– Article 6 of the Act on the Prosecution Service states that a prosecutor, while conducting preparatory proceedings, is obliged to undertake actions solely as described in the laws. Further, this article states that when conducting preparatory proceedings, they are guided by the principle of impartiality and equal treatment of all citizens.
