Constitutional Tribunal Judges Take Oath in the Sejm

In the Sejm, in the presence of Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty and a notary, the oath-taking ceremony for the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal took place. The ceremony was attended by four judges whose oaths had not yet been accepted by the president, as well as two judges who had already taken their oaths at the Presidential Palace.

During the ceremony, it was emphasized that the oath is taken before the president, even though the head of state was not present in the Sejm.

- On March 13, 2026, the Sejm elected 6 judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. Acting on behalf of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, I will present the ladies and gentlemen judges with the resolutions of their election, which are an expression of the nation's will - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty.
