- There are certain institutions that enjoy so-called budgetary autonomy, including the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), the Constitutional Tribunal, and the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT). The Ministry of Finance does not determine the budget for these institutions. They set it themselves, and only now, at the parliamentary stage, can they be – and I am convinced they will be – significantly limited – said Andrzej Domański in an interview with Marek Tejchman on RMF FM's "Popołudniowa rozmowa" (Afternoon Conversation). - We have prepared an analysis for the Prime Minister, indicating where and how much savings can be achieved. It shows that at least 200 million zlotys – that's how much could be saved on expenditures in these very institutions – announced the Minister of Finance.
