Tuesday's Political Agenda: Government on the Fiscal Council and Clean Transport Zones, Błaszczak and Morawiecki Conferences, Hołownia in Pyrzyce

At 9:00 AM, a press conference will be held in the Sejm with the chairman of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, and PiS MPs Zbigniew Kuźmiuk and Andrzej Śliwka.

At 10:30 AM, a media briefing is scheduled at PiS headquarters with MP Ewa Leniart, MP Anita Czerwińska, PiS Vice-Chairman Mateusz Morawiecki, MP Paweł Jabłoński, and MP Jarosław Wieczorek.

At 12:00 PM, the government session will commence. The agenda, along with current affairs, includes 9 points. Ministers will address, among other things, a draft bill on the Fiscal Council, as well as a draft bill on electromobility and alternative fuels, which introduces clean transport zones.

At 2:00 PM, a press conference will take place in the Sejm with the chairman of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, the village head of flooded Kubice in the Nysa municipality, Agnieszka Białochwałek, and PiS MPs Marcin Ociepa and Paweł Hreniak.

At 5:30 PM, an open meeting with the Marshal of the Sejm and leader of Polski 2050, Szymon Hołownia, will begin in Pyrzyce. The main theme of the event will be an assessment of the first year of the coalition's governance since October 15th, and a debate on what issues are most important and urgent for Poles today.

08:02

Pasławska on the Partnership Bill:

We Can Afford Better Regulations.
- I think we can afford better regulations, and I believe that this bill [presented by Katarzyna Kotula], which will be processed, and our bill, will together create very good regulations that we will implement, and it won't be an analogy to, for example, the decriminalization of abortion, which ended only with a bill that did not pass - said Urszula Pasławska in a conversation with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24.

08:04

Fogiel on Presidential Elections:

The Stakes Are Huge, Schetyna Revealed Them.

- There is no such stone-engraved final deadline, because this is indeed a serious matter. I know that the media are already waiting at the starting blocks and would like to know this candidate, but the stakes of these elections are huge. I don't know if by accident or in a moment of candor, Grzegorz Schetyna revealed them a few days ago - stated Radosław Fogiel in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

- For that side, it's a question of whether they will manage to achieve systemic closure, and systemic closure means depriving the Polish political system of any safeguard - he continued.

08:08

Fogiel on PiS’s Presidential Candidate:

One of the Names Appearing in the Discussion.

- He is a very good politician [Przemysław Czarnek], a very experienced politician, an excellent speaker, a lawyer, he handles debates exceptionally well. So, it is naturally one of the names that appear in this discussion. I am not prejudging anything, because such media speculations also do not make the work of my colleagues any easier – stated Radosław Fogiel in “Graffiti” on Polsat News.

08:08

Fogiel:

Today's Primaries are More of a Media Event

- Primaries today are more of a media event. I won't hide the fact that such an idea was raised, but the crux of the matter is this - a team within the party is working to select a candidate for president - stated Radosław Fogiel in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- Various debates are ongoing, research is being conducted, analyses are being made, and well, returning to your question more seriously, of course - I think it will be a matter of weeks, perhaps a dozen or so weeks, before we present this candidate - he continued.

08:09

Pasławska on Kotula's draft on registered partnerships:

It's a marriage-like law
- These [regulations] prepared by Minister Kotula are, in my opinion, very interesting. They have been formulated in such a way that in the LEX search engine, under the heading "marriage", "registered partnerships" have been introduced. 200 laws are to be amended; in fact, every area of life that concerns marriage will be changed for registered partnerships - said Urszula Pasławska in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - This is a marriage-like law. We have a different philosophy. We want to avoid entering into the rights and obligations of a registered partnership that marriage has by law, but rather for the parties to be able to shape them independently, precisely at the notary's office - she stated.

08:21

Fogiel questioned on civil partnerships:

Our role is not to throw a lifeline to the ruling coalition.

- Our role is not to throw a lifeline to the ruling coalition. Let them sort it out themselves. However, our responsibility is different; we have serious doubts because this project unfortunately leads to the creation of an institution that deceptively resembles simply marriage, civil marriage, and the Constitution is extremely clear on this matter - stated Radosław Fogiel on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:28

Pasławska:

We Should Exclude Child Custody from the Civil Partnerships Bill
- I appreciate the withdrawal of the adoption issue from custody. I believe that should be appreciated. However, we also need to consider whether this will not raise such doubts today and whether it will not become the line of contention - said Urszula Pasławska in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - Therefore, I believe that the issue of child custody – we should exclude it, because that will close this part of the dispute for us. […] I would not want us to beautifully differ again - she emphasized.

08:43

Sawicki on Poland 2050's Stance on Partnership Unions:

I Will Not Persuade or Convince at All.
- I will not persuade at all, I will not convince at all [MPs of Poland 2050, not to support the bill on partnership unions], everyone has their own view on this matter, just as no one persuades or urges me, I will also not do so - said Marek Sawicki in "Poranek Wnet". - I have my own established values and views on this matter [...]. I understand that on All Saints' Day, on Christmas, two unique and important topics return since '89, because people meet during the holidays, and perhaps they will talk to each other, therefore these topics need to be heated up [...] [partnership unions] and the killing of unborn children - he continued.

08:48

Civil Partnerships Act? Sawicki: It Would Be More Honest to Say We're Introducing Marriage Equality
- It would be more honest if those proposing this said that we are introducing marriage equality and not preparing a civil partnerships act in the form of amendments to over 250 other laws, because these changes involve, among other things, striking out the word "marriage" wherever it appears in other laws and replacing it with "civil partnerships" - said Marek Sawicki on Radio Wnet. - De facto, by pretending not to change the Constitution, they are effectively changing marriage into a civil partnership - he continued.

08:50

Fogiel:

Tusk Should Dismiss Leszczyna as Soon as Possible

- There is a drama [at the National Health Fund] here, and Donald Tusk really should dismiss Minister Leszczyna as soon as possible, put someone there who at least has basic knowledge, because the NFZ is not paying for excess services... Yesterday I read that the authorities of my hometown Radom, originating from Civic Platform, announced that the city hospital has perhaps 1.5 million unpaid from the NFZ. Planned surgeries are being cancelled, there are dramatic reports all the time - stated Radosław Fogiel in "Graffiti" Polsat News.

08:52

Sawicki:

Parliament Lacks Majority for Projects from the Left Wing of the Coalition
- I will not urge my ministers to file dissenting opinions, because I already know that there is no majority in parliament for these proposals [including those regarding registered partnerships], for these projects that are put forward by left-leaning circles and the left wing within the coalition - said Marek Sawicki on Radio Wnet.

08:55

"There is goodwill from the parties." Pasławska on changing abortion regulations "at the turn of the year"
- Yes, there was a meeting of [female] MPs from PSL and Civic Coalition [KO] regarding abortion laws with Mr. Speaker Zgorzelski [recently]. I think we should learn from the [law on] decriminalization, which showed that half a year's work went down the drain because political ambitions were prioritized over rationality and common sense - Urszula Pasławska said in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - If we had processed the Third Way's bill back then, in the spring, we would have made progress in changing abortion law. This is a return to the regulations from before the shameful verdict. We believe that incremental steps should be taken in this matter - she emphasized. - We expect our bill to be processed. There is goodwill from the parties to finally stop talking and effectively implement legal solutions at the turn of the year - she stated. - We will gradually introduce liberalization of abortion law, and let this be a good, significant first step towards this change - she added.

08:57

Sawicki:

I Don't Think PiS Will Announce Presidential Candidate on November 11-12, Nor KO on January 7
- I don't think Law and Justice will announce their candidate on November 11-12, just as I don't think Civic Coalition will do so on January 7. If we learn about further political camp candidates, other than Mentzen, between Christmas and New Year, that will truly be, so to speak, a lightning-fast timeline - Marek Sawicki said on Radio Wnet.

09:01

PSL Must Also Have an Alternative Concept. Sawicki on Supporting Hołownia in the Presidential Election
- What [Szymon Hołownia] will do now, whether he will want to run or not, there is no clear answer from him, which is why I believe that the Polish People's Party must also have an alternative concept. On Saturday, we have a National Council meeting in Tarnów, we will probably discuss this too, because I think that as a party, we cannot not nominate a candidate or not support a candidate - said Marek Sawicki in Radio Wnet.

09:06

Sawicki:

Mentzen Will Not Be Konfederacja's Presidential Candidate
- Sławomir Mentzen will also not be Konfederacja's nominated candidate in the presidential elections. We will wait, time will tell – Marek Sawicki said on Radio Wnet. - I have the courage to say what I think and what my analysis indicates – he continued.

09:10

Sawicki to Morawiecki:

Don't Dress Up in Vestments and Don't Ring the Tail at Mass.
- I'll say it this way: Mateusz, don't dress up in vestments and don't ring the tail at mass, there's no need. After all, you negotiated this [migration] pact, and Donald Tusk, perhaps lacking reflection, didn't veto it, just as Mateusz Morawiecki didn't veto issues related to debt communalization, common taxes, and [...] the entire federalization of the European Union – Marek Sawicki said on Radio Wnet. - Both have their sins here, one appeals to the other, sometimes forgetting what they themselves have done before – he continued.

09:12

Sawicki:

A Deep Government Reshuffle Immediately After the Presidential Elections
- Of course there will be, a deep government reshuffle will take place immediately after the presidential elections – Marek Sawicki said on Radio Wnet.

09:56

They No Longer Say There's No Money and Won't Be Any, They Just Show There's Simply No Money. Błaszczak on the Government's Actions
- The government of the December 13 coalition is so brazen that they no longer even say there's no money and won't be any, but rather, through their actions, they demonstrate that there simply is no money. The collapse in healthcare is proof of this, as is the fact that the rulers themselves predict that this year's budget revenues will be over 40 billion zlotys lower – Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference. - The head of the customs officers' trade union, a union that points out irregularities, such as the dismantling of units for combating tax crime in customs and tax offices [...] they are trying to dismiss her from her job disciplinary. All of this indicates that irresponsible people are ruling Poland – he continued. - When Law and Justice came to power in 2015, public debt was over 51% of GDP; when we handed over power in December last year, public debt was 49% of GDP. If all of this, which we are dealing with now, becomes a reality [...] within two years, the rulers will cause an increase in public debt by 400 billion zlotys, meaning public debt will skyrocket to 60% – he went on to say.

09:59

Błaszczak on Domański:

No Political Stance, Destroys the Economy, Causes Price Increases.
- One can say about Minister Domański that he is a minister with holes. He is a person who has no political stance whatsoever, and therefore does what Donald Tusk tells him to do. He is destroying the Polish economy, causing energy prices and gas prices to rise - Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference. - The citizen's bill, which was submitted by over 140,000 Poles [...] has been frozen in a subcommittee, thus they have removed the energy shield, they have increased VAT on food, and despite this, budgetary revenues are catastrophic, so the budget deficit is a fact regardless - he continued.

10:05

Błaszczak:

Partnership Unions Should Enjoy Tax Preferences. This Makes No Sense
- Marriage is a union of a man and a woman. Tax preferences are created for marriages so that married couples can allocate money for raising children. Partnership unions should enjoy tax preferences. This makes no sense - said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

10:16

"What the Ministry of Family is Doing is an Unprecedented Scandal." Kuźmiuk on Opinions Regarding 800+"
- The Ministry of Family is behaving in an extremely irresponsible manner. By writing these kinds of opinions, as I understand it, they are throwing a ball to the Minister of Finance, because if the ministry itself questions the functioning of this program [800+], then the Minister of Finance has no choice but to cancel it - Zbigniew Kuźmiuk said at a press conference. - Of course, the minister cannot do that because there is a law, and even if the coalition majority voted for it here, the president would veto it, but I understand that the expectation is that after a potential change in the Presidential Palace, the next president, of course from the Civic Platform environment, would sign such a bill - he continued. - Poland will never allow this, and what the Ministry of Family is doing is an unprecedented scandal, unprecedented. Suggesting that a program that this ministry backs brings no results, based on false data, is an unprecedented scandal - he went on to say.

11:04

Morawiecki:

Once Again, I Call for the Abrogation of the Migration Pact

- In my very first words, I want to call on the current government, the current Prime Minister, to abrogate the migration pact, which has been adopted and regarding which, at the last European Council, this Prime Minister agreed to accelerate the implementation of the migration pact. Therefore, once again, I call for the abrogation of the migration pact – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

11:12

"Tusk's Coalition Partners Should Realize This': Morawiecki on the Migration Pact
This is total political schizophrenia, what PO and Tusk are presenting today, and Tusk's coalition partners, particularly those from Trzecia Droga, and especially Tusk's PSL partners, should also realize this. Today you are endorsing a migration pact that will lead to Poland being flooded with illegal immigration, distributed according to rules decided by the EC – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

11:20

Morawiecki:

I See No Possibility of Supporting the Equalization of Civil Unions with Marriage

- Our view is unequivocal. Marriage, according to the Constitution, is a union of a man and a woman, and all matters related to the regulation of unions between two people who are not married, such as the right to visit in hospitals, or inheritance – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

- All conveniences related to two people being together can be regulated in a law on the status of a close person, a law that could practically be enacted today or in reality through appropriate notary agreements, and we do not see, I certainly do not see the possibility of supporting the equalization of civil unions with marriage. These are two completely separate entities – he continued.

12:49

Morawiecki on PiS Primaries:

It's Still a Possible Option.

- The concept of primaries emerged in June, July. We discussed it, counterarguments appeared then, but it is a very interesting concept, which is why it has returned to the drawing board, to our workshop of discussions within the broadly understood leadership of PiS, and it is still a possible option. But, Madam Editor, you asked when decisions will be made. I think that within a week or two, these decisions will be made, perhaps even sooner - stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

15:52

Sikorski Does Not Rule Out Further Steps:

I've Decided to Withdraw Consent for the Operation of the Russian Consulate in Poznań.
- In recent days, a court in Poland recognized that the prosecution presented strong evidence that an act of sabotage occurred in Poland, and that foreign intelligence was behind this act of sabotage, and the Polish court did not agree to a voluntary plea bargain by the potential perpetrator, demanding a higher sentence - said Radosław Sikorski at a press conference.

- As Minister of Foreign Affairs, I have information that the Russian Federation is behind sabotage attempts, both in Poland and in allied countries. Therefore, I have decided to withdraw consent for the operation of the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Poznań. Its personnel will be declared persona non grata in the Republic of Poland - he continued.

- We demand an end to the hybrid warfare against Poland and its allies. In the event of its continuation, we reserve the right to take further decisive actions - he went on to say.

18:20

Hołownia:

Of the 900 Billion PLN Budget Expenditures for 2025, 100 Billion is Interest on Debts Mostly Incurred by Our Predecessors
- 900 billion in expenditures in next year's state budget. 100 billion is interest on debts, which were mostly incurred by our predecessors, who indebted the state left and right, within and outside the budget – said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce. - 80 billion is 800 plus (child benefit program). 200 billion PLN is for armaments, precisely 186 billion. 220 billion is the funds we will spend on healthcare. Roughly another amount, I don't remember the exact figure, is for pensions and annuities. Several more billion for widow's pensions. The in vitro program - 500 million – he enumerated. - When you put it all together, you have 900 billion in state budget expenditures, of which the vast majority goes to citizens in one form or another, public services… – he continued.

18:45

Hołownia on the Event After Which "Putin Will Drink for Three Weeks Out of Joy, Because Without a Single Shot, We Will Plough Ourselves Under with Our Own Fist"
- Germany, due to political panic, also in the context of migration, is effectively dismantling the Schengen Area. If they dismantle the Schengen Area, others will too. If the Schengen Area is dismantled, the European Union will collapse, and then Putin will drink for three weeks straight out of joy, because without a single shot on the territory of the EU and NATO, we will have ploughed ourselves under with our own fist. And this is something we must protest against wisely, and it is a risk we should be able to mitigate - said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce.

18:54

Hołownia on Suspending the Right to Asylum:

When Minister Duszczyk Explains It, Doubts Diminish.
- The strategy prepared by Minister Duszczyk – did you see [addressing someone in the audience - editor], how much discussion it generated in Poland […]. Yesterday, I familiarized myself with most of its assumptions, and I must say that in many instances, it is truly incredibly, without a doubt, professionally prepared and at the same time allows us to effectively seal our borders – said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce. - One point particularly raised doubts, namely the possibility of suspending the right to asylum. But when Minister Duszczyk has the opportunity to explain it and shows what situations we are talking about, under what circumstances, then these doubts become smaller – he pointed out.

19:07

Hołownia on Health Contribution:

I Will Be Very Disappointed if the Finance Minister Doesn’t Do What He Said.
- As Poland 2050, we are fighting to reduce this health contribution for as many entrepreneurs as possible – precisely the small ones […], to make it fair, or more fair. And we have a significant dispute with the Finance Minister, I won’t hide it, who declared 4 billion zloty during the parliamentary debate - said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce. - Now – today, yesterday, last week – there have been struggles over how much he is actually able to give. I will be very disappointed if it turns out that the Finance Minister did not do what he said - he emphasized. As he assured: - We at Poland 2050 are not letting this matter go. We are pushing, because it is not only a matter of some political credibility. It is a matter of being or not being for very many people who run businesses.

19:38

Hołownia:

Today We Need a New Gdynia – A Dream to Follow
- Today in Poland, we need a new Gdynia, we need a dream to follow. We already know what we turned away from on October 15th. Now we must clearly know where to go. […] All these large infrastructure investments [such as the Solidarity Transport Hub, nuclear power plant, port expansions] are essential for us. We need railways, not just high-speed ones […]. We need railways for district towns, otherwise, there will be no work, no children – said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce.

19:45

Hennig-Kloska:

People are foregoing non-essential purchases, like textiles, which is good for the climate

- From what I've seen, it's mainly non-essential items that are seeing a decline, things we can sometimes do without. From a climate perspective, it's even good that we'll be buying fewer of these types of things, as they do cause emissions - stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News.

- Although winter is coming... - replied Bogdan Rymanowski.

- Setting aside environmental and climate matters, this kind of trend for economic growth needs to be considered in the longer term. This could be a short fluctuation, and in the longer term, the Minister of Finance and the government will certainly look into such a trend if it is confirmed in subsequent periods - the minister continued.

19:54

Hołownia:

PSL is moving sharply right. I'm staying in the center.
- PSL is moving sharply right. I'm staying in the center. The center is my homeland, the center is my home. I was born in the center and I will die in the center. The center is where I think many of us are today - said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce.

19:59

Hołownia:

I Completely Disagree with the PSL on Civil Partnerships
- I completely disagree with them [the PSL] on the issue of civil partnerships. Completely. I believe that the bill proposed by the government should be adopted - said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce. At the same time, he stressed: - While disagreeing with the PSL on this matter, I will firmly stand by the position that they have the right to express their opinion on it.

20:04

Hołownia on the Future of the Third Way:

What After the Presidential Election? I Don't Know.
- The PSL is indeed leaning to the right. Today, we are together, we agreed to stick together until the presidential [election]. I don't know what will happen after the presidential election – said Szymon Hołownia during an open meeting in Pyrzyce. - They are looking for their identity, we have our identity. If you ask us about mine, ours: we are in the center and we are not moving from here – he stated.

20:15

Kamiński on Closing the Russian Consulate in Poznań:

Every Such Action Limits Russian Agents in Poland.
These actions, as taken today by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the entire Polish government, are not merely symbolic. We know, and this is not gossip, but we know that typically Russian diplomats and Russian diplomatic missions serve as a legal base for the operations of Russian intelligence and Russian agents. Any technical limitation on the operational capabilities of Russian diplomacy in Poland and in Europe during wartime means a limitation on the activities of Russian agents in Poland – stated Michał Kamiński on TVN24. A state that wants to be taken seriously, a state that wants to be honored and respected, cannot pretend that it is not the subject of brutal aggression. And we are the subject of brutal aggression, and have been for a long time. This war waged against Poland by the Russian Federation and its sidekick, the Belarusian dictator, is a war that is taking on a propaganda character. It is taking on an agentural character in Poland, aimed both at sabotage against our infrastructure and at sabotage against our public life – he added.

20:17

Kamiński on Tusk and migration actions:

He tidied up a matter they would never have been able to handle.

- President Andrzej Duda, in his address to the Polish parliament, was gracious enough to criticize Donald Tusk's government for its initiative regarding the European Union's asylum initiative. The President, whose voice was absent when his buddies let hundreds of thousands of people in here without any control, decided to criticize Donald Tusk for his initiative concerning immigration policy, claiming it would fail. The next day, Donald Tusk humiliated these self-proclaimed critics of his, clearly demonstrating that he went to Brussels and tidied up a matter they would never have been able to handle – stated Michał Kamiński on TVN24.

20:28

Siemoniak on the Closure of the Russian Consulate:

A Considered Reaction, Analyzed From All Angles.
- Our decision is a response to what Russia is doing, to sending people who are meant to set fire to various objects in Poland, to carry out acts of sabotage. Several people are being held in Polish detention centers in connection with this; we have the first case that has gone to court - said Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i," when asked about the closure of the Russian consulate in Poznań and a possible response from Russia. - This decision by Minister Sikorski, discussed and analyzed by us from all angles, which also came up at today's government meeting, is simply a response. So let Russia not say [that the response will be painful] here, because simply sending people, commissioning people to carry out acts of sabotage on the territory of another state is crossing all boundaries - he continued. - This is a hybrid war, and what we are doing is a reaction, not an immediate one, a considered reaction to the fact that Russian services, there is no doubt about it, are commissioning such actions - he went on to say.

20:31

Siemoniak:

The West Must Tell Russia: We've Had Enough
- The West, including Poland, must tell Russia: we've had enough. It simply cannot be the case that diplomatic relations are maintained here, albeit at a low level, while on the other hand, agents, hired agents, are being sent to cause harm - said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24.

20:39

Siemoniak on Russian Diversion Attempts:

We're Talking About Various Situations, About a Dozen Arrests.
- We're talking about various situations, about a dozen arrests. Their nature is similar in essence, i.e., they involve arson or attempted arson of various objects in Poland; these are issues that have also occurred in other countries [...] and the services of various states are cooperating closely - said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24. - These are different citizens; this particular case involves a Ukrainian citizen, but there are citizens of various countries. Here, Russians, Russian services, simply commission citizens of different countries, and the problem is [...] that these are like one-off agents, agents hired for small amounts of money, often without fully realizing what they are involved in [...] detecting them is a huge challenge for the services - he continued.

20:49

Siemoniak:

Poland is the Schengen Country Issuing the Fewest Visas to Russian Citizens
- Poland is the Schengen country that issues the fewest visas to citizens of the Russian Federation - stated Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24. - They [pro-Putin Russian citizens] are certainly an object of interest for the services, as I said, we are pursuing a very restrictive visa policy towards citizens of the Russian Federation - he continued.

20:52

Siemoniak on Suspending the Right to Asylum:

It's Definitely Not a Violation of the Constitution.
- It's definitely not the case that this is a violation of the Constitution, because the Constitution clearly states that the Republic may grant asylum, yes, there is no obligation here, it is a possibility, and the details of this possibility are defined in laws - said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24, when asked about the suspension of the right to asylum.

21:08

Sikorski on expelling the Russian ambassador:

It cannot be ruled out.
- If we were to expel the [Russian] ambassador, they would of course do the same. It hasn't happened yet, but if acts of sabotage are repeated, it cannot be ruled out - said Radosław Sikorski in an interview with Renata Grochal and Aleksandra Pawlicka on TVP Info's “Political Triangle”. - Murders in Great Britain, in the Czech Republic, in Germany, in the Baltic states. Acts of sabotage in France, in other countries. […] Ammunition depots in the Czech Republic, in Bulgaria. Arson, not only in Poland. In Poland, we know about the arson in Wrocław, but we also know what Russians are planning, and it is very dangerous. That is why we are sending this firm signal: “stop” - he emphasized.

21:17

Sikorski:

We Want to Execute Our Plan and Need a President Who Will Fulfill His Prerogatives
- The point is that the president should not maliciously send [cases] to the Tribunal of Ms. Przyłębska, or that he should not veto laws. We want to execute our plan. In order to do so, we need a president who will fulfill his constitutional prerogatives, and that prerogative is not blocking [legislation] for the sake of one political party – said Radosław Sikorski in "Trójkąt Polityczny" on TVP Info.

23:01

Morawiecki on Hennig-Kloska's words:

Resigning from the position would be best for the climate.

- It's not even funny anymore... Resigning from the position would be best for the climate, Madam Minister - wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on social media.
