Prime Minister Donald Tusk continues his visit to Sweden. A meeting between the head of government and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson is scheduled for 10:30 AM. A delegation meeting will take place at 11:00 AM. The final point of the visit is a joint press conference by Prime Minister Tusk and Prime Minister Kristersson, scheduled for 2:00 PM.

A press conference with Karol Nawrocki is scheduled for 6:30 AM. Location: a bakery in the village of Kornowac.

A press conference with Rafał Trzaskowski is scheduled for 9:00 AM. The topic: "billions from the EU for Warsaw." At 5:30 PM, the Civic Platform (KO) candidate will meet with a Rural Women's Circle in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.

At 9:00 AM, a scientific conference will be held at the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw with the participation of the Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, dedicated to the role of military healthcare and its tasks during war and peace.

Subsequently, the Deputy Prime Minister will travel to Gdynia, where the official celebrations of the Polish Navy Day will begin at 11:30 AM. President Andrzej Duda will also participate in the event. Both will deliver speeches.

Also at 11:30 AM, a press conference by the Minister of Sport and Tourism, Sławomir Nitras, will be held at the headquarters of the Warsaw Rowing Society.

- These accusations or insinuations directed at me, which are based on, I don't know what, on some dirty speculation, dirty games that are starting to unfold, I must treat in only one way. Because if someone says: this name could have been on the student list, yes, it could have been, because I applied for admission to studies, but I did not undertake these studies. But if someone says: aha, he had an agreement not to attend these studies and actually get a diploma for it, then this is a very serious slander and a signal that the election campaign has begun in Poland - stated Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- I understand that it bothers someone greatly that I have announced my candidacy, that there is an independent candidate in this game, and exactly what unfortunately often starts in election campaigns in Poland has begun, i.e., a series of insults, slander, insinuations, leaks. I wonder where this information comes from, which journalists are circulating today. Because if it comes from an investigation and is revealed by someone from the entourage of the suspected rector or other individuals, it means a crime. Information from an investigation cannot be disclosed - he continued.

- However, if it turns out, and I don't want to believe it, that our state services have entered the game and they are sharing with journalists or some other individuals who are interested in slandering me in this pre-election situation, such fake news, slander, lies, it means that the matter is very serious and it means that a very serious crisis of trust will occur in our coalition, because if the services are behind it or the services or the prosecution had any involvement in it, because this information must have leaked from somewhere too, it will mean that this is not what we agreed upon when we came and changed the state, so that it wouldn't look like it did under PiS - said the Marshal of the Sejm.

- The fact that I am wondering why this issue, which I have been asked about many times, even last year when "Newsweek" first wrote about it, and which resurfaces in many circumstances precisely now, on the eve of the election campaign, makes one ask questions about coincidence. Incidentally, within a year, I received information twice that the topic was of interest to the services - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- The first time, it was information that someone, to put it quite frankly, was circulating these reports that Collegium Humanum, Hołownia, was invoking the services, and the second time, that there had been some interaction with the suspect Mr. Czarnecki and an attempt to obtain some testimony that would incriminate me in this context. I immediately informed my government colleagues who deal with these matters about all of this - he continued.

- They informed me that they had checked this information. To Minister Siemoniak, to the Prime Minister, and that there is no action from the services in this regard, that it is a clean matter from that side. And I believe them, I want to believe that this is indeed the case, but I know that the services are also a kind of mechanism that sometimes likes to join the game in one way or another - the Marshal of the Sejm emphasized.

Bodnar: There is no evidence of Marshal Hołownia committing a crime

- I am pleased with the Marshal's trust. Perhaps I will say this: when I learned about this information in the media, I naturally asked the National Prosecutor, Dariusz Korneluk, to explain what it was about. I received information that, according to all the materials gathered by the prosecution, there is no evidence indicating that Marshal Hołownia has committed any prohibited act. So, I think if the Marshal trusts me, he simply has nothing to worry about – he continued.

- There is a certain standard of public life that should be applied, and what's more, it was applied once before. In 1995, Professor Tadeusz Zieliński, then the Commissioner for Human Rights, ran for the office of President and simply took unpaid leave for that period. If you run for the office of President and have these kinds of limitations, be they statutory or constitutional, you should take unpaid leave so as not to raise any doubts – said Adam Bodnar on TVN24.

- I believe my role in this matter was to receive a request from the investigation committee for permission to lift the immunity in order to detain Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro. We reviewed this request formally at the prosecutor's office and submitted it to the Sejm. However, the entire decision now rests with the Sejm as to whether it will adopt such a resolution expressing consent.
