Czarnek on the PiS leadership position:
I won’t run because there’s no race.
- “I won’t run because there’s no race, there’s no competition. President Kaczyński, as long as he has the physical and political strength, will be the president, and he is in excellent condition,” stated Przemysław Czarnek in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Radio Zet.
08:07
Czarnek:
We Did Have Our 'Fat Cats'
- PiS did not do such things, not to that extent. It did many things, we unfortunately had 'fat cats' and they became fatter towards the end of our 8-year term, that is completely obvious. It's nearly October 15th, a year since the elections, and it's precisely the Totalizator Sportowy (Totalizator Sport) being filled with buddies from PO, who used to say 'we are going to depoliticize companies, the state, thieves, fraudsters, they stole' - stated Przemysław Czarnek on Radio Zet.
08:08
Czarnek on Totalizator Sportowy:
It's Just One Example of the Complete Politicization of Companies.
- Before October 15th, PO, together with Third Way, with Hołownia and others, said they would depoliticize companies. And here you have it, Totalizator Sportowy is just one example of this complete politicization of companies, not just companies, but also institutes and institutions - stated Przemysław Czarnek on Radio Zet.

Czarnek's Message to Morawiecki's Faction:
Calm Down, My Friends.
- If you continue to do such things and say things publicly on TVN channels that are meant for a congress, and oppose the direction of the National Council's actions, you are acting against the right-wing and against Poland's victory, which means against safeguarding Poland's sovereignty and independence. Calm down, my friends – stated Przemysław Czarnek on Radio Zet.

Czarnek on the Unification of PiS and SP:

„Pan Gdula to jest człowiek, który występuje przeciwko polskiej nauce i przeciwko polskiej gospodarce, przeciwko Polsce, tym co robi. Chyba że nie ma mózgu. Jak nie ma mózgu, to wybaczam mu, że występuje przeciwko nauce. Ale nie sądzę, że nie ma mózgu. Pewnie ma, więc to, co robi, jest przeciwko polskiej nauce - stwierdził Przemysław Czarnek w Radiu Zet.
"Mr. Gdula is a person who opposes Polish science and the Polish economy, who opposes Poland with his actions. Unless he lacks a brain. If he lacks a brain, I forgive him for opposing science. But I don't think he lacks a brain. He probably has one, so what he is doing is against Polish science," stated Przemysław Czarnek on Radio Zet.

We Demanded Too Little from Ukrainians From the Very Beginning
- I think he trusted him too much from the very beginning. Now President [Duda] is changing his attitude towards President Zelensky a bit. Of course, these are complicated situations, but we demanded too little from Ukrainians from the very beginning, and the president also did so, demanding too little. That's my opinion - stated Przemysław Czarnek on Radio Zet.

Czarnek:
Get Out, Mr. Korneluk
- Do you know what Mr. Korneluk said at the end of August? That the case of the National Prosecutor would be definitively resolved in the Supreme Court at the end of September. Well, it has been resolved, Mr. Korneluk. And I will tell you politely, not like your political supporters at the so-called women's strikes – get out, Mr. Korneluk, and return the money from January, and it would be best if you didn't travel abroad in the near future. That's it, these are crimes against the Polish state - stated Przemysław Czarnek on Radio Zet.

Let Financial Results Defend Their Work.
- It is always a great challenge what parties do after elections, how they treat state-owned companies, and I am always a proponent, of course, we have talked about this many times, of privatization and changing the ownership structure as a response to the threats you mention, Mr. Editor. But there is also the question that there are institutions that will always remain state-owned. This concerns the lottery monopoly, which will always be state-owned. So the question is whether, as in the United States, in Austria, in all countries, even very democratic and law-abiding ones, such exchanges occur – said Grzegorz Schetyna on Polsat News.
- I haven't heard of Prime Minister Morawiecki or Prime Minister Szydło being involved in sports matters, but here, I really think it's good that it's official and open. Let the financial and organizational results defend those who have this work and are leading these projects – he added.
09:33
Schetyna:
Mr. Korneluk is the National Prosecutor, and the matter is closed
- President Duda is not fortunate when it comes to such personnel decisions or invitations to the Presidential Palace. The issue of Wąsik and Kamiński has concluded, as we remember. I am against creating a parallel state system. That is to say, there is a decision, and it is what it is. I know that the editor will say that lawyers have different opinions, but there is an opinion, which we are relying on today, that states that Mr. Korneluk is the National Prosecutor, and the matter is closed – stated Grzegorz Schetyna on Polsat News.
- If the head of state engages in these relations and this conflict, it is only detrimental to them and to the state – he added.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Ukraine's NATO Accession:
We Must Make Every Effort.
- A war is ongoing in Europe, and in the context of current challenges, a debate on current defense policy must take place. It should be emphasized that the potential collapse of an independent Ukraine would have catastrophic consequences. Such actions would embolden not only Putin to act in Europe but also other regimes to pursue their goals through military means. As part of our debate, we must focus on providing security guarantees for Ukraine, which urgently needs our support. We must make every effort to welcome Ukraine as a new member of NATO – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at the WSF.

Ministry Responds to Information About Totalizator Sportowy:
The Matter is Very Serious.
The Ministry of State Assets has responded to an Onet article reporting that beneficiaries of personnel changes at Totalizator Sportowy have included local activists from Civic Platform (PO), Polish People's Party (PSL), and The Left, as well as close associates of leading parliamentarians of the ruling coalition.
- The Minister of State Assets exercises the shareholder rights on behalf of the State Treasury in all shares of Totalizator Sportowy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. These rights, stemming from corporate shareholder rights, are strictly defined by law – the ministry reminded in a statement published on social media.
However, it was emphasized: - When exercising ownership rights in accordance with the current legal order, the State Treasury does not have the competence to make direct decisions or interfere in the current operations of management boards of companies with State Treasury participation. All matters related to the company's business, including personnel policy, fall within the competence of the management board.
- However, the matter is very serious, and that is how we are treating it in the Ministry. Since Monday morning, we have been analyzing whether the media reports correspond to the actual state of affairs. We have requested comprehensive information on this matter from the Supervisory Board – it was stated.
- If the reports of irregularities are confirmed, we will take action. What actions these will be will depend on the results of our analysis of the actual state of affairs – it was added.

President Andrzej Duda met with Dariusz Barski today at the Presidential Palace. According to the head of state, Barski, not Dariusz Korneluk, currently holds the position of National Public Prosecutor.
Following the meeting, the president gave a statement to Polsat News.
"This Threatens the Stability of the Justice System"
- This is currently the biggest trouble for Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the Minister of Justice. In truth, unfortunately, this is the biggest problem for society because it threatens, among other things, all proceedings that were conducted with the participation of prosecutors and, above all, the stability of the justice system - said President Andrzej Duda.
- The question is, what will happen to all these individuals, especially dangerous criminals, against whom proceedings are being conducted and who are often convicted of heinous crimes. This is truly a huge social and state problem - he stated.
"The Question is, What to Do to Truly Restore the Rule of Law. Not Some Democracy with a Qualifier, as the Prime Minister Declared"
- The question is, what to do to truly restore the rule of law. Not some democracy with a qualifier, just as there was once a people's democracy, a socialist one; now it's a fighting one, as the Prime Minister declared, but rather that we have a normal, true, honest democracy. And in this democracy, Mr. Dariusz Barski, according to all currently binding regulations and the constitution, was appointed National Public Prosecutor and still is - he emphasized.
"We Are Considering What Actions We Can Take to Restore the Rule of Law"
- We are fully aware that Mr. Dariusz Barski was not allowed into the National Public Prosecutor's Office, into the building. We are currently considering what actions we can take to restore the rule of law. Among other things, this was the subject of our conversation today - indicated PAD.
He added: - We will be considering how to do this in a way that helps citizens to the greatest extent possible.

- At this moment, when the law is being evidently and brutally broken, and when accusations are being hurled at the current opposition, because Prime Minister Donald Tusk is a colleague of the party majority of European Commission members today, led by its President Ursula von der Leyen, we are dealing with absolute hypocrisy, which unfortunately, in a very unambiguous way, fundamentally undermines the legitimacy of the EC to even concern itself with any matters of the rule of law in member states. And I must tell you that I am absolutely outraged by this situation – said President Andrzej Duda at a press conference.

Duda Assesses the Legal Chaos in the State:
This Situation is a Bit Schizophrenic.
- This matter is simply directed to the Constitutional Tribunal at the moment. From the very beginning, since it arose, I have been waiting for the CT's ruling on this matter. However, at the same time, we should be dealing with the suspension of any government actions concerning the appointment of Mr. Korneluk. Of course, this was not taken into account, because Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Minister Bodnar also do not recognize the CT. I must admit honestly that this situation, as you can see, is a bit schizophrenic – stated President Andrzej Duda at a press conference.

Failed Attempt to Remove Matysiak from Committee:
I Received One of the Most Beautiful Gifts.
The opposition managed to break the quorum during the vote on changes to the composition of parliamentary committees – primarily concerning the removal of Paulina Matysiak from the infrastructure committee. 221 MPs voted "for" out of a total of 227 voting. MPs from the PiS club, as well as part of Konfederacja, withdrew their voting cards, thus breaking the aforementioned quorum.
- Tomorrow is my birthday and I must say I received one of the most beautiful gifts. The attempt to remove me from the infrastructure committee failed due to a temporary lack of quorum. Thank you to everyone who didn't vote for me ;) - wrote the MP on social media.
Before the vote, the Lewica MP suggested that the idea to remove her from the committee was because the government "fears" her "difficult questions regarding transport."
- You certainly won't get rid of difficult questions this way. […] I will continue to work and scrutinize the government with even greater determination, meaning I will work as I have been so far - Matysiak said in the Sejm.
