Trzaskowski Comments on US Elections:

For Months, I've Been Saying We Should Be Prepared for Any Scenario.
"For months, I've been saying that we should be prepared for any scenario. If we are a responsible and sovereign state, which we are, if we are a state that has broad international contacts, it is ready for any scenario" - stated Rafał Trzaskowski in the "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

07:37

Trzaskowski:

We are the ideal member state for Trump

- Donald Trump has always spoken quite realistically about security, namely he said: we will help those who take responsibility for themselves. Poland is currently spending the most money in NATO after the USA on its security, almost 5% of GDP - stated Rafał Trzaskowski in the "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

- We are precisely such an ideal member state for Trump, because we simply take responsibility for ourselves - he continued.

07:41

Trzaskowski:

Ambassador Mosbacher to Play Important Role in Nomination Decisions

- We will see, we will see if it will be Bolton or someone else. I don't want to predict at this moment. We know that likely Ambassador Georgette Mosbacher, who was the ambassador to Poland, will also play a quite significant role in Trump's plans, even in decisions concerning ambassadors, in important institutions. We will see - stated Rafał Trzaskowski in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

07:48

Trzaskowski:

Trump will have no choice but to maintain relations with us

- I believe that Trump, regardless of who advises him, will make rational decisions. Today, Poland cannot be overlooked when discussing European security - stated Rafał Trzaskowski in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- Moreover, even global security. Poland takes responsibility for itself; Poland is an absolutely key state when we talk about supporting Ukraine, and regarding geopolitics in our region - he continued.

- Therefore, I think Trump will have no choice but to maintain relations with us, and I am confident these relations will be partner-like - he added.

- Because, as I said, for many months we have been sending a signal to everyone that we are ready for any administration in Washington and that we are taking matters concerning the security of our sovereignty into our own hands - emphasized the Mayor of Warsaw.

07:53

Trzaskowski:

PiS, which spoke so much about sovereignty, today behaves like a political vassal

- I heard about what Mariusz Błaszczak said. It's unbelievable. He said that if Trump wins, Donald Tusk's government should resign - stated Rafał Trzaskowski in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- This shows that they conducted politics totally on their knees. PiS, which spoke so much about sovereignty, today behaves like a political vassal - he continued.

As the Mayor of Warsaw added: - Can you imagine a serious French, Spanish, or Italian politician saying: the future of my government here in France or Italy depends on the election results in another country.

08:01

Trzaskowski:

I'm Preparing for a Rivalry with PiS, and Nothing Can Weaken Me Right Now
I am preparing for a rivalry with PiS, and nothing can weaken me at this moment. However, if someone thinks that Poles are focused on the mutual rivalry of colleagues within one party and that, for example, alleged merits or possibly weaknesses and talking about them can help us, they are mistaken – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in the TVN24 program “Rozmowa Piaseckiego”. I am focusing on PiS; that's what interests me today, because I believe that if we want to have an international position, order in the judiciary, if women are to make decisions about their health and lives, there must be a strong, independent president from the democratic camp – continued the Mayor of Warsaw.

08:02

Trzaskowski Announces Civic Platform Board Meeting

- We will certainly make a decision by December 7th. We have said this many times, the board is meeting on Saturday. We will also be making a decision on how to achieve this - stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

Apologize to Trump - PiS Reminds in a Spot of PO Politicians' Statements About the New US President

- The United States is one of our most important partners and a guarantor of the strength of the North Atlantic Alliance. Trade turnover with the USA amounts to almost 30 billion USD. Over 1500 companies with American capital operate in Poland, and about 10,000 US Army soldiers are stationed on our territory. Today, Donald Trump takes the helm of this most powerful nation in the world - says the narrator in a new PiS clip published on social media.

The largest opposition party reminds of the statements made by key PO politicians in the spot.

"Many of them openly supported Trump's rivals, calling him a threat to Poland. Bogdan Klich, being groomed for the ambassadorial post, called him unbalanced. Donald Tusk was described as a pro-Russian politician, Radosław Sikorski's wife compared him to Hitler and Stalin, and Dariusz Joński claimed that everything must be done for Trump to lose the election."

- How will Polish-American relations look now? What about our security? What about trade relations with the USA? The irresponsible policy of the Tusk government can lead us to tragedy - asks the narrator.

08:32

Schetyna on the Situation After the US Elections and Defense Spending:

Poland Will Be Held Up as an Example for NATO Countries.
- Poland's position is very strong, primarily due to the fact that we spend 4.7% of our GDP on armaments. Poland will be held up as an example for all countries - Grzegorz Schetyna said in an interview with Mariusz Piekarski on "Poranek TVP Info". - We will be an example, Trump spoke about this before, an example for other countries, especially NATO, to strengthen NATO with the financial activity of its members as well - he continued.

09:10

Kwaśniewski:

Trump's Victory Would Give PiS a Strong Psychological Boost – Suggesting Tusk's 4 Years, Like Biden's, Could Be an Episode

- This will be exploited; it will be fuel for the PiS candidate in this campaign [if Trump wins the election], which will be based on the premise that we have good contacts with Trump, and Poland needs strategic cooperation with the United States. Our candidate can handle this better than the candidate from the democratic coalition. All of this is not true, or only partially true, but it will be exploited during the campaign – stated Aleksander Kwaśniewski on Radio Zet.

- This is the first reason, and the second is that Trump's victory provides such a strong psychological boost to PiS, it gives them such faith that they can return, that they can win against the democrats, that Biden's 4 years have ultimately turned out to be an episode, just as Tusk's 4 years can also turn out to be an episode — he continued.

09:11

Kwaśniewski on the Civic Coalition's Campaign:

We Need to Campaign Exceptionally Actively, Immediately After Announcing the Candidate.

- We need to campaign exceptionally actively, start it immediately after the decision on the candidate, which is December 7th, without looking at winter breaks and other holidays. We need to start an exceptionally active campaign, because, I emphasize, this will be a tough, dirty campaign like we haven't had yet – said Aleksander Kwaśniewski on Radio Zet.

- It makes no sense [a joint opposition candidate], especially since PiS's campaign will gain momentum now after Trump's victory – he added.

09:11

Kwaśniewski on Błaszczak's words:

This is simply foolish, I'm surprised he says such things.

- I don't want to comment on such compromising statements; in Poland, those who were elected and have a majority in the Sejm govern. If we are a sovereign country, then making Polish elections dependent on any elections, even in the largest country in the world, is not only unjustified, it's simply foolish. It makes no sense, and I'm surprised that Mariusz Błaszczak says such things – stated Aleksander Kwaśniewski on Radio Zet.

The Role of the PSL as a Center-Right Party Becomes Even More Significant. Kosiniak-Kamysz on US Elections
Americans have decided. The United States is and will continue to be a key ally for us, playing a very important role in our security - wrote Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on social media. - In the face of such an outcome in the USA, the role of the PSL as a center-right party becomes even more significant. Today, before our great national holiday, I thanked our American allies for their daily service in our country - emphasized the leader of the PSL.

09:29

Hołownia on US Election Results and Their Impact on Poland:

It's Not the End of the World.
- Firstly, this is not the end of the world. It is the beginning of a new world, in which Poland will have to find its place according to a very simple key. Today, Europe and Poland have received a very clear signal that they must begin to build their own potential, both economic and in terms of security - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference, commenting on the US election results. - No one expects Donald Trump to withdraw American troops from Europe; that would be contrary to American national interest. However, we can expect that the emphasis will be radically different than it has been so far - he continued. - If you can count, count on yourself. It's great that we are part of alliances that are fundamentally important to us, but today we should clearly understand that Poland will matter in the current world order if it is strong - he went on to say.

09:31

Duda congratulates Trump:

You did it!
Congratulations, Mr. President. You did it! - wrote President Andrzej Duda on social media.

09:31

Hołownia:

Poland Needs a President Who Will Be the Guardian of Internal Peace
- This also leads to a very clear conclusion for Poland, when it comes to Polish presidential elections. In Poland, in the times we are experiencing today, we need a president who will be the guardian of internal peace. Because only if we have peace internally will we be able to compete externally - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.

09:43

Christmas Eve a Public Holiday? Hołownia: I Do Not Rule Out That It May Be Possible To Consider It During This Session
- Yesterday I informed Marshal Czarzasty to ask the Left club to supplement the formal deficiencies that were in this act [on a day off on Christmas Eve] [...] if these deficiencies are supplemented, I do not rule out that it may be possible to consider it during this session - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.

09:45

Magierowski on Trump's Victory:

I am confident that the bonds between Poland and the USA will be even stronger than before.

- I have spoken with many of Trump's closest associates, and I have organized meetings with them for Polish officials. I am confident that the bonds between Poland and the USA will be even stronger than before - Marek Magierowski wrote on social media.

09:53

Hołownia:

I am ready to run for president, I will make the final decision in a few weeks
- I don't want to get into some inelegant tussle about who said first that they are ready to run, because I've probably been saying that for 5 years. However, I am pleased that on this stage, besides Sławomir Mentzen and the tireless Marek Jakubiak, there are already individuals who are starting to say loudly, 'Yes, I'm going and I'm doing it' - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference. - I told you clearly [...] I am ready to run, I am thinking about running, however, I will make the final decision on this matter within the next few weeks - he continued.

10:07

Sikorski:

Europe Urgently Needs to Take Greater Responsibility for Its Security

- I am in regular contact with the highest security representatives in Donald Trump's camp. Europe urgently needs to take greater responsibility for its security - stated Radosław Sikorski in a conversation with journalists.

- Through defense spending and decisions on migration policy, Poland is doing what allies are only beginning to do. With regained credibility in the EU and good relations with the USA, Poland will lead the process of increasing the EU's resilience - he continued.

As the Minister of Foreign Affairs added: - The winds of history are blowing even stronger. Poland's leadership will rise to the occasion.

10:07

Hołownia on Abortion Law Changes:

I Believe We Will Leave the Sejm with the Third Way and Decriminalization Bills.
- I don't want to bet [...] I'm not someone who can be responsible for such things, because it's the responsibility of political parties, of each grouping, how they will vote on this matter. However, I know that very intensive talks have been taking place here in the Sejm on this issue over the last two weeks, which allow me to be cautiously optimistic in this regard - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference, when asked if the coalition had reached an agreement on the decriminalization of abortion and if he could bet that the bill would pass its first reading. - This can happen again based on individual votes, I know there is a very close watch on attendance within the caucuses, when it comes to this Friday's vote. [...] I know there were long and numerous talks between the presidium of the commission and the PSL - he continued. - I think I can be cautiously optimistic about this matter and assume [...] that we will leave this Sejm in a month or two with two passed bills: the Third Way bill and the decriminalization bill. This seems like a realistic scenario to me today - he went on to say.

10:57

Tusk Congratulates Trump on Election Victory:

I Await Our Cooperation.
- Congratulations to Donald Trump on winning the election. I look forward to our cooperation for the good of the American and Polish nations - Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on Twitter.

11:21

Błaszczak:

Tusk, Sikorski, and Klich, by Attacking Trump, Harmed Poland's Security
- What Bogdan Klich did, attacking President Trump, what Radosław Sikorski did, and especially his wife, who attacked President Donald Trump in an unseemly manner, resulted in the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the representative of Poland in Washington, and Donald Tusk himself simply being people who acted to the detriment of our homeland's security, Poland – Mariusz Błaszczak told journalists. - Bogdan Klich, as well as Radosław Sikorski, and Donald Tusk are completely unbelievable to President Trump's administration. [...] Thanks to my sharpening this issue, information about the true face of Donald Tusk, Radosław Sikorski, Bogdan Klich, meaning people who, by attacking President Donald Trump, acted to the detriment of our country's security, reached the public opinion – he continued.

11:40

Kaczyński:

I am pleased with Trump's victory

- I am pleased with this victory of Trump's, but the USA is, of course, still the most important country in the world. Certainly the most important country of the West, but still, our affairs are separate - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- I know that Vance has certain views regarding this part of Europe which are impossible to agree with, but on the other hand, Trump will be president - continued the PiS chairman.

11:56

Chants of "Donald Trump, Donald Trump" in the Sejm
On behalf of the Free Republicans parliamentary group, I would like to extend congratulations to Donald Trump, the 47th President of the USA, Jarosław Sachajko stated in the Sejm.

Following these words, some MPs began chanting "Donald Trump, Donald Trump!".

"The Polish Sejm congratulates President Trump – unfortunately, without the ruling December 13th Coalition. Zero class. Your end will come sooner than many think," wrote MP Adam Andruszkiewicz on social media.

12:21

Domański in Parliament on 2024 Budget Amendment – Aiming to Support Local Governments Financially

- The primary reason for developing the draft amendment to the state budget for 2024 is to provide local government units with additional financial support for their own tasks – stated Andrzej Domański in the Sejm.

- As a result of the amendment, an additional PLN 10 billion will be transferred to Polish local governments, of which PLN 8.2 billion will come from their share in personal income tax revenues. The remaining amount of PLN 1.8 billion will be a supplement to the general subsidy – he continued.

12:43

Błaszczak:

Everything Built Over Years in Polish-American Relations Is Now in Question
- Everything that has been built over the years in Polish-American relations is now in question due to the activities of the government of the December 13th coalition. I will remind you that the Law and Justice government ensured good relations with every governing administration in the United States - said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

13:06

Property Tax Changes: PiS Submits Draft Law
- We are submitting a project that increases investment opportunities in our country. This project is the result of the work of a parliamentary team, headed by Mr. Janusz Kowalski, Minister and Member of Parliament. This is the "Simple Taxes" team - said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference. - A bad project, which will hit business very hard, will hit our pro-investment capabilities, our capabilities as a country, very hard, is the draft law prepared by the government [...] concerning property tax. [...] Several hundred pages of business comments on a 9-page project, that's the scale, the thickness of this file [...] is a measure of the scale of incompetence and fatal solutions proposed by this government - said Jacek Sasin. "We will submit a dozen or so very important amendments" - Today we will submit a dozen or so very important amendments [...]. Firstly, we propose [...] a cross-party agreement on introducing a 10-year moratorium, a tax exemption from property tax for new buildings, which primarily concerns infrastructure - said Janusz Kowalski. - Secondly, due to interpretational ambiguities [...] we propose to introduce a transitional period for those objects that may be subject to property tax, and so far have not been taxed under this project [...]. We propose to set a maximum rate [...] of 0.5% annually for objects that were not subject to property tax until December 31, 2024, and are to be subject to it after January 1 - he continued. - We propose an exemption up to PLN 250,000, but we explicitly state that it can be PLN 150,000, PLN 200,000. This is our substantive proposal regarding the value of structures built in Poland, from property tax, so that the proverbial entrepreneur is not taxed, for example, on a canopy or a light structure [...]. The fourth very important thing [...] the status quo must be that property tax will cover structures only in terms of their building parts - he continued.

13:09

Błaszczak on Presidential Elections:

Poles Decidedly Indicated a Man.
- Since a man won in the United States, one must infer that in difficult times, when there is a war [...] a man is rather chosen, and this was also the outcome of our qualitative research [...] Poles decidedly indicated a man whom they would see in the office of the President of the Republic of Poland - said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

15:58

Morawiecki:

"Fighting Democracy" Won't Be Welcomed by the World's Greatest Power

They had better temper their expectations in the Kremlin. Any talk of Trump abandoning Europe and Poland is driven by fear-laden prejudice, not sound analysis. Since World War I, Europe has been a key strategic area for the USA. And that will not change – wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on social media.

- During my visit to the USA, representatives of the Republican Party made it clear to me – the authorities in Poland must be careful about violating law and democracy. "Fighting democracy" will not be welcomed by the world's greatest power – the former prime minister emphasized.

- I myself will actively strive to ensure that a spark of hope, economic and geopolitical, emanates from the USA and reaches Poland. I have spoken about the fact that the Polish right-wing faces 1000 battles before returning to power. Some of these battles will undoubtedly concern the American arena – he added.

16:28

Sejm Debates Abortion Decriminalization. Żukowska: Pregnancies Are Terminated, We Can Only Discuss Whether They Will Be Terminated Safely

- In Poland, pregnancies are terminated, have been terminated, and will continue to be terminated. We can only discuss whether they will be terminated in a safe way, under safe conditions, or if the life of the pregnant woman will be endangered, or if the sense of security of the family will be jeopardized - stated Anna-Maria Żukowska in the Sejm.

16:35

PiS:

Sikorski Should Withdraw Klich's Candidacy for US Post Today
- The [Donald Tusk] government neglected building diplomatic channels, betting everything on one card - that the Democrats would win in the United States and Kamala Harris would be victorious. [...] It was proposed that Mr. Bogdan Klich be the head of our diplomatic mission in Washington - a person who in the past expressed himself offensively, far exceeding the framework of diplomatic phrasing, about the future president of the United States - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk at a press conference in the Sejm. - It is obvious that for such a person, who is supposed to represent Polish interests, doors are simply closed in many places. Therefore, a decision is urgent and absolutely necessary, which should be made today in light of the US election results, and we appeal for the withdrawal of Bogdan Klich's candidacy for the head of the mission in Washington - he emphasized. As Marcin Przydacz noted: - We appeal and expect Minister Sikorski [...] to return to dialogue with President Andrzej Duda and determine the name of our representative in the capital of our most important ally. [...] Mr. Minister Sikorski, there is still time for you to turn back from this wrong path, for you to end this unnecessary political war that you initiated together with Prime Minister Tusk.

16:46

Rosa:

We Are Discussing Whether Love, Responsibility, Compassion, Solidarity, and the Desire to Help Should Be Punished in Poland
Today, we are discussing whether love, responsibility, compassion, solidarity, and the desire to help should be punished in Poland. Will a woman who becomes pregnant want to have an abortion and will she have it, because a woman who wants an abortion will simply get one – stated Monika Rosa in the Sejm. - But must this woman be alone, abandoned, without support? Should a mother, father, partner, or friend be punished for lending a hand, for offering help? Should a female doctor or male doctor who assists a woman in a dramatic situation be punished? The current law does not align with reality, it leaves women alone and punishes help and support – said the KO MP.

18:30

Siewiera on Poland's Relations with the USA under a Trump Presidency:

Until the end of Duda's Presidency, Things Will Be Good.
"Whether Poland will be safer when Trump is US President will depend on how Poland conducts its foreign policy and how the Polish government serves Polish interests in its relations with Washington," Jacek Siewiera stated in RMF FM's "Afternoon Conversation." "Regarding Donald Trump's policy, based on the President's stance and the relationships he has built over many years with both President Donald Trump and his circle, it can be assumed that until the end of President Andrzej Duda's term, these relations will be good and maintained at the highest possible level," he continued.

18:36

Siewiera:

Unpredictability is a Huge Asset When It Comes to National Security
- In politics [...] predictability might be some form of advantage, the voter knows what to expect, however, when it comes to national security, which is really about hard negotiations in the security sphere, when it comes to waging war [...] unpredictability is a huge asset - said Jacek Siewiera on RMF FM.

18:41

Siewiera on the Ambassadorial Issue in the USA:

A Hand of Compromise is Extended, the President Invites to Talk.
- Perhaps we should start by choosing the right ambassador to Washington - Jacek Siewiera said on RMF FM, responding to a comment that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs might have problems in relations with Donald Trump's circle. - A hand of compromise has been extended from the very beginning, meaning the President invites to a discussion about the appropriate candidate for the position in Washington. This is a crucial post - he continued.

18:44

Trump's Visit to Poland Before the End of Duda's Term? Siewiera: I Would Absolutely Not Rule It Out
- I would absolutely not rule it out, the President congratulated him, he has excellent relations with President Donald Trump - said Jacek Siewiera on RMF FM, when asked if Donald Trump would visit Poland before the end of President Andrzej Duda's term.

18:47

Are Documents Useful to the Russian Influence Commission in the National Security Bureau? Siewiera: They Are in the Ministries
- In my opinion, every such document is located in the ministries, both in the Ministry of Interior and Administration, and in the Ministry of National Defence, if there are documents that are needed – said Jacek Siewiera in RMF FM, when asked if the National Security Bureau (BBN) holds documents that could assist the commission on Russian influence.

19:30

Bartoszewski:

I was pleased that the US election ended with a clear, not a minimal, victory
- I was very pleased that it was a clear victory [for Donald Trump in the presidential election], and we didn't have a situation where there could have been a minimal victory for one of the candidates, followed by disputes, court cases, perhaps street riots, as we had four years ago. Therefore, I was very happy that we have such a decisive victory – said Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

19:38

Bartoszewski:

Tusk Has Already Called Trump with Congratulations. Poles are Good Allies of the USA
- Prime Minister Donald Tusk has already called President-elect [Donald Trump] to congratulate him. Poles are good allies of the United States - said Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

19:42

Bartoszewski on Arms Purchases:

We've Purchased a $50 Billion Insurance Policy in the USA.
- We have purchased an insurance policy in the United States for $50 billion, because that's the sum we are spending on American armaments. Donald Tusk is aware of this, and Mr. Donald Trump attaches great importance to it, as we are a country that spends the most on defense as a percentage of GDP - Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski stated on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń". - We are buying armaments in America, and President Trump knows this perfectly well and is very pleased with it. There is no doubt that both gentlemen with the same first name will cooperate excellently - the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs declared.

19:49

Bartoszewski:

We are not recalling Klich from his post in the USA. We expect him to receive an ambassadorial nomination
- Please note how various American politicians, who serve together in the House of Representatives or the Senate, refer to each other amongst themselves. […] There are much worse terms used there, and yet they function with each other very well. Therefore, no, we are not recalling Ambassador Klich. We are awaiting his ambassadorial nomination – said Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski in “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

19:57

Bartoszewski:

PSL is the only centre-right party in the coalition, an equivalent to the Republicans
- We are in the coalition of October 15th, the governing coalition, the only truly centre-right party, which is the equivalent of the Republicans in the United States - said Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

20:01

Komorowski on the Demonstration in the Sejm:

A Manifestation of Polish 'Kundlism'

- For me, however, this demonstration in the Sejm was something very distasteful and inappropriate, because I consider it a manifestation of Polish 'kundlism'. What kind of custom is it to give euphoric applause to the president of another country, who furthermore is not in this chamber, but across the ocean? This is some kind of manifestation of Polish complexes, I call it 'kundlism' – stated Bronisław Komorowski on TVP Info.

20:03

Komorowski on US Election Results:

A Gust of Wind Benefiting PiS

- Of course, the US election results will have an impact on the course of the presidential campaign in Poland. However, I think it will be a gust of additional wind, a political wind benefiting PiS - stated Bronisław Komorowski on TVP Info.

20:06

Komorowski:

Democrats Missed the Mark on Issues Truly Interesting to Americans

- In my opinion, American Democrats aimed incorrectly at the issues that truly interested Americans. It turned out not to be women's rights, not abortion, not even issues of democracy. All of these are important matters; Americans were interested in the standard of living of American families, of American citizens in the context of high prices, and they were interested in the problem of a lack of a sense of security - stated Bronisław Komorowski on TVP Info.

20:10

Bartoszewski:

When it comes to his political approach, Kosiniak-Kamysz might be closer to Trump than some in Poland
- Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz is not only Deputy Prime Minister but also Minister of Defence, who is responsible for a huge budget, part of which is spent in the United States and he maintains very close contacts with his counterparts in the United States. Therefore, he is a natural partner for discussions and conversations – said Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News. - When it comes to his political approach, he is probably closer to President Trump than some other politicians in Poland – he assessed.

20:20

Komorowski:

For Me, There Are 3 Serious Coalition Candidates

- For me, there are 3 serious coalition candidates who, I must admit, align with my political tastes, and I believe each of them possesses slightly different strengths. We need to consider them - stated Bronisław Komorowski on TVP Info.

- The most politically experienced, with immense experience incomparable to anyone else in areas belonging to the president, such as security and foreign policy, is Radosław Sikorski. On the other hand, Rafał Trzaskowski, just like Szymon Hołownia, has a wonderful quality – the ability to attract and build sympathy with people - he continued.

20:21

Komorowski:

I Watched Trzaskowski at a Meeting with a Rural Women's Association. I Was Impressed by How Well He Handled It

- I observed Rafał Trzaskowski once at a meeting with a Rural Women's Association at my place, in Suwalszczyzna. I must say, I was impressed by how well he handled it. I see Szymon Hołownia similarly - stated Bronisław Komorowski on TVP Info.

20:55

Bosacki on Trump:

I Fear His Isolationist Instincts May Prevail.
“Donald Trump’s second term, after this four-year break, will certainly be different from his first. Among other reasons, because no one will stop him, not only in parliament but also among his closest advisors, when it comes to international affairs,” stated Marcin Bosacki on the program "Fakty po faktach" (Facts After Facts) on TVN24. - Why? Trump's Success Shows How Inept a Leader Kaczyński Is
'This is what Jarosław Kaczyński said today, applauding Donald Trump's victory; he said he's applauding a man from whom he doesn't know what to expect. It is astonishing to me that Jarosław Kaczyński is rejoicing over a man whose success highlights what an inept leader Jarosław Kaczyński is' – said Michał Kamiński on the program 'Fakty po faktach' on TVN24. - 'If today PiS MPs are shouting 'Donald Trump' so joyfully and applauding, and consider it their success, then I understand that tomorrow they will announce that Jarosław Kaczyński is their presidential candidate, because after all, he is younger than Donald Trump. He is younger and he has also lost an election once' – he added.
