the polling station, cast a valid vote, and mark a cross next to the name Nawrocki. This is probably a key piece of information that will not change much, or indeed nothing at all, in the plans of the majority of my voters—those who voted for me 10 days ago—because most of them did not need any recommendations from me – stated Grzegorz Braun on the "Sprawki" program on YouTube.
11:26
– I have decided to extend the validity of the BRAVO and BRAVO-CRP alert levels due to hybrid and cyber threats from Russia and Belarus. We will prevent the recently escalating attempts of foreign interference in our electoral process – wrote Prime Minister Donald Tusk on social media.

– We would like to discuss another chapter in the saga involving the use of NASK in the election campaign – an institution that was supposed to be responsible for election cybersecurity but has become yet another headquarters for Rafał Trzaskowski's informal staff. We are dealing with an exceptionally scandalous situation because NASK, after refusing to provide journalists and MPs, as part of an inspection, with a report concerning a campaign worth half a million zlotys that attacked Karol Nawrocki and Sławomir Mentzen and promoted Rafał Trzaskowski, subsequently leaked a report concerning another incident. This incident was described alongside the half-a-million-zloty one by reporters from TVN24, whom, as always, we warmly greet – stated Janusz Cieszyński at a press conference.
– It turns out that the case concerning advertisements for which 23 PLN were spent is practically identical to the one where half a million was spent. Not to mention further campaigns carried out by Polish foundations, on which hundreds of thousands of zlotys were spent. We are talking here about the 'Twój Głos Jest Ważny' foundation, the 'Liberte' foundation, and a number of other organizations such as, for example, the All-Poland Women's Strike, which, violating election law, unambiguously supported Rafał Trzaskowski's campaign – he continued.
– This NASK scandal is deliberately being swept under the rug – emphasized the PiS MP.
12:26
Śliwka:
Why is TVN24 Effectively Promoting Online Content Targeting Nawrocki?
– Why is TVN24 effectively – one might say – promoting online content that targets Karol Nawrocki? We are dealing with Dr. Nawrocki's image, alongside information that he is a presidential candidate, his full name, and he is being cast in an unfavorable, mendacious light. On the other hand, we can clearly see from this graphic, which is sourced from Facebook's page transparency, that TVN is effectively funding this as an advertisement – stated Andrzej Śliwka at a press conference.
13:16
Trzaskowski:
Sunday's Decision is One of the Most Important of Your Lives
– The decision you make on Sunday is one of the most important decisions you will ever make in your lives. Truly, one of the most important decisions. Will we be the strongest in Europe, will we seize this opportunity and take everyone on this journey, including those who have not succeeded, or will we, unfortunately, once again have conflict and constant squabbling, because my opponents, regrettably, offer Poland nothing else – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Zduńska Wola.
13:20
Trzaskowski:
We Need to Hold These People Accountable Once and for All, But It's Only a Stage
– We need to hold these people accountable once and for all in order to move forward. Because we cannot allow people who destroyed the Polish state to remain unaccountable, – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Zduńska Wola.
– But this is just a stage, because later we need a president who will be active, who will take matters into their own hands and who, like me, will clearly say: yes, if there was a promise of a tax-free allowance, then it simply needs to be done, immediately, – he continued.
14:28
– Our perspective is very simple. We want a normal Poland, capable of developing, unbound, unfettered in this development. And this means, among other things, the continuation of that development program which was already initiated during our governments' tenure, and which – contrary to various narratives – did not consist of some insignificant actions, as the other side suggests, but was simply at the stage characteristic today for investments in Europe, the administrative preparation stage – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
– This is today a lengthy, often very difficult process. And this applies to CPK, nuclear power, and these port projects, or the issue of the Odra River – all of this was precisely at that stage. It was stopped under various pretexts – he continued.
14:38
– This system, which is meant to be put in place, is an anti-Polish system, essentially imposed from outside, and therefore, I issue a strong appeal to all Poles to mobilize and go vote for Karol Nawrocki. Because the danger is immense; previous elections also contained various elements of risk, but it's difficult to attribute the kind of tendencies that Mr. Trzaskowski represents today to previous presidents, and that's in various areas of life, including the rainbow one – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
– I repeat: anything but Trzaskowski, and since there is a second round, that means it all comes down to Nawrocki – he continued.
14:40
– Freedom of speech is a cornerstone of democracy and a fundamental human right, but the right related to one's religion is also a fundamental human right – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
– We also emphatically demand this [the defense of religion]. We do not want any 'filing down of Catholics,' no fighting with crosses here; we believe that this would deeply harm our identity and the axiological order in Poland – he continued.
14:49
Kaczyński:
Trzaskowski is an Extreme Leftist
– Mr. Trzaskowski is – one might say – an extreme leftist, but today this left-wing ideology is at the service of all those undertakings which are, in essence, anti-state in nature, and are destined to bring, in the final reckoning, such misfortune upon Poland that Polish independence, not for the first time, will once again be merely an incident – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
14:50
Tusk:

Remarks:
I Would Appeal to TV to Show the Entire Conversation."Kaczyński on Kurski's 'Unfortunate, Out-of-Context
– Those were a few sentences taken out of context, indeed very unfortunate, that is true, but on the other hand, I would very much appeal to television to show that entire conversation, because then citizens – and these are your duties towards citizens – will see what it was truly about – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
14:59
– I cannot count how many times, in my early youth and even more so as a child, I was a patient of the emergency services. Not because I was falling on the street or during some football matches, but because even in Żoliborz there were many, very different people, and back then, fights were, let's say, extremely serious – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
– My brother, he perhaps had more luck, he was hit with something heavy less often, but he also ended up at the emergency services – he added.
15:00
Kaczyński:
New Constitution Must Prevent Recurrence of Tusk's Team's Actions
– Undoubtedly, our government, should this change come about, will be entirely different. Of course, we will draw conclusions from everything that has transpired, and if today the issue of amending the Constitution arises – as it did yesterday in Końskie – then it must be said that the new Constitution must contain provisions that will protect us from a recurrence of what Tusk and his team are currently doing, – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
15:03
– You are referring to accusations, and their verification goes like this: one completely unreliable person, Mr. Maruński, learned something from another completely unreliable person, not to mention that the dates don't match, certain things were impossible, because at least that 'Big Bu' was a child at the time – said Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.
– Simply put, we are dealing with fake news, and that the Prime Minister uses it and such authorities – I lament that such a person is Prime Minister, and that is what's worth lamenting, not Karol Nawrocki – he continued.
15:13
– This is, of course, something very brutal [the staged provocations], I am not a proponent of it, to be clear, but this is a kind of struggle that, frankly speaking, if we look at the current state of Poland, and more precisely, the situation around Poland, we need brave men, not people who, when the first shots are fired, will take flight – said Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

– I earnestly appeal to everyone to go and cast their vote in these elections. We only have a few dozen hours left, and it is these elections that will decide the direction Poland takes, which is why it is so crucial that every single vote is cast – stated Małgorzata Trzaskowska in Pabianice.
– Of course, I particularly want to address all the ladies here. Girls, talk to your boyfriends, partners, fathers, brothers about how important these elections are for us. Only Rafał can guarantee our safety and our rights, which is why these elections are so crucial for us women. Go, my dears, and vote – she continued.
17:56
– "The alternative is chaos and strife, and you know very well that this is precisely why my opponent is heading to the Presidential Palace: either to pardon his associates, or to undermine and destroy, because he is incapable of doing anything else," stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Pabianice.
17:57
Trzaskowski:
If We Mobilize, I Am Convinced All of Poland Will Win and We Will Triumph
– I earnestly ask you, convince everyone, talk to everyone – in your family, in your neighborhood, at work. Talk and convince, and truly explain what is at stake in these elections, because there will be no turning back. I am convinced, because I see it in these last days, that there are more of us, that this positive energy is carrying us today, and that we are truly so close to winning the presidential election. But everything is in your hands – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Pabianice.
– If we mobilize in these final hours – because I am convinced that all of Poland will win and that we will be victorious – he added.
18:13
– Yesterday in Kalisz, I answered your questions because I wanted to demonstrate the most important thing to you. There was so much shouting in this election campaign, so much clamor, so much yelling over each other; some had to and still have to account for their past – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Pabianice.
– You know everything about me; there was so much rehashing of the same few sentences over and over, so much unnecessary aggression, so many staged events, and some specialize only in staged events – he added.
18:13
Trzaskowski on Duda's Remarks Regarding Arranged Brawls on Kanał Zero:
How Can Such People Look Our Uniformed Personnel in the Face?
– The fact that someone who holds the highest office in the state, today, in order to support my competitor, says that thuggish arranged fights in the forest are something normal – ladies and gentlemen, these are no jokes. Because these are not mere fans; these are people who engage in the worst kind of activities, these are people who are linked to mafias, and I tell you, today I truly wonder how such people can look in the face all those who stand guard over our security – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Pabianice.
18:39
Trzaskowski:
As President, I Will Never Support Any Party Candidate
– Today, politicians should set a good example. I, for instance, promised that if I were to become President of the Republic, I would never support any party candidate, unlike what President Andrzej Duda is doing today. I cannot understand how he can engage in politics at the very end of his presidency, when it is precisely the president's role to try to lower these emotions – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Pabianice.
18:44
Duda:
Poland Needs a Government That Understands and Prioritizes the Nation's Interest
“We continue to need a stable development policy in Poland. We still need ambitious development plans in Poland and we need them to be implemented. We need a government that understands what the interest of the Republic of Poland means and that absolutely puts this interest of the Republic of Poland first. And does not claim that other interests are more important, and does not pursue other interests before our own,” said President Andrzej Duda in Tomaszów Lubelski.
“It does not say that it is enough if major investments are with our large, rich neighbors, because perhaps it is the case that somewhere in the plans of some major European powers, it is envisioned that this area will be for recreational, green spaces. Why have any industry here, why jobs for anyone – the most important thing is for there to be cheap labor here. […] And wealth is to remain where it has been for decades. I will say this: it stemmed from the injustice done to us […], by leaving us in the Soviet sphere of influence,” he continued.
18:50
Trzaskowski Accuses Nawrocki of Lacking Agricultural Knowledge:
You Don't Pick a Street Fight with the European Commission.
– We must defend our food. That is why we are forming a coalition to combat a detrimental trade agreement with South American countries. We are undertaking all this right now by building this type of alliance, and this is another crucial point – you simply have to know how to do it, – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Pabianice.
– You simply have to know how to do it; it's not enough to just talk about it. You need to know how to build such coalitions, how many countries are necessary to block detrimental decisions. I asked my opponent these questions, and he has no clue about it. This is truly not about flexing muscles; you don't pick a street fight with the European Commission. Instead, you need to form an effective coalition to persuade others to our point of view, – he continued.
18:59
Duda:
I Hope the Next President Builds a Homeland That Protects the Weak and Fears Not the Strong
"I hope that the incoming president will pursue [...] a policy of historical memory, memory of the great sacrifice Poles made to live in a free, sovereign, independent state, and everything that this memory entails," said President Andrzej Duda in Tomaszów Lubelski.
"Our shared effort to build a homeland that will defend us with its strength, and by which we will be strong. Also when we are abroad. Because the fact that this homeland will be able to protect the weak and will not have to fear the strong also means that Poland, its diplomacy, and its overall strength on the international arena will be sufficient to always defend Poles, wherever they may be in the world," he continued.
"That Polish presidents in the future, should some misfortune befall our compatriots far beyond our borders, will not hesitate – even going against unknown resistance – to send our soldiers there [...] to rescue them, regardless of costs or any international relations. Because a citizen is the fundamental asset of every state," he added.

Nawrocki:
Heavy Industry and Silesian Mines Are Systematically Destroyed by a Foreign Ideology
“Silesian mines are consistently being destroyed by a foreign ideology, and you know this well; miners are standing here with me. The heavy industry of the Polish state, including metallurgy, is being destroyed by a foreign ideology, and we cannot allow this,” said Karol Nawrocki in Katowice.
“What couldn't be saved is one thing, but what still remains – both the Polish mining and metallurgical industries, and all Polish heavy industry – must be defended by the future Polish president,” he continued.

– Who is Poland's best president? 11 letters, – asks Krakow Mayor Aleksander Miszalski in a new video, published on social media.
– It's simple. Kwaśniewski, – replies Aleksander Kwaśniewski, to which Miszalski retorts: – Simple, but it starts with T.

"We will not miss out on the technological breakthrough and the technological revolution, and in Katowice and Silesia, you know perfectly well how it's done," said Karol Nawrocki in Katowice.
"We need a breakthrough technology fund, and we need what only I, not Rafał Trzaskowski, whose boss insulted Donald Trump, can guarantee. Yes, I will safeguard our relations with the United States, and these relations in terms of military, economic, and technological security," he continued.

– I ask that you go, that you persuade your loved ones, your neighbors to do so. I ask that you call upon and ask all those who didn't even participate in the first round to go in the second. This is that fundamentally important moment when everything will be decided – who will be the President of the Republic of Poland for the next 5 years, and perhaps longer – said President Andrzej Duda in Tomaszów Lubelski.
After this, applause erupted and the audience began to chant "Karol Nawrocki for President of Poland."
– Thank you all very much. Yes, it’s no secret to anyone that I will also vote that way – commented PAD.

Nawrocki:
Trzaskowski – Not Just a Coward, but a Puppet. He Needs Guardians: von der Leyen, Tusk, and German Foundations
– Rafał Trzaskowski is a coward. He doesn't come to debates, he avoids discussions, he removes media outlets that ask him difficult questions. The commander-in-chief of the armed forces cannot be a coward – said Karol Nawrocki in Katowice.
– But Rafał Trzaskowski is not only a coward, but he is a puppet. Rafał Trzaskowski is Donald Tusk’s puppet; he needs guardians. He needs Ursula von der Leyen, he needs Donald Tusk, he needs Erika Steinbach, he needs German foundations that finance his campuses – he continued.
– The President of Poland cannot be a puppet, and I’ll tell you why. Because a puppet will send Polish soldiers to Ukraine. Because a puppet will invite illegal migrants to your beautiful Silesia. Because a puppet will ideologize our schools and our social life. Because a puppet, if they call him, will finish off Polish mining and metallurgy with the Green Deal – he went on to say.

– Each of us will decide the future of our wonderful homeland. A homeland where the president in his chancellery – and I promise you this too – will have not only experienced politicians, but also those who have served the Polish state their entire lives, and whose names you do not know today – said Karol Nawrocki in Katowice.
– Those who are the voice of the people, the voice of experience, the voice of academies and universities. I will build my presidential chancellery in such a way that it will be a response to social and civic needs – he continued.
– I look at these young […] people who are here with us today. I want to promise you that in my chancellery, as the future president of Poland, you will see young, capable people who will connect generations. There will be both experienced and young individuals – he further stated.

Kierwiński on Nawrocki:
His life's achievements can only be described by articles from the Criminal Code.
– In my opinion, the fundamental issue – and I say this with concern and apprehension, because I am deeply worried by the fact that the life achievements of a candidate from a major political party, such as PiS, can actually only be described by articles from the Criminal Code – this is truly astounding. Therefore, these elections are about elementary honesty in politics – said Marcin Kierwiński on “Fakty po Faktach” TVN24.

– The new President of the Republic must have a strong social mandate derived from the nation. The higher the turnout, the stronger the president's mandate will be. I have always emphasized the fundamental importance of free and fair elections. I strived for the highest possible turnout, and I am glad that this is the case. Poles are aware that their vote truly matters – stated President Andrzej Duda in a televised address.
– I thank everyone who turned out in such large numbers for the first round of elections. And once again, I appeal: let's also participate in the second round of presidential elections. I earnestly ask you – do not be discouraged. It is not the dirty campaign tricks that we unfortunately observe that should decide the future of Poland, but the Citizens, according to their convictions. It is we – Poles – who will choose who will lead our state – President Duda continued.
– I know that Poles are wise. Therefore, let's go to the polls! Let's encourage our loved ones – family, friends, and neighbors – to do so. Because every vote counts! Because in a true democracy, the power is strong that the nation stands behind. And the nation speaks through elections. Let us choose a President who will be strong with the voice of their compatriots. Long live Poland! – emphasized the president. The full text of the address follows below.

This coming Sunday, we will decide who will assume the highest office in the Republic – who will guard the security, internal order, and sovereignty of our state. We will choose not only a person but also the path that Poland will follow for the next five years – so that it may be a strong, independent, just, and resilient state, resistant to external pressures.
Therefore, I appeal to you today with a request to treat this choice not only as a civic right, but also as an expression of shared responsibility for our Homeland.
When I took office, I swore that 'I would remain faithful to the provisions of the Constitution, I would steadfastly guard the dignity of the Nation, the independence and security of the State, and that the good of the Homeland and the prosperity of its citizens would always be my highest command.' And they have always been my highest command. They must also be for my successor.
These words are not merely a statutory formula. They are a commitment. Anyone who runs for the honorable office of President of the Republic must remember: The Constitution is not a collection of rules for arbitrary interpretation. It is a social contract that must be respected. And the role of the head of state is to resolutely oppose – on behalf of citizens – any attempt to break or bend the law.
We live in dangerous times: war just beyond our border, migratory pressure, and internal tensions. Poland needs a strong leader. A President who is a true patriot, a defender of Polish raison d'état, and a guardian of Polish interests.
We need a person who knows the history of Poland, can draw conclusions from it, and knows how to defend our country – so that we do not have to fear the stronger, but instead become ever stronger ourselves.
We need a president who can make decisions with a sense of responsibility for the common good – not under the pressure of temporary political interests or external influences.
One who will support Polish families, protecting their needs and well-being. Who will strive for the security of the country, the modernization of the army, the strengthening of borders, and international relations. Who will ensure that the state provides economic development and employment under dignified conditions. Who will be a patron of strategic nationwide investments, but also of local projects that improve the quality of life in every municipality. We need a president who will guard the dignity of citizens – building a community proud of its identity and over a thousand years of history.
These have been the foundations of my policy for the last 10 years. I believe that these values will remain a guiding light for my successor as well. Because they determine the strength and prosperous future of Poland.
The new President of the Republic must have a strong social mandate derived from the nation. The higher the turnout, the stronger the president's mandate will be.
I have always emphasized the fundamental importance of free and fair elections. I strived for the highest possible turnout, and I am glad that this is the case. Poles are aware that their vote truly matters.

– I am very glad that the gentlemen [Karol Nawrocki and Sławomir Mentzen] arranged a meeting. They discussed common points that can be implemented. […] Today in Poland, a substantive discussion is needed about what is required to ensure security, for social programs to function effectively, for low taxes, and for the prevention of illegal migration. Therefore, it is very good that such a discussion took place – said Beata Szydło in an interview with Grzegorz Kępka on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".

Kierwiński:
I Don't Know Any Head of Service Who, Under PO's Rule or Earlier, Would Sign Off on Security Clearances Despite Serious Reservations
– It's clear that in a normal situation, had we had proper oversight over the services during PiS's rule, such a situation would not have occurred. I don't know, I truly don't know a head of a service who, during the rule of my political party or even in earlier years, if an officer brought him serious reservations, would sign off on something like that [security clearances] – said Marcin Kierwiński on TVN24.
20:23
– For us – Karol Nawrocki and myself – the voters who supported Grzegorz Braun are paramount. These are people who deserve respect. There is democracy in Poland; everyone has the right to decide and to choose the candidate they deem best for themselves – said Beata Szydło on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń," when asked if Grzegorz Braun should be held accountable in court for extinguishing the Chanukah candles in the Sejm.
Pressed on the parliamentary incident, she replied: – I am not following this situation currently, but from what I recall, some proceedings are likely underway in this matter. If there are indeed grounds, then appropriate rulings will undoubtedly be issued.

Trzaskowski:
You Know Everything About Me, But Unfortunately, We're Learning More and More About My Opponent
– You know everything about me, however, unfortunately, we are learning more and more about my opponent. But today, precisely today and tomorrow, on this final stretch, we must focus primarily on what we can achieve together – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Zgierz.
20:39
Trzaskowski:
I Manage Hundreds of Schools, 120 Health Clinics, Theaters, Cultural Institutions, and Hundreds of Sports Facilities
– Over these past years, I have managed and continue to manage hundreds of schools, ten hospitals, 120 health clinics; I manage theaters, cultural institutions; I manage hundreds of sports facilities, both smaller and larger; I assist hundreds of clubs, and I tell you, this is exactly what we need today – we need an active president who will be able to solve the problems of Polish women and men – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Zgierz.
20:43
Trzaskowski:
My Opponent Seeks Power to Topple the Government
— If we are divided, if we are at odds, if we have a president whose sole purpose is to pick fights, quarrel, and bring down the government — because that is precisely why my opponent is seeking power — then that is precisely why today we must be secure, have a president who can both talk to Americans and strengthen our security in the EU, so that we remain secure, but also so that we can fulfill the dreams and aspirations of all of us — stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Zgierz.
20:57
– It's good that he encourages participation in the elections. The words delivered by the President are at odds with the persona of the candidate he supports. Because if the President is to be the guardian of safety and public order – and I agree with that – but can someone who participated in organized brawls, which destroy public order and are mere fights for pleasure, be a guarantor of safety, be a guarantor of public order? – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the program „Question of the Day” on TVP Info.
