Russia is Positioning Itself to Appear Stronger Than It Is
- Russia is positioning itself to appear stronger than it is. Their economy is starting to crumble. It's starting, but it has serious problems. They also have desertions of Russian soldiers, they have to borrow soldiers from North Korea, and drones from Iran - stated Radosław Sikorski on PR1.
- A portion of Russian territory is still occupied, and British and American missiles are beginning to rain down on Russian command centers and airfields. Putin wants to put on a brave face in a difficult situation, in order, as he believes, to gain as much as possible in negotiations that may perhaps take place - he continued.

He would be a dangerous opponent – stated Radosław Sikorski on PR1.

The Youth Wing of PO Appeared with Trzaskowski at a Conference:
We Listen to the Voice of the Young Generation
- We cooperate, we listen to the voice of the young generation, and then we try to ensure that all these problems that are important to young people are included in our political programs and that what is most important is reflected in my actions - stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press briefing in Warsaw.
- This is exactly what we are doing in Warsaw; it was young people who drew our attention to the issue related to the crisis in child psychiatry and psychology, and I made it one of the most important priorities in Warsaw. It is young people who tell us that we have a housing crisis today that particularly affects them, and that is why we are addressing this problem - the Mayor of Warsaw continued.
- I would like to thank all of you very sincerely, and dear ladies and gentlemen, I am counting on your vote tomorrow, and then, exactly as has been said, we will get down to preparing for December 7th, where we will all certainly meet, and then we will have an election campaign ahead of us, where we will all work hard - he added.

Hennig-Kloska:
In Poland, When the Sun Shines, the Wind Often Doesn't Blow, and When the Wind Blows, the Sun Doesn't Shine. That's Our Charm
- Wind energy is greatly needed today in the country's energy balance. Wind energy and solar energy are two important, complementary legs. Because in Poland, it often happens that when the sun shines, the wind doesn't blow, and when the wind blows, the sun doesn't shine. That's our charm, our characteristic. And this energy complements itself. I don't understand; I will show you charts at the next committee meeting, how solar and wind energy provide the same volumes over 12 months - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska in the Sejm.
- Because in the summer, when we have a lot of sun in Poland, it blows less, while in the winter, when we have less sun on the ground, the wind blows, and over 12 months, we need it in the country's energy balance - she continued.

Sikorski:
I Have a Better Chance of Winning Elections, I Combine Liberal and Conservative Sensibilities
- I believe I have a greater chance of winning the main elections because I feel both a liberal and a more conservative sensibility, precisely because I am from outside Warsaw, because I grew up in the Leśne housing estate in Bydgoszcz – stated Radosław Sikorski at a meeting with residents.
- I believe I have a better chance of winning the presidential election because we are here in a rather conservative region, and I believe that these elections will be decided on the right of our current position – he added.
18:06
- As Civic Coalition, we are at 35% in the polls, plus the Left, because they will most likely vote for Rafał for obvious reasons, but they also appreciate my Europeanism, so that's another plus 8, making it 43%, and we need to get 50 plus 1. Previously, Rafał didn't succeed, getting 48.5%, the same as Bronisław Komorowski, and this time we need not a moral victory, but a real victory – Radosław Sikorski told residents during a meeting.
- The winner will be the one who takes a larger proportion of votes from supporters of Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050, the PSL, which is already speaking kindly of me today, PiS will have its candidate, and something from Konfederacja. The polls you are aware of show that I am gaining more in those electorates, and therefore I have a greater ability to broaden my electorate – he added.

Tusk:
The vote of no confidence interests few. Because people know very well what it's about
- You can check in all possible media, in conversations people have at home, that this vote of no confidence interests few. Because people in Poland really know very well what this vote of no confidence is about - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in the Sejm.
- A group of people gathered here, who for 8 years used the Ministry of Health and institutions subordinate to the MZ, the entire healthcare system for dirty dealings, a group of tricksters and schemers, and among them also those who spoke, you are surprised that today, when we comment on our motion for a vote of no confidence, that we are returning to this very recent past - he continued.
18:22
- She [Izabela Leszczyna] has done more good in 11 months than you did in 8 years. Of course, she couldn't do as much good in 11 months as you did harm in those 8 years. But I want to tell you that you can shout, you can disrupt, just as it was before the vote of no confidence, it will be the same after the vote of no confidence. You will lose this vote, just as you lost the election - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in the Sejm.

I Hope Trzaskowski Wins
- I hope Rafał Trzaskowski [wins tomorrow]. I will cast my vote for him, and I am convinced that over these almost 5 years, he has done a great deal to win the presidential election. 19:36
Budka:
We Cannot Risk Not Entering the Second Round with Momentum
- We cannot risk not entering the second round with momentum, and only Rafał Trzaskowski guarantees that this first round can be won with such a significant advantage - stated Borys Budka on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts after Facts).
19:38
- Rafał Trzaskowski, as demonstrated by the vote of former Ambassador Mosbacher, is capable of engaging with Republicans. In these times of such significant changes across the ocean, it is crucial for the future president to maintain good contacts with both Republicans and Democrats - stated Borys Budka on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" program.

Deputies have referred two government draft bills introducing changes to the health contribution to further work in the finance and health committees. The Razem parliamentary group voted in favour of rejecting both laws in the first reading.
The first draft bill includes the elimination of the health contribution from the sale of fixed assets and a reduction in the minimum base for calculating the contribution paid by entrepreneurs.
All deputies from the ruling coalition voted in favour of not rejecting it in the first reading (and thus in favour of referring it to committees).
In the case of the draft bill concerning the reduction of the health contribution for some entrepreneurs from 2026 – which was criticised within the coalition by The Left – 5 PiS deputies also voted in favour of rejecting it in the first reading. The Left parliamentary club mostly voted in favour of referring the bills to committees, but 4 female deputies abstained, and two (Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk and Katarzyna Kotula) abstained from voting.
21:39
- It is obvious that if our partners, whom we deeply respect, adopt the party logic of this presidential election and, if that is the outcome of the elections within Civic Platform (PO) – which they have every right to do and which we will respect – adopt the logic of a party duel, then at least in the first round, we must propose an alternative to the party duel in the presidential election. Because it's not about the party in the presidential election, and Szymon Hołownia, as the candidate of Trzecia Droga (Third Way), meaning PSL and Poland 2050, absolutely fulfills the criteria of a candidate who breaks the division that is detrimental to Poland – stated Michał Kamiński in the program "Pytanie dnia" (Question of the Day) on TVP Info.
21:42
Kamiński Comments on No-Confidence Vote for Leszczyna:
Political Theatre
- This is political theatre, and I think PiS needs to do something in opposition because they are in a situation where they haven't yet chosen their presidential candidate, and I say this without malice, as PiS is not the only one facing this problem. However, I believe this is sort of the opposition's right [to file a no-confidence vote] – said Michał Kamiński on TVP Info.
