- I know that Poland today is preoccupied with the matter of the Constitutional Tribunal. This is neither the place nor the time to discuss it, although on my way here, I heard something that pleased me, from former President Duda, who was not a fanatical defender of the Constitution, that in his opinion, the president has no room for maneuvering and must swear in the judges - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the inauguration of "Local Content. Benefitting Poland".

The head of government most likely referred to the words of Andrzej Duda, which were spoken during a conversation between the former president and Krzysztof Szczucki.

Andrzej Duda said: "The President is bound by a Sejm resolution, and it cannot be the case that the president swears in someone else, or only some of them."
